Abstract

Tabletas exentas de aglutinante que contienen tramadol o una sal de tramadol, para administración oral, caracterizadas porque contienen celulosa microcristalina y tramadol o una sal de tramadol en la relación ponderal de al menos 2:1. También se incluyen tabletas según lo descrito donde la relación ponderal de celulosa microcristalina es de al menos 3:1, preferiblemente 4:1. Las tabletas según lo descrito pueden contener almidón, donde la relación ponderal de almidón a tramadol o una sal de tramadol es de 1:1; así como también 0,5 a 10% en peso de al menos un expansor, como componente facultativo. El tramadol es un eficaz analgésico.
