技术领域

背景技术
用于端对端连接管件的机械耦接件包括沿圆周围绕同轴对准的管件端部的互相分段。文中“管件”一词用于代表任何的管状物体或具有管形式的构件。管件包括管道备品,管道耦接件,如弯头,封闭盖和三通管;以及流体控制元件,如阀门,减压器,过滤器,限流器,压力调节器和类似器件。
各机械分段包括具有弧形表面的外壳,弧形表面从外壳径向向内突出,可与平端的管件接合或与围绕进行连接的各管件延伸的圆周槽接合。弧形表面和管件之间的接合提供了对接头的机械拘束,使得管件保持连接,即使在内部压力和外部压力很高的情况下。外壳上形成可容纳垫圈或密封件的环形槽,密封件一般是弹性环件,可与各管件的端部接合并与分段配合提供流体密封。各分段设有连接件,一般具有从外壳向外突出的突起的形式。突起适合容纳固定件,如螺帽和螺栓,可调节拉紧程度地互相拉近分段。
为了保证耦接件和管件之间有良好配合,现有技术的耦接件的弧形表面的曲率半径基本上等于进行接合的管件外表面的曲率半径。对于与带槽管件接合的耦接件,弧形表面的曲率半径小于管件的槽外面的外表面的曲率半径,以使弧形表面适当地配合并与槽接合。
当使用机械耦接件时,现有技术耦接件中的耦接件的弧形表面和管件外表面的几何关系导致了令人厌烦的和耗时的安装工艺。通常,技术人员手中的耦接件的分段用螺栓连接到一起,环形密封件容纳于分段的槽中。技术人员首先通过取下螺栓拆开耦接件,取出环形密封件,进行润滑(如果未预先润滑),使密封件围绕进行连接的管件的端部。安装环形密封件要求进行润滑和拉伸以便容纳管件,这通常是困难和肮脏的工作,因为环形密封件通常很硬,润滑剂使得难以手工操作密封件。当环形密封件位于两个管件的适当位置时,然后分段跨过管件的端部,将分段放置到管件上,与环形密封件对接。在设置期间,分段接合密封件,弧形表面对准可能设置的槽,或对准管件的外表面上的对正标记,使螺栓穿过突起,螺帽螺纹连接到螺栓并拧紧,互相拉近分段,压迫密封件并使弧形表面接合到槽内。
如前面所证明的,安装根据现有技术的机械的管耦接件要求技术人员一般处理至少七个零件(当耦接件具有两个以上的分段时,零件数更多),必须完全拆卸然后再安装耦接件。如果技术人员安装机械的管耦接件能够无需首先全部拆卸然后再一件一件地安装的话,将节约大量的时间,劳动和费用。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种管耦接件,可定位跨过一对管件的互相面对的端部,以端对端固定管件到一起.管件的端部具有基本为圆柱型式的外表面.管耦接件包括多个分段.各分段具有一对弧形表面,适于与管件的圆柱型式外表面对接.弧形表面纵长地互相间隔开.各分段具有连接件,可调节地连接一个分段到另一个.
