下面结合图1-图29对根据本发明实施例的立式吸尘器1进行详细描述。其中,上下方向以立式吸尘器1正常工作时的上下方向为准。
如图1-图4所示,根据本发明实施例的立式吸尘器1包括:滚刷组件100、电机组件200和机体组件300。
具体而言,滚刷组件100可以包括滚刷壳12和设在滚刷壳12内的滚刷11,滚刷壳12不仅可以对滚刷11和传动机构提供保护,而且可以避免因灰尘、碎屑等扬起而造成二次污染。电机组件200可以包括电机外罩21和设在电机外罩21内的电机(图中未示出),电机通过传动带(图中未示出)驱动滚刷11滚动,实现清扫,同时该电机可以与立式吸尘器1的风扇相连,以直驱风扇转动实现吸尘与清扫的同步进行。
如图1-图4所示机体组件300可以包括机体31和安装在机体31上的桥接件32,桥接件32与电机外罩21可枢转地相连以使机体31在直立位置和倾斜位置之间可转动,当立式吸尘器1闲置时,如图1-图8所示,机体31可以转动至直立位置,从而可以减小立式吸尘器1的占地面积,方便放置,当使用立式吸尘器1对带待清洁表面进行清洁时,使用者可以转动机体31和桥接件32,使机体31转动至倾斜位置,如图9-图11所示,从而可以方便地对立式吸尘器1进行推拉,实现移动清洁。
当机体31从直立位置向倾斜位置转动时,桥接件32可推动滚刷壳12向远离电机外罩21的方向运动,以使传动带张紧。也就是说,需要使用立式吸尘器1进行清扫时,将机体31从直立位置转动至倾斜位置,对比图7和图9,此时,桥接件32推动滚刷壳12朝向远离电机外罩21的方向(例如图1中所示的前方)运动,这样,滚刷壳12与电机之间的距离增大,使滚刷11与电机轴之间的距离大于传动带的轴心距,从而可以将传动带从松弛状态拉紧为张紧状态,利用传动带实现传动以驱动滚刷11滚动。
可以理解的是,需要对待清洁表面进行清洁时,只需将机体31从直立位置转动至倾斜位置,就可以利用桥接件32实现传动带的张紧,以完成吸尘清扫工作,不仅结构简单,而且操作方便。
根据本发明实施例的立式吸尘器1,机体31从直立位置向倾斜位置移动时,通过桥接件32推动滚刷壳12朝向远离电机外罩21的方向运动,从而可以方便地实现传动带的张紧,且具有结构简单、操作方便等优点。
根据本发明的一些实施例,立式吸尘器1可以进一步包括齿轮齿条组件700,如图1、图3和图5所示,齿轮齿条组件700可以设在桥接件32与滚刷壳12之间,以使桥接件32通过齿轮齿条组件700驱动滚刷壳12运动。通过设置齿轮齿条组件700,不仅可以提高桥接件32对传动带张紧的可靠性和稳定性,而且可以降低立式吸尘器1损坏的概率,延长其使用寿命。
作为可选的实施方式,如图2和图10所示,齿轮齿条组件700可以包括齿轮件71和齿条件72,其中,齿条件72可以水平安装在滚刷壳12上,且齿条件72可沿前后方向延伸,齿轮件71可竖直地安装在桥接件32上且与齿条件72啮合。由此,桥接件32转动时可带动齿轮件71转动,此时,齿轮件71与齿条件72啮合传动使齿条件72在前后方向移动,齿条件72向前移动时可以带动滚刷壳12向前移动,从而可以增大滚刷11与电机之间的距离,实现传动带的张紧。
可选地,如图2和图10所示,齿轮件71可以包括以桥接件32的枢转轴线为中心轴线的圆弧形轮缘711和连接在轮缘711两端的两组啮合齿712,每组啮合齿712均可包括多个 啮合单齿713。换言之,齿轮件71包括轮缘711和两组啮合齿712,轮缘711为圆弧形且以桥接件32的枢转轴线为中心轴线,两组啮合齿712分别连接在轮缘711的两端,且每组啮合齿712均包括多个啮合单齿713。这样,两组啮合齿712可以分别和齿条件72啮合,例如,机体31在直立位置时,如图1-图8所示,一组啮合齿712与齿条件72啮合,当机体31从直立位置转动至倾斜位置时,桥接件32带动齿轮件71转动,该组啮合齿712与齿条件72啮合传动,使齿条件72朝向滚刷壳12运动并带动滚刷壳12远离电机,实现传动带的张紧,当机体31转动一定角度后,该组啮合齿712与齿条件72脱离配合,此时,另一组啮合齿712可与齿条件72啮合,使传动带保持张紧状态,不仅结构简单,而且可靠性和稳定性较高。
在本发明的一些实施例中,如图1、图3、图5、图7和图9所示,桥接件32可以包括顶板321和连接在顶板321两侧的两个侧板322,每个侧板322均可与电机外罩21的两个侧壁枢转相连,齿轮件71可与侧板322一体成型,从而可以方便齿轮件71的加工制造,并且可以提高装配效率,降低生产成本。
可选地,如图12和图13所示,齿条件72可为两个,且两个齿条件72可以对称地设在滚刷壳12的纵向中心轴线(例如图1中所示的左右方向上的中心轴线)的两侧,齿轮件71也可为两个且与两个齿条件72对应配合。也就是说,两个齿轮件71可相对于电机外罩21转动,两个齿条件72对称地设在滚刷壳12的两侧并分别与两个齿轮件71配合。由此,机体31从直立位置向倾斜位置转动的过程中,可以通过两个齿轮件71分别与两个齿条件72的配合,推动两个齿条件72朝向远离电机外罩21的方向运动,两个齿条件72可从滚刷壳12的两端推动滚刷壳12,使滚刷11与电机之间的距离增大,完成传动带的张紧,由于滚刷壳12的两端均匀受力,从而可以进一步提高稳定性和可靠性。
在本发明的一些实施例中,两个齿条件72均通过连接杆73安装在滚刷壳12上。由此,方便齿条件72的安装。例如在本发明的一个具体示例中,如图12和图13所示,连接杆73可以为两个且分别与两个齿条件72对应相连,两个连接杆73分别独立地安装在滚刷壳12上,也就是说,两个连接杆73不接触相连且分别安装在滚刷壳12上,两个连接杆73分别与两个齿条件72相连,从而通过将两根连接杆73可以简单且方便地将两个齿条件72分别安装在滚刷壳12上。
例如在本发明的另一个具体示例中,连接杆73为一个且沿左右方向延伸,连接杆73的两端分别与两个齿条件72的前端相连,连接杆73安装在滚刷壳12上,也就是说,连接杆73为一根直杆且两端分别与两个齿条件43相连,或者说,两个齿条件72的前端可通过沿左右方向延伸的连接杆73相连,由此,可以提高两个齿条件72运动的同步性,使滚刷壳12两端所受的力更加均匀,从而可以对滚刷壳12提供一定的保护作用。
根据本发明的一些实施例,如图5-图11所示,立式吸尘器1进一步可以包括弹性件800,如图6所示,弹性件800的两端可分别与滚刷壳12和电机外罩21相连,以阻碍滚刷壳12朝向远离电机外罩21的方向运动。也就是说,弹性件800的两端分别与滚刷壳12和电机外罩21相连,且弹性件800常阻碍滚刷壳12远离电机外罩21。
由此,当机体31转动至倾斜位置时,齿条件72推动滚刷壳12朝向远离电机外罩21的方向(例如图1中所示的前方)运动以使传动带张紧,电机带动传动带驱动滚刷11滚动,实现吸尘清扫工作;而当机体31向直立位置转动、且当齿轮件71与齿条件72脱离配合时,在弹性件800的作用下,滚刷壳12可以朝向电机外罩21的方向(例如图1中所示的后方) 运动,使滚刷11与电机轴之间的距离大于传动带的轴心距,使传动带处于松弛位置,传动带停止传动,滚刷11停止滚动,吸尘清洁工作停止。这样,可以通过控制机体31在直立位置和倾斜位置之间的转动,对滚刷11的滚动和停止进行控制,方便快速,且及时可靠。
并且,滚刷11的滚动可由电机直接驱动,无需增设专门的传动电机,即节省的空间,提高了美观性,同时也有利于节约能源,降低了成本。
可选地,如图8和图11所示,弹性件800可为两个,且两个弹性件800可以对称地设在滚刷壳12的纵向中心轴线的两侧,一方面,可以使滚刷壳12所受的力较均匀,从而可以提高稳定性和可靠性,另一方面,可以使立式吸尘器1的结构简单紧凑,外形美观整洁。
可选地,弹性件800可为弹簧,如图5-图11所示,弹簧的两端分别与滚刷壳12和电机外罩21相连,且弹簧可常阻碍滚刷壳12朝向远离电机外罩21的方向运动。具体地,弹簧可以为拉簧,从而当机体31从倾斜位置向直立位置转动,且当一组啮合齿712与齿条件72脱离配合时,拉簧可以使滚刷壳12朝向电机外罩21运动,使另一组啮合齿712与齿条件72配合,从而实现传动带的自动松弛,使滚刷11停止滚动,由此,降低了啮合齿712的组数和啮合单齿713的数量,从而极大地降低了生产成本和加工难度,且提高了桥接件32的转动灵活性。
综上所述,根据本发明实施例的立式吸尘器1,机体31从直立位置向倾斜位置转动时,通过桥接件32推动滚刷壳12朝向远离电机外罩21的方向运动,从而可以方便地实现传动带的张紧,且具有结构简单、操作方便等优点。并且,通过弹性件800阻碍滚刷壳12朝向远离电机外罩21的方向运动,可以实现传动带的自动松弛,使滚刷11停止滚动,不仅及时可靠,而且可以节约能源,降低成本。
其中,电机22的旋转轴线与滚刷11的旋转轴线非平行设置,电机22通过传动带13驱动滚刷11滚动。具体地,如图15和图16所示,滚刷11的旋转轴线沿水平方向(如图15所示的左右方向)延伸,电机22的旋转轴线与滚刷11的旋转轴线非平行设置,例如,电机22的旋转轴线可以沿竖直方向(如图16所示的上下方向)延伸,也可以相对于竖直方向倾斜设置,电机22与滚刷11之间设有传动带13,传动带13缠绕在电机22的电机轴221和滚刷11上以实现对滚刷11的驱动。
可选地,电机22可以邻近地面设置,即电机22的重心相对于相关技术中的吸尘器的电机22的重心偏下,这样对于具有相同长度的机体31的吸尘器,用户在操作本发明的立式吸尘器1时,更加省力,操作方便。人手通过控制立式吸尘器1的机体31上的开关实现立式吸尘器1的启停,当立式吸尘器1启动时,电机22同时驱动风扇以及滚刷11转动,从而为吸尘提供动力,用户只需一键完成,操作简单、便利。
由此,将电机22的旋转轴线与滚刷11的旋转轴线非平行设置,可以减小电机22的体积,从而减小该立式吸尘器1的占用空间,易于实现该立式吸尘器1的各部件布局的多样性,并且,该立式吸尘器1通过一个电机22同时控制滚刷11和风扇的转动,部件数量少,占用空间小,可以实现扫尘与吸尘的同步控制,再者,该立式吸尘器1的电机直立布置,可以减小该立式吸尘器1的占用空间,易于实现该立式吸尘器1的各部件布局的多样性,该立式吸尘器1的结构简单、紧凑,占用空间小,操作方便。
在本发明的一个示例中,电机22的旋转轴线与滚刷11的旋转轴线垂直设置,即滚刷11的旋转轴线垂直于电机轴221设置,且传动带13扭转90°设置。参照图15,滚刷11布置在水平面上,且滚刷11的旋转轴线沿水平方向延伸;电机22立放在电机外罩21内且 电机22的电机轴221位于与滚刷11的旋转轴线垂直的竖直平面内,即电机22的电机轴221的旋转轴线与滚刷11的旋转轴线相互垂直设置,因此,位于上方的半圈传动带13和位于下方的半圈传动带13在滚刷11与电机轴221之间均发生一次扭转,且每段传动带13的两端的扭转角度为90°。
可选地,根据本发明的一个实施例,电机22的电机轴221竖直设置。具体地,电机22主要由电机本体和电机壳222组成,电机本体设在电机壳222内,电机本体主要由机芯和电机轴221组成,电机22的电机轴221与电机22的机芯相连且电机22为立式布置,其中,立式吸尘器1在非工作状态下,电机轴221的上端相对于竖直方向(如图17所示的上下方向)向后倾斜设置;立式吸尘器1在吸尘过程时,电机轴221的中心轴线沿竖直方向延伸,即该立式吸尘器1的,电机轴221的一端可以沿竖直方向(如图17所示的上下方向)相对于机芯向下延伸,传动带13的一端外套在电机轴221的下端,而传动带13的另一端外套在滚刷11上,由于滚刷11的旋转轴线布置在水平面上,因此,传动带13在滚刷11与电机轴221之间发生至少一次扭转,即传动带13和电机轴221的变向触点与传动带13和滚刷11的变向触点之间的传动带13的扭转角度为90°。
当机体31位于直立位置时,电机22的电机轴221的轴线相对于电机外罩21的轴线向后倾斜设置,此时,传动带13的两端分别外套在滚刷11与电机轴221上,但传动带13处于放松状态;当机体31位于倾斜位置时,电机22的轴线沿竖直方向延伸,即电机22处于直立状态,此时,传动带13被拉紧。具体地,人手将机体31由竖直位置向倾斜位置操作时,电机轴221的下端逐渐向后移动,从而使电机轴221的下端与滚刷11之间的距离增大,进而实现传动带13的张紧。
