Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態における検査システムの構成を示す図である。検査システム1は、遊技用貨幣を重ねた状態で収容するためのケース100と、ケース100に重ねて収容された複数の遊技用貨幣をケース100に収容された状態のまま検査する検査装置200とからなる。
図2は、本発明の実施の形態における遊技用貨幣Cの斜視図であり、図3は、本発明の実施の形態における遊技用貨幣Cの側面図である。遊技用貨幣Cは、中間に指定色で特徴づけられた指定色層501を備え、この中間の指定色層501の厚さ方向の両側(図3では上下)に共通色で特徴づけられた共通色層502を備え、側面に(厚さ方向の)縞模様が形成されている。
図6は、検査装置200の構成を示すブロック図である。検査装置200は、図1に示したRFIDリーダ221、コンピュータ222、表示部223、RFIDアンテナ224、赤外線カメラ225、可視光カメラ226のほか、バーコードリーダ228及び通信部229を備えている。また、コンピュータ222は、図示しないプロセッサ、メモリ等によって構成され、プロセッサが検査プログラムを実行することで、識別部230及び判定部231が構成される。
図7は、ケース100の斜視図である。ケース100は、上部101と下部102とが合わさって構成される。本実施の形態では、上部101及び下部102は、透明の樹脂でできている。上記のように本実施の形態の検査装置200は、赤外線カメラ225及び可視光カメラ226(以下単にカメラという。)が受入部210の上方に設置されているので、ケース100は少なくとも上面が光を透過する必要がある。すなわち、ケース100には、それが検査装置200の受入部210に受け入れられたときにカメラとの間に位置する部分が光を透過する光透過部分である必要がある。なお、本実施の形態では、ケース100が上部101と下部102とからなる密閉構造であったが、光透過部分が穴あき状態となっていてもよい。
図10は、遊技用貨幣Cの流通とともに検査システム1の利用態様の例を説明する図である。遊技用貨幣Cは、工場Fの製造装置301によって製造されて(s1)、100枚ずつケース100に収容される(s2)。ケース100は、遊技用貨幣Cを収容した後に、工場Fにおいて封印シールによって封印される。また、ケース100には、このケース100を唯一に特定するためのケース識別情報を示すバーコードBCが側面に貼付される(s3)。
図11は、製造管理装置302にて生成されて使用管理装置303に送信され、使用管理装置303に記憶される情報の内容の例を示す図である。情報は、ケース100ごとに生成され、各ケース識別情報(Ca1、Ca2、Ca3、・・・)には、当該ケース100に収容された複数(本実施の形態では100枚)の遊技用貨幣Cの貨幣情報が関連付けられる。
図12は、検査装置200において、1つのケース100からバーコードリーダ228、RFIDリーダ221、赤外線カメラ225、及び可視光カメラ226によってそれぞれ取得される情報の内容の例を示す図である。RFIDリーダ221からは、複数の遊技用貨幣Cに内蔵されているRFIDタグ503に記憶された英文字列が読み出される。赤外線カメラ225からは、側面に表記された表記情報である数字列が読み出される。また、可視光カメラ226からは、側面の色が読み出される。識別部230は、赤外線カメラ225から読み出された数字列(の画像)を解析して、数字を識別して、数字列からなる情報を特定し、可視光カメラ226から読み出された側面の画像から指定色を特定する。
次に、検査装置200のコンピュータ222における合否の判定の方法について説明する。上述のように、識別部230は、RFIDリーダ221の読取結果に基づいて、ケース100に収容された複数の遊技用貨幣CのRFIDタグ503に記憶された貨幣情報を特定し、赤外線カメラ225で得られた赤外線像を解析して表記情報が示す貨幣情報を特定し、可視光カメラ226で得られた可視光像を解析して指定色層501の色を特定する。判定部231は、これらの情報に基づいて、ケースに存在するすべての遊技用貨幣の真贋・破損もしくは価値毎の枚数を判定し、当該ケース100の合否を判定する。以下の説明では、RFIDタグ503に記憶された貨幣情報を第1貨幣情報といい、遊技用貨幣Cの側面に付与された表記情報及び指定色層501の色の情報を第2貨幣情報という。
