- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.Bacillus subtilis株AQ713、NRRLアクセス番号B21661およびその変異体の、 単離された、純粋な培養物。 2.請求項1に記載のBacillus subtilisによって生成される代謝物質であって 、コーンルートワームに対して活性を示し、溶媒抽出可能であり、および10,000 ダルトン未満の分子量を有する、代謝物質。 3.請求項1に記載のBacillus subtilis株AQ713の培養物から得られる上清であ って、抗真菌および抗細菌活性、ならびにコーンルートワームに対する活性を示 す、上清。 4.請求項1に記載のBacillus subtilis株AQ713の全ブロス培養物、および化学 的な抗真菌剤を含有する、組成物。 5.請求項1に記載のBacillus subtilis株AQ7l3の全ブロス培養物、および生物 学的または化学的な農薬を含有する、組成物。 6.化学的な抗真菌剤をさらに含有する、請求項5に記載の組成物。 7.請求項2に記載の代謝物質、および化学的な抗真菌剤を含有する、組成物。 8.請求項2に記載の代謝物質、および生物学的または化学的な農薬を含有する 、組成物。 9.化学的な抗真菌剤をさらに含有する、請求項8に記載の組成物。 10.請求項3に記載の上清、および化学的な真菌剤を含有する、組成物。 11.請求項3に記載の上清、および生物学的または化学的な農薬を含有する、 組成物。 12.化学的な農薬をさらに含有する、請求項11に記載の組成物。 13.真菌および細菌感染、ならびにコーンルートワームの感染から、植物およ び果実を防御または処理するための方法であって、請求項1に記載のBacillus s ubtilis株の有効量を適用する工程を包含する、方法。 14.真菌および細菌感染、ならびにコーンルートワームの感染から、植物およ び果実を防御または処理するための方法であって、請求項2に記載の代謝物質の 有効量を適用する工程を包含する、方法。 15.真菌および細菌感染、ならびにコーンルートワームの感染から、植物およ び果実を防御または処理するための方法であって、請求項3に記載の上清の有効 量を適用する工程を包含する、方法。 16.真菌および細菌感染、ならびにコーンルートワームの感染から、植物およ び果実を防御または処理するための方法であって、請求項4、5、6、7、8、 9、10、11、または12に記載の組成物の有効量を適用する工程を包含する 、方法。 17.請求項13、14、または15に記載の方法であって、前記感染が、Phyt ophthora infestans、Rhizoctonia solani、Phythium ultimum、Botrytis cine rea、Alternaria solani、Colletotrichum cocodes、Alternaria brassicicola 、Cladosporium cucumerinum、Monilinia fructicola、Ventruria pyrina、Acid ovorax avenae、Pseudomonas syringae、Xanthomonas campestris、Erwinia car otovora、Clavibacter michiganense、Plasmopara viticola、Sphaerotheca ful ig inea、Uncinula necator、およびPeronospora parasiticaからなる群より選択さ れる少なくとも1つの微生物によって引き起こされる、方法。 18.請求項16に記載の方法であって、前記感染が、Phytophthora infestans 、Rhizoctonia solani、Phythium ultimum、Botrytis cinerea、Alternaria sol ani、Colletotrichum cocodes、Alternaria brassicicola、Cladosporium cucum erinum、Monilinia fructicola、Ventruria Pyrina、Acidovorax avenae、Pseudo monas syringae、Xanthomonas campestris、Erwinia carotovora、Clavibacter michiganense、Plasmopara viticola、Sphaerotheca fuliginea、Uncinula neca tor、およびPeronospora parasiticaからなる群より選択される少なくとも1つ の微生物によって引き起こされる、方法。 19.請求項13に記載の方法であって、前記Bacillus subtilis株AQ713が、全 ブロス培養物として適用される、方法。 20.請求項13に記載の方法であって、前記Bacillus subtllis株AQ713が、上 清として適用される、方法。 21.請求項19に記載の方法であって、前記Bacillus subtilis株AQ713が、湿 潤性粉末、顆粒、流動物、またはマイクロカプセル化物として適用される、方法 。 22.請求項20に記載の方法であって、前記Bacillus subtilis株AQ713が、湿 潤性粉末、顆粒、流動物、またはマイクロカプセル化物として適用される、方法 。 23.請求項13、14、または15に記載の方法であって、植物の根または該 根の周囲の土壌が処理される、方法。 24.請求項16に記載の方法であって、植物の根または該根の周囲の土壌が処 理される、方法。 25.以下の式: を含有する化合物であって、ここでR1は、C8〜C20の分枝鎖または直鎖の脂肪族 側鎖であり;Xは、Valであり、R2は、酢酸またはエステル誘導体であり、およ びGlxは、GlnまたはGluである、化合物。 26.以下の式: を含有する、化合物。 27.以下の式: を含有する、化合物。 28.A型iturin、plipastatin、surfactantおよびagrastatinを含有する、組 成物。 29.真菌および細菌およびコーンルートワーム感染から、植物および果実を防 御または処理するための方法であって、請求項25、26、27、または28に 記載の組成物の有効量を適用する工程を包含する、方法。 30.請求項29に記載の方法であって、前記感染が、Phytophthora infestans 、Rhizoctonia solani、Phythium ultimum、Botrytis cinerea、Alternaria sol ani、Colletotrichum cocodes、Alternaria brassicicola、Cladosporium cucum erinum、Monilinia fructicola、Ventruria pyrina、Acidovorax avenae、Pseud om onas syringae、Xanthomonas campestris、Erwinia carotovora、Clavibacter m ichiganense、Plasmopara viticala、Sphaerotheca fuliginea、Uncinula necat or、およびPeronospora parasiticaからなる群より選択される、少なくとも1つ の微生物によって引き起こされる、方法。 31.植物を、コーンルートワーム感染から防御または処理するための方法であ って、請求項25、26、27、または28に記載の組成物の有効量を、植物の 根または該根の周囲の土壌に適用する工程を包含する、方法。