间隔件设置在分段之间。间隔件保持分段处于预定的间隔关系,所述间隔关系足以使管件的端部以端对端关系插入分段之间。连接件可调节拉紧程度地拉近分段。间隔件设置成,当管件的端部以端对端关系插入分段之间时,拉紧连接件可使得弧形表面与管件的外表面接合。
在一实施例,间隔件设置成可在施加预定的由拉近连接件产生的压力时塌缩。间隔件的塌缩允许弧形表面接合管件的外表面。
可塌缩的间隔件优选包括位于连接件之间的管状件。管状件具有圆形截面,可用聚合物材料制造。也可以采用重量轻的金属管。管状件可以是波纹状的或带有压痕,以便在拉紧连接件时帮助管状件塌缩。
在另一实施例中,间隔件设置成可从分段之间取出。取出间隔件令拉紧连接件使弧形表面接合管件外表面。可取出的间隔件优选具有块状体的形式,其位于连接件之间。块状体可释放地连接到一个耦接件。
在特定实施例中,分段的弧形表面的对向角小于180度,其曲率半径大于管件的外表面的曲率半径。在连接件可调节地拉紧时分段变形,使得弧形表面的曲率与管件的外表面的曲率一致。
在另一实施例中,弧形表面从分段沿径向向内突出。在各弧形表面形成一对槽,其靠近分段的各端部。槽提供了间隙,当分段处于预定的间隔关系时,供插入管件的端部到分段之间。
在又一实施例中,分段既不能够变形也没有间隙槽,耦接件使用间隔件以允许管件插入预先组装状态下的分开的分段之间。

具体实施方式
图1和2显示了根据本发明的管耦接件10。耦接件10由分段12,14组成,分段可互相连接,跨过管件16,18的端部16a,18a,端对端连接管件到一起。管件的端部具有各自的基本为圆柱型式的外表面20,22。
分段12,14的互相连接通过连接件来实现,连接件优选具有突起24,26的形式,如图2清楚显示。突起优选位于各分段的各端部,从分段向外突出。突起24,26互相面对并可容纳固定件,固定件优选具有螺栓28和螺帽30的形式,其可调节地拉紧,可与突起24,26配合可调节地耦接分段,如下面进行的详细讨论。

如图2所示,弧形表面32,34的曲率半径50大于管件16,18的外表面20,22的曲率半径52。此外,弧形表面32的对向角54小于180度。角度54可在大约40度到大约179度之间。出于这样的弧形表面几何结构,分段12,14可预先组装成互相分隔开,使得管件16,18可直接插入耦接件10中,如图1所示,无需首先拆卸耦接件。这个特点提供了与现有技术耦接件相比很大的优点,现有技术的耦接件必须一件一件地安装到管件端部上。与现有技术的耦接件相比,将管件端部连接到根据本发明的耦接件10进行的更平滑和更快速,因为技术人员处理更少的零件,不必将螺帽拧到螺栓上。在图1所示的实施例中,密封件44具有外径56,其尺寸可保持分段12,14互相间隔开,间隔尺寸允许管件端部插入,如上面的介绍。通过推动管件上的耦接件或通过插入管件到耦接件中,密封件的内径58的尺寸可容纳管件的端部16a,18a。下面将介绍具有不同的使分段分隔开的特征的其他实施例。
在如图1A所示将管件16,18插入耦接件10之后,旋紧螺帽30(还是参考图2).螺帽30与其螺栓28配合将分段12上的弧形表面32,34朝分段14上的弧形表面拉近.旋紧螺帽向突起24,26施加压力,导致分段12,14变形,使得弧形表面32,34的曲率半径50基本与管件16,18的曲率半径52一致.通过比较图2和图3,及比较图1A和图1B,显示出这个作用,当弧形表面与管件端部的外表面接合时,弧形表面和管外径之间的间隙60消失.分段12,14的变形优选基本为弹性,当松开螺帽30时,允许分段基本上回弹到原来的形状,因此允许耦接件10通过文中介绍的本发明的方式重复使用.分段还可设计成具有相当大的塑性变形,其中变形使分段产生永久变形.对于实际的耦接件,通过安装耦接件到管状件和旋紧固定件,分段一般会存在一定程度的塑性和弹性变形.此外,当分段12和14处于未变形的状态时(见图2),突起24,26可互相倾斜.相对角度62达到大约10度是实际的.如图3所示,当分段变形时,突起24,26的相对倾斜角度可减少,几何形状可设计成,一旦弧形表面32,34基本符合管件外表面20,22时,使得突起基本互相平行.这样是优选的,因为当充分旋紧时,螺栓头和螺帽基本上平面接触突起,从而避免了螺栓产生弯矩,否则弯矩可造成螺栓永久变形.密封件44也在这个过程中变形,如图1B所示,唇部46完全接合管件外表面20,22.因为密封件44基本上是不可塌缩的,必须向密封件提供当受到分段塌缩时密封件扩展的空间.该空间由位于侧壁38之间的后壁40的凹面64提供.凹面64实际上可具有任何实际形状,允许当受热或暴露于流体时密封件出现体积变化,因此使得密封件的变形更均匀地分布到整个圆周面,并减少了密封件从分段的突起之间向外挤出的倾向.凹面还可防止舌部48,如果存在的话,进入管件的端部之间,阻挡流体通过.