其中,滚刷11包括设有刷毛的第一滚刷段111和第二滚刷段112以及连接在第一滚刷段111和第二滚刷段112之间的连接轴段113。换言之,滚刷11主要由第一滚刷段111、第二滚刷段112和连接轴段113组成,其中,第一滚刷段111的一端和第二滚刷段112的一端分别与连接轴段113的两端相连。
参照图15和图16,滚刷11可转动地设在滚刷壳12内,并且电机22与滚刷11相连以驱动滚刷11绕其旋转轴线转动,滚刷11的第一滚刷段111、第二滚刷段112和连接轴段113分别形成沿水平方向(如图28所示的左右方向)延伸的柱状,第一滚刷段111的右端与连接轴段113的左端相连,第二滚刷段112的左端与连接轴段113的右端相连,第一滚刷段111和第二滚刷段112的外侧壁可以设置刷毛以对对面进行清扫,连接轴段113上无刷毛以方便与传动带13的连接。
进一步地,传动带13缠绕在电机22的电机轴221和连接轴段113上以使电机22驱动滚刷11滚动。参照图16,电机22设在吸尘器的电机外罩21内,并且电机22分别与风扇和滚刷11相连,其中,电机22可以驱动风扇转动以产生气流,从而为立式吸尘器1提供吸尘动力,而电机22还可以驱动滚刷11绕其自身轴线转动,从而实现清洁地面的目的。
参照图16,滚刷11与电机22沿前后方向间隔开布置且滚刷11位于电机22的前侧,传动带13的一端外套在电机22的电机轴221上,传动带13的另一端外套在滚刷11的连接轴段113上,当电机22的电机轴221转动时,由于电机轴221与传动带13的带面之间具有摩擦阻力,因此,电机轴221带动传动带13转动,同样地,由于滚刷11的连接轴段113与传动带13的带面之间具有摩擦阻力,因此,传动带13带动滚刷11绕其自身旋转轴线转动,由此,实现电机22驱动滚刷11转动。
优选地,根据本发明的一个实施例,第一滚刷11和第二滚刷11关于传动带13对称设置。也就是说,第一滚刷段111在轴向上的长度等于第二滚刷段112在轴向上的长度,第一滚刷段111和第二滚刷段112关于连接轴段113的中央部分对称设置,传动带13的一端缠绕在连接轴段113上,另一端缠绕在电机22的电机轴221上,即传动带13将滚刷11分成左右对称的第一滚刷段111和第二滚刷段112。由此,既可以使第一滚刷段111和第二滚刷段112受到的阻力均衡,保证滚刷11转动的稳定性,而且可以使传动带13两侧的清扫范围相同。
进一步地,第一滚刷段111、第二滚刷段112和连接轴段113的中心轴线位于同一直线上。也就是说,第一滚刷段111、第二滚刷段112和连接轴段113同轴设置,电机22通过传动带13驱动第一滚刷段111、第二滚刷段112和连接轴段113同时转动,由此,该立式吸尘器1的电机22可以同时驱动风扇以及第一滚刷段111、第二滚刷段112和连接轴段113转动,从而实现传动带13两侧扫尘、两侧吸尘的工作模式,与相关技术中的通过两个电机22分别控制风扇和滚刷11转动的吸尘器相比,该立式吸尘器1的结构简单,部件数量少,占用空间小,装拆方便,安装效率高,可以实现扫尘与吸尘的同步控制。
其中,滚刷壳12内具有用于容纳连接轴段113和传动带13的传动带安装腔123、以及位于安装腔两侧且与安装腔隔离开设置的第一吸气流道1221和第二吸气流道1222。参照图21至图23,滚刷壳12形成为T字形,其中,滚刷壳12内限定有沿左右方向间隔开布置的第一吸气流道1221、第二吸气流道1222和传动带安装腔123,第一滚刷段111可转动地设在第一吸气流道1221内,第二滚刷段112可转动地设在第二吸气流道1222内,传动带13可活动地设在传动带安装腔123内。
