Abstract

本发明公开了一种无纺布涂胶机构,通过所述主动辊转动,带动无纺布进行运输,同时运输过程中无纺布与所述转动辊接触,由于所述转动辊旋转,所述转动辊表面会接触所述胶池内的胶,随着所述转动辊的旋转,所述刮胶板会对沾染胶的所述转动辊的表面进行刮涂,进而使得胶在所述转动辊表面分散均匀,从而在后续所述转动辊上的胶涂抹在无纺布上时更加均匀,并且由于所述斜板与所述立板铰接,并在所述韧性件自身弹性作用下会抵持所述转动辊,能够使得胶在所述转动辊表面分散更加均匀,进而使得所述无纺布涂胶机构涂胶均匀,涂胶效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及无纺布生产技术领域,尤其涉及一种无纺布涂胶机构。
背景技术
目前无纺布是由定向或随机的纤维而构成,是新一代环保材料,具有防潮、透气、质轻、可循环再用等特点,在无纺布生产加工过程中,需要对无纺布进行涂胶,但是现有的无纺布涂胶机构涂胶不均匀。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种无纺布涂胶机构,旨在解决现有技术中的无纺布涂胶机构涂胶不均匀的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的一种无纺布涂胶机构,包括胶池、转动辊、主动辊、从动辊和匀胶组件,所述转动辊设置在所述胶池的上方,且所述转动辊部分位于所述胶池内,所述主动辊设置在所述转动辊的右下方,所述从动辊设置在所述转动辊的左上方,无纺布依次穿过所述从动辊、所述转动辊和所述主动辊,所述匀胶组件包括立板、斜板、刮胶板和韧性件,所述立板与所述胶池固定连接,并位于所述胶池的一侧,所述斜板的一端与所述立板铰接,并位于所述立板的一侧,所述斜板的另一端与所述韧性件的一端固定连接,所述韧性件的另一端与所述立板固定连接,所述刮胶板的一端与所述斜板固定连接,且所述刮胶板的另一端与所述转动辊接触。
其中,所述韧性件倾斜设置在所述立板和所述斜板之间。
其中,所述匀胶组件还包括伸缩杆,所述伸缩杆的两端分别与所述立板和所述斜板固定连接,且所述韧性件套设在所述伸缩杆的外部。
其中,所述伸缩杆包括第一空管和第二空管,所述第一空管与所述第二空管滑动连接,且所述第一空管套设在所述第二空管的外部。
其中,所述匀胶组件还包括第一刮板,所述第一刮板与所述刮胶板固定连接,且所述第一刮板与所述转动辊接触。
其中,所述第一刮板倾斜设置在所述刮胶板上,且所述第一刮板与所述刮胶板之间形成120~150°夹角。
本发明的有益效果体现在:通过所述主动辊转动,带动无纺布进行运输,同时运输过程中无纺布与所述转动辊接触,由于所述转动辊旋转,所述转动辊表面会接触所述胶池内的胶,随着所述转动辊的旋转,所述刮胶板会对沾染胶的所述转动辊的表面进行刮涂,进而使得胶在所述转动辊表面分散均匀,从而在后续所述转动辊上的胶涂抹在无纺布上时更加均匀,并且由于所述斜板与所述立板铰接,并在所述韧性件自身弹性作用下会抵持所述转动辊,能够使得胶在所述转动辊表面分散更加均匀,进而使得所述无纺布涂胶机构涂胶均匀,涂胶效果好。

