背景技术

当在典型的对流式烤箱中进行烹饪时,烤箱腔内的加热的空气通过风扇进行循环。风扇通过将空气经由烤箱腔的后壁上的多个开口从烤箱腔抽出而引发加热的空气的流动。然后,加热的空气离开烤箱腔的侧壁上的其他开口。加热的空气移动穿过烤箱腔以帮助将热量分布至放置在烤箱腔内的食品。典型的对流式烤箱的加热系统的示例可以在Smith等人的美国专利No.4,395,233中找到。
常规的对流式烤箱的加热系统的一个问题在于:常规的对流式烤箱的加热系统可能在烤箱腔中产生高速气流区域和低速气流区域,使得加热的空气不均匀地分布在烤箱腔内。因此,放置在烤箱腔中的食物可能被不均匀地烹饪。例如,在对流式烤箱内放置在位于不同高度处的不同搁架上的食物可能以不同的速率被烹饪。此外,放置在同一搁架上的食物也可能接受不均匀的加热。这种烹饪的不均匀性可能导致食物的浪费,这是由于位于烤箱腔的较高热度部分中的食物与位于较低热度部分中的食物相比可能被不可接受地过度烹饪。烹饪的不均匀性可以通过使烹饪托盘在烤箱腔内旋转以及利用降低的烹饪温度和鼓风机速度来部分地克服,但是这样做将会增加对熟练劳动力的需求以及烹饪时间。
常规的对流式烤箱还具有其他问题。例如,在常规的对流式烤箱中任何时候都只能实现一个烹饪温度和一个热传递特性(profile)比如鼓风机速度,由此限制了可以同时烹饪的食物的类型。这可以通过将多个对流式烤箱设定在不同的烹饪温度和不同的热传递特性下来克服,但是这样做将会导致空间和能量效率低下。
因此,需要提供一种可以消除上述问题的改进的对流式烤箱。

发明内容

烤箱可以具有用于进入烹饪腔室中的所有烹饪腔室的一个或两个烤箱门。换言之,烤箱门的尺寸不取决于由可移除送气室限定的烹饪腔室的高度。
烤箱还可以具有用于检测在烹饪周期期间烤箱门的打开的传感器。为了补偿由于打开的烤箱门引起的烹饪周期的任何中断,烤箱的控制器可以基于所测得的烤箱门在烹饪腔室的相应的烹饪周期期间被保持打开的时间量来延长烹饪时间或重新调节烹饪腔室的烹饪参数。

具体实施方式
现在参照附图并且具体地参照图1,描绘了根据本发明的示例性实施方式的对流式烤箱的轴测图。如所示的,对流式烤箱10包括具有顶面板11、底面板12、后面板13和两个侧面板14a、14b的壳体。

如上所述,本发明提供了一种改进的对流式烤箱,该对流式烤箱提供了加热的空气在烹饪腔室内的更均匀流动并且还为烤箱的可构造性提供了更大的灵活性。

Claims (27)

