首先参考图1,展示性实施例的水龙头10包括可操作地联接到水龙头主体(诸如输送流道14)上的照明装置12。展示性地,输送流道14包括基座部分或心座16以及支撑出水口18的悬臂部分17。展示性地,常规的混合阀20被支撑在流道14内以便控制通过出水口18排出的水的启动、流量和温度。热水供应管21a和冷水供应管21b可以流体联接到混合阀20的入口端口上。出水管23(图3)可以将混合阀20的出口端口联接到出水口18上。手动手柄22可操作地联接到混合阀20上以便控制其操作。
参考图2至4,照明装置12展示性地支撑输送流道14的心座16并且被配置成符合该心座的截面形状。照明装置12展示性地包括基座24、透镜或漫射器26、以及定位在基座24与漫射器26中间的灯组件28。在展示性实施例中,输送流道14的心座16由基座24支撑,基座24由漫射器26支撑,并且漫射器26由诸如水槽台板30等的安装台板支撑。热水供应管21a和冷水供应管21b展示性地向下延伸穿过水槽台板30中的开口23。安装柄29和螺母31配合来经由安装板33将流道14固定到水槽台板30上。
参考图2、图4和图7,基座24展示性地包括内壁32、与内壁32横向间隔开的外壁34、以及在内壁32与外壁34之间延伸的上壁36。凹部38展示性地限定在内壁32、外壁34和上壁36之间。上壁36的上表面40展示性地支撑输送流道14的心座16。定位器壁42可以从上表面40向上延伸并且被配置成接纳在流道14的心座16内。内壁32展示性地为圆柱形并且包括开口或狭槽44(图4)。
基座24展示性地由不透明材料形成,诸如金属或镀铬聚合物。基座24的内表面46、48、50展示性地是反射性的以便促进来自灯组件28的光的反射和漫射。
参考图2至图5和图7,漫射器26展示性地由半透明材料(例如,聚合物或丙烯酸树脂)形成、并且从基座24的内壁32横向向外定位并且纵向定位在基座24的外壁34下方。漫射器26的外表面52和54可以被纹理化以便有助于使来自灯组件28的光漫射。展示性地,多个间隔件突起56从上表面52向上延伸。类似地,固位件突起57从上表面54向上延伸。
参考图3至图7,灯组件28展示性地包括基板58,该基板被定位在基座24与漫射器26中间的凹部38内。基板58的下表面60展示性地由间隔件突起56支撑在漫射器26的上表面52上方。基板58中的开口62展示性地接纳固位件突起57。基板58的向内延伸的突片64被展示性地接纳在基座24的内壁32的狭槽44内。
进一步参考图6,多个光发射器70由基板58支撑。展示性地,基板58包括印刷电路板(例如,玻璃增强环氧树脂层压板),该印刷电路板包括电联接到所述多个光发射器70上的(例如,由铜形成的)多条导电迹线72。电线74展示性地联接到导电迹线72和电源76上。更具体地,电线74可以穿过水槽台板30内的开口23向下延伸到电源76(展示性地,电池)。
在另一个展示性实施例中,光管(未示出)可以代替基板58和光发射器70。更具体地,光管可以被定位在凹部内以便朝向漫射器26发射光。基座24的外壁34展示性地限定了外部护罩,该外部护罩在光发射器70的下方向下延伸以便防止光直接横向向外透射。
光发射器70展示性地为发光二极管(LED)78,这些发光二极管被配置成将光朝向漫射器26纵向向下引导。发光二极管78展示性地由基板58的下表面80支撑、并且围绕由基板58限定的闭环均匀地间隔开。发光二极管78可以各自被配置成发出相同颜色的可见光(例如,白光LED)、或者可以被配置成发出不同颜色的可见光(蓝光/红光双色LED)。可替代地,不同的发光二极管78可以被配置成发出不同颜色(例如,交替的蓝光和红光LED)。
如图3、图4和图7所示,第一密封件82可以被限定在流道14的下表面84与基座24的上表面40之间,并且第二密封件86可以被限定在基座24的外壁34的下表面88与漫射器26的上表面52之间。此外,弹性体垫片90可以被定位在形成在漫射器26和水槽台板30的上表面94中的凹口或凹槽92内。
漫射器26被配置成使由基座24反射的光横向向外漫射。这些发光二极管78间隔开从而形成漫射器26所漫射的连续光的连续环。
如图8的另一个展示性水龙头10′所示,孔罩96可以被支撑在基座24下方。例如,孔罩96可以与包括三孔安装构型的水槽台板30′一起使用。
