Abstract
【解決手段】エンジンによって駆動されるn相発電機3と,n相発電機3から送られるn相交流電圧から直流電圧を生成する整流器4と,生成された直流電圧によって充電されるバッテリーと,駆動輪を駆動するモータと,整流器4から供給される直流電圧,及び/又はバッテリーから供給される直流電圧を用いてモータを駆動するインバータと,スイッチとを含み,n相発電機3は,それらの一端が共通の中性点に接続されたn個の電機子巻線11を備え,整流器4は,負極端子16と,正極端子15と,n本の整流アーム13とを備えている。n本の整流アーム13のそれぞれは,電機子巻線11の他端に接続された中間ノード19と負極端子16との間に接続された第1ダイオード18と,中間ノード19と正極端子15との間に接続された第2ダイオード17とを具えている。

Description
詳細には,本発明の一の目的は,シリーズハイブリッド電気自動車の発電系のエネルギー効率を向上することにある。
本発明の他の目的は,シリーズハイブリッド電気自動車の駆動系のエネルギー効率を向上することにある。

を満足するように調整されている。かかる構成を有するIPMモータは,小型,且つ,出力トルクが大きいという要求を満足し,モータ(7)が駆動輪(9)をそれぞれに駆動する上記の駆動系の採用を可能にする。
本発明の実施の第1形態では,図1に示されているように,シリーズハイブリッド電気自動車1は,エンジン2と5相発電機3と5相ダイオード整流器4とバッテリー5とを備えている。エンジン2の回転数は制御装置(図示されない)によって制御される。エンジン2は,5相発電機3に接続されている。5相発電機3は,エンジン2によって駆動されて5相交流電圧を発生し,発生した5相交流電圧を5相ダイオード整流器4に供給する。5相ダイオード整流器4は,5相交流電圧を整流して直流電圧を発生する。バッテリー5は,5相ダイオード整流器4が発生する直流電圧によって充電される。
図2は,5相発電機3と5相ダイオード整流器4との構成を示す概略図である。5相発電機3は,エンジン2に連結されたロータ(図示されない)と,5つの電機子巻線111〜115が設けられたステータとを備えている。電機子巻線111〜115の一端は,中性点12に接続されている。5相ダイオード整流器4は,5つの整流アーム131〜135を備えた5相全波整流回路である。5つの整流アーム131〜135は,正極端子15と負極端子16との間に並列に接続されている。正極端子15と負極端子16との間に,直流の出力電圧VOが生成され,生成された出力電圧VOが,バッテリー5及び駆動用インバータ6に供給される。出力電圧VOを安定化するために,正極端子15と負極端子16との間には平滑キャパシタ14が接続されている。各整流アーム13iは,直列に接続された2つのダイオード17i,18iを備えている。ダイオード17iのカソードは正極端子15に接続され,アノードは中間ノード19iに接続されている。ダイオード18iのカソードは中間ノード19iに接続され,アノードは,負極端子16に接続されている。各整流アーム13iの中間ノード19iは,電機子巻線11iの他端(中性点12と反対の端)に接続されている。
図1に示されているように,本実施の形態では,駆動インバータ6とモータ7と減速ギア8とは,一の駆動輪9に対して一つずつ用意されている。モータ7の回転数は,当該シリーズハイブリッド電気自動車1が所望の速度で,所望の進行方向に走行するように決定される。かかる構成は,トランスミッション機構及びディファレンシャル機構を不要化し,エネルギー効率を向上するために有効である。

本発明の実施の第2形態では,図5に示されているように,5相発電機3の代わりに3相発電機3’が使用され,5相ダイオード整流器4の代わりに3相ダイオード整流器4’が使用される。3相ダイオード整流器4’は,相数が異なる(即ち,整流アームの数が異なる)点以外,5相ダイオード整流器4と同一の構成を有している。

- エンジンと,
前記エンジンによって駆動されるn相発電機と,
前記n相発電機から送られるn相交流電圧から直流電圧を生成する整流器と,
前記直流電圧によって充電されるバッテリーと,
駆動輪を駆動するモータと,
前記整流器から供給される前記直流電圧及び/又は前記バッテリーから供給される直流電圧を用いて前記モータを駆動するインバータと,
スイッチ
とを含み,
前記n相発電機は,それらの一端が共通の中性点に接続されたn個の電機子巻線を備え,
前記整流器は,
負極端子と,
前記負極端子よりも高い電位が発生される正極端子と,
n本の整流アーム
とを備え,
前記n本の整流アームのそれぞれは,
前記電機子巻線の他端に接続された中間ノードと前記負極端子との間に接続された第1ダイオードと,
前記中間ノードと前記正極端子との間に接続された第2ダイオード
とを具え,
前記スイッチは,前記中性点と前記負極端子との間に接続された

更に,前記エンジンのエンジン回転数を制御する制御手段を含み,
前エンジン回転数が増加して第1回転数を超えようとするとき,前記制御手段は,前記エンジン回転数を前記第1回転数より低い第3回転数まで下げ,前記スイッチは,前記中性点と前記負極端子とを電気的に接続し,その後,前記制御手段は,前記エンジン回転数を前記第1回転数よりも高い第2回転数に増加する

前記エンジン回転数が前記第2回転数より減少して前記第1回転数になろうとするとき,前記制御手段は,前記エンジンの回転数を前記第1回転数よりも低い第4回転数まで下げ,前記スイッチは,前記中性点と前記負極端子とを電気的に切り離し,その後,前記制御手段は,前記エンジン回転数を前記第1回転数まで上昇させる

前記エンジンによって駆動される3相発電機と,

前記3相発電機は,3個の電機子巻線を備え,
前記スターデルタ切り替え機構は,前記電機子巻線を,スター結線とデルタ結線とのうちの一方の結線態様で接続する

前記エンジンの回転数が増加して第1回転数を超えようとするとき,前記制御手段は,前記エンジン回転数を前記第1回転数より低い第3回転数まで下げ,前記スターデルタ切り替え機構は,前記電機子巻線を前記デルタ結線で接続しその後,前記制御手段は,前記エンジン回転数を前記第1回転数よりも高い第2回転数に増加する

前記永久磁石は,前記ロータの半径方向の外側に磁極面を有し,
前記磁極面の上の点から前記ロータ側面の距離の最大値xは,前記ロータ鉄心の半径rと,前記界磁の極数n1とを用いて表された下記式:
