Description

立式吸尘器的离合装置和具有其的立式吸尘器 技术领域
本发明涉及清洁机械领域,尤其是涉及一种立式吸尘器的离合装置和具有其的立式吸尘器。
背景技术
相关技术中的吸尘器包括两个电机以分别驱动滚刷和风扇,其中驱动风扇的电机一般为卧式布置,即电机的电机轴平行于电机的安装平台,这样会造成电机的电机外罩体积偏大,增加了电机的占地面积,同时,卧式布置的电机会对吸尘器的其它部件的布置带来很大的局限性。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明在于提出一种立式吸尘器的离合装置,所述立式吸尘器的离合装置的结构简单、紧凑,运行稳定、可靠,成本低,可以实现驱动电机转动的目的。
本发明还提出一种具有上述立式吸尘器的离合装置的立式吸尘器。
根据本发明第一方面实施例的立式吸尘器的离合装置,所述离合装置设在所述立式吸尘器的电机组件和机体组件之间,所述电机组件包括电机外罩和设在所述电机外罩内的电机,所述离合装置包括:滑轨,所述滑轨由机体组件带动移动;拨舌,所述拨舌固定在所述电机上且相对于所述电机外罩可旋转;杠杆件,所述杠杆件的一端可滑动地配合至所述滑轨且另一端与所述拨舌的一端配合,其中,所述机体组件带动所述滑轨移动时所述滑轨驱动所述杠杆件转动,所述杠杆件转动时拨动所述拨舌以使所述电机相对于所述电机外罩旋转。
根据本发明实施例的立式吸尘器的离合装置,结构简单,制造、加工容易,成本低,通过将离合装置的杠杆件可转动地设在电机外罩上,并将杠杆件的两端分别与机体组件和电机配合,可以实现驱动电机转动的目的,从而实现调节传动带的张紧度,保证扫尘、吸尘的正常工作装拆方便,运行稳定、可靠,工作效率高。
根据本发明的一个示例,所述滑轨的下端设有挡位块以防止所述杠杆件的所述一端从所述滑轨的所述下端滑脱。
根据本发明的一个示例,所述滑轨沿曲线延伸。
根据本发明的一个示例,所述滑轨沿以所述机体组件的旋转轴线为中心轴的弧线延伸。
根据本发明的一个示例,所述杠杆件的所述另一端形成为挂钩,所述拨舌的所述一端卡合在所述挂钩内。

下面参考图1至图23描述根据本发明第一方面实施例的立式吸尘器1的离合装置400。
根据本发明实施例的立式吸尘器1的离合装置400,离合装置400设在立式吸尘器1的电机组件200和机体组件300之间,电机组件200包括电机外罩21和设在电机外罩21内的电机22。参照图1,电机组件200主要由电机22和电机外罩21组成,其中,电机外罩21内限定有用于安装电机22的容纳腔,电机22可活动地设在容纳腔内且相对于电机外罩21可枢转,电机22可以驱动风扇转动以产生吸尘气流,从而为立式吸尘器1提供吸尘动力,电机22还可以驱动滚刷11绕其自身轴线转动,从而实现清洁地面的目的。具体地,电机22与滚刷11之间设有传动带13,并且传动带13分别与电机22和滚刷11相连,电机22通过传动带13实现对滚刷11的驱动。机体组件300包括机体31和安装在机体31上桥接件32,桥接件32与电机外罩21可旋转地相连以使机体31在直立位置和倾斜位置之间可转动。
进一步地,离合装置400包括滑轨41d、拨舌42d和杠杆件43d。具体而言,滑轨41d由机体组件300带动移动,拨舌42d固定在电机22上且相对于电机外罩21可旋转,杠杆件43d的一端可滑动地配合至滑轨41d且另一端与拨舌42d的一端配合。参照图14,离合装置400设在电机组件200与机体组件300之间且分别与电机组件200、机体组件300可活动地相连,离合装置400的杠杆件43d可转动地设在电机外罩21上,而离合装置400的滑轨41d设在机体组件300上,拨舌42d固设在电机22的电机壳222上,并且杠杆件43d的第一端与拨舌42d配合,杠杆件43d的第二端与滑轨41d配合。
