Claims (23)
1. Verfahren zur Bildung eines Thrombus innerhalb eines Gefäßhohlraumes,
in welchem Blut vorhanden ist, umfassend die Schritte:
Endovaskuläres Anordnen eines Führungsdrahtes nahe einer endovaskulären
Öffnung in den Gefäßhohlraum;
Anordnen einer distalen Spitze des Führungsdrahtes in dem Gefäßhohlraum;
Anlegen eines ersten elektrischen Signals an die distale Spitze innerhalb des Gefäßhohlraumes, um innerhalb des Gefäßhohlraumes
einen Thrombus um die distale Spitze zu bilden; und
elektrolytisches Lösen der distalen Spitze von dem Führungsdraht, um die distale Spitze innerhalb des Gefäßhohlraumes
und des elektrisch innerhalb des Gefäßhohlraumes geformten Thrombus zu belassen,
wodurch die elektrische Bildung eines Thrombus vollständig endovaskulär gebildet wird.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei welchem der Schritt des Anordnens
der distalen Spitze in dem Gefäßhohlraum ferner den Schritt umfaßt, daß der Gefäßhohlraum im wesentlichen von der
distalen Spitze eingenommen wird.
3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, bei welchem der Schritt, bei welchem der Gefäßhohlraum im wesentlichen eingenommen wird,
den Schritt des Füllens des Gefäßhohlraumes mit einem langen und biegsamen Abschnitt der distalen Spitze umfaßt.
4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei welchem der Schritt des Lösens der distalen Spitze vom Führungsdraht den Schritt des
elektrolytischen Lösens der distalen Spitze von dem Führungsdraht umfaßt.
5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, bei welchem der Schritt des elektrolytischen Lösens der distalen Spitze von dem Führungsdraht
den Schritt des elektrolytischen Zersetzens wenigstens eines Abschnittes eines Verbindungssegments, das sich zwi-0
sehen dem Führungsdraht und der distalen Spitze erstreckt, umfaßt.
6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, bei welchem der Schritt des elektrolytischen Zersetzens des Verbindungssegments den
Schritt des elektrolytischen Abkorrodierens wenigstens eines Abschnittes eines Wendelsegments umfaßt.
7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, bei welchem der Schritt des elektrolytischen Korrodierens des Wendelsegments den Schritt
0 des elektrolytischen Zersetzens eines Wendelsegments aus rostfreiem Stahl umfaßt.
8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei welchem der Schritt des Anlegens
eines elektrischen Signals an die distale Spitze zur Bildung des Thrombus den Schritt des Anlegens eines positiven
Gleichstromes für eine erste vorbestimmte Zeitdauer umfaßt.
9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei welchem der Schritt des Lösens
der distalen Spitze von dem Führungsdraht den Schritt des Anlegens eines positiven Gleichstromes für eine zusatz Iiehe
vorbestimmte Zeitdauer umfaßt.
10. Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, bei welchem der Schritt des Lösens der distalen Spitze von dem Führungsdraht den Schritt
des Anlegens eines positiven Gleichstromes für eine zusatzIiehe
vorbestimmte Zeitdauer getrennt von der ersten vorbestimmten Zeitdauer umfaßt.
11. Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, bei welchem bei dem Schritt des Lösens die Stelle des Lösens der Spitze von dem Führungsdraht
während der ersten vorbestimmten Zeitdauer nicht mit Blut in Berührung kommt und während der zusätzlichen vorbestimmten
Zeitdauer mit Blut in Berührung kommt.
12. Führungsdraht zur Verwendung bei der Elektrothrombose, verwendet in Kombination mit einem Mikrokatheter, umfassend:
einen Kerndraht, welcher Kerndraht einen distalen Abschnitt hat, welcher in Blut elektrolytisch zersetzbar ist; und
5 einen Spitzenabschnitt, der mit dem distalen Abschnitt des Kerndrahtes gekoppelt ist, welcher Spitzenabschnitt für das
endovaskuläre Einführen in einen Gefäßhohlraum,
wodurch eine endovaskuläre Elektrothrombose durchgeführt werden kann.
13. Führungsdraht nach Anspruch 12, bei welchem der distale
Abschnitt ein freiliegendes Segment aus rostfreiem Stahl ist.
14. Führungsdraht nach Anspruch 13, bei welchem das Segment aus rostfreiem Stahl eine Wendel umfaßt, die an ihrem
proximalen Ende mit dem Kerndraht verbunden ist und an ihrem distalen Ende mit dem Spitzenabschnitt des Führungsdrahtes
verbunden ist.
15. Führungsdraht nach Anspruch 14, bei welchem der Kerndraht sich in einem fadenartigen Abschnitt konzentrisch innerhalb
der Wendel aus rostfreiem Stahl von dem distalen Ende der Wendel aus rostfreiem Stahl zu der Stelle erstreckt, wo die
Wendel aus rostfreiem Stahl mit dem Spitzenabschnitt des Führungsdrahtes verbunden ist.
16. Führungsdraht nach Anspruch 14, bei welchem die Wendel eine Innenraum definiert, welcher Innenraum frei und unverstärkt
ist.
17. Führungsdraht nach Anspruch 12, bei welchem der Spitzenabschnitt
ein langes und im wesentlichen biegsames Segment ist und aus einem Metall besteht, welches nicht in Blut elektrolytisch
zersetzbar ist.
18. Führungsdraht nach Anspruch 12, bei welchem der Spitzenabschnitt
aus 479 Platinlegierung besteht.
19. Führungsdraht nach Anspruch 17, bei welchem das lange und
biegsame Segment eine Länge hat, die ausreicht, um den Gefäßhohlraum im wesentlichen zu füllen, wenn es in diesen eingeführt
ist.
20. Führungsdraht nach Anspruch 17, bei welchem das lange und biegsame Segment vorgespannt ist, um eine Helix zu bilden,
wenn es aus dem Mikrokatheter ausgefahren ist.

23. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei welchem der Schritt des
Anordnens der Spitze den Schritt des Anordnens des Führungsdrahtes in einer ersten Position bezüglich des Gefäßhohlraums umfaßt, so daß ein zersetzbarer Abschnitt der Spitze von dem Blut während des Anlegens des ersten elektrischen Signals an die Spitze isoliert bleibt, und bei welchem der Schritt des Lösens das Bewegen des zersetzbaren Abschnitts der Spitze in eine zweite Position, in der der zersetzbare Abschnitt mit
dem Blut in Berührung kommt, das Anlegen eines zweiten elektrischen Signals an den zersetzbaren Abschnitt umfaßt, um den zersetzbaren Abschnitt in dem Blut elektrolytisch aufzulösen.
Anordnens der Spitze den Schritt des Anordnens des Führungsdrahtes in einer ersten Position bezüglich des Gefäßhohlraums umfaßt, so daß ein zersetzbarer Abschnitt der Spitze von dem Blut während des Anlegens des ersten elektrischen Signals an die Spitze isoliert bleibt, und bei welchem der Schritt des Lösens das Bewegen des zersetzbaren Abschnitts der Spitze in eine zweite Position, in der der zersetzbare Abschnitt mit
dem Blut in Berührung kommt, das Anlegen eines zweiten elektrischen Signals an den zersetzbaren Abschnitt umfaßt, um den zersetzbaren Abschnitt in dem Blut elektrolytisch aufzulösen.