如图2和3所示,对于预先组装的耦接件10,优选保持螺帽30于螺栓28上的位置,这将保持分段12,14于希望的间隔关系,该间隔由分段和密封件44之间的接触确定。这可通过变形螺栓28的螺纹29,优选是通过凿击(striking),方便地实现。凿击螺栓可阻止螺帽的转动,防止螺帽在振动作用下从螺栓脱开,例如在运输期间,并保持耦接件处于预先组装的状态,安装之前所有的零件都在一起。当用扳手旋紧螺帽时很容易克服凿痕。
分段的弯曲劲度可进行调节以控制分段变形所需力的数量,以减少所要求的安装扭矩和减少螺帽和突起之间的摩擦。如图6所示,可通过减少分段的惯性矩区域在分段12,14的外壳36形成提高弯曲柔性的部分66。该减少优选通过在后壁40和弧形表面32,34,或其中任一个,设置一个或多个切口68来实现。
或者,如图7所示,分段可具有包括向内突出齿69的弧形表面32,34(未显示)。齿69接合管件的外表面提供机械约束,在用于平端管件时尤其有优越性。齿69基本上是连续的,如分段14所示,或是间断的,如分段12所示。最适合小耦接件的单个齿也可采用。如图7A所示,齿69还可成对设置于分段的相对侧,以提高耦接件提供的机械约束。
尽管上面介绍的根据本发明的耦接件包括两个分段,但这只是示例。带有多于两个分段的耦接件也是可行的,这尤其适合较大直径的管件,因为制造成本较低,减少分段的尺寸在经济成本上具有优势。另外的优点是突起之间的间隔减少了,要求螺帽较少的圈数和较短的螺栓。安装时可使用标准深度的套筒。图8显示了耦接件实施例72,其具有类似上面介绍的4个分段74。
到目前所介绍的耦接件中,所有的弧形表面具有基本相同的曲率半径。因此这样的结构适合于连接具有基本相同的直径的管件,图9显示了用于连接具有不同直径管件的管耦接件实施例76。耦接件76由两个分段78,80构成(虽然可具有不止两个分段)。各分段具有第一弧形表面82,其具有第一曲率半径84,和第二弧形表面86,具有第二曲率半径88,第二曲率半径小于第一曲率半径84。这使得耦接件76可连接具有较大直径的管件90到具有较小直径的管件92。类似于上面介绍的耦接件,曲率半径84大于管件的外表面的曲率半径90,曲率半径88大于管件92的曲率半径。这样的几何结构关系使得管件90,92可插入预先组装的耦接件76,实现本发明的优点。当弧形表面接合管件时,分段78,80当可调节的连接件施加力时可变形,以使曲率半径与管件外表面的一致。
在优选实施例中,如图10所示,耦接件10的向内突出的弧形表面32,34与管件端部16a,18a的外表面20,22形成的槽94接合.弧形表面32,34和其对应的槽94的相互作用使耦接件可提供较高的端部约束,以抵抗内部压力或外部载荷造成的作用力.为了得到较高的端部约束,已经发现施加第二组弧形表面是有效的,第二组弧形表面与管件的第二组槽相作用.该实施例在图11显示,其中耦接件96包括分段98,100,各分段具有两对从分段向内突出的弧形表面102,104.弧形表面对基本是平行的和互相间隔开,与连接到一起的管件108,110的表面形成的成对槽106接合.

