Claims (30)
- Elément de guidage d'une machine de production ou de traitement de bandes de matière, avec une pluralité d'ouvertures (03), disposées dans sa surface d'enveloppe, au moins dans un tronçon longitudinal de l'élément de guidage (01), sensiblement sur la totalité de la périphérie, pour la sortie d'un fluide placé sous pression, l'élément de guidage (01) étant susceptible d'être placé en au moins deux positions angulaires par rapport à une bande (02) entrante, caractérisé en ce que les ouvertures (03) sont réalisées sous forme de micro-ouvertures (3) ayant un diamètre de moins de 500 µm, en ce que les micro-ouvertures (3) sont des pores ouverts d'un matériau (06) poreux, traversé par un écoulement de fluide, le matériau étant réalisé sous forme de couche (06), sur un support (07), porteur de charges, mais perméable aux fluides au moins par zones, et en ce que, dans les deux positions angulaires, le fluide se trouvant dans ce tronçon longitudinal sort des micro-ouvertures, sensiblement sur la totalité de la périphérie.
- Elément de guidage d'une machine de production ou de traitement de bandes de matière, avec une pluralité d'ouvertures (03) pour la sortie d'un fluide placé sous pression, l'élément de guidage (01) étant susceptible d'être placé en au moins deux positions angulaires par rapport à une bande (02) entrante, caractérisé en ce que, en chacune des deux positions angulaires, tant sur un côté enlacé par la bande (02), tourné vers la bande (02), qu'également sur un côté opposé, orienté en sens inverse, de l'élément de guidage (01), le fluide sort d'ouvertures (3) y étant prévues, en ce que les ouvertures (03) sont réalisées sous forme d'ouvertures (03), orientées vers l'extérieur, de micro-perçages (11), d'un diamètre inférieur à 500 µm, dans une paroi (12) délimitant l'élément de guidage (01) vers l'extérieur.
- Elément de guidage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les ouvertures (03) sont disposées dans la surface d'enveloppe de l'élément de guidage (01), au moins dans un tronçon longitudinal de l'élément de guidage (01), sensiblement sur la totalité de la périphérie.
- Elément de guidage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que, dans les deux positions angulaires, le fluide se trouvant dans un tronçon longitudinal sort des ouvertures (03), sensiblement sur la totalité de la périphérie.
- Elément de guidage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de guidage (01) est susceptible de pivoter de 90°, sachant que, dans une première position angulaire, une première moitié, sensiblement du genre d'une demi-coquille, de la surface d'enveloppe cylindrique, est enlacée par la bande (02), et que, dans une deuxième position angulaire, une deuxième moitié, du genre d'une demi-coquille, de la surface d'enveloppe cylindrique est enlacée.
- Elément de guidage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les pores du matériau poreux perméable aux fluides présentent un diamètre moyen compris dans la fourchette de 5 à 50 mm, en particulier de 10 à 30 µm.
- Elément de guidage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le matériau (06) poreux est réalisé sous forme de matériau fritté (06) à pores ouverts, en particulier de métal fritté.
- Elément de guidage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, sur le côté tourné vers la couche (06), le support présente au moins une face support reliée à la couche (06), ainsi qu'une pluralité d'ouvertures (09), pour l'alimentation du fluide dans la couche (06).
- Elément de guidage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, dans la zone de la face support, la couche (06) présente une épaisseur inférieure à 1 mm, en particulier dans la fourchette de 0,05 mm à 0,3 mm.
- Elément de guidage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, sur sa largeur et longueur coopérant avec la couche (06), le support (07) présente respectivement une pluralité de passages (08), en particulier non connexes.
- Elément de guidage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le support (07) est réalisé sous forme de tube sport (07), avec un profil creux, en particulier un profil en forme d'anneau de cercle.
- Elément de guidage selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce qu'une épaisseur de paroi du tube support (07) est supérieure à 3 mm, en particulier supérieur à 5 mm.
- Elément de guidage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un degré d'ouverture, sur la surface, tournée vers l'extérieur, du matériau poreux (06) est compris dans la fourchette entre 3 % et 30 %, de préférence entre 10 % et 25 %.
- Elément de guidage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'un diamètre des ouvertures (03) est inférieur ou égal à 300 µm, en particulier compris dans la fourchette entre 60 et 150 µm.
- Elément de guidage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'une épaisseur de la paroi (12) est comprise dans la fourchette entre 0,2 à 3,0 mm.
- Elément de guidage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'une densité en trous, c'est-à-dire un nombre d'ouvertures (03) par unité de surface, pour la surface munie des micro-ouvertures (03) est au moins de 0,2 / mm2.
- Elément de guidage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que de 1 à 20 mètres cubes normaux d'air par heure sortent d'un mètre carré de la surface d'enveloppe présentant les ouvertures (03).
- Elément de guidage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que de 2 à 15, en particulier de 3 à 7 mètres cubes normaux d'air par heure sortent d'un mètre carré de la surface d'enveloppe présentant les ouvertures (03).
- Elément de guidage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le matériau (06) poreux est sollicité de l'intérieur par une surpression d'au moins 1 bar.
- Elément de guidage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le matériau (06) poreux est sollicité de l'intérieur par le fluide, par une surpression supérieure à 4 bar, en particulier dans la fourchette de 5 à 7 bar.
- Elément de guidage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'une conduite d'alimentation, pour l'amenée de fluide à l'élément de guidage (01), présente une section intérieure inférieure à 100 mm2, en particulier comprise dans la fourchette entre 10 et 60 mm2.
- Elément de guidage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le diamètre extérieur de l'élément de guidage (01) est dans la fourchette comprise entre 60 et 100 mm.
- Elément de guidage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de guidage (01) présente une longueur supérieure à 1.200 mm.
- Elément de guidage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de guidage (01) est réalisé sous forme de barre de retournement (01).
- Elément de guidage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le fluide placé sous pression est de l'air comprimé.
- Elément de guidage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les perçages (11) sont fabriqués à l'aide de particules accélérées.
- Elément de guidage selon la revendication 26, caractérisé en ce que les perçages (11) sont fabriqués par perçage à l'aide d'un rayon d'électrons.
- Elément de guidage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un tronçon de paroi, présentant les perçages (11), de l'élément de guidage (01) présente, sur sa surface, un ennoblissement repoussant les souillures et/ou l'encre.
- Elément de guidage selon la revendication 28, caractérisé en ce que l'ennoblissement est réalisé sous forme de revêtement au chrome.
- Elément de guidage selon la revendication 29, caractérisé en ce que la surface est polie à la qualité spéculaire.
