Abstract
本发明公开了一种补偿式覆膜机上胶装置,包括机架、存胶池、上胶辊、伸缩补偿辊;所述的上胶辊上端侧部设有上补偿槽;所述的上胶辊下端侧部设有下注胶槽;所述的上胶辊轴向中部设有入胶通道。当存胶池出现断胶之后将伸缩补偿辊转动至正上方,然后通过上胶辊轴向中部的入胶通道进行输入胶液,胶液一边通过溢胶通道向上补偿槽内进行输送胶液,同时胶液另一边通过出胶通道向下注胶槽进行输送胶液,胶液通过下注胶槽进入存胶池内;当胶液进入上补偿槽内后由于伸缩补偿辊的转动会带动上胶,膜贴压在伸缩补偿辊的上端走料上胶,如此实现了补偿上胶的模式,同时存胶池也在进行注胶,结构设计巧妙,整个覆膜工艺不会因为存胶池的断胶而中断生产。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种补偿式覆膜机上胶装置。
背景技术
覆膜机是在纸板上进行覆膜的设备,其工艺一般是首先对膜进行上胶,上胶后的膜经过干燥系统之后与纸板进行压辊贴合,其中对膜进行上胶工艺十分的重要。现有的覆膜机上胶机构一般包括存胶池和上胶辊,通过上胶辊在存胶池内进行转动上胶,膜贴在上胶辊上端进行走料,从而实现上胶,但是如此的机构一旦存胶池内的胶液由于没有及时供应,将会使得膜上胶的连续性得到中段,影响后续的作业,给存胶池进行补充胶液也需要一段时间,作业效率极大的被降低了。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的不足之处,本发明解决的问题为:提供一种可在存胶池断胶后快速补偿上胶作业的补偿式覆膜机上胶装置。
为解决上述问题,本发明采取的技术方案如下:
一种补偿式覆膜机上胶装置,包括机架、存胶池、上胶辊、伸缩补偿辊;所述的存胶池安装在机架的底部;所述的存胶池的上端安装上胶辊;所述的上胶辊呈圆形体结构;所述的上胶辊转动安装在机架上;所述的上胶辊上端侧部设有上补偿槽;所述的上胶辊下端侧部设有下注胶槽;所述的上胶辊轴向中部设有入胶通道;所述的上补偿槽的两侧设有溢胶通道;所述的上补偿槽通过两侧的溢胶通道和入胶通道连通;所述的下注胶槽上端设有出胶通道;所述的下注胶槽通过出胶通道和入胶通道连通;所述的下注胶槽上设有活动封闭板;所述的上补偿槽的底部连通设有移动槽;所述的移动槽内部设有补偿弹性体;所述的伸缩补偿辊底部两端设有伸缩杆;所述的伸缩补偿辊两端转动连接在伸缩杆的上端;所述的伸缩杆的下端伸缩卡接在移动槽内;所述的补偿弹性体弹性压缩在伸缩杆的下方。
进一步,所述的移动槽和伸缩杆均呈圆柱体结构;所述的伸缩杆的底部设有向外侧径向延伸的圆形卡接板;所述的移动槽内设有向内侧径向延伸的卡接环;所述的圆形卡接板卡接在移动槽的卡接环下方。
进一步,所述的上补偿槽和下注胶槽均呈长条形结构。
进一步,所述的存胶池的一侧设有显示管;所述的显示管和存胶池的底部连通;所述的显示管由透明材料制成。
进一步,所述的存胶池的底部设有伸缩驱动机构;所述的伸缩驱动机构为气缸或者油缸。
进一步,所述的存胶池呈上大下小的锥形结构。
进一步,还包括压膜辊;所述的压膜辊安装在机架上;所述的压膜辊位于上胶辊的上端两侧。
本发明的有益效果
本发明结构设计巧妙,当存胶池出现断胶之后将伸缩补偿辊转动至正上方,然后通过上胶辊轴向中部的入胶通道进行输入胶液,胶液一边通过溢胶通道向上补偿槽内进行输送胶液,同时胶液另一边通过出胶通道向下注胶槽进行输送胶液,胶液通过下注胶槽进入存胶池内;当胶液进入上补偿槽内后由于伸缩补偿辊的转动会带动上胶,膜贴压在伸缩补偿辊的上端走料上胶,如此实现了补偿上胶的模式,同时存胶池也在进行注胶,结构设计巧妙。

下面结合附图对本发明内容作进一步详细说明。