其中,机体组件300带动滑轨41d移动时滑轨41d驱动杠杆件43d转动,杠杆件43d转动时拨动拨舌42d以使电机22相对于电机外罩21旋转。具体地,人手将机体31由直立位置向倾斜位置(如图18所示向后倾斜)操作时,电机外罩21上的桥接件32相对于电机外罩21发生顺时针转动,因此,桥接件32上的滑轨41d相对于杠杆件43d发生顺时针转动,由于滑轨41d始终与杠杆件43d的第二端配合,因此,在此过程中,杠杆件43d绕其旋转中心顺时针旋转,这样即可实现杠杆件43d驱动拨舌42d绕枢转轴逆时针旋转,从而驱动电机22由倾斜状态向直立状态转动,在此过程中,电机轴221的下端逐渐向后移动,从而使电机轴221的下端与滚刷11之间的距离增大,进而实现传动带13的张紧。
由此,根据本发明实施例的立式吸尘器1的离合装置400,结构简单,制造、加工容易,成本低,通过将离合装置400的杠杆件43d可转动地设在电机外罩21上,并将杠杆件43d的两端分别与机体组件300和电机22配合,可以实现驱动电机22转动的目的,从而实现调节传动带13的张紧度,保证扫尘、吸尘的正常工作装拆方便,运行稳定、可靠,工作效率高。
有利地,滑轨41d的下端设有挡位块411d以防止杠杆件43d的一端从滑轨41d的下端滑脱。参照图15,杠杆件43d的第二端可滑动地设在滑轨41d内,滑轨41d的下端设有沿滑轨41d的径向向内延伸的挡位块411d,当杠杆件43d的第二端滑动至滑槽的端部时,杠杆件43d与该挡位块411d止抵相连。由此,通过在滑轨41d的下端设置挡位块411d,可以防止杠杆件43d的第二端从滑轨41d内滑脱,保证了该触动组件的连接可靠性,进一步提高该立式吸尘器1的离合装置400使用可靠性。优选地,滑轨41d的两端均可以设置挡位块411d以防止杠杆件43d的第二端从滑轨41d的两端滑脱。
其中,滑轨41d沿曲线延伸。换言之,滑轨41d为曲线滑轨41d,杠杆件43d的第二端 沿滑轨41d的弧长来回滑动,从而实现桥接件32驱动杠杆件43d转动、杠杆件43d驱动电机22转动的目的。优选地,滑轨41d沿以机体组件300的旋转轴线为中心轴的弧线延伸。参照图17,滑轨41d的轮廓线形成沿杠杆件43d的旋转中心的周向延伸的弧形,当机体组件300的桥接件32绕其旋转中心转动时,由于杠杆件43d的第二端始终在滑轨41d内,因此,桥接件32通过其上的滑轨41d带动杠杆件43d绕其旋转中心转动,从而使杠杆件43d的第一端驱动拨舌42d转动,实现驱动电机22转动的目的。
可选地,杠杆件43d的另一端形成为挂钩431d,拨舌42d的一端卡合在挂钩431d内。参照图18,杠杆件43d的第一端形成开口朝向拨舌42d的挂钩431d,人手将机体31由第二直立位置向第二倾斜位置(如图18所示向后倾斜)操作时,桥接件32上的滑轨41d相对于杠杆件43d发生顺时针转动,由于滑轨41d始终与杠杆件43d的第二端配合,因此,在此过程中,杠杆件43d绕其旋转中心顺时针旋转,杠杆件43d上的挂钩431d与拨舌42d卡合以驱动拨舌42d绕枢转轴逆时针旋转,从而驱动电机22由第一倾斜位置向第一直立直立转动,进而实现传动带13的张紧。
具体地,根据本发明的一个实施例,拨舌42d包括转部421d和舌部422d。其中,转部421d和电机外罩21中的其中一个上设有转动轴44d,转部421d和电机外罩21中的另一个上设有与转动轴44d旋转配合的转动轴44d孔,舌部422d的一端与转部421d相连且另一端朝向远离转部421d的方向沿曲线延伸,舌部422d的另一端与杠杆件43d的另一端配合。