第1の合否判定方法では、図13に示すように、同一の遊技用貨幣Cにおける第1貨幣情報と第2貨幣情報とを同一の情報とする。図13の例では、第1貨幣情報が各遊技用貨幣Cの個別識別情報と価値の情報からなる情報であり、これと同じ内容が第2貨幣情報として表記情報の形式で側面に表記されている。
第2の合否判定方法でも、図14に示すように、同一の遊技用貨幣Cにおける第1貨幣情報と第2貨幣情報とは同一の情報である。図14の例では、第1貨幣情報が各遊技用貨幣Cの価値の情報であり、各遊技用貨幣Cには側面の指定色層501に第2貨幣情報として指定色が与えられている。
第3の合否判定方法では、図15に示すように、同一の遊技用貨幣Cにおける第1貨幣情報と第2貨幣情報とは異なる情報である。図15の例では、遊技用貨幣CのRFIDタグ503には、第1貨幣情報として英文字列の情報が記憶され、遊技用貨幣Cの側面には第2貨幣情報として数字列の表記情報が表記されている。
第4の合否判定方法では、図16に示すように、同一の遊技用貨幣Cにおける第1貨幣情報と第2貨幣情報とは異なる情報である。図16の例では、遊技用貨幣CのRFIDタグ503には、第1貨幣情報として英文字列の情報が記憶され、遊技用貨幣Cの側面の指定色層501は第2貨幣情報として価値に応じた指定色に着色されている。
第5の合否判定方法では、図17に示すように、同一の遊技用貨幣Cにおける第1貨幣情報と第2貨幣情報とは異なる情報である。図17の例では、遊技用貨幣CのRFIDタグ503には、第1貨幣情報として数字列からなる個別識別情報が記憶され、遊技用貨幣Cの側面には第2貨幣情報として遊技用貨幣Cの価値の情報が指定色層501の指定色の形式で付与されている。
図18及び図19は、判定部231における合否判定の結果を示す合否結果表示画面の例を示す図である。これらの合否結果表示画面は、コンピュータ222が判定部231における合否判定の結果に基づいて生成し、表示部223にて表示される。図18は、合格の場合の表示画面の例を示しており、図19は、不合格の場合の表示画面の例を示している。
(検査装置のRFIDアンテナ)
図20は、検査装置200のRFIDアンテナ224の変形例を示す図である。なお、図20では、アーム227及び赤外線カメラ225及び可視光カメラ226の図示は省略している。上記の実施の形態では、RFIDアンテナ224は、左右の側壁211に内蔵されていたが、RFIDアンテナ224は、底部213に内蔵されていてもよい。この場合にも、RFIDアンテナ224は、底部213の内部で渦巻き状に配置される。
図21は、変形例の遊技用貨幣C´の側面図である。上記の実施の形態の遊技用貨幣Cは、指定色層501が共通色層502によって挟まれていたが、図21の例では、遊技用貨幣C´は、中央を共通色層502として、その両側(上下)を指定色層501として構成されている。図21の例では、遊技用貨幣C´の側面には、コード情報505´として、7桁の数字列で表される個別識別情報が表記(印刷)されている。図21の例では、表記情報であるコード情報505´を中央の共通色層502に表記されている。この場合のコード情報505´は、10の7条種類の情報を表現することができる。
上述のように、ケース100は、所定枚数の遊技用貨幣Cを収容した後に封印シールによって封印される。封印は、収容された前記遊技用貨幣を取出し可能に開けると破壊される。検査装置200は、ケース100に貼られた未破壊の封印を検出する検出部を備えていてよい。検出部は、光学的又は磁気的に封印を検出するものであってよい。この場合には、判定部231は、検出部にて未破壊の封印が検出されない場合には、ケース100に収容された複数の遊技用貨幣Cを不合格と判定する。
上記の実施の形態では、図6に示したように、検査装置200のすべての構成要素が1つの装置に配置されていたが、これらが分散配置されてもよい。例えば、コンピュータ222、表示部223、通信部229の一部又は全部が検査装置200に接続されたパーソナルコンピュータによって実現されてもよい。分散配置された構成要素は、有線又は無線によって通信可能に接続されてよく、間にインターネット等のネットワークを介して接続されてもよい。
