技术领域

背景技术
用于将扇形折叠材料转换成箱模板的机器和加工设备在许多技术领域中都是常用的,尤其是在运输和包装行业。如本文中所理解的,扇形折叠材料包括纸板、瓦楞纸板、硬纸板(cardboard)以及适合于包装目的的类似材料。通常,扇形折叠材料由具有多个工具头的转换机加工,所述工具头布置在转换区中,以作用于扇形折叠材料,并通过在扇形折叠材料穿过机器(转换机)时对扇形折叠材料进行切割和/或形成折痕(creasing)来生产箱模板。

使工具头在转换区内移动和定位通常是通过一次移动一个工具头、或者通过将所有工具头一起移动然后在可以继续(resume,重新开始、恢复)对扇形折叠材料的操作之前将工具头分别调整到它们的新位置来执行的。必须快速且高精度地实现定位,以使转换机闲置的时间最小化,并且使得能够以期望的质量水平操作。现今有一些定位系统可以使用,但是它们中的任何一个都不能在提供工具头的高质量和稳定的操作的同时还快速地进行重新定位和移动。
因此,需要一种用于在转换机中定位工具头的改进的方法和装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的是消除或至少最小化上述问题。这通过根据所附独立权利要求的用于转换机的工具头定位装置来实现。根据本发明,可以比现有已知的装置中更快速地并且以更高的精度来进行定位。这是由于使所有工具头同时移动的接合运输机构(jointtransport mechanism)的传送设备(conveyor arrangement)与分别(each,每次)使一个工具头相对于传送设备移动的多个独立运输机构的协作来实现的。由于组合通过传送设备进行的第一移动和通过各个运输机构进行的第二移动,为此可以比已知的装置更快且更有效地进行工具头的定位。
根据本发明的一个方面,传送设备包括齿形带。这对于允许工具头容易地与带联接并且以可靠且有效的方式进行传送设备的第一移动是特别有利的。替代地,传送设备包括齿条、带、链条或绳索。
根据本发明的另一方面,传送设备永久地联接到每个工具头。由此,定位需要非常少的单独的部件,并且消除了在将工具头与传送组件联接和分离的期间出错的风险。

在另一实施例中,工具头30中的一个或多个可以不使用单个运输机构60而与传送设备41永久地联接,例如通过牢固地夹持到传送设备41上或以使工具头31相对于传送设备41无法进行第二移动的方式安装。在这样的实施例中,第一移动用于运输所有工具头30,直到不可动地安装在传送设备41上的工具头31已到达其预期的结束位置,并且具有各自的运输机构60的其余工具头31通过分别适于每个工具头31的第二移动被同时运输到它们的预期的结束位置。
在一些实施例中,工具头30可在工具头30作用于扇形折叠材料的时刻(time)期间从传送设备41释放。然后,这些工具头在第一移动发生之前与传送设备41联接,并且在工具头已到达它们的结束位置之后分离。可以通过包括夹具或夹持器的附接机构来进行与传送设备41的联接,或者可以通过摩擦、磁性或其它合适的保持力来保持,能够精确地进行第一移动并且随后释放工具头30。
现在将参照图4至图5更详细地描述工具头定位装置10的操作,其中图4公开了位于第一转换工位21中的第一组各自的位置的工具头31,并且图5公开了位于第二转换工位22中的第二组各自的位置的同样的工具头31。
因此,图4公开了六个工具头31A、31B、31C、31D、31E、31F以及对应的底架32A、32B、32C、32D、32E、32F,每个工具头位于第一转换工位21内的起始位置,并且联接或能够联接到接合运输机构40的传送设备41。为了简单起见,示出了六个工具头,但是如本领域技术人员容易理解的,在不脱离本发明的范围的情况下,可以使用任意数量的工具头。
为了清楚起见,还示出了传送设备41上的一个点P,以便示出传送设备41本身的移动。在该实施例中,每个工具头31与底架联接,当然也可以替代地使用任何其它合适的对置表面,例如辊或柱状物。
当工具头要从第一转换工位21被运输到第二转换工位22时,优选地通过控制单元来确定对于所有工具头31一起的第一移动和对于每个工具头31或一些工具头31的第二移动的合适组合。然后,进行第一移动,并且传送设备向图4的右方移动,使得每个工具头31A、31B、31C、31D、31E、31F与传送设备一起被运输。这可以通过点P从其在第一转换工位21中的位置移动到图5所公开的第二转换工位22中的位置来说明。
