Abstract

Una preparacion solida de desintegracion rápida que comprende (i) un ingrediente farmacologicamente activo con excepcion de Iansoprazol, (ii) un azucar y (iii) una hidroxipropil celulosa poco sustituida que posee entre 5% o más y menos de 7% en peso de grupo hidroxipropilo. Uso de una hidroxipropilcelulosa poco sustituida en dicha preparacion y método para mejorar la rápida desintegrabilidad oral de la misma. Reivindicacion 8: Una preparacion de acuerdo con la reivindicacion 1, caracterizada porque el ingrediente farmacologicamente activo es voglibosa. Reivindicacion 9: Una preparacion de acuerdo con la reivindicacion 1, caracterizada porque el ingrediente farmacologicamente activo es hidrocloruro de manidipina. Reivindicacion 10: Una preparacion de acuerdo con la reivindicacion 1, caracterizada porque el ingrediente farmacologicamente activo es hidrocloruro de pioglitazona. Reivindicacion 11: Una preparacion de acuerdo con la reivindicacion 1, caracterizada porque el ingrediente farmacologicamente activo es candesartan cilexetil.
