Abstract
A találmány tárgya eljárás racém citalopram mint szabad bázis vagysavaddíciós sója és/vagy R- vagy S-citalopram mint szabad bázis vagysavaddíciós sója előállítására a másik enantiomerből több mint 50%-osmennyiséget tartalmazó, R- és S-citalopramból álló keverék szeparálásaútján racém citalopramot tartalmazó frakcióvá és/vagy S-citalopramvagy R-citalopram frakciójává. A találmány értelmében úgy járnak el,hogy i) citalopramot mint szabad bázist vagy egy savaddíciós sóját egyoldószerből kicsapnak; ii) a képződött csapadékot az anyalúgbólszeparálják; iia) ha a csapadék kristályos, akkor ezt adott esetbenegyszer vagy többször átkristályosítják racém citalopram előállításacéljából, majd adott esetben savaddíciós sóvá alakítják; iib) ha acsapadék nem kristályos, akkor az i) és ii) lépéseket adott esetbenmegismétlik, míg kristályos csapadékot nem kapnak, majd a kristályoscsapadékot adott esetben egyszer vagy többször átkristályosítják racémcitalopram előállítása céljából, és az utóbbit adott esetbensavaddíciós sójává alakítják; iii) az anyalúgot adott esetben továbbitisztításnak vetik alá, majd az anyalúgból S-citalopramot vagy R-citalopramot különítenek el, és adott esetben ezek valamelyikétsavaddíciós sóvá alakítják.