参照图21,拨舌42d主要由转部421d和舌部422d组成,舌部422d的一端与转部421d的侧壁相连,舌部422d的另一端向远离转部421d的中心的方向延伸,拨舌42d固设在电机22的电机壳222上,进一步地,电机外罩21与电机壳222相对的内壁设有转动轴44d,转部421d具有与转动轴44d配合的转动轴44d孔,当电机组件200、机体组件300和杠杆件43d装配完成后,舌部422d的自由端卡合在杠杆件43d的挂钩431d内。由此,杠杆件43d的挂钩431d与拨舌42d的舌部422d配合,可以提高杠杆件43d与拨舌42d的连接可靠性,保证传递运动和动力的稳定性和可靠性,从而保证该离合装置400的正常工作。
优选地,根据本发明的一个实施例,拨舌42d与电机22的电机壳222一体成型。由此,一体形成的结构不仅可以保证立式吸尘器1的结构、性能稳定性,并且方便成型、制造简单,而且省去了多余的装配件以及连接工序,大大提高了立式吸尘器1的装配效率,保证拨舌42d与电机壳222的连接可靠性,再者,一体形成的结构的整体强度和稳定性较高,组装更方便,寿命更长。
在本发明的一些具体实施方式中,杠杆件43d可旋转地连接在电机外罩21的侧壁上。参照图14至图21,电机外罩21的侧壁沿竖直方向(如图14所示的上下方向)延伸,杠杆件43d设在电机外罩21的侧壁上且在电机外罩21的竖直侧壁面上可转动,即该杠杆件43d的旋转轴线垂直于杠杆件43d所在的竖直面。
具体地,如图14所示,拨舌42d固设在电机22的电机壳222上,例如,电机22的电机壳222上设有沿竖直方向延伸的托座,拨舌42d固设在托座上,电机外罩21与电机22的电机壳222相对的一侧设有用于安装拨舌42d的转动轴44d,电机22的电机壳222上的拨舌42d套设在电机外罩21上的转动轴44d,并且拨舌42d相对于电机外罩21可转动,即电机22通过拨舌42d与转动轴44d的配合实现与电机外罩21的可转动连接。滑轨41d固设在桥接件32的侧壁上,杠杆件43d的第一端与拨舌42d配合,杠杆件43d的第二端与滑轨41d配合。
人手将机体31由第二直立位置向第二倾斜位置(如图18所示向后倾斜)操作时,电机外罩21上的桥接件32相对于电机外罩21发生顺时针转动,因此,桥接件32上的滑轨41d相对于杠杆件43d发生顺时针转动,由于滑轨41d始终与杠杆件43d的第二端配合,因此,在此过程中,杠杆件43d绕其旋转中心顺时针旋转,这样即可实现杠杆件43d驱动拨舌42d绕枢转轴逆时针旋转,从而驱动电机22由第一倾斜位置向第一直立位置转动,在此过程中,电机轴221的下端逐渐向后移动,从而使电机轴221的下端与滚刷11之间的距离增大,进而实现传动带13的张紧。
有利地,杠杆件43d为两个且对称地设在电机外罩21的两侧。也就是说,电机外罩21的相对内侧壁(如图1所示的左侧壁和右侧壁)上分别设有两个对称设置的杠杆件43d,每个杠杆件43d在竖直面内可枢转。电机22的电机壳222上分别设有与两个对称设置的拨舌42d,而桥接件32上分别设有两个对称设置的滑轨41d,每个杠杆件43d分别与对应位置上的拨舌42d和滑轨41d配合,一起驱动电机外罩21内的电机22转动。