在另一耦接件实施例中,如图17所示,耦接件174还包括至少两个分段176,178,其具有如上所述的向内突出的弧形表面180。弧形表面180设有位于其两端的槽182,184。槽182和184在耦接件的三点钟位置和九点钟位置提供了间隙,在这些位置尤其需要间隙以允许管件插入预先组装的耦接件174。在这些位置提供增大的间隙使得分段176,178在预先组装的结构中的间隔比弧形表面各端部没有间隙的情况更接近。通过使预先组装的耦接件的分段更接近,减少了使弧形表面与管件外表面形状一致所要求的变形量,从而使旋紧固定件所需的能量减少。
图18显示了另一个根据本发明的耦接件实施例192.耦接件192包括围绕中间的空间196的弧形带194.带194具有相对的端部198,200,端部设置成互相面对.端部198,200在预先组装的耦接件中互相间隔开,并设有固定其上的连接件,其优选具有突出的突起202,204的形式,适于容纳固定件,如螺栓206和螺帽208.螺帽和螺栓与突起结合可使带194变形,在管件插入中间的空间196后,使端部198,200拉近,形成端对端连接.带194具有一对弧形表面210,在图中只能看到一个.图10所示和上面介绍的纵长地互相间隔开的弧形表面是另外的实施例.弧形表面210具有比进行连接的管件端部的外表面更大的曲率半径.这样的几何结构以及端部198,200的分隔允许管件插入中间的空间196.当旋紧螺帽208可使带194变形,使得弧形表面210的曲率半径与进行连接的管件的外表面的曲率半径一致.注意到在预先组装的状态下,突出的突起202,204优选是相对倾斜,具有相对角度212达到大约20度.旋紧固定件可拉近突起,导致相对角度212减小,优选是到达突起基本互相平行的位置.这对于可变形的耦接件是非常有利的,这种耦接件不根据管件来形成反应点,使得变形要利用螺栓,在反应点发生的摩擦阻挡变形.
耦接件192包括位于带194内的弧形表面210之间的密封件214。密封件214类似于图4和图5所显示的密封件,其尺寸可容纳管件,当带变形时可形成流体密封。
耦接件192的弯曲柔性可通过减少带194的惯性矩区域进行调节。调节可通过在带上设置切口216来实现。或者,如图19所示,铰链218可设置在端部198,200之间。铰链218优选设置在距带的端部相同距离的位置,提供很大的弯曲柔度,减少固定件的拉近端部198,200所需的扭矩。带194当弧形表面210接合管件的外表面时仍变形使得表面的曲率半径符合管件外表面的曲率半径。当设置铰链时,密封件214的尺寸加工成可保持突起202,204间隔开,使得管件可插入。对于上面介绍的具有铰链和没有铰链的耦接件,弧形表面优选从带沿径向向内突出,可具有不同的曲率半径,如图9所示,允许耦接件192可用于连接具有不同直径的管件。
图20显示了预先组装的耦接件220,其不利用密封件222来保持其分段224,226间隔开以接受管件,如管件228。耦接件220具有间隔件230,其在分段224,226之间延伸,并保持分段间隔开。在这个示例性的实施例中,间隔件230包括可塌缩的管状件232,其位于互相面对的从分段延伸的突起234,236之间。管状件232优选是薄壁的具有圆形截面,可围绕固定件238同轴设置。管状件可用重量轻的金属或聚合物材料制造,如聚丙烯,可在表面上设置刻痕线240,形成薄弱区,当承受固定件238施加的压载荷时可帮助管状件塌缩。其他材料,如纸板和橡胶也可以采用。管状件设计成足够强,以便在运输,处理和安装时支承分段间隔开,只在预定的压载荷作用下塌缩,压载荷由技术人员施加,优选通过扳手手动旋紧固定件。
使用中,进行端对端连接的管件插入分段224,226之间。固定件238然后旋紧拉近分段,并与管件接合。旋紧固定件使得管状件232承受压载荷,使管状件弯曲塌缩,如图21所示,当预定的载荷达到时,允许分段相向移动,与管件结合实现连接。
位于分段之间的间隔件可用于任何形式的机械耦接件。注意到,在图20和21,分段224和226具有弧形表面242,其曲率半径基本上与进行接合的管件228的外表面的曲率半径相同,为了在管件228和分段之间设置间隙允许管件插入耦接件同时保持合理的耦接件长度,槽244和246设置在弧形表面242的相对端,如图20所清楚显示。槽在耦接件的三点钟和九点钟的位置提供了间隙,允许管件插入预先组装的耦接件220。
图22显示了另一耦接件实施例254,其具有位于组成耦接件的分段256和258之间的间隔件230.在这个示例中,间隔件230包括管状件260,也是与固定件262同轴设置,位于互相面对的从分段突出的突起264和266之间.管状件260具有波纹部分268,有助于旋紧固定件时产生的压载荷造成塌缩.注意到,分段256,258类似上面参考图1和图2所介绍的分段.其中,分段的弧形表面的曲率半径大于管件的曲率半径.