可选地,第一吸气流道1221和第二吸气流道1222分别间隔开设在传动带13的左右两侧,使得从滚刷壳12的吸尘口吸入的脏空气、灰尘等分别进入第一吸气流道1221和第二吸气流道1222内,然后一起汇合、流入尘杯37内,具体地,第一吸气流道1221和第二吸气流道1222可以由设在滚刷壳12内的部件限定,也可以由滚刷壳12的内壁面限定;当然,本发明并不限于此,第一吸气流道1221和第二吸气流道1222也可以为相互连通的,即滚刷壳12内除了传动带安装腔123的占用空间均为第一吸气流道1221和第二吸气流道1222,从滚刷壳12的吸尘口吸入的脏空气、灰尘等通过传动带安装腔123输送到尘杯37内。
其中,如图25所示,第一吸气流道1221和第二吸气流道1222均包括横向吸气流道段和纵向吸气流道段,横向吸气流道段沿滚刷11的轴向延伸,纵向吸气流道段沿与滚刷11的轴向垂直的方向延伸且与对应的横向吸气流道段连通。
具体地,第一吸气流道1221主要由位于连接轴段113左侧的横向吸气流道和位于传动带13左侧的纵向吸气流道组成,第二吸气流道1222主要由位于连接轴段113右侧的横向吸气流道和位于传动带13右侧的纵向吸气流道组成,并且每个横向吸气流道的中心线和对应位置的纵向吸气流道的中心线相互垂直。
可选地,第一吸气流道1221和第二吸气流道1222分别形成相背设置的L形,传动带安装腔123位于第一吸气流道1221和第二吸气流道1222之间,当滚刷11安装在滚刷壳12内时,第一滚刷段111可转动地设在第一吸气流道1221内,第二滚刷段112可转动地设在第二吸气流道1222内,电机22通过传动带13驱动第一滚刷段111和第二滚刷段112同步转动。
进一步地,电机外罩21内具有与第一吸气流道1221连通的第一分支流道2161和与第 二吸气流道1222连通的第二分支流道2162。具体地,电机外罩21形成中空的柱状,电机外罩21内限定有间隔开布置的第一分支流道2161和第二分支流道2162,电机22位于第一分支流道2161和第二分支流道2162之间,其中,第一分支流道2161的第一端与第一吸气流道1221连通,第二分支流道2162的第一端与第二吸气流道1222连通,而第一分支流道2161的第二端和第二分支流道2162的第二端分别与尘杯37连通。
而根据本发明的一个实施例,滚刷壳12包括下壳125和连接在下壳125的顶部的上壳124,第一吸气流道1221和第二吸气流道1222由上壳124和/或下壳125限定出。参照图16,滚刷壳12主要由上壳124和下壳125组成,其中,上壳124的下端敞开,下壳125与上壳124可拆卸地相连以封闭上壳124的开口的至少一部分,并且在上壳124与下壳125之间限定出吸尘口,进一步地,上壳124与下壳125之间限定出沿左右方向间隔开布置的滚刷吸气流道122和用于安装传动带13的传动带安装腔123,其中,滚刷吸气流道122包括第一吸气流道1221和第二吸气流道1222,第一吸气流道1221和第二吸气流道1222均与传动带安装腔123不导通,由此,可以避免灰尘等杂物卷入传动带13,保证了系统运行的可靠性,该滚刷壳12的结构简单、紧凑,通过上壳124和下壳125的结构限定出间隔开布置的第一吸气流道1221、第二吸气流道1222和传动带安装腔123,省去了多余的管路,制造简单,成本低。
立式吸尘器1进一步包括进风管组件,其中,进风管组件主要由进风管51和软管52组成,进风管51固设在电机外罩21上且进风管51的第一端与电机外罩21上的脏空气出口211连通,软管52的一端与进风管51的第二端连通,软管52的另一端与尘杯37的分离腔371连通。有利地,软管52的长度可以大于机体31的长度以延长灰尘、脏空气的分离时间和过滤时间,增加吸尘容量,从而提高该立式吸尘器1的工作效率。进一步地,软管52的中部可以挂设在机体31上,使得结构紧凑。可选地,软管52可以为塑料软管52,也可以为橡胶软管52,从而方便软管52的盘放,节省空间,提高空间利用率。
下面结合附图具体描述根据本发明实施例的立式吸尘器1的结构和工作过程。
如图1至图29所示,该立式吸尘器主要由滚刷组件100、电机组件200、机体组件300、离合装置400和滚轮38组成。