当然,本发明并不限于此,两个杠杆件43d也可以可旋转地连接在电机外罩21的顶壁上且在水平面内可枢转,两个拨舌42d和两个滑轨41d始终与对应位置上的杠杆件43d止抵相连,从而实现运动和力的传递。由此,通过在电机组件200的中心线两侧设置成轴对称布置的离合装置400,既可以为系统提供足够的驱动电机22的驱动力,减小单个杠杆件43d的受力,提高杠杆件43d的使用可靠性,又可以保证电机22在转动时、受力均衡,保证结构的稳定性,从而提高该立式吸尘器1的离合装置400的使用可靠性。
下面结合附图1至图23描述根据本发明第二方面实施例的立式吸尘器。
根据本发明实施例的立式吸尘器1包括滚刷11、电机组件200、机体组件300和根据上述实施例所述的离合装置400。具体而言,电机组件200包括电机外罩21和设在电机外罩21内的电机22,电机22通过传动带13驱动滚刷11滚动且在张紧传动带13的第一直立位置和放松传动带13的第一倾斜位置之间可转动。
换言之,该立式吸尘器1主要由滚刷11、电机组件200、机体组件300和杠杆凸轮件41b组成,其中,电机组件200分别与滚刷11、机体组件300和杠杆凸轮件41b相连。参照图2和图3,电机组件200主要由电机22和电机外罩21组成,其中,电机外罩21内限定有用于安装电机22的容纳腔,电机22可活动地设在容纳腔内且相对于电机外罩21可枢转,电机22可以驱动风扇转动以产生吸尘气流,从而为立式吸尘器1提供吸尘动力,电机22还可以驱动滚刷11绕其自身轴线转动,从而实现清洁地面的目的。具体地,电机22与滚刷11之间设有传动带13,并且传动带13分别与电机22和滚刷11相连,电机22通过传动带13实现对滚刷11的驱动。
其中,机体组件300包括机体31和安装在机体31上桥接件32,桥接件32与电机外罩21可旋转地相连以使机体31在第二直立位置和第二倾斜位置之间可转动,
参照图5,机体组件300主要由机体31和桥接件32组成,其中,机体31沿竖直方向布置,桥接件32设在机体31的下方且与机体31的下端相连,桥接件32安装在电机外罩21上且相对于电机外罩21可枢转,当人手操作机体31的手柄,例如,将机体31由第二直立位置向第二倾斜位置操作时,桥接件32相对于电机外罩21发生转动以推动电机22从第一倾斜位置向第一直立位置转动。
进一步地,离合装置400设在桥接件32和电机22之间,当机体31从第二直立位置运 动至第二倾斜位置时,桥接件32通过离合装置400驱动电机22从第一倾斜位置运动至第一直立位置。参照图14至图21,杠杆凸轮件41b分别与桥接件32和电机22的电机壳222相连,当机体31位于第二直立位置时,电机22的电机轴221的轴线相对于电机外罩21的轴线向后倾斜设置,即电机22处于第一倾斜位置,此时,传动带13的两端分别外套在滚刷11与电机轴221上,但传动带13处于放松状态;当机体31位于第二倾斜位置时,电机22的轴线沿竖直方向延伸,即电机22处于第一直立位置,此时,传动带13被拉紧。
具体地,人手将机体31由第二直立位置向第二倾斜位置转动时,电机外罩21上的桥接件32相对于电机外罩21发生转动并通过杠杆凸轮件41b驱动电机22由第一倾斜位置向第一直立位置转动,在此过程中,电机轴221的下端逐渐向后移动,从而使电机轴221的下端与滚刷11之间的距离增大,进而实现传动带13的张紧,达到启动扫尘、吸尘动作的目的。
在本实施例中,机体31从第二直立位置向预定角度的第二倾斜位置操作时,电机22可以与机体31同步转动,当电机22转至预定角度时,人手可以自由操作机体31而不影响传动带13的张紧状态,即当电机22从第一倾斜位置转至第一直立位置时,人手可以自由操作机体31而不影响立式吸尘器1的扫尘和吸尘。当然,本发明并不限于此,机体31的转动角度也可以与电机22的转动角度直接关联,即人手可以通过调整机体31的倾斜角度,实现调整电机22的位置状态,从而实现调整传动带13的张紧程度的目的。
