Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明在第一方面涉及一种安装装置,该安装装置用于减少各种短路力,在旋转电机中,这些短路力从一个定子铁芯传送到一个定子主体。
第二方面,本发明涉及一种旋转电机,该旋转电机包括上述类型的安装装置。
本发明可用于各种旋转电机,如同步电机类和标准异步电机类。本发明还可用于其它类电机如双路馈电式电机类,并且可用于在所提供的异步静态换流器级联、外部旋转电机及同步流电机中的各种应用,它们的绕组用一些绝缘电导体(最好是在高压下工作)制成。高压首先意味着电压超过10kV。对按照本发明的装置,其典型的工作范围可以是36kV-800kV。
本发明首先打算供一类高压电缆使用,这类高压电缆由一个电导体、一个第一半导电层、一个绝缘层,和一个第二半导电层构成,所述电导体包括许多股绞合线部分,第一半导电层包围该电导体,绝缘层包围该第一半导电层,及第二半导电层包围该绝缘层;而且本发明的一些优点在这里特别显著。本发明特别涉及这样一种电缆,该电缆具有在20-200mm范围内的直径和在80-3000mm2范围内的导电面积。
因此,本发明的这些应用构成其优选实施例。
背景技术
一些类似的常用电机已经设计出来,用于15-30kV范围内的电压,而30kV电压通常已被认为是一个上限。这一般意味着,一个发电机必须经过一个变压器连接到电力网上,该变压器将电压升高到电力网的水平,亦即升高到约130-400kV范围内。
通过专利文献US 5 036 165已知一种导体,在该导体中,绝缘体装备有一个内层和一个外层,该内层和外层由半导电的高温热解玻璃纤维制成。还已知在一种具有这种绝缘体的电动发电机中提供一些导体,例如专利文献US5 066 881所述,在这里,一个半导电的高温热解玻璃纤维与两个形成导体的平行杆接触,而各定子槽中的绝缘体被一由半导电的高温热解玻璃纤维制成的外层包围。高温热解玻璃纤维被认为是合适的,因为甚至在浸渍处理之后,它都能保持其电阻率。
在各种旋转电机中,利用各种安装装置将定子铁芯固定到定子本体上。
常用的各种安装装置由一个导向杆、一个梁和一个安装螺栓组成。当安放叠片铁芯用的各板时,导向杆用来给各个定子叠片部分导向。梁被焊接到定子本体中。安装螺栓将导向杆固定到梁上,并用开槽的螺栓头将安装螺栓配置在导向杆中,和用一个螺纹接头连接到梁中(见图3)。因此安装螺栓比梁的厚度要短。将具有导向杆、螺栓和梁的包装在定子的周边方向上重复许多次。因为在叠片铁芯和定子本体之间的这种连接比较牢固,所以万一发生短路时,各种力就从定从铁芯传送到定子本体和底座上。因此,瞬时的短路力直接传送到底座中。此外,常用安装装置的制造过程比较复杂,并且成本很高。例如,采用一种特制螺栓。
发明概述
本发明的目的是解决上述问题。这是用一种安装装置来达到的,该安装装置用于减少短路力,在如权利要求1所述的旋转电机中,此短路力从一个定子铁芯传送到一个定子本体,而一个旋转电机包括如权利要求13所述的上述类型安装装置。旋转电机包括一个定子。定子铁芯由许多个组件或许多块金属薄板构成,这些组件之中每一个都包括许多块金属薄板,每个组件或金属薄板都具有两个同样的沟槽,配置这两个沟槽用于与各楔形件协同工作,这些楔形件设计成能将各组件或金属薄板结合在一起。定子本体包括一些梁,每个梁都连接到一个楔形件上。按照本发明的安装装置其特征在于:各绕组穿过定子中的各槽引出,其中各绕组由高压电缆组成;安装装置包括一个连接器,该连接器穿过梁中的一个通孔配置,并固定在楔形件中,以便连接梁和楔形件,其中所述孔与其纵向轴呈直角的截面积比连接器与其纵向轴呈直角的截面积大,因此万一发生短路时,能在楔形件和梁之间滑动。
万一发生短路时,按照本发明的安装装置大大减少了从定子铁芯传送到定子本体的力。该安装装置生产方便而快速,而且成本比较低。
在按照本发明的各种电机中,各种绕组最好相当于各种电缆的一类绕组,这些电缆具有硬质的、挤塑而成的绝缘体,如目前供配电用的那些电缆,比如各种交联聚乙烯(XLPE)电缆或具有乙丙橡胶(EPR)绝缘体的电缆。这种电缆包括一个内导体、一个内半导电层、一个硬质的绝缘层和一个外半导电层,上述内导体由一股或多股绞合线构成,内半导电层包围该导体,硬质的绝缘层包围内半导电层及外半导电层包围此绝缘层。这类电缆是柔性的,在这种情况下,柔性是个重要性质,因为用于按照本发明的该装置的生产工艺主要是以绕组系统为基础,在该系统中绕组由电缆形成,而该电缆在装配期间是弯的。对直径为30mm的电缆来说,XLPE电缆的易弯度通常相应于一个约20cm的曲率半径,而对直径为80mm的电缆,其易弯度相应于一个65cm的曲率半径。在本申请中,术语“柔性”用来表示,绕组可向下弯曲到一个曲率半径,该曲率半径约为电缆直径的4倍,最好是电缆直径的8-12倍。