其中,滚刷组件100主要由滚刷11和滚刷壳12组成,滚刷壳12主要由上壳124和下壳125组成,滚刷壳12内限定有传动带安装腔123和位于传动带安装腔123的左右两侧的第一吸气流道1221和第二吸气流道1222,滚刷11可转动地设在滚刷壳12内,传动带13可活动地设在传动带安装腔123内且传动带13的一端缠绕在滚刷11的中央部分。参照图28,滚刷11主要由同轴设置的第一滚刷段111、第二滚刷段112和连接轴段113组成,其中,第一滚刷段111和第二滚刷段112分别与连接轴段113的两端相连,第一滚刷段111主要由第一本体1111和设在第一本体1111上的第一刷毛1112组成,第二滚刷段112主要由第二本体1121和设在第二本体1121上的第二刷毛1122组成,传动带13的一端缠绕在滚刷11的连接轴段113上,进一步地,滚刷壳12上还设有张紧轮14以对传动带13进行张紧。
电机组件200主要由电机外罩21、电机22和风机(未示出)组成,其中,电机外罩21内限定有间隔开布置的电机吸气流道216和电机排气流道,电机外罩21具有与电机吸气流道216导通的脏空气出口211和与电机排气流道导通的净空气入口212。电机22直立 在电机外罩21内且相对于电机外罩21可转动,即该立式吸尘器1的电机轴221沿竖直方向布置,电机22设在滚刷11的后侧且电机22的电机轴221与滚刷11通过传动带13相连。具体地,传动带13的一端外套在电机22的电机轴221上,传动带13的另一端外套在滚刷11上,当电机22的电机轴221转动时,电机轴221带动传动带13转动,传动带13带动滚刷11绕其自身旋转轴线转动,由此,实现电机22驱动滚刷11转动。参照图24,由于电机22的电机轴221的轴向与滚刷11的轴向非平行设置,因此,滚刷11与电机轴221之间的传动带13发生一次扭转,扭转角度为30°-90°。进一步地,电机22可以驱动风扇转动以产生吸尘气流,从而为立式吸尘器1提供吸尘动力,电机22还可以驱动滚刷11绕其自身轴线转动,从而实现清洁地面的目的。
机体组件300主要由机体31、桥接件32和尘杯37组成,其中,尘杯37和桥接件32分别设在机体31上,并且桥接件32与机体31的下端相连,桥接件32的两个侧板322分别设在电机外罩21的侧壁的外侧且与电机外罩21可转动地相连,而桥接件32的两个侧板322的外侧设有可转动的滚轮38,方便用户推动该立式吸尘器1工作。尘杯37内限定有分离腔371,尘杯37具有与分离腔371连通的进气口372和出气口373,机体31内限定有机体排气流道311,机体31与电机外罩21之间设有出风管39,出风管39的两端分别与机体31的机体排气流道311和电机外罩21的净空气入口212连通,从滚刷壳12的吸尘口吸入的灰尘和杂物分别通过第一吸气流道1221和第二吸气流道1222进入电机外罩21内的电机吸气流道216,然后进入尘杯37的分离腔371内进行过滤处理,得到的干净空气从尘杯37的出气口373排到电机外罩21内的电机排气流道,最后从电机外罩21的排风孔213排到外界环境。
离合装置400的触动件可转动地设在电机外罩上且分别与桥接件32和电机的电机壳222配合,从而实现桥接件32驱动离合装置400转动、离合装置400驱动电机22转动的目的。
参照图15,该立式吸尘器1在非工作状态下,可以立放于地面上,即立式吸尘器1的机体31位于第二直立位置,占用空间小。当用户需要使用该立式吸尘器1时,人手可以手握机体31的手柄以推动该立式吸尘器1工作。首先,人手可以将立式吸尘器1的开关启动,此时,传动带13处于放松状态,电机22无法驱动滚刷11转动,即该立式吸尘器1处于待机状态,滚刷11不扫尘;然后人手将机体31从第二直立位置向第二倾斜位置转动,在此过程中,电机外罩21上的桥接件32随着机体31相对于电机外罩21顺时针旋转,然后,桥接件32通过驱动电机外罩21上的离合装置,实现驱动电机外罩21内的电机22转动,即电机22由第一倾斜位置向第一直立位置转动,在此过程中,电机轴221的下端逐渐向后移动,从而使电机轴221的下端与滚刷11之间的距离增大,进而实现传动带13的张紧,电机22可以通过传动带13驱动滚刷11转动,达到启动扫尘、吸尘动作的目的。当然,本发明并不限于此,用户也可以直接将机体31从第二直立位置向第二倾斜位置转动,在此过程中,传动带13逐渐被张紧,然后再启动该立式吸尘器1的开关,达到扫尘、吸尘动作同时驱动目的。