如图1至4所示,一种补偿式覆膜机上胶装置,包括机架1、存胶池2、上胶辊3、伸缩补偿辊4。所述的存胶池2安装在机架1的底部。所述的存胶池2的上端安装上胶辊3。所述的上胶辊3呈圆形体结构,所述的上胶辊3转动安装在机架1上,所述的上胶辊3上端侧部设有上补偿槽31;所述的上胶辊3下端侧部设有下注胶槽32;所述的上胶辊3轴向中部设有入胶通道37;所述的上补偿槽31的两侧设有溢胶通道33;所述的上补偿槽31通过两侧的溢胶通道33和入胶通道37连通;所述的下注胶槽32上端设有出胶通道36;所述的下注胶槽32通过出胶通道36和入胶通道37连通;所述的下注胶槽32上设有活动封闭板321;所述的上补偿槽31的底部连通设有移动槽34;所述的移动槽34内部设有补偿弹性体35;所述的伸缩补偿辊4底部两端设有伸缩杆41;所述的伸缩补偿辊4两端转动连接在伸缩杆41的上端;伸缩补偿辊4安装在上补偿槽31内;所述的伸缩杆41的下端伸缩卡接在移动槽34内;所述的补偿弹性体35弹性压缩在伸缩杆41的下方;补偿弹性体35弹性推动使伸缩补偿辊4的外侧边缘延伸至上补偿槽31外侧。进一步优选,所述的移动槽34和伸缩杆41均呈圆柱体结构,所述的伸缩杆41的底部设有向外侧径向延伸的圆形卡接板411;所述的移动槽34内设有向内侧径向延伸的卡接环341;所述的圆形卡接板411卡接在移动槽34的卡接环341下方。进一步优选,所述的上补偿槽31和下注胶槽32均呈长条形结构。进一步优选,所述的存胶池2的一侧设有显示管6;所述的显示管6和存胶池2的底部连通;所述的显示管6由透明材料制成。进一步优选,所述的存胶池2的底部设有伸缩驱动机构7;所述的伸缩驱动机构7为气缸或者油缸。进一步优选,所述的存胶池2呈上大下小的锥形结构。进一步优选,为了对膜A进行走料限位,还包括压膜辊5;所述的压膜辊5安装在机架1上;所述的压膜辊5位于上胶辊3的上端两侧。
本发明结构设计巧妙,当存胶池2出现断胶之后将伸缩补偿辊4转动至上胶辊3的正上方,然后通过上胶辊3轴向中部的入胶通道37进行输入胶液,胶液一边通过溢胶通道33向上补偿槽31内进行输送胶液,同时胶液另一边通过出胶通道36向下注胶槽32进行输送胶液,胶液通过下注胶槽32进入存胶池2内;当胶液进入上补偿槽31内后由于伸缩补偿辊4的转动会带动上胶,膜A贴压在伸缩补偿辊4的上端走料上胶,如此实现了补偿上胶的模式,同时存胶池2也在进行注胶,结构设计巧妙。

1.一种补偿式覆膜机上胶装置,其特征在于,包括机架、存胶池、上胶辊、伸缩补偿辊;所述的存胶池安装在机架的底部;所述的存胶池的上端安装上胶辊;所述的上胶辊呈圆形体结构;所述的上胶辊转动安装在机架上;所述的上胶辊上端侧部设有上补偿槽;所述的上胶辊下端侧部设有下注胶槽;所述的上胶辊轴向中部设有入胶通道;所述的上补偿槽的两侧设有溢胶通道;所述的上补偿槽通过两侧的溢胶通道和入胶通道连通;所述的下注胶槽上端设有出胶通道;所述的下注胶槽通过出胶通道和入胶通道连通;所述的下注胶槽上设有活动封闭板;所述的上补偿槽的底部连通设有移动槽;所述的移动槽内部设有补偿弹性体;所述的伸缩补偿辊底部两端设有伸缩杆;所述的伸缩补偿辊两端转动连接在伸缩杆的上端;所述的伸缩杆的下端伸缩卡接在移动槽内;所述的补偿弹性体弹性压缩在伸缩杆的下方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的补偿式覆膜机上胶装置,其特征在于,所述的移动槽和伸缩杆均呈圆柱体结构;所述的伸缩杆的底部设有向外侧径向延伸的圆形卡接板;所述的移动槽内设有向内侧径向延伸的卡接环;所述的圆形卡接板卡接在移动槽的卡接环下方。
3.根据权利要求1所述的补偿式覆膜机上胶装置,其特征在于,所述的上补偿槽和下注胶槽均呈长条形结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的补偿式覆膜机上胶装置,其特征在于,所述的存胶池的一侧设有显示管;所述的显示管和存胶池的底部连通;所述的显示管由透明材料制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的补偿式覆膜机上胶装置,其特征在于,所述的存胶池的底部设有伸缩驱动机构;所述的伸缩驱动机构为气缸或者油缸。
6.根据权利要求1所述的补偿式覆膜机上胶装置,其特征在于,所述的存胶池呈上大下小的锥形结构。
7.根据权利要求1所述的补偿式覆膜机上胶装置,其特征在于,还包括压膜辊;所述的压膜辊安装在机架上;所述的压膜辊位于上胶辊的上端两侧。