绕组应建造成即使在它是弯的时和在工作期间它经受热应力时,保持它的一些性质。重要的是,在这种情况下,各层保持它们的相互粘合。在这里各层的材料性质,特别是它们的弹性和相对热膨胀系数是决定性的。例如,在XLPE电缆中绝缘层由交联低密度聚乙烯构成,而各半导电层由其中混合有碳黑和金属粉的聚乙烯组成。由于温度波动而引起的体积改变,随着电缆半径的改变而完全被吸收,并且由于各层的热膨胀系数相对于这些材料的弹性之间的比较微小的差异,所以会发生径向膨胀,而各层之间的粘合没有损失。
上述材料组合应只看作是一些例子。满足规定的条件并且还满足半导电条件的别的各种组合,自然也属于本发明的范围之内,所述半导电层也就是具有10-1-106ohm-cm范围内的电阻率,如1-500ohm-cm,或10-200ohm-cm。
绝缘层可以例如由下述材料构成:一种硬质的热塑性材料,如低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)、高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)、聚丙烯(PP)、聚丁烯(PB)、聚甲基戊烯(PMP);各种交联材料如交联聚乙烯(XLPE);或橡胶如乙丙橡胶(EPR)或硅橡胶。
内和外半导电层可以用相同的基本材料制成,但其中混合有导电材料微粒如碳黑或金属粉。
这些材料的机械性质,特别是它们的热膨胀系数受其中是否混合有碳黑或金属粉的影响比较小-至少按为达到按照本发明所必需的电导率所要求的比例。因此绝缘层和各半导电层具有本质上相同的热膨胀系数。
乙烯乙酸乙烯酯共聚物/丁腈橡胶、丁基接枝聚乙烯、乙烯丙烯酸丁酯共聚物和乙烯丙烯酯乙酯共聚物也可以构成各种半导电层用的合适聚合物。
即使在使用不同类型的材料作为各种不同层中的基底时,最好它们的热膨胀系数本质上相同。上面所列举的各种材料的组合就是这种情况。
上面所列举的各种材料具有比较良好的弹性,它们具有E<500Mpa、最好是<200Mpa的E模量。
该弹性足以满足各层中材料的热膨胀系数之间的任何微小差异在此弹性的径向方向上被吸收,因此没有裂纹出现,或任何其它的损伤;并且各层不会相互分离。各层中的材料是有弹性的,并且各层之间的粘合力至少与这些材料中最弱的材料有相同的量级。
两个半导电层的电导率足够使沿着每层的电位本质上相等。外半导电层的电导率大到足以封闭电缆中的电场,但小到不足以由于在该层的纵向方向上感生的电流而产生显著的损耗。
因此,两个半导电层中每一个都实质上构成一个等位面,而具有这两层的绕组将本质上封闭绕组内部的电场。
当然,没有什么东西能阻止在绝缘层中配置一个或多个附加的半导电层。
在从属权利要求中说明了上述和其它有利的实施例。
现在将参照本发明的一些优选实施例和参照附图,更详细地说明本发明。

对本发明各优选实施例的详细说明:
图1示出穿过一根传统上用于输送电力的高压电缆10的横截面。图示的高压电缆10可以是一种标准的交联聚乙烯(XLPE)电缆,例如145kV,但没有外皮或屏蔽。高压电缆10由一个电导体构成,该电导体包括一股或多股例如用铜(cu)制造的绞合线部分12,并具有圆形横截面。这些股绞合线部分配置在电缆10的中部。包围该绞合线部分12的是第一半导电层14。包围该第一半导电层14的是第一绝缘层16,如XLPE绝缘体,而包围该第一绝缘层16的是第二半导电层18。