图23显示了保持分段间隔开的间隔件的另一示例。分段270包括分段272,274,其具有向外突出的突起266,264,当分段预先组装后,出于互相面对的关系。分段通过在突起之间延伸的固定件280保持到一起。间隔件282,优选具有块状体284的形式,位于突起266和264之间。块状体284可从突起之间取出,允许固定件旋紧拉近分段,与进行连接的管件接合。
块状体284可释放地连接到分段,例如,通过与突起266和264之间的摩擦进行保持。用可变形的弹性材料形成块状体具有很大的优越性,因为用这类材料形成的块状体可提供适合的强度和刚度,在初步处理期间保持耦接件处于间隔开的关系,并可在需要时容易变形便于以需要取出。如果使用聚合物材料来形成块状体,必须通过热熔或通过粘接剂粘接到到突起,这样可在块状体和分段之间提供可释放的粘接。
图24显示了不能变形的耦接件实施例286,其使用间隔件288来保持分段290,292间隔开,使得管件可插入图示的预先组装状态的分段之间。耦接件286未设置槽或其他结构特征,以提供有助于插入管件到分段之间形成端对端连接的间隙;而是设置间隔件,提供产生足够间隙的分隔。间隔件288可类似于文中介绍的任何间隔件。
根据本发明的间隔件可用于各种其他类型的耦接件。如图19所示,间隔件288可用于铰接的耦接件实施例192,以保持突起202,204间隔开,使得管件可插入。尽管显示出了管状间隔件,应当认识到文中介绍的任何间隔件可用于这种耦接件。
图25显示了用来连接带法兰的管件到无法兰管件,例如带槽或平端管件,的适配耦接件294。耦接件294包括分段296,298,分别具有位于一侧的径向延伸的法兰和位于另一侧的弧形表面302。分段296,298通过间隔件304保持在间隔开的关系,间隔件包括可塌缩的管状间隔件306,或可取出的间隔件308,或文中介绍的其他类型的间隔件。
图26显示了另一种类型的间隔件实施例310,其可容易地保持分段312,314成间隔开的关系。间隔件310包括弹簧件,当受到固定件316施加的压力时可变形,优选是基本弹性的变形。弹簧件可采用许多的形式,如弹性橡胶柱状件318或螺旋弹簧件320。间隔件采用弹簧件使得可精确地控制拉近分段所需的力,当弹簧变形基本是弹性时,还有助于重新使用耦接件,而且不必如文中介绍的进行完全拆卸。
应当认识到,具有文中介绍的间隔件的耦接件还可包括舌部和凹部等结构特征,如美国专利No.6,170,884和6,302,450所公开的;结合到分段的出口,如美国专利No.3,362,730所公开的;不使用槽的平端耦接件,如美国专利No.2,439,979,3,024,046,5,911,446和6,302,450所公开的,所有这些专利在本文中参考引用。
机械的管耦接件使用根据本发明的间隔件,可提供快速和可靠地安装和形成管接头,同时不必部分或全部地拆卸然后再组装耦接件和处理各个零件。
Claims (43)
1.一种管耦接件,能够定位跨过一对管件的面对的端部,用于端对端固定所述管件到一起,其中所述管件的所述端部具有为圆柱型式的外表面,所述管耦接件包括:
多个耦接分段,各耦接分段具有一对弧形表面,适于与所述管件的圆柱型式外表面对接,所述弧形表面纵长地互相间隔开;
各所述耦接分段具有连接件,用于可调节地连接一个耦接分段到另一个;
位于所述耦接分段之间的间隔件,所述间隔件用于以预定的间隔关系保持所述耦接分段,所述间隔关系足以允许所述管件的端部以端对端关系插入所述耦接分段之间;和
所述连接件可调节地拉紧,以用于拉近所述分段,所述间隔件设置成允许拉紧所述连接件,当所述管件的所述端部以端对端关系插入所述耦接分段之间时,允许所述弧形表面接合所述管件的所述外表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的管耦接件,其特征在于,所述间隔件设置成当拉紧所述连接件造成施加预定的压力时可塌缩,所述间隔件的塌缩允许所述弧形表面接合所述管件的外表面。
3.根据权利要求2所述的管耦接件,其特征在于,所述间隔件包括位于所述连接件之间的管状件。
4.根据权利要求3所述的管耦接件,其特征在于,所述管状件具有圆形截面。
5.根据权利要求3所述的管耦接件,其特征在于,所述管状件用聚合物材料制成。
6.根据权利要求3所述的管耦接件,其特征在于,所述管状件是波纹状的。
7.根据权利要求3所述的管耦接件,其特征在于,所述管状件被刻痕以提供薄弱区,当拉紧所述连接件时,便于所述管状件塌缩。
8.根据权利要求1所述的管耦接件,其特征在于,所述间隔件设置成可从所述分段之间取出,取出所述间隔件可使得拉紧所述连接件并允许所述弧形表面与所述管件的外表面接合。
9.根据权利要求8所述的管耦接件,其特征在于,所述间隔件包括位于所述连接件之间的块状体。
10.根据权利要求9所述的管耦接件,其特征在于,所述块状体可释放地连接到所述连接件中的一个。
11.根据权利要求1所述的管耦接件,其特征在于,所述间隔件包括弹簧件。
12.根据权利要求11所述的管耦接件,其特征在于,当拉紧所述连接件时,所述弹簧件弹性变形。
13.根据权利要求11所述的管耦接件,其特征在于,所述间隔件包括螺旋弹簧。
14.根据权利要求11所述的管耦接件,其特征在于,所述间隔件包括弹性圆柱体。
15.根据权利要求1所述的管耦接件,其特征在于,所述弧形表面中的至少一个对向角小于180度,且其曲率半径大于所述管件的所述外表面的曲率半径,当可调节地拉紧所述连接件时所述分段中的至少一个可变形,使所述弧形表面的曲率与所述管件的外表面的曲率一致。
16.根据权利要求1所述的管耦接件,其特征在于,所述弧形表面从所述分段沿径向向内突出,形成在所述弧形表面中的至少一个内的至少一个槽靠近所述分段的一端,所述槽提供了间隙,当所述分段处于预定间隔关系时,用于插入所述管件的所述端部到所述分段之间.