上記の実施の形態では、遊技用貨幣Cは、RFIDタグ503に貨幣情報が記憶されており、側面にも貨幣情報としてのコード情報505が表記されており、また、側面の指定色層501の指定色もその遊技用貨幣Cの価値を表す貨幣情報として扱われ、1つの遊技用貨幣Cがこれらの3つの貨幣情報を有していたが、本発明はこれに限られず、遊技用貨幣Cがこれらのうちの2つの貨幣情報のみを有していてもよい。遊技用貨幣Cが2つの貨幣情報を有していれば、第1ないし第5の合否判定方法を実行可能である。
上記の実施の形態では、表示部223が液晶パネルで構成される例を説明したが、表示部223は単に合否のみを示すランプであってよく、トータル検出数801、正しい遊技用貨幣Cの枚数802、及び不正な遊技用貨幣Cの枚数803のみをデジタル表示するランプであってもよい。
上記の実施の形態の判定部231は、上述のように、ケース100に収容される複数の遊技用貨幣Cの各価値の数を特定可能である。そこで、判定部231は、さらに、この各価値の数に基づいて、ケース100に収容される複数の遊技用貨幣Cの価値の総額を計算してもよい。算出された総額は、表示部233に表示される合否結果表示画面(図18、図19参照)において表示されてよい。
第2の実施の形態は、遊技用貨幣を検査する検査システム及び検査装置に関し、特に、無線タグの内蔵する遊技用貨幣を検査し、あるいは枚数をカウントする検査システム及び検査装置に関する。
前記遊技用貨幣は、厚み方向に積み重ねて遊技用貨幣が列をなす状態で収容可能な前記ケースに収納され、
前記ケース内の遊技用貨幣の無線タグを読み取り、遊技用貨幣の貨幣情報を取得する読取装置と、
前記読取装置で取得された前記貨幣情報を、前記ケース自体が収納可能最大数と比較判定し、前記読取装置で取得された前記貨幣情報から得られる遊技用貨幣の数が、収納可能最大数と異なるときに前記ケース内の当該遊技用貨幣の異常を判定する判定部と、
を備えた、検査システム、である。
前記判定部は、前記読取装置で取得された前記無線タグの情報を分析し、当該無線タグから得られる情報が遊技場内の他の場所に存在する遊技用貨幣の無線タグの情報と同一であるとき、シグナルを発する機能を備えた、ものであってもよい。
厚み方向に積み重ねて遊技用貨幣が列をなす状態で最大積み重ね枚数の制限された状態で前記遊技用貨幣の検査が可能な検査台と、
前記列状の遊技用貨幣の無線タグを読み取り、列状の遊技用貨幣の貨幣情報を取得する読取装置と、
前記読取装置で取得された前記貨幣情報を、前記検査台自体の積み重ね可能最大数と比較判定し、前記読取装置で取得された前記貨幣情報から得られる遊技用貨幣の数が、当該積み重ね可能最大数と異なるときに前記検査台に存在する当該遊技用貨幣の異常を判定する判定部と、
を備えた、ものである。
前記判定部は、前記読取装置で取得された前記無線タグの情報を分析し、当該無線タグから得られる情報が遊技場内の他の場所に存在する遊技用貨幣の無線タグの情報と同一であるとき、シグナルを発する機能を備えた、ものであってもよい。
図29は、第2の実施の形態における検査システムの構成を示す図である。検査システム51は、遊技用貨幣を重ねた状態で収容するためのケース5100と、ケース5100に重ねて収容された複数の遊技用貨幣をケース5100に収容された状態のまま検査する検査装置5200とからなる。
図30は、検査装置5200の構成を示すブロック図である。検査装置5200は、図29に示した読取装置5221、判定部5222、表示部5223、無線タグアンテナ5224のほか、バーコードリーダ5228及び通信部5229を備えている。また、判定部5222は、図示しないプロセッサ、メモリ等によって構成され、プロセッサが検査プログラムを実行することで、識別部5230及び識別内容判定部5231が構成される。
図31は、ケース5100の斜視図である。ケース5100は、上部5101と下部5102とが合わさって構成される。本実施の形態では、上部5101及び下部5102は、透明の樹脂でできている。なお、本実施の形態では、ケース5100が上部5101と下部5102とからなる密閉構造であったが、光透過部分が穴あき状態となっていてもよい。