图2示出包括在定子铁芯中的一个组件和一部分楔形件的侧视图。为了阐明按照本发明的安装装置的技术环境,和便于了解用常用安装装置存在的问题,此图已经包括了。(见图3)。每个组件40都包括许多块结合在一起的金属薄板。这些金属薄板可以具有例如0.35-0.50mm的厚度。每个组件40包括若干个例如50-100块金属薄板,这些金属薄板已经胶接在一起。每个组件40装备有两个同样的沟槽42,该沟槽42沿着组件40的外面长侧边配置。正如从图2可明显看出,组件40的内部和外部长的侧边具有不同的曲率半径,因此当各组件和装配在一起以形成一个定子铁芯(电磁叠层铁芯)时,这将是圆柱形的。各组件40还包括许多个槽44,这些槽44围绕组件40的内部长侧边配置。这些槽44用于已完成的定子铁芯中各个定子绕组。定子铁芯还包括一些楔形件46(只示出一部分),各楔形件46配置在定子本体上(未示出,见图3和4),图示出的所述楔形件的端部具有燕尾形横截面。楔形件不必具有燕尾形横截面。它可以代之以具有两个相对于楔形件的纵向轴对称的凸出部分。沿着组件40的外部长侧边配置的一些沟槽42具有一个斜的侧面48和一个直的垂直侧面50。正如在图2中明显看到的,两个斜侧面48面向同样的槽。到沟槽42的入口比楔形件46的最大宽度还要宽。沟槽42这样设计的主要原因是,各组件40包括50-100块胶结在一起的金属薄板,这些组件40不能象单块金属薄板通常情况那样弯曲。当装配定子铁芯时,一个组件40通过将两个楔形件46插入各槽42中定位,并且在这种情况下将各个组件40推向右边,以便各个斜侧面48与各楔形件46的燕尾形接触。因而组件40在切向方向上靠着顺时针运动来固定。接着,将欲装配的部分叠加的组件40首先成镜面倒置式,以便各沟槽42的斜侧面48是在各沟槽42的右侧而不是在左侧上。然后,通过将两个楔形件46插入各槽42,并且在这种情况下将组件40推向左边,将该组件40定位,以便各斜侧面48与各楔形件46的燕尾形接触。因而这个组件40靠着在切向方向上反时针运动来固定。在各不同层中的组件之间的转折处配置一个锁紧装置,保证它们阻止在两个方向上的切向运动而被锁紧。这种锁紧装置可以由一个点焊组成。
还应指出,定子铁芯不必组装如图2所示的各组件,而可以代之以由将各金属薄板码垛在其上面并部分地相互叠加来制成。然而,这不影响本发明。
图3示出一种按照现有技术的安装装置的局部剖面侧视图。安装装置60用来连接定子铁芯和定子本体。一部分定子铁芯用组件62示出(只部分示出)。(见图2)。图3还示出组件62中的一个沟槽64,其沟槽64被设计成用于接收一个楔形件66,该楔形件66具有燕尾形横截面。在图3中,楔形件66已经插入沟槽64中,同时楔形件66的一端与沟槽64的斜侧面接触(见图2)。按照现有技术的安装装置60包括楔形件66、梁68和螺栓70。楔形件66或者正如将其还称之为的导向杆,如上所述用于当放置叠层铁芯的各板时,给各叠层定子部分导向。而梁66则被焊入定子本体中(未示出)。楔形件66装备有一个用于螺栓头72的凹槽。这个凹槽通过锪孔端面生产。梁68在一端处装备有一个螺纹孔,以便可以通过一个螺纹接头74将螺栓70固定。当安装装置60处于合适位置时,螺栓70被牢固地拧紧,因此梁68连接组件62和楔形件66。因为梁68被焊入定子本体中,所以定子铁芯和定子本体之间的连接本质上是刚性的,并且瞬时短路力因而直接传送到底座中,同时这些力从定子铁芯传送到定子本体和底座。在按照现有技术的安装装置60中,使用一些特制的螺栓70。安装装置60围绕定子的周边重复许多次。
图4示出按照本发明的一种安装装置的局部剖面侧视图。按照本发明的安装装置80也用于连接定子铁芯和定子本体。一部分定子铁芯用组件82示出(只示出一部分,见图2)。图4还示出组件82中的一个沟槽84,其沟槽84被设计成用来接收一个楔形件86,该楔形件86具有燕尾形横截面。在图4中,楔形件86已经插入沟槽84,同时楔形件86的一端与沟槽84的斜凸缘接触(见图2)。按照本发明的安装装置80包括楔形件86、梁88和一个连接器90。楔形件86或者正如还将其称之为的导向杆,如上所述用于当放置叠层铁芯的各板时,给各叠层定子部分导向。而梁88被焊入定子本体中(未示出)。正如在图4中可以看到的,连接器90配置在梁88内的一个通孔96中,以便该连接器90贯穿梁88。连接器90还利用例如一个螺纹接头固定在楔形件86中。连接器90以这种方式连接梁88和楔形件86,以便万一发生短路时能在楔形件86和梁88之间滑动。这种滑动在滑动面(摩擦面)98处发生。因此在短路下所产生的力以一种大为减小的程度传送到定子本体。在图4所示的例子中,连接器90由一个螺栓90组成,该螺栓90用螺栓头92与梁88接触,它的螺纹在与配置在楔形件86中的内螺纹啮合时,形成一个螺纹接头94。正如在图4中可以看到的,在梁88中,垂直于其纵向轴的通孔96具有一个截面积,该截面积大于相应的螺栓90(不是螺栓头92)的截面积。图3和4之间的比较清楚地表明:在按照本发明的安装装置80中所用的螺栓90,其长度大于在按照现有技术的安装装置60中所用的螺栓70。