参考图9的另一个展示性实施例,基座24′的上壁36的下表面48可以包括多个偏转器或叶片102,该多个偏转器或叶片包括相对的成角表面104a和104b,这些相对的成角表面被配置成促进来自发光二极管78的光的反射。成角表面104a和104b与漫射器26相配合以便有助于分散光“热点”。如图10的另一个展示性实施例所示,发光二极管78可以被定位在基板58的上表面106上,以便将光朝向基座24′的上壁36的下表面48′向上引导。在其他展示性实施例中,发光二极管78可以被定向成将光沿其他方向(诸如横向地)引导。
另一个展示性实施例的水龙头110在图11-图17中被示出为包括与以上详述的展示性水龙头10相似的许多部件。在以下描述中,展示性水龙头10与110之间的相似部件将用相同的附图标号来标识。
参考图11至13,展示性照明装置112可操作地联接到由水龙头主体(展示性地是输送流道114的悬臂部分117)限定的出口部分113上。更具体地,出口组件119由输送流道114的出口部分113支撑。出口组件119展示性地包括出口壳体120,该出口壳体包括限定了出水口18的第一部分122以及支撑照明装置112的第二部分124。出口壳体120可以由模制聚合物形成。
壳体120的第一部分122包括由倒钩配件126限定的入口。出水管23接纳配件126以便提供与内部流体室128的流体连通。常规的起泡器(未示出)可以由室128的下部部分接纳以便限定出水口18。
接纳室130被限定在壳体120的第二部分124与覆盖件132之间。覆盖件132包括诸如卡扣指状件134等联接器,以便将覆盖件132固定到壳体120上。照明装置112的上部部分被支撑在接纳室130内,而照明装置112的下部部分在输送流道114的悬臂部分117的下表面136的下方延伸。更具体地,基板或支撑件展示性地为印刷电路板(pcb)138,被联接在接纳室130内。如在此进一步详述的,电缆140在输送流道114的内部中延伸到水槽台板30(图1)的下方,以用于将印刷电路板138电联接到其他电气部件上。
参考图13和图16,控制器142、第一传感器(例如光传感器144)和第二传感器(例如声传感器146)可以被联接到印刷电路板138上。灯组件150可以包括光发射器70(例如,发光二极管),这些光发射器被展示性地支撑在印刷电路板138的相对的右表面152a和左表面152b上。传感器144、146和光发射器70与控制器142展示性地通过形成在印刷电路板138上的导电迹线而电连通。半透明透镜或漫射器154被联接到印刷电路板138的下端上以便引导来自光发射器70的光。透镜154展示性地由半透明材料(例如,丙烯酸树脂或聚合物)形成。透镜154展示性地包括面向上的凹部156以便接纳光发射器70(图17)。展示性地,透镜154在输送流道114的悬臂部分117的下表面136下方延伸。同样地,从光发射器70发射的光展示性地从透镜154水平向外且竖直向下延伸(如图12中的隐藏线157所示)。
参考图13和图17,在透镜154的下表面中展示性地形成开口或凹部158,以便有助于将声音传输到声传感器146。为了防止水进入出口壳体120中,凹部158可以是(例如,具有大约0.010英寸的直径的)小通孔、或是盲凹部。
图18示出了联接到出口壳体120上的展示性管组件160。管组件160包括与第二管状部分164平行延伸的第一管状部分162。管组件160可以由共挤出聚合物形成,在截面上形成了“数字8”。展示性地,第一管状部分162限定了出水管23,而第二管状部分164接纳电缆140。
参考图19,控制器142可以控制灯组件28、150的光发射器70的操作。在一个展示性实施例中,手动输入开关166可以由使用者操作来启用和停用光发射器70。可替代地,接近度传感器168(诸如红外(IR)传感器和/或电容式传感器)可以检测水龙头10、10’、110附近的人的存在、并且响应于人的存在而启用光发射器70。可替代地,声传感器146(例如,麦克风)可以响应于检测到的声音而启用和/或停用光发射器70。声传感器146可以随时间比较音频测量值以便建立基准值来解决(即,过滤)背景噪声。
在另一个展示性实施例中,控制器142可以包括时钟或计时器170,该时钟或定时器在预选择的时刻和/或持续预选择的持续时间启用和停用光发射器70(例如,在首次将电力供应给控制器142之后启用8小时,随后停用16小时等)。