17.一种管耦接件,可定位跨过一对管件的面对的端部,用于端对端固定所述管件到一起,其中所述管件的所述端部具有为圆柱型式的外表面,所述管耦接件包括:
第一和第二耦接分段,各所述耦接分段具有一对弧形表面,适于与所述管件的外表面对接,所述弧形表面纵长地互相间隔开;
各所述耦接分段具有一对突起,从耦接分段的相对端向外突出,所述第一分段上的所述突起面对所述第二分段上的所述突起;
一对固定件,在各面对的所述突起之间延伸;
一对间隔件,一个所述间隔件位于各面对的所述突起之间,所述间隔件保持所述耦接分段处于预定的间隔关系,所述间隔关系足以允许所述管件的所述端部以端对端关系插入所述耦接分段之间;和
所述固定件可相对所述突起调节拉紧程度,用于拉近所述分段,所述间隔件对拉紧所述固定件作出反应而塌缩,当所述管件的所述端部以端对端关系插入所述耦接分段之间时,允许所述弧形表面接合所述管件的外表面。
18.根据权利要求17所述的管耦接件,其特征在于,所述间隔件包括在面对的所述突起之间延伸的第一和第二管状件。
19.根据权利要求18所述的管耦接件,其特征在于,所述管状件围绕所述固定件定位。
20.根据权利要求19所述的管耦接件,其特征在于,所述固定件与所述管状件同轴定位。
21.根据权利要求18所述的管耦接件,其特征在于,所述管状件具有圆形的截面。
22.根据权利要求18所述的管耦接件,其特征在于,所述管状件是波纹状的。
23.根据权利要求17所述的管耦接件,其特征在于,所述间隔件包括弹簧件。
24.根据权利要求23所述的管耦接件,其特征在于,所述弹簧件当拉紧所述固定件时弹性变形。
25.根据权利要求17所述的管耦接件,其特征在于,所述弧形表面的对向角度小于180度,其曲率半径大于所述管件的所述外表面的曲率半径,当可调节地拉紧所述固定件时所述分段可变形,以便当所述间隔件塌缩时,所述弧形表面的曲率与所述管件外表面的曲率一致。
26.根据权利要求17所述的管耦接件,其特征在于,所述弧形表面从所述分段沿径向向内突出,在各所述弧形表面内形成的一对槽接近所述分段的各端部,所述槽提供了间隙,当所述分段处于预定的间隔关系时,用于插入所述管件的所述端部到所述分段之间。
27.一种管耦接件,可定位跨过一对管件的面对的端部,用于固定所述管件端对端到一起,其中所述管件的所述端部具有圆柱型式的外表面,所述管耦接件包括:
第一和第二耦接分段,各所述耦接分段具有适于与所述管件的外表面对接的一对弧形表面,所述弧形表面纵长地互相间隔开;
各所述耦接分段设有一对突起,从其相对的端部向外突出,所述第一分段上的突起面对所述第二分段上的所述突起;
一对固定件,在面对的各所述突起之间延伸;
一对间隔件,一个所述间隔件位于面对的各所述突起之间,所述间隔件保持所述耦接分段处于预定的间隔关系,以便允许所述管件的所述端部以端对端关系插入所述耦接分段之间;和