与按照现有技术的一种安装装置60相比,用按照本发明的一种安装装置80得到以下几个优点:
.在短路时所产生的力在小得多的程度上传送到定子本体。
.一个长螺栓将各摩擦面中的预应力保持得比一个短螺栓更好,并且保持更长时间。
.如果给出相同的滑动长度,则螺栓中的弯曲应力更低。
.由于下列原因,按照本发明的技术方案比常规的技术方案成本较低:
—在导向杆(楔形件)中没有锪孔端面产生。
—导向杆中的螺纹比梁中螺纹生产成本低很多,因为这些导向杆是在车间里开孔并且容易处理。
—用便宜的标准螺栓代替特制螺栓。
本发明还适用于一种定子铁芯,该定子铁芯不是用一些组件制造,而是代之以由一些单块金属薄板组成,这些金属薄板一块放在另一块的上面,以这种方式叠加,因此各金属薄板中的沟槽给燕尾形楔形件的端面导向。
本发明不限于所示的实施例。某些修改在从属权利要求范围内是有可能的。
Claims (13)
1.一种安装装置(80),用于减少各种短路力,这些短路力在一个旋转电机中从一个定子铁芯传送到一个定子本体,该旋转电机包括一个定子,其中定子铁芯是由许多个组件(82)或许多块金属薄板构成,并且定子本体包括一些梁(88),所述每个组件(82)都包括许多块金属薄板,每个组件(82)或金属薄板都具有两个同样的沟槽(84),配置这两个沟槽(84)用于与各楔形件(86)协同工作,目的是将各个组件(82)或金属薄板结合在一起;而每个梁(88)都连接到一个楔形件(86)上,其特征在于:各绕组穿过定子中各槽引出,其中各绕组由高压电缆(10)构成;安装装置(80)包括一个连接器(90),该连接器(90)穿过梁(88)中的一个通孔(96)配置并固定在楔形件(86)中,以便连接梁(88)和楔形件(86),与所述孔(96)的纵向轴呈直角的该孔(96)的截面积,大于与连接器(90)的纵向轴呈直角的该连接器(90)的截面积,以便万一发生短路时,能在楔形件(86)和梁(88)之间滑动。
2.如权利要求1所述的安装装置(80),其特征在于:高压电缆(10)由一个电导体、一个第一半导电层、一个绝缘层(14)、和一个第二半导电层(18)构成,所述电导体具有一股或多股绞合线部分(12),第一半导电层(14)包围该电导体,绝缘层(16)包围第一半导电层(14),而第二半导电层(18)包围绝缘层(16)。
3.如权利要求2所述的安装装置(80),其特征在于:高压电缆(10)具有一个20-200mm范围内的直径和一个80-3000mm2范围内的导电面积。
4.如权利要求1-3其中之一所述的安装装置,其特征在于:利用一种螺纹接头(94)将连接器(90)固定在楔形件(86)中。
5.如权利要求4所述的安装装置(80),其特征在于:连接器(90)由一个螺栓(90)组成,该螺栓(90)的带螺纹端设计用于与楔形件(86)的螺纹配合(94),而螺栓(90)的端部(96)装备有一个头部,该头部设计用于贴着梁(88)连接。
6.如权利要求1-5其中之一所述的安装装置(80),其特征在于:该安装装置(80)围绕定子的周边重复许多次。
7.如权利要求2所述的安装装置(80),其特征在于:绕组是柔性的;并且所述各层相互粘着。
8.如权利要求7所述的安装装置(80),其特征在于:所述各层由各种材料组成,这些材料具有如此弹性;并且它们的热膨胀系数之间具有如此关系,即:在工作期间由温度波动所造成的各层体积的改变被这些材料的弹性吸收,因此在工作期间所产生的温度波动下,各层保持它们的相互粘合力。
9.如权利要求8所述的安装装置(80),其特征在于:所述各层中的材料具有很高的弹性,该弹性优选地具有小于500Mpa,最好是具有小于200Mpa的E模量。
10.如权利要求8所述的安装装置(80),其特征在于:所述各层中这些材料的热膨胀系数本质上是相同的量级。
11.如权利要求8所述的安装装置(80),其特征在于:各层之间的粘合力至少是与各材料中最弱的材料相同的量级。
12.如权利要求8所述的安装装置(80),其特征在于:各半导电层中每个半导电层本质上构成一个等位面。
13.一种旋转电机,包括如权利要求1-12中其中之一所述的安装装置(80)。