由于根据本发明实施例的立式吸尘器1的离合装置400具有上述技术效果,因此,根据本申请实施例的立式吸尘器1也具有上述技术效果,即该立式吸尘器1的电机22可以同时控制滚刷11和风扇的转动,部件数量少,占用空间小,可以实现扫尘与吸尘的同步控制,该立式吸尘器1的结构简单、紧凑,占用空间小,操作方便。再者,该立式吸尘器1的电机直立布置,可以减小该立式吸尘器1的占用空间,易于实现该立式吸尘器1的各部件布局的多样性。
另外,通过在桥接件32与电机22之间设置离合装置400,可以实现驱动电机22转动的目的,从而实现调节传动带13的张紧度,保证扫尘、吸尘的正常工作,装拆方便,运行稳定、可靠,工作效率高,再者,该立式吸尘器1的电机直立布置,可以减小该立式吸尘器1的占用空间,易于实现该立式吸尘器1的各部件布局的多样性,操作方便,占用空间小。
其中,根据本发明的一个实施例,电机22从第一倾斜位置运动至第一直立位置转过的角度范围为1°-10°。参照图2,当机体31位于第二直立位置时,电机22的电机轴221的轴线相对于电机外罩21的轴线向后倾斜设置,即电机22处于第一倾斜位置,倾斜角度为1°-10°,例如,该倾斜角度可以为1°、6°或者10°。此时,传动带13的两端分别外套在滚刷11与电机轴221上,但传动带13处于放松状态;参照图3,当机体31位于第二倾斜位置时,电机22的轴线沿竖直方向延伸,即电机22处于第一直立状态,此时,传动带13被拉紧。
机体31从第二直立位置向预定角度的第二倾斜位置操作时,电机22可以与机体31同步转动,当机体31转至预定角度时,电机22由第一倾斜位置转至第一直立位置,传动带13处于张紧状态,此后,人手可以自由操作机体31,传动带13始终处于张紧状态,保证该立式吸尘器1的扫尘与吸尘的正常工作。当人手将机体31从第二倾斜位置转至第二直立位置,传动带13被放松,该立式吸尘器1停止扫尘和吸尘。
可选地,根据本发明的一个实施例,电机22从第一倾斜位置运动至第一直立位置转过的角度范围为3°-8°。例如,立式吸尘器1在初始状态(即机体31处于第二直立位置)时,电机22的中心轴线相对于竖直方向(如图2所示的上下方向)向后倾斜3°-8°,人手向后扳动机体31时,在起始角度范围(3°-8°)内,电机22与机体31同步转动,当电机22转至第一直立位置后,机体31可以在一定角度范围内自由摆动以调整立式吸尘器1的运动方向,此时,该立式吸尘器1开始吸尘;当人手向前扳动机体31时,从相对于竖直方向向预定角度的第二倾斜位置向第二直立位置转动,电机22由第一直立位置向预定角度的第一倾斜位置转动,传动带13由张紧状态转变至松弛状态,吸尘器停止吸尘。
优选地,根据本发明的一个实施例,电机22从第一倾斜位置运动至第一直立位置转过的角度为5°。由此,传动带13张紧程度适宜,既可以保证系统运行的可靠性、稳定性,又可以避免传动带13因张紧过渡而加速失效,延长传动带13的使用寿命。
立式吸尘器1进一步包括用于调节传动带13张紧程度的张紧轮14或弹性件。参照图2,立式吸尘器1的滚刷壳12的顶壁设有张紧轮14,该张紧轮14位于传动带13的上方且邻近滚刷11设置以调节传动带13的张紧程度。进一步地,滚刷壳12的内顶壁还设有弹性件,该弹性件的两端分别与滚刷壳12和张紧轮14相连,从而使该弹性件和张紧轮14可以根据实际工况对传动带13进行张紧,保证系统运行的可靠性。
