Claims (11)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Rohrverbindung, bei dem rohrförmige Werkstücke (101, 108), nämlich ein Kupplungswerkstück (101) und jeweils ein Rohrende (108), durch plastische Verformung in radialer Richtung mittels eines Preßwerkzeugs (91, 92) mit mehr als zwei Preßbacken (94, 95, 110, 111) verbunden werden, welche unter Bildung eines Preßrings (93, 109) gelenkartig miteinander verbunden sind und mit Hilfe wenigstens einer Antriebseinrichtung (103) im wesentlichen radial nach innen bewegbar sind, wobei der Preßring (93, 109) mit den Preßbacken (94, 95, 110, 111) für den Verpreßvorgang um die Werkstücke (101, 108) herumgelegt und dann geschlossen wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein solcher Preßring (93, 109) verwendet wird, der nach dem Herumlegen um die Werkstücke (101, 108) diese zunächst nicht vollständig umschließt, und daß dann die Verpressung und plastische Verformung durch Schließen des Preßrings (93, 109) mit Hilfe der Antriebseinrichtung(en) (103) bewirkt wird.
- Kombination aus Preßwerkzeug (91, 92) einerseits sowie Kupplungswerkstück (101) und Rohrende (108) als Werkstücke (101, 108) andererseits zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1, mit mehr als zwei Preßbacken (94, 95, 110, 111), welche unter Bildung eines Preßrings (93, 109) gelenkartig miteinander verbunden sind und mit Hilfe wenigstens einer Antriebseinrichtung (103) im wesentlichen radial nach innen bewegbar sind, wobei der Preßring (93, 109) für den Verpreßvorgang um die Werkstücke (101, 108) herumlegbar und dann schließbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Geometrie von Preßring (93, 109) und Werkstücken (101, 108) derart aneinander angepaßt sind, daß einerseits die Werkstücke (101, 108) von dem Preßring (93, 109) nach dem Herumlegen um diese nicht vollständig umschließbar sind und daß andererseits durch Schließen des Preßrings (93, 109) eine Verpressung mit plastischer Verformung bewirkbar ist, und daß die zumindest eine Antriebseinrichtung (103) so ausgebildet ist, daß mit ihr der Preßring (93, 109) aus der Stellung nach dem Herumlegen um die Werkstücke (101, 108) in die Schließstellung bewegbar ist.
- Kombination nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest ein Teil der Preßbacken (94, 95; 111) in Preßbackenträgern (97; 113) relativ zu diesen bewegbar geführt ist.
- Kombination nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Führungseinrichtungen für die bewegbaren Preßbacken (95; 111) dergestalt vorgesehen sind, daß deren stirnseitigen Abstände zu Beginn des Preßvorgangs gleich sind.
- Kombination nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungseinrichtungen eine Kulissenführung aufweisen.
- Kombination nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungseinrichtungen eine gegen Anschläge gerichtet Federbeaufschlagung (98; 115 bis 117) aufweisen.
- Kombination nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebseinrichtung(en) (103) an den freien Endes des Preßrings (93, 109) angreift bzw. angreifen.
- Kombination nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebseinrichtung(en) (103) von dem Preßring (93, 106) trennbar ist bzw. sind und die Antriebseinrichtung(en) (103) und der Preßring (93, 109) Kupplungselemente (102, 105, 118) aufweisen, über die sie miteinander in Wirkverbindung bringbar sind.
- Kombination nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Preßring (93) wenigstens ein außenseitig an zumindest den bewegbaren Preßbacken (95) anliegendes Zugband (97) aufweist, über das bzw. die die Preßbacken (94, 95) zusammenbewegbar sind.
- Kombination nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei Zugbänder (97) vorgesehen sind, die im Bereich der freien Enden des Preßrings (93) zusammenziehbar sind.
- Kombination nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Preßbacken (94, 95, 110, 111) in Umfangsrichtung gleich lang ausgebildet sind.
