Claims (6)

  1. Dispositif de revêtement de matériaux en bande avec un fluide de revêtement (6),

    sachant que l'interstice arrière (14) - considéré dans le sens de déplacement du rouleau de transfert (3) - entre la surface enveloppante (5) et la chambre principale (12) est délimité par un racloir (13) qui applique de manière étanchéisante contre la surface enveloppante (5) du rouleau de transfert (3),
    caractérisé en ce que

  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la buse (15) se trouve en appui élastique et réglable en hauteur.
  3. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la buse (15) présente une largeur correspondant à la largeur du rouleau de transfert (3).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le fluide de revêtement (6) est le fluide choisi pour le flux de fluide à haute vitesse (7).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le sens d'écoulement du flux de fluide à haute vitesse (7) est réglé de sorte à permettre - en même temps que l'obturation de l'interstice (16, 16') de la chambre principale (12) relativement à la pénétration d'air et à la sortie du fluide d'enduction - l'enlèvement le plus intense possible de résidus de fluide de revêtement (6) présents dans les creux (4") du rouleau de transfert (3).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le sens d'écoulement du flux de fluide à haute vitesse (7) est réglé de manière à permettre - en même temps que l'obturation de l'interstice (16, 16') de la chambre principale (12) relativement à la pénétration d'air et à la sortie du fluide d'enduction - l'enlèvement de résidus de fluide de revêtement (6) présents dans les creux (4") du rouleau de transfert (3) et un remplissage des creux (4"').