由此,通过在滚刷壳12内设置张紧轮14或弹性件,不仅可以调节传动带13的松紧度,使传动系统可靠的运行,并且还可以使传动带13运行更加稳定,防止传动带13打滑,保证该立式吸尘器1的正常工作。
在本发明的一些具体实施方式中,桥接件32与机体31为分别单独加工成型件且装配相连。参照图1,桥接件32的中部设有套筒,桥接件32通过该套筒套设在机体31上,由此,用户在操作机体31时,可以使立式吸尘器1变向容易,操作简单。
在本发明的另一些具体实施方式中,桥接件32与机体31为一体加工成型件。由此,一体形成的结构不仅可以保证立式吸尘器1的结构、性能稳定性,并且方便成型、制造简单,而且省去了多余的装配件以及连接工序,大大提高了立式吸尘器1的装配效率,保证桥接件32与机体31的连接可靠性,再者,一体形成的结构的整体强度和稳定性较高,组装更方便,寿命更长。
其中,电机22的旋转轴线与滚刷11的旋转轴线非平行设置,电机22通过传动带13驱动滚刷11滚动。具体地,如图1所示,滚刷11的旋转轴线沿水平方向(如图1所示的左右方向)延伸,电机22的旋转轴线与滚刷11的旋转轴线非平行设置,例如,电机22的旋转轴线可以沿竖直方向(如图2所示的上下方向)延伸,也可以相对于竖直方向倾斜设置,电机22与滚刷11之间设有传动带13,传动带13缠绕在电机22的电机轴221和滚刷11上以实现对滚刷11的驱动。
可选地,电机22可以邻近地面设置,即电机22的重心相对于相关技术中的吸尘器的电机22的重心偏下,这样对于具有相同长度的机体31的吸尘器,用户在操作本发明的立式吸尘器1时,更加省力,操作方便。人手通过控制立式吸尘器1的机体31上的开关实现立式吸尘器1的启停,当立式吸尘器1启动时,电机22同时驱动风扇以及滚刷11转动,从而为吸尘提供动力,用户只需一键完成,操作简单、便利。
由此,将电机22的旋转轴线与滚刷11的旋转轴线非平行设置,可以减小电机22的体积,从而减小该立式吸尘器1的占用空间,易于实现该立式吸尘器1的各部件布局的多样 性,并且,该立式吸尘器1通过一个电机22同时控制滚刷11和风扇的转动,部件数量少,占用空间小,可以实现扫尘与吸尘的同步控制,再者,该立式吸尘器1的电机直立布置,可以减小该立式吸尘器1的占用空间,易于实现该立式吸尘器1的各部件布局的多样性,该立式吸尘器1的结构简单、紧凑,占用空间小,操作方便。
在本发明的一个示例中,电机22的旋转轴线与滚刷11的旋转轴线垂直设置,即滚刷11的旋转轴线垂直于电机轴221设置,且传动带13扭转90°设置。参照图1,滚刷11布置在水平面上,且滚刷11的旋转轴线沿水平方向延伸;电机22立放在电机外罩21内且电机22的电机轴221位于与滚刷11的旋转轴线垂直的竖直平面内,即电机22的电机轴221的旋转轴线与滚刷11的旋转轴线相互垂直设置,因此,位于上方的半圈传动带13和位于下方的半圈传动带13在滚刷11与电机轴221之间均发生一次扭转,且每段传动带13的两端的扭转角度为90°。
可选地,根据本发明的一个实施例,电机22的电机轴221竖直设置。具体地,电机22主要由电机本体和电机壳222组成,电机本体设在电机壳222内,电机本体主要由机芯和电机轴221组成,电机22的电机轴221与电机22的机芯相连且电机22为立式布置,其中,立式吸尘器1在非工作状态下,电机轴221的上端相对于竖直方向(如图3所示的上下方向)向后倾斜设置;立式吸尘器1在吸尘过程时,电机轴221的中心轴线沿竖直方向延伸,即该立式吸尘器1的,电机轴221的一端可以沿竖直方向(如图3所示的上下方向)相对于机芯向下延伸,传动带13的一端外套在电机轴221的下端,而传动带13的另一端外套在滚刷11上,由于滚刷11的旋转轴线布置在水平面上,因此,传动带13在滚刷11与电机轴221之间发生至少一次扭转,即传动带13和电机轴221的变向触点与传动带13和滚刷11的变向触点之间的传动带13的扭转角度为90°。
