Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の粘接着フィルム1は,縦横方向の剪断力が厚み2〜60μmの範囲で2〜2000g[200mm/min25mm幅],好ましくは5〜1000g,より好ましく10〜500gである樹脂から成る無方向性基材層11に,樹脂の粘着剤から成る表面層12を積層したことを特徴とする。
該粘接着フィルム1において,前記表面層12は,前記基材層11の片面に形成することとしてもよいが,両面に形成することとしてもよい。

本発明の第1の粘接着フィルム1は,被着体に対する接着面となる樹脂性の粘着剤により形成された表面層12と,基材を成す基材層11との積層構造を有するもので,その構成例は図1に示す通りである。
本発明の粘接着フィルム1を構成する前述の基材層11は,良好な切断性を有する既知の樹脂のうちから選択することができ,具体的には縦横方向の剪断力が厚み2〜60μmの範囲で2〜2000g[200mm/min25mm幅]である樹脂であれば,粘着剤や接着剤を構成する樹脂のほか,一般に粘接着フィルムの基材として使用可能な既知の各種樹脂を使用することができ,これを無方向性のフィルム等に成形して使用する。
(1) 剪断強度は引張り試験機200mm/minで測定
(2) 「アクリル系フィルム」は,アクリル系ブロックポリマー型をコーティングエマルジョンキャスト法で得たもの
(3) 「アクリル変性エポキシ系フィルム」は,変性アクリル/エポキシ架橋型をコーティング溶剤キャスト法で得たもの
(4) 「飽和ポリエステル系フィルム」は,飽和ポリエステル系をコーティング溶剤キャスト法で得たもの
(5) 「二軸延伸PETフィルム」は,約5倍の二軸延伸ポリエステルフィルムで,厚み4.5,12,25μmの市販品を使用
(6) 「粘着剤のみ」は,アクリル系粘着剤。
前述した基材層11の片面又は両面に積層される表面層12を成す樹脂としては,室温において粘弾性を発揮すると共に被着体に対する圧接により流動して接着力を発揮する樹脂,すなわち,通常,「粘着剤」として使用することができる既知の各種の樹脂を使用することができる。
本発明の粘接着フィルム1は,前述の各種の樹脂材料からなる基材層11に,表面層12として説明した前述の各種の樹脂材料からなる粘着剤及び接着剤を積層して得られるものであり,前記基材層11と前記表面層12との積層は,基材層11の片面にのみ表面層12を形成しても良く,また,基材層11の両面にそれぞれ表面層12を形成して両面粘接着フィルムとして構成しても良い。

本発明の別の粘接着フィルム1’を図2に示す。
〔試験方法〕
表3で示した各フィルムを基材層とし,この基材層の両面にアクリル系粘着剤を固形分厚みで10μm(表裏各5μm)塗布して粘接着フィルムを製造し,これらの各粘接着フィルムの破断強度及び伸び率を測定した。その結果を表6に示す。
(1) 実施例1
表6に示すように,アクリル系樹脂のフィルムを基材層とした実施例1の粘接着フィルムの剪断強度は175g/25mmであり,伸び率は220%であった。
表6に示したように,アクリル変性エポキシ系樹脂のフィルムを基材層とした実施例2の粘接着フィルムでは,剪断強度は120g/25mmであり,伸び率は108%であった。
表6に示したように,飽和ポリエステル系樹脂のフィルムを基材層とした実施例3の粘接着フィルムの剪断強度は320g/25mmであり,伸び率は138%であった。
二軸延伸PETフィルムを基材層とした比較例の粘接着フィルムにあっては,剪断強度が360g/25mm,伸び率が146%と,前記実施例3の粘接着フィルムに対し,数値的には比較的近い剪断強度及び伸び率であることが確認された。
〔試験方法〕
実施例として,表3に示したアクリル系樹脂フィルム,及び変性アクリルエポキシ系樹脂フィルムをそれぞれ基材層とし,この基材層の両面に,表3に粘着剤として示したアクリル系粘着剤を下表に示す厚み(固形分厚)に塗布して表面層を形成して粘接着フィルムを製造し,表面層の厚みの変化に伴う各粘接着フィルムの剪断強度と伸び率の変化を測定した。
無配向性の基材層を設けた実施例の粘接着フィルムにあっては,測定された剪断強度値は100〜200g/25mm程度と比較的小さく,伸び率も100〜250%の範囲内であり,この測定値から,実施例の粘接着フィルムにあっては,いずれの表面層の厚さのものにあっても伸びを有するのにも関わらず切れやすい性質が伺える。事実,表7に示す実施例の粘接着フィルムは,いずれも断裁加工による糊バリの発生を確認することはできなかった。