所述固定件可相对所述突起调节拉紧程度,用于将所述分段拉到一起,所述间隔件可从所述突起之间取出,当拉紧所述固定件时允许所述分段拉近,当所述管件端部以端对端关系插入所述耦接分段之间时,一旦拉紧所述固定件,所述弧形表面接合所述管件的外表面。
28.根据权利要求27所述的管耦接件,其特征在于,所述间隔件可释放地连接到所述分段。
29.根据权利要求27所述的管耦接件,其特征在于,所述间隔件包括位于面对的所述突起之间的块状体。
30.根据权利要求29所述的管耦接件,其特征在于,所述块状体可释放地连接到所述突起。
31.根据权利要求27所述的管耦接件,其特征在于,所述弧形表面的对向角度小于180度,其曲率半径大于所述管件的所述外表面的曲率半径,当从所述分段之间取出所述间隔件和可调节地拉紧所述固定件时,所述分段可变形,以便使所述弧形表面的曲率与所述管件的外表面的曲率一致。
32.根据权利要求27所述的管耦接件,其特征在于,所述弧形表面从所述分段沿径向向内突出,在所述各弧形表面内形成的一对槽接近所述分段的各端部,所述槽提供有间隙,当所述分段处于预定的间隔关系时,用于插入所述管件的端部于所述分段之间。
33.一种管耦接件,可定位围绕一对管件的面对的端部,用于端对端固定所述管件到一起,其中所述管件的所述端部具有为圆柱型式的外表面,其中所述管耦接件包括:
弧形带,具有面对的第一和第二端部,所述带围绕中间的空间;
铰链,位于所述第一和第二端部之间,所述铰链允许所述第一和第二端部彼此相对移动;
连接件,安装在所述第一和第二端部上,所述连接件可调节拉紧程度,以彼此朝向地拉近所述第一和第二端部;和
间隔件,位于所述带的第一和第二端部之间,所述间隔件用于保持所述第一和第二端部处于预定的间隔关系,以允许所述管件的所述端部以端对端关系插入所述中间的空间;
其中,纵向地沿所述带在其一侧上具有第一和第二弧形表面,所述弧形表面彼此并排间隔开并沿径向向内突出到所述中间空间;并且
所述间隔件设置成允许拉紧所述连接件,当所述管件端部插入所述中间的空间时,以允许所述弧形表面接合所述管件的所述外表面。
34.根据权利要求33所述的管耦接件,其特征在于,所述间隔件设置成可在施加由拉紧所述连接件产生的预定压力时塌缩,所述间隔件的塌缩允许所述弧形表面接合所述管件的所述外表面。
35.根据权利要求33所述的管耦接件,其特征在于,所述间隔件设置成可从所述带的所述端部之间取出,取出所述间隔件使得拉紧所述连接件允许所述弧形表面接合所述管件的所述外表面。
36.根据权利要求33所述的管耦接件,其特征在于,所述间隔件包括弹簧件,当拉紧所述连接件时所述弹簧件变形,所述间隔件变形使得所述弧形表面接合所述管件的所述外表面.
