Claims (16)
- Elément de guidage d'une machine à imprimer, avec une pluralité d'ouvertures (03) pour la sortie d'un fluide placé sous pression, l'élément de guidage (01) étant réalisé pour guider et/ou dévier une bande de papier (02) entrante, les ouvertures (03) étant réalisées sous forme de micro-ouvertures (03), tournées vers l'extérieur, de micro-perçages (11) continus, s'étendant vers l'extérieur à travers une paroi (12) délimitant un espace creux (04), en ce que les perçages (11) présentent un diamètre, dans la zone des ouvertures (03), inférieur ou égal à 500 µm, caractérisé en ce qu'une densité en trous, c'est-à-dire un nombre d'ouvertures (03) par unité de surface, pour la face munie des micro-ouvertures (03), est d'au moins 0,2/mm2.
- Elément de guidage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le degré d'ouverture et de 3 à 25 %, en particulier de 5 à 15 %.
- Elément de guidage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les ouvertures (03) ménagées dans la surface d'enveloppe de l'élément de guidage (01), au moins dans un tronçon longitudinal de l'élément de guidage (01), sont disposées sensiblement sur la totalité de la périphérie.
- Elément de guidage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de guidage (01) est susceptible d'être placé en au moins deux positions angulaires par rapport à une bande (02) entrante.
- Elément de guidage selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que, dans les deux positions angulaires, le fluide, dans ce tronçon longitudinal, sort des micro-ouvertures (03) sensiblement sur toute la périphérie.
- Elément de guidage selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que, au moins dans un tronçon longitudinal de l'élément de guidage (01), il présente des ouvertures (03) disposées sensiblement sur toute la périphérie, en ce que les ouvertures (03) sont associées à deux moitiés, sensiblement du genre de demi-coques, de la surface d'enveloppe cylindrique de l'élément de guidage (01), à chacune desquelles est associé un espace creux (04) propre, situé à l'intérieur, les espace creux étant susceptibles d'être sollicités au choix par un fluide sous pression.
- Elément de guidage selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de guidage (01) est susceptible de pivoter de 90°, sachant que, dans une première position angulaire, une première moitié, sensiblement du genre de demi-coque, de la surface d'enveloppe cylindrique est entourée par la bande (02) et que, dans une deuxième position angulaire, une deuxième moitié, sensiblement du genre de demi-coque, de la surface d'enveloppe est entourée.
- Elément de guidage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un diamètre des ouvertures (03) est inférieur ou égal à 300 µm, en particulier compris entre 60 et 150 µm.
- Elément de guidage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une épaisseur de la paroi (12) est comprise entre 0,2 et 3,0 mm.
- Elément de guidage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que 2 à 15, en particulier 3 à 7 normo mètres cube d'air par seconde sortent sur un mètre carré de la surface d'enveloppe présentant les ouvertures (03).
- Elément de guidage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de guidage (01) présente une longueur supérieure à 1.200 mm.
- Elément de guidage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les perçages (11) sont fabriqués à l'aide de particules accélérées.
- Elément de guidage selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que les perçages (11) sont fabriqués par perçage à l'aide d'un jet d'électrons.
- Elément de guidage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un tronçon de paroi, présentant les perçages (11), de l'élément de guidage (01) présente sur sa surface un ennoblissement repoussant la souillure et/ou l'encre.
- Elément de guidage selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que l'ennoblissement est réalisé sous forme de revêtement au chrome.
- Elément de guidage selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que la surface est réalisée avec un poli spéculaire.