Claims (17)
- 縦横方向の剪断力が厚み2〜60μmの範囲で2〜2000g[200mm/min25mm幅]である樹脂から成る無方向性基材層に,樹脂の粘着剤から成る表面層を積層して成ることを特徴とする粘接着フィルム。
- 前記基材層の剪断力を,前記表面層の剪断力の1.5〜200倍としたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の粘接着フィルム。
- 前記表面層のゲル分率が0〜80%,前記基材層のゲル分率が30〜100%で,前記基材層と前記表面層のゲル分率の比が,基材層100に対して表面層が80以下であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の粘接着フィルム。
- 前記表面層のガラス転移点(Tg)が−80〜5℃であり,前記基材層のガラス転移点(Tg)が0〜260℃であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3いずれか1項記載の粘接着フィルム。
- 前記表面層を,前記基材層の両面に形成したことを特徴とする請求項1〜4いずれか1項記載の粘接着フィルム。
- 支持体と,該支持体に積層された接着剤層を有し,前記接着剤層が,前記支持体の表面に積層された樹脂の接着剤から成る基材層と,前記基材層上に積層された樹脂の粘着剤から成る表面層との積層構造を有すると共に,前記基材層を無方向性とし,且つ,縦横方向の剪断力を厚み2〜60μmの範囲で2〜2000g[200mm/min25mm幅]としたことを特徴とする粘接着フィルム。
- 前記接着剤層を,前記支持体の両面に形成したことを特徴とする請求項6記載の粘接着フィルム。
- 前記基材層及び前記表面層の界面が化学平衡により架橋して成る勾配を持たせたことを特徴とする請求項1〜7いずれか1項記載の粘接着フィルム。
- 前記基材層及び前記表面層それぞれの構成成分の20〜100%を,分子量の差,及び分子架橋剤の相違を除き同一組成であるモノマー又はポリマーにより形成することを特徴とする請求項1〜8いずれか1項記載の粘接着フィルム。
- 前記基材層の樹脂を前記表面層の樹脂と比較して分子量の大きい樹脂とすることを特徴とする請求項1〜9いずれか1項記載の粘接着フィルム。
- 前記基材層の樹脂を前記表面層の樹脂に比較して架橋度の高い樹脂とすることを特徴とする請求項1〜10いずれか1項記載の粘接着フィルム。
- 前記表面層の厚みを0.1〜50μmとすると共に,前記基材層の厚みを2〜60μmとすることを特徴とする請求項1〜11いずれか1項記載の粘接着フィルム。
- 一方の前記表面層と,他方の前記表面層とをそれぞれ異なる材質の粘着剤により形成したことを特徴とする請求項5又は7記載の粘接着フィルム。
- 一方の前記表面層と,他方の前記表面層とをそれぞれ異なる粘着力を有する粘着剤により形成したことを特徴とする請求項5又は7記載の粘接着フィルム。
- 前記表面層の伸び率が200%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜14いずれか1項記載の粘接着フィルム。
- 前記基材層の伸び率が300%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜15いずれか1項記載の粘接着フィルム。
- 前記支持体がイミド樹脂系フィルムから成ることを特徴とする請求項6又は7記載の粘接着フィルム。