在第一移动期间,工具头31A、31B、31C、31D、31E、31F中的至少一个,优选为所有工具头31A至31F中的多个进行各自的(individual)第二移动,所述一个或多个工具头31A至31F通过第二移动相对于传送设备41移动。这也可以通过相对于图4至图5所公开的点P的第二移动来说明。通过比较图4和图5可以容易地看出,左侧的工具头31B和中间的工具头31D已经通过它们的第二移动而更靠近在一起,而中间的工具头31D和右侧的工具头31F进一步远离。
由于第一移动和各自的第二移动同时发生,整个工具头从图4公开的起始位置到图5公开的结束位置的定位可以比已知的现有技术的设备和方法更快且更可靠地进行。接合运输机构40的马达44比各自的定位机构60的马达61大,并且用于从第一转换工位21到第二转换工位22的较大移动的大功率(stronger)马达的组合可有利地与用于各自的定位机构60的较小且更精确的移动的小功率(smaller)马达进行组合。当然,第一组位置和第二组位置可位于相同的转换工位21、22内,但将第一移动与第二移动结合仍然是有利的,以便实现每个工具头31的快速、稳健且高度精确的移动。
图4和图5示出了以mm为单位的本文所述的优选实施方式的示例性尺寸。这仅仅是作为示例提供的,并且为了便于理解本发明的操作,而不应被视为对本发明的限制,如本领域技术人员容易理解的那样。因此,转换区的宽度在该实施例中为2300mm,并且如果工具头31A至31F的各自的位置可以由它们距任何给定参考点的距离来指定。这样的点可以由传送设备41上的点P或工具头31中的一个的各自的位置来给出,或者可选地还可以以距转换区20的一端的距离来给出。在图4中给出的示例中,公开了用于工具头31A至31F的第一组各自的位置,从每个工具头到其下一个工具头的距离分别为100mm、500mm、50mm、100mm和100mm。所有的工具头31A至31F都位于第一转换工位21中。
图5公开了第二组各自的位置,其中所有的工具头31A至31F已经移动到第二转换工位22。距每个工具头31A至31F的距离也可以被改变,分别给出它们各自的间隔为100mm、100mm、50mm、500mm和100mm。
在一个实施例中,工具头31的期望移动被以如下方式确定:
根据下一个包装模板的构造,给出用于生成所述包装模板的每个工具头31的起始位置。这些起始位置被指定为工具头31的第二组各自的位置。
控制单元使用第二组各自的位置连同由每个工具头31的当前位置给出的第一组各自的位置,并且根据期望的标准确定传送设备41的第一移动和每个工具头31的各自移动的合适组合,以便从各自的第一位置移动到各自的第二位置。这样的标准可以是通过较大的第一移动和较小的第二移动的组合尽可能快地进行移动,或者替代地通过一起进行的所有工具头30的尽可能小的总移动来进行移动。当然也可以应用其它标准。
在决定第一移动和第二移动之后,指令被传送到独立运输机构60和接合运输机构40中的每一个,然后分别作用于进行第二移动和第一移动。
优选地,当确定每个工具头31的第二移动时,传送设备41上的点P用作参考(点)。点P可以是转换工位21、22中的中心点,或者可以是转换工位21、22的一端处的端点。点P也可以是沿着传送设备41的某处的任意选择的点。
优选地,通过首先提供第一组各自的位置和第二组各自的位置来确定工具头30的移动。然后,确定运输机构的第一移动和每个工具头的第二移动,所述第一移动和第二移动被选择用于一起将工具头从第一组各自的位置运输到第二组各自的位置。然后优选地选择第一移动,使得每个工具头的第二移动被最小化,即,使得为传送设备41提供动力的较大的马达进行尽可能多的实际移动。这既节省时间又节省能源。
根据本发明的方法可以在数据处理装置中执行,该数据处理装置包括适合的装置,因此包括例如计算机、微型计算机或类似设备。导致本文所公开的方法的步骤的指令还可以以计算机程序产品的形式存储在计算机可读介质上,诸如硬盘驱动器、存储器设备、磁盘或USB。上述控制单元可以包括与从第一组各自的位置到第二组各自的位置的期望移动有关的预编程数据,但是还可以通过诸如触摸屏、键盘或类似的合适输入而能够从用户接收动态输入,并且还可以通过任何合适的输出向用户提供输出。
此外,应注意的是,除非明确地描述某种组合是不当的,本文描述的本发明的所有实施例可以自由地彼此组合。
Claims (18)
1.一种用于转换机的工具头定位装置,用以将片材转换为箱模板,所述工具头定位装置包括:
-多个工具头,其布置在转换区(20)中且能够作用于片材,所述片材被运输通过所述转换区(20),
-接合运输机构(40),其具有传送设备(41),所述传送设备被布置成联接各个所述工具头,并且通过所述传送设备(41)与所述工具头一起移动而进行所述多个工具头在所述转换区(20)内的第一移动,