37.一种管耦接件,可定位跨过一对管件的面对的端部,用于端对端彼此固定所述管件,其中所述管件的其中之一的所述端部具有为圆柱型式的外表面,另一个所述管件具有安装于其上的端部法兰,所述耦接件包括:
多个耦接分段,各所述耦接分段具有弧形表面,适于与所述一个管件的外表面对接,法兰安装到各所述耦接分段,并与所述弧形表面间隔开,所述法兰沿径向向外延伸,可与所述另一管件的端部法兰接合;
各所述耦接分段还具有连接件,用于可调节地连接一个耦接分段到另一个,所述连接件可调节地拉紧以用于拉近所述分段的弧形表面与所述一个管件的外表面接合,以及使所述法兰与所述端部法兰对准;
间隔件,位于两个所述耦接分段之间,所述间隔件用于保持所述弧形表面处于预定的间隔关系,所述间隔关系足以允许所述一个管件插入所述耦接分段之间;
其中,间隔件设置成允许拉紧所述连接件,以允许所述弧形表面接合所述一个管件的所述外表面,且所述法兰对准所述端部法兰,以实现端对端连接所述管件。
38.根据权利要求37所述的管耦接件,其特征在于,所述间隔件设置成当施加拉紧所述连接件产生的预定压力时可塌缩,所述间隔件的塌缩允许所述弧形表面接合所述一个管件的所述外表面,所述法兰与所述另一管件的所述端部法兰对准。
39.根据权利要求37所述的管耦接件,其特征在于,所述间隔件设置可从所述分段之间取出,取出所述间隔件允许拉紧所述连接件以使所述弧形表面接合所述一个管件的所述外表面,所述法兰与所述另一管件的所述端部法兰对准。
40.根据权利要求37所述的管耦接件,其特征在于,所述间隔件包括弹簧件,当拉紧所述连接件时所述弹簧件变形,所述间隔件的变形允许所述弧形表面接合所述一个管件的外表面,所述法兰与所述另一管件的所述端部法兰接合。
41.一种端对端固定管件的互相面对端部的方法,所述管件的所述端部具有为圆柱型式的外表面,所述方法包括步骤:
提供具有多个耦接分段的管耦接件,互相端对端连接并围绕中间的空间,所述耦接分段具有弧形表面,适于与所述管件的外表面对接,所述耦接分段通过位于两个所述耦接分段之间的间隔件保持预定的间隔关系,所述间隔件设置成可允许所述分段彼此朝向地拉近;
插入所述管件的端部到所述中间的空间;和
充分拉近所述耦接分段,以使所述耦接件的所述弧形表面接合所述管件的所述外表面。
42.根据权利要求41所述的方法,其特征在于,所述间隔件设置成可在承受压载荷时塌缩,允许所述分段互相拉近,所述方法还包括使所述间隔件塌缩的步骤。
43.根据权利要求41所述的方法,其特征在于,所述间隔件设置成可从所述分段之间取出,以允许所述分段互相拉近,所述方法还包括取出所述间隔件的步骤。