図34は、本実施の形態の遊技用貨幣Cの側断面図である。遊技用貨幣Cは、複数の色の異なるプラスチックの層が積層され、少なくとも中間に指定色層(着色層)5501を備え、この中間の指定色層5501の両側に共通色層(白色又は薄色の層)5502を積層した多層構造となっている。
図39は、遊技用貨幣Cの流通とともに検査システム1の利用態様の例を説明する図である。遊技用貨幣Cは、工場Fの製造装置5301によって製造されて(s1)、100枚ずつケース5100に収容される(s2)。ケース5100は、遊技用貨幣Cを収容した後に、工場Fにおいて封印シールによって封印される。また、ケース5100には、このケース5100を唯一に特定するためのケース識別情報を示すバーコードBCが側面に貼付される(s3)。
上述のように、ケース5100は、所定枚数の遊技用貨幣Cを収容した後に封印シールによって封印される。封印は、収容された前記遊技用貨幣を取出し可能に開けると破壊される。検出装置5200は、ケース5100に貼られた未破壊の封印を検出する検出部を備えていてよい。検出部は、光学的又は磁気的に封印を検出するものであってよい。この場合には、識別内容判定部5231は、検出部にて未破壊の封印が検出されない場合には、ケース5100に収容された複数の遊技用貨幣Cを不合格と判定する。
上記の実施の形態では、図30に示したように、検査装置5200のすべての構成要素が1つの装置に配置されていたが、これらが分散配置されてもよい。例えば、判定部5222、表示部5223、通信部5229の一部又は全部が検査装置5200に接続されたパーソナルコンピュータによって実現されてもよい。分散配置された構成要素は、有線又は無線によって通信可能に接続されてよく、間にインターネット等のネットワークを介して接続されてもよい。
上記の実施の形態では、表示部5223が液晶パネルで構成される例を説明したが、表示部5223は単に合否のみを示すランプであってよく、トータル検出数5801、正しい遊技用貨幣Cの枚数5802、及び不正な遊技用貨幣Cの枚数5803のみをデジタル表示するランプであってもよい。
上記の実施の形態の識別内容判定部5231は、上述のように、ケース5100に収容される複数の遊技用貨幣Cの各価値の数を特定可能である。そこで、識別内容判定部5231は、さらに、この各価値の数に基づいて、ケース5100に収容される複数の遊技用貨幣Cの価値の総額を計算してもよい。算出された総額は、表示部5233に表示される合否結果表示画面(図36、図37参照)において表示されてよい。

- 貨幣情報を記憶した無線タグを内蔵するとともに外面に価値を表す色または表示を有する遊技用貨幣を最大収納枚数の制限されたケースに収納した状態で検査する検査システムであって、
前記遊技用貨幣は、厚み方向に積み重ねて遊技用貨幣が列をなす状態で収容可能な前記ケースに収納され、
前記ケース内の遊技用貨幣の無線タグを読み取り、遊技用貨幣の貨幣情報を取得する読取装置と、
前記読取装置で取得された前記貨幣情報を、前記ケース自体が収納可能最大数と比較判定し、前記読取装置で取得された前記貨幣情報から得られる遊技用貨幣の数が、収納可能最大数と異なるときに前記ケース内の当該遊技用貨幣の異常を判定する判定部と、
を備えた、検査システム。 - 前記判定部は、前記ケース自体の物理的特徴又は前記読取装置以外の物理的計測手段から得られる遊技用貨幣の物理情報と、前記読取装置で取得された前記貨幣情報から得られる遊技用貨幣の物理情報数とを比較判定し、両者が一致しない場合に、当該ケースに収容された遊技用貨幣のいずれかに異常な遊技用貨幣が存在すると判定しこれを出力する機能を備えた、請求項1に記載の検査システム。
- 前記物理情報は、光学的に得られる枚数又は高さであり、あるいは計量して得る重量である、請求項1に記載の検査システム。

- 前記判定部は、前記ケース内の遊技用貨幣のいずれかに異常な遊技用貨幣が存在すると判定した場合に、前記ケースにおける全ての遊技用貨幣の前記無線タグの情報を、あらかじめ登録された前記無線タグの情報データベースと比較判定して、前記無線タグの情報データベースに存在しない異常な無線タグの存在を特定する機能を備えた、請求項4に記載の検査システム。
