Claims (20)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Borstenwaren aus Kunststoff mit Borsten, deren nutzungsseitige Enden verrundet sind und in einer von der borstenseitigen Oberfläche des Borstenträgers abweichenden Kontur liegen und an ihren gegenüberliegenden Enden an einem Borstenträger befestigt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Borsten mit den nutzungsseitigen Enden in einer Ebene liegend mit Abstand von diesen Enden mittels einer Klemmeinrichtung eingespannt und an ihren nutzungsseitigen Enden durch mechanische oder chemische Bearbeitung verrundet, anschließend aus der Einspannung gelöst, daraufhin axial gegeneinander verschoben und schließlich mittels der Klemmeinrichtung in Wirklege mit einer Befestigungs einrichtung gebracht und mit den gegenüberliegenden Enden am Borstenträger befestigt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Borsten nach dem Einspannen mit Abstand von der Einspannung zur Bildung der nutzungsseitigen Enden plan abgeschnitten und anschließend an diesen Enden bearbeitet werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Borsten nach dem Verrunden aus der Einspannung gelöst und durch axiales Verschieben gegen eine Negativ-Form konturiert und schließlich mit den gegenüberliegenden Enden am Borstenträger befestigt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sämtliche den Borstenbesatz einer Borstenware bildenden Borsten mit Abstand von ihren in einer Ebene liegenden, nutzungsseitigen Enden eingespannt, ihre nutzungsseitigen Enden mechanisch oder chemisch bearbeitet, anschließend aus der Einspannung gelöst und daraufhin gegen die Negativ-Form konturiert werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 zur Herstellung von Borstenwaren mit einer Vielzahl von zu multifilen Gruppen zusammengefaßten Borsten, z.B. Bündeln, Streifen oder Paketen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gruppen von Borsten nach dem Bearbeiten der nutzungsseitigen Enden und dem Lösen aus der Einspannung einzeln oder gruppenweise mit ihren nutzungsseitigen Enden gegen die Negativ-Form konturiert werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Borsten mit ihren nutzungsseitigen Enden voraus unter axialem Verschieben gegen die Negativ-Form angedrückt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei die Borsten oder Borstengruppen von einem taktweise zugeführten Endlosstrang verarbeitet werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Borsten am vorlaufenden Ende des Endlosstrangs eingespannt, mit Abstand von diesem Ende vom Endlosstrang unter Bildung der nutzungsseitigen Enden abgeschnitten, an diesen Enden mechanisch oder chemisch bearbeitet, nach dem Lösen aus der Einspannung entgegen der Zuführrichtung des Endlosstrangs gegen die Negativ-Form konturiert, mit Abstand von den gegenüberliegenden Enden eingespannt und an diesen unter Bildung der befestigungsseitigen Enden zugeschnitten werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Borsten oder Borsteneinheiten nach dem Zuschneiden an den befestigungsseitigen Enden aus der Einspannung gelöst, mit diesen Enden voraus in eine Position, in der sie am Borstenträger befestigt werden, verschoben und erneut eingespannt werden.
- Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Borstenwaren aus Kunststoff mit einem Borstenträger und daran befestigten Borsten, deren nutzungsseitige Enden verrundet sind und in einer von der befestigungsseitigen Oberfläche des Borstenträgers abweichenden Kontur liegen, mit einer die Borsten an einer Bearbeitungsstelle positionierenden Halterung, einer an den nutzungsseitigen Enden der Borsten zur Wirkung bringbaren Einrichtung zum Verrunden dieser Enden und einer Einrichtung zum Befestigen der gegenüberliegenden Enden der Borsten an dem Borstenträger, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Halterung eine Klemmeinrichtung (5) vorgesehen ist, mittels der die Borsten (10) einzeln oder gruppenweise mit Abstand von ihren in einer Ebene liegenden nutzungsseitigen Enden (12) an der Bearbeitungsstelle einspannbar und zunächst in Wirklage mit der Einrichtung (13) zum Verrunden und nach Lösen der Klemmeinrichtung und axialem Verschieben der Borsten gegeneinander in Wirklage mit der Befestigungseinrichtung bringbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Klemmeinrichtung (5) mit Abstand eine Schneideinrichtung zugeordnet ist, mittels der die Borsten zur Bildung der nutzungsseitigen Enden plan zuschneidbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, bestehend aus einer die Borsten in einem Kanal eng führenden Einrichtung, einem in dem Kanal verschiebbaren, auf das befestigungsseitige Ende der Borsten wirkenden Kolben und einer der Führungseinrichtung zugeordneten, der Kontur der Borsten an ihren nutzungsseitigen Enden entsprechenden Negativ-Form, in die die Borsten mittels des Kolbens verschoben werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nach dem Lösen der Klemmeinrichtung (5) der Kolben (21) in den Kanal (15) einfahrbar ist, um die Borsten (10) gegen die Negativ-Form (18) zu verschieben.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungseinrichtung (14) mehrere Führungskanäle (15) für je eine Gruppe (10) von Borsten, z.B. Bündeln, Streifen oder Paketen, aufweist, für jeden Führungskanal (15) ein Kolben (21) vorgesehen ist und die Kolben verschiedene Länge entsprechend dem unterschiedlichen Verschiebeweg der Borsteneinheiten (10) bis zur Anlage an der Negativ-Form (18) aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12 mit einer die Borsten bzw. Borstengruppen in Form von Endlossträngen taktweise zuführenden Fördereinrichtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Flucht mit der Fördereinrichtung die Klemmeinrichtung (5) mit einer der Anzahl der Endlosstränge (1) entsprechenden Anzahl von Kanälen (7) angeordnet ist, daß nach dem Einführen der vorlaufenden Enden (11) der Endlosstränge (1) in die Kanäle die Klemmeinrichtung (5) schließbar ist, und daß in Förderrichtung vor der Klemmeinrichtung (5) eine Schneideinrichtung (8) zum Ablängen der Borsten (10) vom Endlosstrang (1) und zur Bildung der nutzungsseitigen Borstenenden (12) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung (13) zum Bearbeiten der nutzungsseitigen Enden (12) vor diese und die Klemmeinrichtung (5) verfahrbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungseinrichtung (14) in Zuführrichtung der Borsten (10) hinter der Klemmeinrichtung (5) und hinter dieser (5) ein Träger (20) mit den Kolben (21) angeordnet ist, und daß vor der Klemmeinrichtung (5) eine auf die bearbeiteten Borstenenden (12) einwirkende Schubeinrichtung (16) angeordnet ist, mittels der die Borsten (20) in die Kanäle (15) der Führungseinrichtung (14) soweit einschiebbar sind, bis die nutzungsseitigen Enden (12) an der ihnen nahen Stirnseite (17) der Klemmeinrichtung (5) bündig abschließen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Negativ-Form (18) vor die Stirnseite (17) der Klemmeinrichtung (5) verfahrbar ist und anschließend die Kolben (21) an dem Träger (20) in die Kanäle (15) der Führungseinrichtung (14) einfahrbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der der Negativ-Form (18) abgekehrten Stirnseite der Klemmeinrichtung (5) eine Schneideinrichtung (22) angeordnet ist, die nach dem Wegfahren der Führungseinrichtung (14) die diese Stirnseite überragenden Enden der Borsten (10) unter Bildung der befestigungsseitigen Enden (24) abschneidet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schneideinrichtung (8) zum Ablängen der Borsten (10) vom Endlosstrang (1) zugleich die Schneideinrichtung (22) zum Abschneiden der die Stirnseite der Klemmeinrichtung (5) überragenden Enden bildet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die abgeschnittenen Borsten (10) mittels der Negativ-Form (18) bei geöffneter Klemmeinrichtung (5) in dieser soweit verschiebbar sind, bis ihre in einer Ebene liegenden befestigungsseitigen Enden (24) die der Negativ-Form (18) abgekehrte Stirnseite der Klemmeinrichtung (5) mit einer für ihre Befestigung am Borstenträger notwendigen Länge überragen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmeinrichtung (5) während des Befestigens der Borsten (10) am Borstenträger zum axialen Sichern der Borsten dient.