在其他展示性实施例中,水参数传感器172可以与控制器142通信。例如,水温传感器可以被配置用于检测供应到出水口18的水的温度并向控制器142提供信号。对检测到的水温的表示可以随后由光发射器70来提供。例如,当检测到的温度从冷到热升高时,光发射器70可以发射从蓝色转变成红色的光,并且当检测到的温度从热到冷下降时发射从红色转变成蓝色的光。
在某些展示性实施例中,光传感器144可以由印刷电路板138支撑并且与控制器142电连通,以便检测邻近水龙头10、10’、110的环境(例如,室内)光。展示性地,光传感器144可以包括被配置用于检测环境光的强度的光敏电阻器。在一个展示性实施例中,当如由光传感器144检测到的房间中的光低于存储在控制器142的存储器174中的预定值(例如,勒克斯)时,控制器142启用光发射器70。当如由光传感器144检测到的房间中的光至少与预定值(例如,勒克斯)一样大时,控制器142可以停用光发射器70。
在另一个展示性实施例中,一旦如由第一传感器(例如,光传感器144)检测到的房间中的光低于存储在控制器142的存储器174中的预定值(例如,勒克斯)时,那么第二传感器(例如,声传感器146和/或接近度传感器168)就被开启或启动(即,“唤醒”)。如果开启的声传感器146检测到至少与预定阈值一样大的声音,或者开启的接近度传感器168检测到使用者(例如,至少与预定阈值一样大的运动),那么控制器142就启用光发射器70。一旦如由光传感器144检测到的房间中的光至少与预定值(例如,勒克斯)一样大,那么第二传感器(例如,声传感器146和/或接近度传感器168)就可以被禁用或关掉(即,进入“睡眠模式”)。当光传感器144检测到的光至少与预定值(例如,勒克斯)一样大时,或者当光发射器70已经被启用持续如由计时器170测得的预定时间(例如,2分钟)时,控制器142还可以停用光发射器70。以这种方式,通过在水龙头10、10’、110附近的环境光高于阈值时停用第二传感器146、168,节省了电力76(例如电池)。

Claims (35)
1.一种用于水龙头的照明装置,该照明装置包括:
基座,该基座由不透明材料形成,该基座包括:内壁;外壁,该外壁与该内壁横向间隔开;上壁,该上壁在该内壁与该外壁之间延伸;以及凹部,该凹部被限定在该内壁、该外壁和该上壁之间;
漫射器,该漫射器由半透明材料形成,该漫射器从该基座的该内壁横向向外定位并且纵向定位在该基座的该外壁下方;
基板,该基板被定位在该漫射器与该基座中间的该凹部内;
多个光发射器,该多个光发射器由该基板支撑;并且
其中,该漫射器被配置用于使来自该多个光发射器的光横向向外漫射。
2.如权利要求1所述的照明装置,其中,该基板包括印刷电路板,该印刷电路板包括联接到该多个光发射器上的多条导电迹线。
3.如权利要求2所述的照明装置,进一步包括联接到该多条导电迹线和电源上的电线。
4.如权利要求1所述的照明装置,其中,该多个光发射器中的每一个都包括发光二极管。
5.如权利要求4所述的照明装置,其中,多个该发光二极管间隔开从而形成由该漫射器所漫射的连续光的连续环。
6.如权利要求1所述的照明装置,其中,该基座进一步包括由该上壁限定的用于支撑输送流道的上表面以及从该上表面向上延伸的用于定位该输送流道的定位器壁。
7.如权利要求6所述的照明装置,进一步包括孔罩,该基座的该内壁由该孔罩支撑。
8.如权利要求1所述的照明装置,进一步包括传感器,该传感器被配置用于检测使用者的存在并生成启用信号,该多个光发射器响应于该启用信号而被启用。
9.如权利要求1所述的照明装置,进一步包括:
第一传感器,该第一传感器被配置用于检测环境光,当检测到的光强度高于预定值,作为响应该第一传感器生成第一信号;
第二传感器,该第二传感器被配置用于响应于该第一信号而被开启,并且在被开启时该第二传感器检测使用者的存在并生成第二信号;并且
其中,该多个光发射器响应于该第二信号而被启用。
10.如权利要求9所述的照明装置,其中,该第一传感器包括光敏电阻器,并且该第二传感器包括声传感器。
11.如权利要求1所述的照明装置,其中,该多个光发射器被配置用于将光朝向该漫射器纵向向下引导。
12.一种水龙头,该水龙头包括:
水龙头主体;
基座,该基座由不透明材料形成,该基座包括支撑该水龙头主体的上壁以及从该上壁向下延伸的外部护罩;
