Abstract
PROCESSO PARA PROTEçãO DE UMA SUPERFìCIE METáLICA COM UM REVESTIMENTO INIBIDOR DE CORROSãO. A invenção refere-se a um processo para proteção de uma superfície metálica com um revestimento composto por uma composição inibidora da corrosão, que contem como componente(s) a) pelo menos uma substância depot, que 1. contém ânions construídos em uma reação de oxidação, e que 2. dada uma variação de potencial entre o potencial redox da substância depot no estado não perturbado para o potencial de corrosão da superfície metálica ou já para uma variação de potencial no defeito em questão comparativamente menor com pelo menos uma parte desses ânions liberados, sendo que os ânions podem inibir a corrosão de uma reação parcial anódica e/ou catódica e/ou atuam como promotores de adesão, sendo que os ânions apresentam respectivamente um raio de íons que não prejudicam sua migração, e opcionalmente b) contêm pelo menos uma substância matriz, sendo que a(s) substância(s) depot nas regiões não danificadas do revestimento se apresentam pelo menos parcialmente oxidadas ou pelo menos parcialmente dotadas com ânions, e sendo que pelo menos a substância depot nas regiões não danificadas do revestimento se reduzem parcialmente ou se livram pelo menos parcialmente dos ânions dotadores, sendo que o revestimento é ajustado pela escolha dos componentes contidos e seus teores de tal forma que pelo menos parcialmente cedo ou antecipadamente, antes que ocorra uma forte delaminação, atua contra o surgimento ou desenvolvimento de delaminação. A substância depot apresenta opcionalmente alternativamente uma taxa de migração de cátions comparativamente baixa.