-多个单个运输机构(60),分别被布置在一工具头处并且能够进行所述工具头相对于所述传送设备(41)的第二移动,
其中,所述接合运输机构(40)和所述多个单个运输机构(60)被布置成使所述多个工具头从第一组各自的位置向第二组各自的位置移动,并且其中,所述第二移动发生在所述第一移动期间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的工具头定位装置,其中,所述传送设备(41)包括齿形带。
3.根据权利要求1所述的工具头定位装置,其中,所述传送设备(41)包括齿条、带、链条或绳索。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的工具头定位装置,其中,所述传送设备(41)与所述工具头中的每一个永久地联接。
5.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的工具头定位装置,还包括用于将每个工具头附接到所述传送设备的附接机构。
6.根据权利要求5所述的工具头定位装置,其中,所述附接机构包括用于将每个工具头夹持到所述传送设备(41)的夹具。
7.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的工具头定位装置,其中,所述单个运输机构(60)分别包括与所述工具头连接的马达(61),其中,所述马达(61)作用于所述传送设备(41),以使所述工具头沿着所述传送设备(41)移动。
8.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的工具头定位装置,其中,每个工具头与一单个运输机构(60)连接,所述单个运输机构用于使所述工具头沿所述传送设备(41)移动。
9.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的工具头定位装置,其中,所述转换区(20)包括并排布置的至少两个转换工位(21、22),并且其中,所述第一组各自的位置位于所述转换工位中的一个转换工位处,而所述第二组各自的位置位于另一个转换工位处。
10.一种用于在转换机中定位多个工具头的方法,所述转换机将片材转换为箱模板,所述方法包括:
-提供位于转换区内的第一组各自的位置的多个工具头,
-通过运输机构(40)使所述多个工具头以第一移动在所述转换区内移动,所述运输机构被布置成各自地与每个工具头联接,
-使所述多个工具头中的至少一个工具头以第二移动相对于所述运输机构(40)移动,
其中,所述多个工具头通过所述第一移动和所述第二移动而移动到第二组各自的位置,并且其中,所述第二移动发生在所述第一移动期间。
11.根据权利要求10所述的用于在转换机中定位多个工具头的方法,其中,通过所述运输机构(40)的传送设备(41)进行所述第一移动,所述运输机构与每个工具头联接并作用为使所述工具头随同的载体。
12.根据权利要求11所述的用于在转换机中定位多个工具头的方法,其中,所述传送设备(41)与所述工具头永久地联接。
13.根据权利要求11所述的用于在转换机中定位多个工具头的方法,其中,所述传送设备(41)在所述第一移动之前与所述工具头联接,并且之后分离。
14.根据权利要求10至13中任一项所述的用于在转换机中定位多个工具头的方法,其中,所述转换区(20)包括并排布置的至少两个转换工位(21、22),并且其中,所述第一移动和所述第二移动使所述工具头从所述转换工位中的一个中的所述第一组各自的位置移动到另一个所述转换工位中的所述第二组各自的位置。
15.根据权利要求11至13中任一项所述的用于在转换机中定位多个工具头的方法,还包括使用所述第一组各自的位置和所述第二组各自的位置来确定所述传送设备(41)的期望的第一移动和所述工具头相对于所述传送设备(41)的对应的期望的第二移动,并且进行所述期望的第一移动和所述期望的第二移动以到达所述工具头的所述第二组各自的位置。
16.根据权利要求10至13中任一项所述的用于在转换机中定位多个工具头的方法,还包括:
-提供第一组各自的位置和第二组各自的位置,
-确定所述运输机构的所述第一移动和所述工具头中的每一个的所述第二移动,所述第一移动和所述第二移动被选择以用于将所述工具头从所述第一组各自的位置一起运输到所述第二组各自的位置,
其中,所述第一移动被选择以使得所述工具头中的每一个的所述第二移动被最小化。
17.一种数据处理装置,包括用于执行根据权利要求10至16中任一项所述的方法的装置。
18.一种包括指令的计算机可读介质,所述指令在由计算机执行时使所述计算机执行根据权利要求10至16中任一项所述的方法。