也就是说,用户只需一键启动,然后通过操作机体31的手柄的方向,实现扫尘的启停,无需操作控制键面,操作简单。可选地,开关可以设在机体31的手柄上,方便人手操作,也可以设在位于机体31下方的滚刷壳12或电机外罩21上,方便用户用脚启动开关;电机22可以邻近地面设置,即电机22的重心相对于相关技术中的吸尘器的电机22的重心偏下, 这样对于具有相同长度的机体31的吸尘器,用户在操作本发明的立式吸尘器1时,更加省力,操作方便。
立式吸尘器1在工作状态下,脏空气、灰尘等从滚刷壳12的吸尘口进入滚刷吸气流道122,然后进入电机外罩21内的电机吸气流道216内,并通过电机外罩21上的脏空气输出管214排到机体组件300内,经过机体组件300过滤得到的干净空气通过电机外罩21的净空气输入管215进入电机外罩21内的电机排气流道,机体31与电机外罩21之间设有出风管39,出风管39的两端分别与机体31的机体排气流道311和电机外罩21的净空气入口212连通,经过尘杯37过滤得到的干净空气依次通过机体排气流道311、出风管39、净空气入口212进入到电机外罩21内的电机排气流道,最后通过电机外罩21的排风孔213排到外界环境。
这里需要说明的是,机体31从第二直立位置向预定角度的第二倾斜位置操作时,电机22可以与机体31同步转动,当电机22转至预定角度时,人手可以自由操作机体31而不影响传动带13的张紧状态,即当电机22从第一倾斜位置转至第一直立位置时,人手可以自由操作机体31而不影响立式吸尘器1的扫尘和吸尘。当然,本发明并不限于此,机体31的转动角度也可以与电机22的转动角度直接关联,即人手可以通过调整机体31的倾斜角度,实现调整电机22的位置状态,从而实现调整传动带13的张紧程度的目的。
根据本发明实施例的立式吸尘器1的其他构成以及操作对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是已知的,这里不再详细描述。
在本说明书的描述中,参考术语“一个实施例”、“一些实施例”、“示例”、“具体示例”、或“一些示例”等的描述意指结合该实施例或示例描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点包含于本发明的至少一个实施例或示例中。在本说明书中,对上述术语的示意性表述不必须针对的是相同的实施例或示例。而且,描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点可以在任一个或多个实施例或示例中以合适的方式结合。此外,在不相互矛盾的情况下,本领域的技术人员可以将本说明书中描述的不同实施例或示例以及不同实施例或示例的特征进行结合和组合。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种立式吸尘器,其特征在于,包括:
    滚刷组件,所述滚刷组件包括滚刷壳和设在所述滚刷壳内的滚刷;
    电机组件,所述电机组件包括电机外罩和设在所述电机外罩内的电机,所述电机通过传动带驱动所述滚刷滚动;
    机体组件,所述机体组件包括机体和安装在所述机体上的桥接件,所述桥接件与所述电机外罩可枢转地相连以使所述机体在直立位置和倾斜位置之间可转动,当所述机体从所述直立位置向所述倾斜位置转动时,所述桥接件推动所述滚刷壳朝向远离所述电机外罩的方向运动以使所述传动带张紧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的立式吸尘器,其特征在于,进一步包括:
    齿轮齿条组件,所述齿轮齿条组件设在所述桥接件与所述滚刷壳之间,以使所述桥接件通过所述齿轮齿条组件驱动所述滚刷壳运动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的立式吸尘器,其特征在于,所述齿轮齿条组件包括齿轮件和齿条件,所述齿条件水平安装在所述滚刷壳上且沿前后方向延伸,所述齿轮件竖直安装在所述桥接件上且与所述齿条件啮合。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的立式吸尘器,其特征在于,所述齿轮件包括:
    以所述桥接件的枢转轴线为中心轴线的圆弧形轮缘;和
    连接在所述轮缘两端的两组啮合齿,每组所述啮合齿均包括多个啮合单齿。
  5. 根据权利要求3-4中任一项所述的立式吸尘器,其特征在于,所述桥接件包括顶板和连接在所述顶板两侧的两个侧板,所述齿轮件与所述侧板一体成型。
  6. 根据权利要求3-5中任一项所述的立式吸尘器,其特征在于,所述齿条件为两个且对称地设在所述滚刷壳的纵向中心轴线的两侧,所述齿轮件为两个且与所述两个齿条件对应配合。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的立式吸尘器,其特征在于,所述两个齿条件均通过连接杆安装在所述滚刷壳上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的立式吸尘器,其特征在于,所述连接杆为两个且分别与两个所述齿条件对应相连,所述两个连接杆分别独立地安装在所述滚刷壳上。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的立式吸尘器,其特征在于,所述连接杆为一个且沿左右方向延伸,所述连接杆的两端分别与所述两个齿条件的前端相连,所述连接杆安装在所述滚刷壳上。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的立式吸尘器,其特征在于,进一步包括:
    弹性件,所述弹性件的两端分别与所述滚刷壳和所述电机外罩相连以阻碍所述滚刷壳朝向远离所述电机外罩的方向运动。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的立式吸尘器,其特征在于,所述弹性件为两个且对称地设在所述滚刷壳的纵向中心轴线的两侧。
  12. 根据权利要求10-11中任一项所述的立式吸尘器,其特征在于,所述弹性件为弹簧。
  13. 根据权利要求1-12中任一项所述的立式吸尘器,其特征在于,所述电机的旋转轴线与所述滚刷的旋转轴线非平行设置,所述传动带缠绕在所述电机轴的电机轴和所述滚刷 上。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的立式吸尘器,其特征在于,所述电机轴竖直设置,所述滚刷的旋转轴线垂直于所述电机轴设置,所述传动带扭转90°设置。
  15. 根据权利要求13-14中任一项所述的立式吸尘器,其特征在于,所述滚刷包括设有刷毛的第一滚刷段和第二滚刷段,以及连接在所述第一滚刷段和第二滚刷段之间的连接轴段,所述传动带缠绕在所述电机轴和所述连接轴段上以使所述电机驱动所述滚刷滚动。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的立式吸尘器,其特征在于,所述第一滚刷段、所述第二滚刷段和所述连接轴段的中心轴线位于同一直线上,所述第一滚刷段和第二滚刷段关于所述传动带对称设置。
  17. 根据权利要求15-16中任一项所述的立式吸尘器,其特征在于,所述滚刷壳内具有用于容纳所述连接轴段和所述传动带的安装腔、以及位于所述安装腔两侧且与所述安装腔隔离开设置的第一吸气流道和第二吸气流道。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的立式吸尘器,其特征在于,所述第一吸气流道和所述第二吸气流道均包括横向吸气流道段和纵向吸气流道段,所述横向吸气流道段沿所述滚刷的轴向延伸,所述纵向吸气流道段沿与所述滚刷的轴向垂直的方向延伸且与对应的所述横向吸气流道段连通。
