Procédé pour la production d'une section de produit (16) dans une machine à imprimer avec au moins un cône plieur (11.1; 11.2; 11.3) et une bande (03) ou bande partielle (03.1 b ; 03.1 a ; 03.2b) conduite vers ledit cône plieur (11.1; 11.2; 11.3), caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une bande ou bande partielle (03.1 a) est conduite vers un dispositif de pliage à soc (18) et vers un nombre impair de barres de retournement (19), en particulier une seule, avant d'être réunie, sans passer par un cône plieur (11.1; 11.2; 11.3), par l'intermédiaire d'au moins un rouleau directeur (27), en tant que rame partielle (23) avec au moins une face pliée par le dispositif de pliage à soc (18), à une rame partielle (24) conduite à travers le cône plieur (11) pour former un ensemble de rame, celui-ci étant ensuite coupé transversalement en sections de produit (16) dans un dispositif de coupe transversale (17).
  2. Procédé pour la production d'une section de produit (16) dans une machine à imprimer avec au moins un cône plieur (11.1; 11.2; 11.3) et une bande partielle (03.1 b; 03.1 a; 03.2b) imprimée avec des pages d'impression de la largeur d'un premier format (F) et conduites vers ledit cône plieur (11.1; 11.2; 11.3), une bande partielle (03.1a) avec une page d'impression en une ou deux parties, de format (S ; S') globalement supérieur d'un dépassement (32) au premier format (F) étant imprimée en agencement tabloïd, caractérisé en ce que la bande partielle (03.1 a) de format (S ; S') est conduite vers un nombre impair de barres de retournement (19), en particulier une seule, et est réunie en aval, sans passer par un cône plieur (11.1; 11.2; 11.3), par l'intermédiaire d'au moins un rouleau directeur (27), à une rame partielle (24) conduite vers le cône plieur (11) et contenant les pages d'impression de petit format (F) pour former un ensemble de rame (15), celui-ci étant ensuite coupé transversalement en sections de produit (16) dans un dispositif de coupe transversale (17).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la bande partielle (03.1 a) présentant le dépassement (32) traverse un dispositif de pliage à soc (18) rabattant le dépassement (32).
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les bandes partielles (03.1 b; 03.2a; 03.2b) à conduire vers le cône plieur (11.1; 11.2; 11.3) sont imprimées chacune en amont en agencement tabloïd avec au moins deux pages d'impression de premier format (F) couchées, autrement dit avec la longueur orientée dans la direction de l'axe du cylindre.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 1, 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que la bande partielle (03.1 a) à conduire vers le dispositif de pliage à soc (18) est imprimée en amont en agencement tabloïd avec une page d'impression en une ou deux parties, de format (S ; S') globalement supérieur au premier format (F), mais inférieur au double du premier format (F), autrement dit avec la longueur orientée dans la direction de l'axe du cylindre.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 3 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que la bande partielle (03.1 a) à conduire vers le dispositif de pliage à soc (18) est obtenue par coupe longitudinale d'une bande (03.1) imprimée par un cylindre de groupe d'impression (12; 13) côte à côte avec des pages d'impression de premier format (F) et avec au moins une page d'impression de deuxième format (S ; S') supérieur, quant à sa longueur dans la direction longitudinale du cylindre de groupe d'impression (12; 13).
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 3 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que la bande partielle (03.1 a) à plier reçoit un pli longitudinal excentré par rapport à la bande partielle (03.1 a) entrante, réalisé par le dispositif de pliage à soc (18), par rabattement d'au moins un bord de bande.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que la page d'impression de grand format (S ; S') est transférée du cylindre de groupe d'impression (12; 13) à la bande (03.1) en tant qu'image d'impression continue et asymétrique disposée sur un cliché d'impression, présentant une largeur correspondant à deux pages d'impression de premier format (F), ou est transférée du cylindre de groupe d'impression (12; 13) à la bande (03.1) en tant qu'image d'impression divisée avec une première partie sur un cliché d'impression présentant une largeur correspondant à une page d'impression de premier format (F), et une deuxième partie, de dimension inférieure à la première page d'impression, asymétrique sur un cliché d'impression présentant une largeur correspondant à une page d'impression de premier format (F).