1.一种对流式烤箱,包括:
壳体,所述壳体具有烤箱腔和用于进入所述烤箱腔的烤箱门;
至少一个空气鼓风机,所述至少一个空气鼓风机用于产生加热的空气;
一个或更多个空气通道,所述一个或更多个空气通道用于将来自所述空气鼓风机的所述加热的空气朝向所述烤箱腔引导;
一个或更多个可移除送气室,其中,所述一个或更多个可移除送气室中的每个可移除送气室均构造成以可移除的方式连接至所述一个或更多个空气通道中的一个空气通道;所述一个或更多个可移除送气室中的每个可移除送气室均包括进气边缘以接纳来自所述一个或更多个空气通道中的所述一个空气通道的所述加热的空气;所述一个或更多个可移除送气室中的每个可移除送气室均在所述可移除送气室连接至所述空气通道时限定位于所述烤箱腔内的烹饪腔室的顶部或底部;并且所述一个或更多个可移除送气室中的每个可移除送气室在其顶表面或底表面上均包括多个通气口以将所述加热的空气引导到所述烹饪腔室中;以及
一个或更多个挡板,其中,所述一个或更多个空气通道中的每个空气通道均与所述一个或更多个挡板中的一个挡板相关联,并且所述一个或更多个空气通道中的每个空气通道均构造成在所述空气通道未连接至所述一个或更多个可移除送气室中的一个可移除送气室的情况下由相关联的所述挡板覆盖。
2.根据权利要求1所述的对流式烤箱,其中,所述一个或更多个可移除送气室中的每个可移除送气室均包括突出部,所述突出部构造成在所述可移除送气室连接至所述一个或更多个空气通道中的一个空气通道时使与该空气通道相关联的所述挡板打开。
3.根据权利要求1所述的对流式烤箱,还包括用于检测所述烤箱门在烹饪周期期间被保持打开的传感器。
4.根据权利要求3所述的对流式烤箱,还包括控制器,所述控制器用于基于所述烤箱门在所述烹饪周期期间被保持打开的时间量来重新调节由所述一个或更多个可移除送气室限定的烹饪腔室中的至少一个烹饪腔室的烹饪参数。
5.根据权利要求1所述的对流式烤箱,其中,所述一个或更多个可移除送气室中的至少一个可移除送气室构造成将所述加热的空气向上引导。
6.根据权利要求1所述的对流式烤箱,其中,所述一个或更多个可移除送气室中的至少一个可移除送气室构造成将所述加热的空气向下引导。
7.根据权利要求1所述的对流式烤箱,其中,所述一个或更多个可移除送气室中的至少一个可移除送气室构造成支承位于对应的烹饪腔室内的食物搁架。
8.根据权利要求1所述的对流式烤箱,其中,所述一个或更多个空气通道位于所述烤箱腔的后壁上。
9.根据权利要求1所述的对流式烤箱,还包括一对或更多对平行轨道,所述一对或更多对平行轨道位于所述烤箱腔的左侧壁和右侧壁上以支承所述一个或更多个可移除送气室。
10.根据权利要求1所述的对流式烤箱,还包括位于所述烹饪腔室的左侧部和右侧部上的空气返回开口。
11.一种对流式烤箱,包括:
壳体,所述壳体具有烤箱腔和用于进入所述烤箱腔的烤箱门;
至少一个空气鼓风机,所述至少一个空气鼓风机用于产生加热的空气;
一个或更多个空气通道,所述一个或更多个空气通道用于将来自所述空气鼓风机的所述加热的空气朝向所述烤箱腔引导;
一个或更多个可移除送气室,其中,所述一个或更多个可移除送气室中的每个可移除送气室均构造成以可移除的方式连接至所述一个或更多个空气通道中的一个空气通道;所述一个或更多个可移除送气室中的每个可移除送气室均包括进气边缘以接纳来自所述一个或更多个空气通道中的所述一个空气通道的所述加热的空气;所述一个或更多个可移除送气室中的每个可移除送气室均在所述可移除送气室连接至所述空气通道时限定位于所述烤箱腔内的烹饪腔室的顶部或底部;并且所述一个或更多个可移除送气室中的每个可移除送气室均在其顶表面或底表面上包括多个通气口以将所述加热的空气引导到所述烹饪腔室中;以及
控制面板,所述控制面板用于单独地且独立地控制由所述一个或更多个可移除送气室限定的烹饪腔室中的每个烹饪腔室。
12.根据权利要求11所述的对流式烤箱,还包括用于检测所述烤箱门在烹饪周期期间被保持打开的传感器。
13.根据权利要求12所述的对流式烤箱,还包括控制器,所述控制器用于基于所述烤箱门在所述烹饪周期期间被保持打开的时间量来重新调节由所述一个或更多个可移除送气室限定的烹饪腔室中的至少一个烹饪腔室的烹饪参数。
14.根据权利要求11所述的对流式烤箱,其中,所述一个或更多个可移除送气室中的至少一个可移除送气室构造成将所述加热的空气向上引导。
15.根据权利要求11所述的对流式烤箱,其中,所述一个或更多个可移除送气室中的至少一个可移除送气室构造成将所述加热的空气向下引导。
16.根据权利要求11所述的对流式烤箱,其中,所述一个或更多个可移除送气室中的至少一个可移除送气室构造成支承位于对应的烹饪腔室内的食物搁架。
17.根据权利要求11所述的对流式烤箱,其中,所述一个或更多个空气通道位于所述烤箱腔的后壁上。
18.根据权利要求11所述的对流式烤箱,还包括一对或更多对平行轨道,所述一对或更多对平行轨道位于所述烤箱腔的左侧壁和右侧壁上以支承所述一个或更多个可移除送气室。
19.根据权利要求11所述的对流式烤箱,还包括位于所述烹饪腔室的左侧部和右侧部上的空气返回开口。
20.一种对流式烤箱,包括:

一个或更多个可移除送气室,其中,所述一个或更多个可移除送气室中的每个可移除送气室均构造成以可移除的方式连接至所述一个或更多个空气通道中的一个空气通道;所述一个或更多个可移除送气室中的每个可移除送气室均包括进气边缘以接纳来自所述一个或更多个空气通道中的所述一个空气通道的所述加热的空气;所述一个或更多个可移除送气室中的每个可移除送气室均在所述可移除送气室连接至所述空气通道时限定位于所述烤箱腔内的烹饪腔室的顶部或底部;并且所述一个或更多个可移除送气室中的每个可移除送气室均在其顶表面或底表面上包括多个通气口以将所述加热的空气引导到所述烹饪腔室中,
其中,
所述一个或更多个空气通道包括顶空气通道和底空气通道;
所述一个或更多个可移除送气室包括以可移除的方式连接至所述顶空气通道的可移除上送气室以及以可移除的方式连接至所述底空气通道的可移除下送气室;
所述可移除上送气室限定位于所述烤箱腔内的所述烹饪腔室的所述顶部并且所述可移除上送气室在所述可移除上送气室的底表面上包括多个通气口以将所述加热的空气向下引导到所述烹饪腔室中;以及
所述可移除下送气室限定位于所述烤箱腔内的所述烹饪腔室的所述底部并且所述可移除下送气室在所述可移除下送气室的顶表面上包括多个通气口以将所述加热的空气向上引导到所述烹饪腔室中。
21.根据权利要求20所述的对流式烤箱,还包括分流器,所述分流器用以将从所述空气鼓风机离开的所述加热的空气分成被引导至所述顶空气通道的顶部气流以及被引导至所述底空气通道的底部气流。
22.根据权利要求20所述的对流式烤箱,还包括用于检测所述烤箱门在烹饪周期期间被保持打开的传感器。
23.根据权利要求22所述的对流式烤箱,还包括控制器,所述控制器用于基于所述烤箱门在所述烹饪周期期间被保持打开的时间量来重新调节由所述一个或更多个可移除送气室限定的所述烹饪腔室中的至少一个烹饪腔室的烹饪参数。
24.根据权利要求20所述的对流式烤箱,其中,所述可移除下送气室构造成支承位于对应的烹饪腔室内的食物搁架。
25.根据权利要求20所述的对流式烤箱,其中,所述一个或更多个空气通道位于所述烤箱腔的后壁上。
26.根据权利要求20所述的对流式烤箱,还包括一对或更多对平行轨道,所述一对或更多对平行轨道位于所述烤箱腔的左侧壁和右侧壁上以支承所述一个或更多个可移除送气室。
