Abstract

"EVAPORADOR, MéTODO DE FABRICAçãO DO MESMO, CABEçOTE PARA EVAPORADOR E SISTEMA DE REFRIGERAçãO". A presente invenção refere-se a evaporador que de acordo com a presente invenção é equipado com um núcleo (1) incluindo grupos de tubos de troca de calor do lado superior e lado inferior P1 e P2, dispostos na dianteira e traseira, e elementos de cabeçote do lado superior e lado inferior (10) e (50) dispostos na extremidade superior e inferior do núcleo (1). O interior do elemento de cabeçote superior é dividido em dianteiro e traseiro, para formar um tanque do lado de entrada (11) e um tanque do lado de saída (12). Uma extremidade de cada tubo (6) que constitui o grupo de tubos do lado a montante P1 é conectado no tanque do lado de entrada (11), enquanto a outra extremidade é conectada no elemento de cabeçote inferior (50). Uma extremidade de cada tubo (7) que constitui o grupo de tubos do lado a jusante P2 é conectado no tanque do lado de saída (12), enquanto a outra extremidade é conectada no elemento de cabeçote inferior (50). O refrigerante que flui no tanque do lado de entrada (11) é introduzido no tanque do lado de saída (12) passando através do grupo de tubos do lado a montante P1, o elemento de cabeçote inferior (50) e o grupo de tubos de lado a jusante P2. Por outro lado, o refrigerante que passa através de ambos os grupos de tubos de troca de calor P1 e P2 evapora trocando calor com o ar ambiente. Conseq³entemente, se torna possível aperfeiçoar o desempenho de troca de calor e diminuir a espessura.
