Abstract
PROCESSO PARA REVESTIMENTO DE PARTìCULAS REFINADAS COM POLìMEROS CONDUTORES. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para revestir partículas finas, no qual a mistura da mistura do eduto contém: - pelo menos um monómero ou/e pelo menos um oligómero selecionado de monómeros ou/e oligómeros de compostos aromáticos ou/e compostos de hidrocarboneto insaturados, que são adequados, para formar a partir destes, oligómero/polímero/copolímero/copolímero em blocos/copolímero enxertados eletricamente condutor, - pelo menos um tipo de ânions, sendo que estes pode ser incorporado ou/e é incorporado no polímero condutor (1). como íon de dopagem na estrutura do polímero condutor, (2). também pode ser novamente liberado dessa estrutura no caso de uma queda de potencial do polímero condutor (redução) e (3). no caso da presença de uma superfície metálica pode agir como protegendo contra corrosão, - pelo menos um tipo de partículas, - eventualmente pelo menos um agente de oxidação bem como - água ou/e pelo menos um outro solvente, sendo que a partir da mistura de eduto forma-se um revestimento sobre as superfícies das partículas, em que os edutos são reagidos através de oxidação na presença de pelo menos um tipo de ânions protetores de corrosão móveis para formar um polímero condutor. Alternativamente, as partículas finas são revestidas com uma mistura de produto contendo polímero condutor.
