Claims (8)

  1. Dispositif d'encollage de l'industrie de traitement du tabac pour l'application de colle (20) sur une bande de matériau (10) de l'industrie de traitement du tabac à l'aide d'un cylindre tramé (5) comportant de préférence des alvéoles, une chambre de répartition de colle (7) étant disposée adjacente au cylindre tramé (5), de laquelle la colle (20) est prélevée à l'aide du cylindre tramé (5), un conduit de transport (12) externe étant raccordé à un conduit d'approvisionnement (13) interne de la chambre de répartition de colle (7) et la colle (20) étant acheminée à la chambre de répartition de colle (7) via le conduit de transport (12) et le conduit d'approvisionnement (13), caractérisé en ce qu'un capteur (15) est prévu dans le conduit de transport (12) externe ou dans le conduit d'approvisionnement (13) interne, si bien que la quantité transportée de la colle est réglée en fonction des données captées par le capteur (15), notamment de la pression et de la quantité de colle, une pompe de transport (14) étant raccordée au conduit de transport (12) externe et/ou un limiteur de débit (17), de préférence à commande ou réglable, étant disposé au conduit de transport (12) externe, si bien que de la colle est transportée d'une réserve de colle externe via le conduit de transport (12) externe dans le conduit d'approvisionnement (13), la colle n'entrant pas en contact avec de l'oxygène.
  2. Dispositif d'encollage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la chambre de répartition de colle (7) est formée avec une surface de fond de chambre orientée vers le cylindre tramé (5) et avec une aire de section transversale en hauteur de la chambre, disposée ou formée notamment perpendiculairement à la surface de fond de chambre, le rapport de la surface de fond de chambre à l'aire de section transversale en hauteur de la chambre étant supérieur à 1, de préférence supérieur à ou égal à 1,25 ou 1,5 ou 1, 75 ou 2 ou supérieur, de la colle étant introduite dans la chambre de répartition de colle (7), vu dans le sens de rotation du cylindre tramé (5), aux alentours de la zone d'entrée par au moins une ouverture et/ou de la colle (20) étant évacuée de la chambre de répartition de colle (7) aux alentours de la zone de sortie par au moins une ouverture de sortie (24).
  3. Dispositif d'encollage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que la chambre de répartition de colle (7) est rendue étanche sur au moins une face latérale, de préférence sur les deux, le cylindre tramé (5) étant disposé notamment entre les faces latérales du cylindre tramé (5).
  4. Dispositif d'encollage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu une chambre recevant du liquide, la chambre (21) étant disposée adjacente au cylindre tramé (5) en cas de, ou lors d'un arrêt de production ou d'une interruption d'encollage de la bande de matériau (10), si bien que le cylindre tramé (5) est mis en contact avec le liquide, notamment de l'eau, de la chambre (21), la chambre (21) étant notamment conçue pivotante.
  5. Procédé d'application de colle sur une bande de matériau de l'industrie de traitement du tabac à l'aide d'un cylindre tramé (5) comportant de préférence des alvéoles, de la colle (20) étant prélevée d'une chambre de répartition de colle (7) disposée adjacente au cylindre tramé (5), et la colle (20) étant acheminée via un conduit de transport (12) externe et un conduit d'approvisionnement (13) interne de la chambre de répartition de colle (7) raccordé au conduit de transport (12) externe, la colle n'entrant pas en contact avec de l'oxygène, caractérisé en ce qu'un capteur (15) est prévu dans le conduit de transport (12) externe ou dans le conduit d'approvisionnement (13) interne, et en ce que la quantité transportée de la colle est réglée en fonction des données captées par le capteur (15), notamment de la pression et de la quantité de colle.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la colle est acheminée à la chambre de répartition de colle (7) à l'aide d'une pompe de transport (14), de préférence à commande ou réglable, raccordée au conduit de transport.
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que la quantité de colle (20) transportée dans le conduit de transport est réglée ou commandée à l'aide d'un limiteur de débit (17) disposé notamment dans le conduit de transport (12) ou dans le conduit d'approvisionnement (13) interne et/ou dans un conduit d'évacuation raccordé à la chambre de répartition (7).
  8. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la colle (20) est acheminée à la chambre de répartition de colle (7) par au moins une ouverture d'entrée prévue sur la face extérieure latérale de la chambre de répartition de colle (7) et est évacuée de la chambre de répartition de colle (7) par une ouverture de sortie (24) détournée de la face extérieure latérale, formée de préférence dans la zone centrale de la chambre de répartition de colle (7), de la colle étant acheminée simultanément à la chambre de répartition de colle (7) par des ouvertures de sortie (24) prévues sur les deux faces extérieures latérales.
