Claims (11)
- 삭제
- 한 쌍의 헤더와, 상기 한 쌍의 헤더 사이에 설치되는 다수의 마이크로채널튜브를 구비하는 열교환유닛이 복수 개로 마련되고, 상기 복수의 열교환유닛 간의 냉매유통이 가능하도록 연결되며,상기 각 열교환유닛의 상기 한 쌍의 헤더는 수평방향으로 놓이도록 설치되고, 상기 마이크로채널튜브는 상기 한 쌍의 헤더 사이에 수직방향으로 설치되며,상기 각 열교환유닛의 상기 한 쌍의 헤더는 다수의 칸막이판에 의해 구획되어 상기 각 열교환유닛의 마이크로채널튜브가 다수의 통로군을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로채널튜브를 이용한 증발기.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 증발기는 상기 증발기로 유입된 냉매가 상기 증발기 밖으로 배출되기까지 일련의 냉매유로를 형성하는 냉매써킷이 복수 개 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로채널튜브를 이용한 증발기.

- 제2항에 있어서,상기 증발기는 인접한 상기 열교환유닛간의 냉매전달을 위하여 인접한 상기 열교환유닛간의 헤더와 헤더를 서로 연결하는 리턴파이프를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로채널튜브를 이용한 증발기.
- 제5항에 있어서,어느 하나의 열교환유닛의 통로군은 인접한 다른 열교환유닛의 통로군으로 연통되며, 냉매흐름 상의 하류측 통로군이 이루는 유로단면적은 상류측 통로군이 이루는 유로 단면적보다 크거나 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로채널튜브를 이용한 증발기.
- 삭제
- 수평방향으로 놓이는 상하 한 쌍의 헤더와, 상기 한 쌍의 헤더 사이에 설치되는 다수의 마이크로채널튜브를 구비하는 제1열교환유닛과; 상기 제1열교환유닛과 인접하게 설치되며 수평방향으로 놓이는 상하 한 쌍의 헤더와, 상기 한 쌍의 헤더 사이에 설치되는 다수의 마이크로채널튜브를 구비하는 제2열교환유닛을 포함하며,상기 제1열교환유닛 및 상기 제2열교환유닛의 상하 한 쌍의 헤더는 다수의 칸막이판에 의해 구획되어 상기 각 열교환유닛의 상기 마이크로채널튜브가 다수의 통로군을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로채널튜브를 이용한 증발기.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 제1열교환유닛의 상부헤더와, 상기 제2열교환유닛의 상부헤더는 이들을 서로 연통시키는 리턴파이프에 의해 연결되어,상기 제1열교환유닛의 어느 하나의 통로군과 상기 제2열교환유닛의 어느 하나의 통로군이 하나의 냉매써킷을 이루며,이러한 냉매써킷이 복수개가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로채널튜브를 이용한 증발기.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 제1열교환유닛 및 상기 제2열교환유닛의 하부 헤더에는 냉매가 유입되는 입구관 및 냉매가 배출되는 출구관이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로채널튜브를 이용한 증발기.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 하나의 냉매써킷에서 냉매가 유입되는 입구측 통로군의 유로단면적은 냉매가 배출되는 출구측 통로군의 유로단면적보다 작거나 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로채널튜브를 이용한 증발기.