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que la bande partielle (03.1 a) à plier est conduite vers un dispositif de pliage à soc (18) avant d'être conduite vers un nombre impair de barres de retournement (19), en particulier une seule.
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que la bande partielle (03.1 a) à plier conduite vers un nombre impair de barres de retournement (19), en particulier une seule, avant d'être conduite vers un dispositif de pliage à soc (18).
  11. Dispositif pour la production d'une section de produit (16) dans une machine à imprimer avec au moins une unité d'impression (04.1), avec au moins un cône plieur (11.1; 11.2; 11.3) d'une superstructure de cône plieurs et avec au moins une rame partielle (24) comportant au moins une bande ou bande partielle (03.1 b; 03.2a ; 03.2b) conduite vers ledit cône plieur (11.1; 11.2; 11.3), caractérisé en ce qu'une barre de retournement (19) et un dispositif de pliage à soc (18) sont prévus sur le trajet d'une bande partielle (03.1 b; 03.2a; 03.2b), et en ce qu'une bande ou bande partielle (03.1a) traversant le dispositif de pliage à soc (18), est, sans passer par un cône plieur (11.1; 11.2; 11.3), réunie en tant que rame partielle (23) à la rame partielle (24) contenant la bande ou bande partielle (03.1b; 03.2a; 03.2b) conduite vers un cône plieur (11.1; 11.2; 11.3), pour former un ensemble de rame (15) à une sortie de la superstructure de cônes plieurs (07).
  12. Dispositif selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que la bande partielle (03.1 b; 03.2a; 03.2b) conduite vers le cône plieur (11.1; 11.2; 11.3) est imprimée en amont en agencement tabloïd avec au moins deux pages d'impression de premier format (F) couchées, autrement dit avec la longueur orientée dans la direction de l'axe du cylindre.
  13. Dispositif selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que la bande partielle (03.1 a) conduite vers le dispositif de pliage à soc (18) est imprimée en amont en agencement tabloïd avec une page d'impression en une ou deux parties, de format (S ; S') globalement supérieur au premier format (F), autrement dit avec la longueur orientée dans la direction de l'axe du cylindre.
  14. Dispositif selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce qu'un cylindre porte-cliché (13) de l'unité d'impression (03.1) comporte côte à côte des modèles d'images d'impression d'un premier format (F) et au moins une page d'impression en une ou plusieurs parties d'un deuxième format (S ; S') globalement supérieur au premier format (F).
  15. Dispositif selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif de perforation (21), en particulier un dispositif de perforation transversale, est prévu en amont du dispositif de pliage à soc (18) sur le trajet de bande, lequel perfore transversalement au moins partiellement, mais en particulier seulement au niveau du bord à plier ou des bords à plier, la bande partielle (03.1a) à plier par le dispositif de pliage à soc (18).
  16. Dispositif selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que la superstructure de cônes plieurs comporte plusieurs cônes plieurs (11.1; 11.2; 11.3) côte à côte, et en ce que plusieurs rouleaux directeurs (27) sont prévus en aval du dispositif de pliage à soc (18), au moyen desquels la rame partielle (23) pliée peut être sélectivement conduite vers un côté ou l'autre de la rame partielle (24) conduite vers le cône plieur (11.1; 11.2; 11.3).
  17. Dispositif selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que la barre de retournement (19) est prévue en premier sur le trajet de la bande partielle (03.1 b; 03.2a; 03.2b), puis le dispositif de pliage à soc (18) en aval.
  18. Dispositif selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de pliage à soc (18) est prévu en premier sur le trajet de la bande partielle (03.1 b; 03.2a; 03.2b), puis la barre de retournement (19) en aval.
