- Garofen miteiner beheizbaren Garofenmuffel (6), die durch eine Beschickungsöffnung (8) hindurch vom Außenraum (A) her mit Gargut beschickbar ist,einer Garofentür (10), die dem Verschließen der Beschickungsöffnung (8) der Garofenmuffel (6) gegenüber dem Außenraum (A) dient und eine der Garofenmuffel (6) zugewandte Innenscheibe (50), eine dem Außenraum (A) zugewandte Außenscheibe (48) und eine oder mehrere zwischen Innenscheibe (50) und Außenscheibe (48) angeordnete Zwischenscheiben (52) aufweist, wobei sich zwischen der Außenscheibe (48) und der benachbarten Zwischenscheibe (52) ein äußerer Zwischenraum (54) und zwischen der Innenscheibe (50) und der benachbarten Zwischenscheibe (52) und gegebenenfalls zwischen benachbarten Zwischenscheiben (52) ein oder mehrere innere Zwischenräume (56) bilden, undeiner Kühleinrichtung, mit der Kühlluft (K1) durch den äußeren Zwischenraum (54) hindurchleitbar und Isolierluft (I) in dem oder den inneren Zwischenräumen (56) festhaltbar ist.
- Garofen nach Anspruch 2, bei dem die Kühleinrichtung eine Luftführung aufweist, umdie Kühlluft (K1) von unten und/oder von einer oder beiden Seiten her insbesondere aus dem Außenraum (A) in den äußeren Zwischenraum (54) hineinzuführen und nach oben hin aus diesem wieder herauszuführen oder umgekehrt unddie Isolierluft (I) vollständig einzuschließen oder von unten her in die seitlich und oben verschlossenen inneren Zwischenräume (56) eintreten zu lassen.
- Garofen nach Anspruch 2, bei dem die Luftführung zwei zueinander parallele Längsträger (58) aufweist, die den oder die inneren Zwischenräume (56) seitlich von dem äußeren Zwischenraum (54) trennen.
- Garofen nach Anspruch 3, bei dem die Längsträger (58) im Querschnitt U-förmig ausgebildet sind, wobeider längere äußere Schenkel (62) an der Innenseite der Außenscheibe (48) insbesondere durch Verkleben festgelegt ist undder kürzere innere Schenkel (64) unter Bildung eines Spaltes (S1) zur Innenseite der Außenscheibe (48) den oder die inneren Zwischenräume (56) seitlich begrenzt.
- Garofen nach Anspruch 4, bei dem der oder die äußeren Schenkel (62) eines oder beider Längsträger (58) Lufteintrittsöffnungen (120) aufweisen.
- Garofen nach Anspruch 5, bei dem die Lufteintrittöffnungen (120) in einer Ebene mit dem äußeren Zwischenraum (54) liegen und/oder mit einem mit dem äußeren Zwischenraum (54) fluchtenden Kanal (KA1) verbunden sind.

- Garofen nach Anspruch 17, bei dem das oder die Kühlgebläse (32) über und/oder hinter und/oder unter der Garofenmuffel (6) angeordnet und einerseits mit einem an die Luftaustrittsöffnungen (128) der Garofentür (10) führenden Ansaugkanal (34) und andererseits mit einem in den Außenraum (A) führenden Ausblaskanal (36) verbunden sind, der insbesondere über der Garofentür (10) mündet.
