Abstract
"NANOPARTìCULAS DE áCIDO HIALURÈNICO". A invenção se refere a nanopartículas de ácido hialurónico para administração de pelo menos um ingrediente ativo, compreendendo ácido hialurónico na forma de sal, um polímero carregado positivamente, um sal poli-aniónico e pelo menos um ingrediente ativo. O procedimento para obter as ditas nanopartículas compreende as etapas de preparar uma solução aquosa de um sal de ácido hialurónico, preparar uma solução aquosa de um polímero catiónico, adicionar um sal poli-aniónico à solução de sal de ácido hialurónico, misturar sob agitação as soluções anteriores, obtendo-se espontâneamente as nanopartículas, sendo dissolvido o ingrediente ativo em uma das soluções iniciais ou na suspensão de nanopartículas obtidas para ser adsorvida pelas nanopartículas. Se refere também a composições farmacêuticas e cosméticas compreendendo tais nanopartículas.
