Claims (5)
- Vorrichtung zum Beschlichten einer in einer Transportrichtung (5) bewegten Fadenschar (3) mit mindestens einem Schlichteabteil (2) zum Kontaktieren des Garns der Schar mit Schlichteflotte (25), wobei dem Schlichteabteil (2) ein, vorzugsweise drei Walzen (6, 7, 15) umfassendes Einzugswerk (1) vorgeschaltet und ein Schlichtequetschwerk (27) nachgeschaltet ist, mit Mitteln zum Vornetzen des Garns der Schar vor dem Kontaktieren mit der Schlichteflotte (25) mit einer gegenüber dieser zumindest verdünnten Flotte, insbesondere mit Wasser, und mit einem zwischen die Vornetzmittel und das Schlichteabteil (2) geschalteten Netzmittel-Quetschwerk (16),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Einzugswerk (1) in Multifunktion zugleich als Vornetzmittel (10, 14) und als Netzmittel-Quetschwerk (7, 15, 16) ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein aus drei Walzen (6, 7, 15) bestehendes Einzugswerk (1) einen ersten Netzmittelvorrat (10) in einem Zwickel (9) oberhalb eines ersten Quetschspalts (8) zwischen seinen in Transportrichtung (5) der Fadenschar (3) ersten und zweiten Walzen (6, 7) aufstaut und mit mindestens einer seiner Walzen, insbesondere der zweiten Walze (7), in einen zweiten Netzmittelvorrat (14) taucht und daß der Weg der Fadenschar (3) im Anschluß an den ersten Netzmittelvorrat (10) durch einen ersten Quetschspalt (8) und dann längs der Oberfläche der zweiten Walze (7) durch den zweiten Netzmittelvorrat (14) durch einen zweiten Quetschspalt (16), das Netzmittel-Quetschwerk, führt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Walze (7) und die dritte Walze (15) des Einzugswerks (1) mit ihren Achsen im wesentlichen vertikal übereinander angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fadenschar (3) über eine freie Strecke (17) von der Oberfläche der dritten Walze (15) des Einzugswerks (1) zur Oberfläche der ersten Walze (18) des Schlichteabteils (2) geführt ist und daß die Länge der freien Strecke (17) zwischen dem Ablauf der Fadenschar (3) von der dritten Walze (15) des Einzugswerks (1) und der ersten Walze (18) des Schlichteabteils (2) durch kompakte Bauweise minimiert ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die freie Strecke (17) durch eine Abdeckung (19) gegen Wärmeverlust geschützt ist.