- 前記判定部は、前記ケースにおける遊技用貨幣のいずれかに異常な遊技用貨幣が存在すると判定した場合に、前記ケースにおけるいずれかの遊技用貨幣に、前記無線タグからの情報を得ることができない異常な遊技用貨幣が存在することを特定する機能を備えた、請求項1又は2に記載の検査システム。
- 前記判定部は、前記読取装置で取得された前記無線タグの情報を分析し、当該無線タグから得られる情報が同一である2つ以上の遊技用貨幣が前記ケース内に存在するとき、シグナルを発する機能を備えた、請求項1又は2に記載の検査システム。
- 前記無線タグの情報データベースは、遊技場内で保管中又は使用中の遊技用貨幣の無線タグの情報データベースであり、
前記判定部は、前記読取装置で取得された前記無線タグの情報を分析し、当該無線タグから得られる情報が遊技場内の他の場所に存在する遊技用貨幣の無線タグの情報と同一であるとき、シグナルを発する機能を備えた、請求項5に記載の検査システム。 - 貨幣情報を記憶した無線タグを内蔵するとともに外面に価値を表す色または表示を有する遊技用貨幣を検査する検査装置であって、
厚み方向に積み重ねて遊技用貨幣が列をなす状態で最大積み重ね枚数の制限された状態で前記遊技用貨幣の検査が可能な検査台と、
前記列状の遊技用貨幣の無線タグを読み取り、列状の遊技用貨幣の貨幣情報を取得する読取装置と、
前記読取装置で取得された前記貨幣情報を、前記検査台自体の積み重ね可能最大数と比較判定し、前記読取装置で取得された前記貨幣情報から得られる遊技用貨幣の数が、当該積み重ね可能最大数と異なるときに前記検査台に存在する当該遊技用貨幣の異常を判定する判定部と、
を備えた、検査装置。 - 前記判定部は、前記読取装置で取得された遊技用貨幣の貨幣情報が、遊技用貨幣の物理情報と一致しない場合に、当該検査台に存在する遊技用貨幣のいずれかに異常な遊技用貨幣が存在すると判定しこれを出力する機能を備えた、請求項9に記載の検査装置。
- 前記物理情報は、光学的に得られる枚数又は高さであり、あるいは計量して得る重量である、請求項10に記載の検査装置。
- 前記検査装置は、遊技用貨幣が内蔵する無線タグの情報を照会可能な無線タグの情報データベースを更に有し、前記判定部は、前記読取装置が読み取った遊技用貨幣の貨幣情報を前記無線タグの情報データベースと照合して前記検査台にある検査対象の遊技用貨幣の異常を検出可能な構成である、請求項9又は11に記載の検査装置。
- 前記判定部は、前記検査台の遊技用貨幣のいずれかに異常な遊技用貨幣が存在すると判定した場合に、前記検査台における全ての遊技用貨幣の前記無線タグの情報を、あらかじめ登録された前記無線タグの情報データベースと比較判定して、前記無線タグの情報データベースに存在しない異常な無線タグの存在を特定する機能を備えた、請求項12に記載の検査装置。
- 前記判定部は、前記ケースにおける遊技用貨幣のいずれかに異常な遊技用貨幣が存在すると判定した場合に、前記ケースにおけるいずれかの遊技用貨幣に、前記無線タグからの情報を得ることができない異常な遊技用貨幣が存在することを特定する機能を備えた、請求項9又は10に記載の検査装置。
- 前記判定部は、前記読取装置で取得された前記無線タグの情報を分析し、当該無線タグから得られる情報が同一である2つ以上の遊技用貨幣が前記ケース内に存在するとき、シグナルを発する機能を備えた、請求項9又は10に記載の検査装置。
- 前記無線タグの情報データベースは、遊技場内で保管中又は使用中の遊技用貨幣の無線タグの情報データベースであり、
前記判定部は、前記読取装置で取得された前記無線タグの情報を分析し、当該無線タグから得られる情報が遊技場内の他の場所に存在する遊技用貨幣の無線タグの情報と同一であるとき、シグナルを発する機能を備えた、請求項12に記載の検査装置。 - 貨幣情報を記憶した無線タグを内蔵するとともに外面に価値を表す色または表示を有する遊技用貨幣であって、最大収納枚数の制限されたケースに収納された状態で請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の検査システムで検査可能な遊技用貨幣。
