Claims (2)

  1. Procédé permettant de faire fonctionner un dispositif d'encollage de l'industrie de traitement du tabac pour appliquer de la colle (20) sur une bande de matériau (10) de l'industrie de traitement du tabac, avec un rouleau tramé (5) comportant de préférence des dépressions, une chambre d'encollage (3) avec une chambre de distribution de colle (7) disposée de manière adjacente au rouleau tramé (5), une racle (30) qui est disposée à la chambre d'encollage et comporte un bord de racle (33) qui est en contact direct avec la surface du rouleau tramé (5), si bien qu'une zone de contact en forme de ligne soit formée par la racle (30) ou le bord de racle (33) et le rouleau tramé (5), un angle de racle (α) étant formé entre la racle (30) et la tangente (38) passant par le point de contact entre la racle (30) et le rouleau tramé (5), et le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    - prélèvement de colle (20) de la chambre de distribution de colle (7) à l'aide du rouleau tramé (5) et
    - raclage de colle prélevé en trop par le rouleau tramé, par la racle (30),
    caractérisé en ce que la chambre d'encollage est pressée sur le rouleau tramé par une articulation à sphère disposée au milieu de la face arrière de la chambre d'encollage et reliée à un moyen d'appui, si bien que la racle (30) soit pressée avec une pression d'appui de racle prédéterminée contre le rouleau tramé (5) et qu'il soit réglé comme angle de racle (α) un angle entre 15° à 40°, l'angle de racle étant formé de façon qu'une quantité de colle prédéterminée, notamment une quantité prédéterminée moyenne de colle par unité de temps, soit prélevée de la chambre d'encollage.
  2. Pendule selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il est réglé comme angle de racle (a) un angle entre 20° à 40°, de préférence entre 30° à 35°.