漫射器,该漫射器由半透明材料形成,该漫射器从该基座的该内壁横向向外定位并且纵向定位在该基座的该外壁下方;
基板,该基板由该基座的该上壁的下表面支撑;以及
多个光发射器,该多个光发射器由该基板支撑。
13.如权利要求12所述的水龙头,进一步包括支撑该基座的孔罩。
14.如权利要求12所述的水龙头,其中,该基板包括印刷电路板,该印刷电路板包括联接到该多个光发射器上的多条导电迹线。
15.如权利要求14所述的水龙头,进一步包括联接到该多条导电迹线和电源上的电线。
16.如权利要求12所述的水龙头,其中,该多个光发射器中的每一个包括发光二极管。
17.如权利要求16所述的水龙头,其中,多个所述发光二极管间隔开从而形成该漫射器所漫射的连续光的连续环。
18.如权利要求12所述的水龙头,其中,该水龙头主体包括输送流道,并且该基座进一步包括定位器壁,该定位器壁从该上表面向上延伸并且被接纳在该流道内以用于定位该流道。
19.如权利要求12所述的水龙头,进一步包括传感器,该传感器被配置用于检测使用者的存在并生成启用信号,该多个光发射器响应于这种启用信号而被启用。
20.如权利要求12所述的水龙头,进一步包括:
第一传感器,该第一传感器被配置用于检测环境光,并且当检测到的光强度高于预定值,作为响应所述第一传感器生成第一信号;
第二传感器,该第二传感器被配置用于响应于该第一信号而开启,并且在开启时用于检测使用者的存在并生成第二信号;并且
其中,该多个光发射器响应于该第二信号而被启用。
21.如权利要求20所述的水龙头,其中,该第一传感器包括光敏电阻器,并且该第二传感器包括声传感器。
22.一种提供邻近水龙头的照明的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
提供不透明基座;
在该基座下方提供半透明漫射器;
通过该基座来支撑多个光发射器;
将水龙头部件支撑在该基座上;
从该多个光发射器向下朝向该漫射器发射光;并且
通过该漫射器使该光漫射以便形成基本上连续的光显示。
23.如权利要求22所述的方法,其中,该不透明基座包括外部护罩,该外部护罩被配置用于将来自该多个光发射器的光朝向该漫射器向下引导。
24.如权利要求22所述的方法,进一步包括将该漫射器支撑在安装台板上的步骤,并且其中,该水龙头部件包括输送流道。
25.如权利要求22所述的方法,其中,作为在该多个光发射器附近检测到使用者的响应,该多个光发射器被启用。
26.一种水龙头,该水龙头包括:
水龙头主体;
基板,该基板由该水龙头主体支撑;
至少一个光发射器,该至少一个光发射器由该基板支撑;
第一传感器,该第一传感器被配置用于检测环境光并且响应于检测到的光强度高于预定值而生成第一信号;
第二传感器,该第二传感器被配置用于响应于该第一信号而开启、并且在开启时用于检测使用者的存在并生成第二信号;并且
其中,该至少一个光发射器响应于该第二信号而被启用。
27.如权利要求26所述的水龙头,其中,该第一传感器和该第二传感器由该基板支撑。
28.如权利要求26所述的水龙头,其中,该第一传感器包括光敏电阻器,并且该第二传感器包括声传感器。
29.如权利要求26所述的水龙头,进一步包括:
基座,该基座由不透明材料形成,该基座包括支撑该水龙头主体的上壁以及从该上壁向下延伸的外部护罩;以及
漫射器,该漫射器由半透明材料形成,该漫射器从该基座的该内壁横向向外定位并且纵向定位在该基座的该外壁下方。
30.如权利要求26所述的水龙头,其中,该基板包括印刷电路板,该印刷电路板包括联接到该至少一个光发射器上的多条导电迹线。
31.如权利要求26所述的水龙头,其中,该至少一个光发射器包括发光二极管。
32.如权利要求26所述的水龙头,其中,该水龙头主体包括输送流道,并且该基座进一步包括定位器壁,该定位器壁从该上表面向上延伸并且被接纳在该流道内以用于定位该流道。
33.如权利要求26所述的水龙头,进一步包括出口壳体,该出口壳体包括限定了出水口的第一部分以及接纳该基板的上部部分的第二部分。
34.如权利要求33所述的水龙头,其中,该水龙头主体包括输送流道,该输送流道具有悬臂部分,该悬臂部分具有下表面并且接纳该出口壳体。
35.如权利要求34所述的水龙头,进一步包括漫射器,该漫射器在该输送流道的该悬臂部分的该下表面下方延伸,该漫射器被配置成沿竖直方向和水平方向两者引导来自该至少一个光发射器的光。