请参阅图1至图3,本发明提供了一种无纺布涂胶机构,包括胶池401、转动辊402、主动辊403、从动辊404和匀胶组件405,所述转动辊402设置在所述胶池401的上方,且所述转动辊402部分位于所述胶池401内,所述主动辊403设置在所述转动辊402的右下方,所述从动辊404设置在所述转动辊402的左上方,无纺布依次穿过所述从动辊404、所述转动辊402和所述主动辊403,所述匀胶组件405包括立板406、斜板407、刮胶板408和韧性件409,所述立板406与所述胶池401固定连接,并位于所述胶池401的一侧,所述斜板407的一端与所述立板406铰接,并位于所述立板406的一侧,所述斜板407的另一端与所述韧性件409的一端固定连接,所述韧性件409的另一端与所述立板406固定连接,所述刮胶板408的一端与所述斜板407固定连接,且所述刮胶板408的另一端与所述转动辊402接触。
在本实施方式中,所述韧性件409为压缩弹簧,通过所述主动辊403转动,带动无纺布进行运输,同时运输过程中无纺布与所述转动辊402接触,由于所述转动辊402旋转,所述转动辊402表面会接触所述胶池401内的胶,随着所述转动辊402的旋转,所述刮胶板408会对沾染胶的所述转动辊402的表面进行刮涂,进而使得胶在所述转动辊402表面分散均匀,从而在后续所述转动辊402上的胶涂抹在无纺布上时更加均匀,并且由于所述斜板407与所述立板406铰接,并在所述韧性件409自身弹性作用下会抵持所述转动辊402,能够使得胶在所述转动辊402表面分散更加均匀,进而使得所述无纺布涂胶机构涂胶均匀,涂胶效果好。
进一步地,所述韧性件409倾斜设置在所述立板406和所述斜板407之间。
在本实施方式中,所述韧性件409的倾斜设置,能够使得所述刮胶板408与所述转动辊402的接触更加紧密,以便后续对所述转动辊402的胶刮涂均匀,从而对无纺布的涂胶均匀。
进一步地,所述匀胶组件405还包括伸缩杆410,所述伸缩杆410的两端分别与所述立板406和所述斜板407固定连接,且所述韧性件409套设在所述伸缩杆410的外部。所述伸缩杆410包括第一空管411和第二空管412,所述第一空管411与所述第二空管412滑动连接,且所述第一空管411套设在所述第二空管412的外部。
在本实施方式中,通过所述第一空管411与所述第二空管412滑动连接,且所述第一空管411套设在所述第二空管412的外部,从而实现所述伸缩杆410的可伸缩结构,从而使得所述斜板407与所述立板406之间的连接更加稳定。
进一步地,所述匀胶组件405还包括第一刮板413,所述第一刮板413与所述刮胶板408固定连接,且所述第一刮板413与所述转动辊402接触。所述第一刮板413倾斜设置在所述刮胶板408上,且所述第一刮板413与所述刮胶板408之间形成120~150°的夹角。
在本实施方式中,所述第一刮板413能够与所述转动辊402接触,将所述转动辊402上的胶涂抹均匀,并且由于所述第一刮板413与所述刮胶板408之间形成120~150°的夹角,能够进一步将所述转动辊402上的胶涂抹均匀。
进一步地,所述匀胶组件405还包括第二刮板414,所述第二刮板414与所述刮胶板408固定连接,且所述第二刮板414与所述转动辊402接触,所述第二刮板414与所述第一刮板413之间呈八字形结构设置。
在本实施方式中,通过所述第二刮板414与所述第一刮板413之间呈八字形结构设置,能够进一步将所述转动辊402上的胶涂抹均匀。
进一步地,所述匀胶组件405还包括擦拭条415,所述擦拭条415与所述刮胶板408固定连接,且所述擦拭条415与转动辊402接触的一端呈弧面结构设置。
在本实施方式中,所述擦拭条415与所述第一刮板413和所述第二刮板414配合,能够进一步将所述转动辊402上的胶涂抹均匀,从而对无纺布的涂胶均匀。

1.一种无纺布涂胶机构,其特征在于,
包括胶池、转动辊、主动辊、从动辊和匀胶组件,所述转动辊设置在所述胶池的上方,且所述转动辊部分位于所述胶池内,所述主动辊设置在所述转动辊的右下方,所述从动辊设置在所述转动辊的左上方,无纺布依次穿过所述从动辊、所述转动辊和所述主动辊,所述匀胶组件包括立板、斜板、刮胶板和韧性件,所述立板与所述胶池固定连接,并位于所述胶池的一侧,所述斜板的一端与所述立板铰接,并位于所述立板的一侧,所述斜板的另一端与所述韧性件的一端固定连接,所述韧性件的另一端与所述立板固定连接,所述刮胶板的一端与所述斜板固定连接,且所述刮胶板的另一端与所述转动辊接触。
2.如权利要求1所述的无纺布涂胶机构,其特征在于,
所述韧性件倾斜设置在所述立板和所述斜板之间。
3.如权利要求1所述的无纺布涂胶机构,其特征在于,
所述匀胶组件还包括伸缩杆,所述伸缩杆的两端分别与所述立板和所述斜板固定连接,且所述韧性件套设在所述伸缩杆的外部。
