Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung (100) zum gleichzeitigen beidseitigen Auftragen einer Behandlungsflüssigkeit (5) auf eine Warenbahn, insbesondere eine textile Warenbahn (1),mit einem sich über die Breite der Warenbahn (1) erstreckenden Trog (4), der in einer zur Warenbahn (1) senkrechten Vertikalebene einen keilförmig nach unten sich verjüngenden Querschnitt aufweist und dessen den Keil bildende feststehende Seitenflächen (4',4") an den Enden außerhalb der Warenbahnbreite durch Querwände flüssigkeitsdicht verbunden sind,mit einem im Bereich der Keilspitze in einer offenen Ausnehmung (8) einer Seitenwand (4') angeordneten, gegen die gegenüberliegende, an einem Gegenträger (11) ausgebildete Seitenwand (4") aufblasbaren horizontalen Schlauch (9),mit einer Einrichtung (16,17) zur Zufuhr von Behandlungsflüssigkeit (5) in den Trog (4),mit einer Warenbahnführungseinrichtung (3,20), mittels derer die Warenbahn (1) vertikal von oben nach unten durch den Trog (4) und den Spalt (12) zwischen dem Schlauch (9) und der gegenüberliegenden Seitenfläche (4") des Troges (4) hindurchführbar ist, wobei die Warenbahn (1) zwischen dem Schlauch (9) und der gegenüberliegenden Seitenfläche (4") des Troges (4) eingespannt und der Trog (4) nach unten abgedichtet werden und die Warenbahn (1) auf eine je nach dem Aufblasdruck des Schlauches (9) wählbare Beladung mit der Behandlungsflüssigkeit (5) abgestreift wird,und mit einer unter dem Gegenträger (11) angeordneten Umlenkwalze (20), die von der vertikal aus dem Schlauchspalt (12) nach unten heraus geführten Warenbahn (1;1") seitlich tangiert wird,daß der Anlagebereich (4"') der Warenbahn (1) an einem geschlossenen glatten Wandungsteil am unteren Ende der gegenüberliegenden Seitenfläche (4") ausgebildet istund daß der Gegenträger (11) an seiner Unterseite (21) so ausgebildet ist, daß er mit dem Anlagebereich (4") von oben in den Zwickel zwischen der vertikal verlaufenden Warenbahn (1,1") hineinreicht, so daß die freie Warenbahnstrecke (1") von dem Schlauchspalt (12) bis zur Auflaufstelle (1"') der Warenbahn (1) auf dem Umfang der Umlenkwalze (20) minimal kurz ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gegenträger (11) als Kastenträger ausgebildet ist und eine konkave Unterseite (21) hat, die dicht oberhalb des Umfangs der Umlenkwalze (20) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umlenkwalze (20) angetrieben ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umlenkwalze die erste Walze einer anschließenden Behandlungsstrecke (200) mit gebundener Warenbahnführung ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Behandlungsstrecke (200) Unterwalzen (20,30,40) und dazu auf Lücke angeordnete Oberwalzen (25,35) umfaßt und die Warenbahn (1) derart mäanderförmig unten um die Unterwalzen (20,30,40) und oben um die Oberwalzen (25,35) herumgeführt ist, daß am Übergang zwischen den Walzen keine freien Warenbahnstrecken auftreten.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagerungen (24,34) der Oberwalzen (25,35) derart anhebbar sind, daß die betreffende Oberwalze (25,35) von beiden benachbarten Unterwalzen (20,30 bzw. 30,40) abgehoben sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagerungen (24,34) der Oberwalzen (25,35) eine freie Selbsteinstellung der Oberwalzen (25,35) gegenüber den jeweils benachbarten Unterwalzen (20,30 bzw. 30,40) zulassen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine weitere der der Umlenkwalze (20) folgenden Unterwalzen (30,40) angetrieben ist.