当机体31位于直立位置时,电机22的电机轴221的轴线相对于电机外罩21的轴线向后倾斜设置,此时,传动带13的两端分别外套在滚刷11与电机轴221上,但传动带13处于放松状态;当机体31位于倾斜位置时,电机22的轴线沿竖直方向延伸,即电机22处于直立状态,此时,传动带13被拉紧。具体地,人手将机体31由竖直位置向倾斜位置操作时,电机轴221的下端逐渐向后移动,从而使电机轴221的下端与滚刷11之间的距离增大,进而实现传动带13的张紧。
其中,滚刷11包括设有刷毛的第一滚刷段111和第二滚刷段112以及连接在第一滚刷段111和第二滚刷段112之间的连接轴段113。换言之,滚刷11主要由第一滚刷段111、第二滚刷段112和连接轴段113组成,其中,第一滚刷段111的一端和第二滚刷段112的一端分别与连接轴段113的两端相连。
参照图1和图2,滚刷11可转动地设在滚刷壳12内,并且电机22与滚刷11相连以驱动滚刷11绕其旋转轴线转动,滚刷11的第一滚刷段111、第二滚刷段112和连接轴段113分别形成沿水平方向(如图22所示的左右方向)延伸的柱状,第一滚刷段111的右端与连接轴段113的左端相连,第二滚刷段112的左端与连接轴段113的右端相连,第一滚刷段111和第二滚刷段112的外侧壁可以设置刷毛以对对面进行清扫,连接轴段113上无刷毛以方便与传动带13的连接。
进一步地,传动带13缠绕在电机22的电机轴221和连接轴段113上以使电机22驱动滚刷11滚动。参照图2,电机22设在吸尘器的电机外罩21内,并且电机22分别与风扇和滚刷11相连,其中,电机22可以驱动风扇转动以产生气流,从而为立式吸尘器1提供 吸尘动力,而电机22还可以驱动滚刷11绕其自身轴线转动,从而实现清洁地面的目的。
参照图2,滚刷11与电机22沿前后方向间隔开布置且滚刷11位于电机22的前侧,传动带13的一端外套在电机22的电机轴221上,传动带13的另一端外套在滚刷11的连接轴段113上,当电机22的电机轴221转动时,由于电机轴221与传动带13的带面之间具有摩擦阻力,因此,电机轴221带动传动带13转动,同样地,由于滚刷11的连接轴段113与传动带13的带面之间具有摩擦阻力,因此,传动带13带动滚刷11绕其自身旋转轴线转动,由此,实现电机22驱动滚刷11转动。
优选地,根据本发明的一个实施例,第一滚刷11和第二滚刷11关于传动带13对称设置。也就是说,第一滚刷段111在轴向上的长度等于第二滚刷段112在轴向上的长度,第一滚刷段111和第二滚刷段112关于连接轴段113的中央部分对称设置,传动带13的一端缠绕在连接轴段113上,另一端缠绕在电机22的电机轴221上,即传动带13将滚刷11分成左右对称的第一滚刷段111和第二滚刷段112。由此,既可以使第一滚刷段111和第二滚刷段112受到的阻力均衡,保证滚刷11转动的稳定性,而且可以使传动带13两侧的清扫范围相同。
进一步地,第一滚刷段111、第二滚刷段112和连接轴段113的中心轴线位于同一直线上。也就是说,第一滚刷段111、第二滚刷段112和连接轴段113同轴设置,电机22通过传动带13驱动第一滚刷段111、第二滚刷段112和连接轴段113同时转动,由此,该立式吸尘器1的电机22可以同时驱动风扇以及第一滚刷段111、第二滚刷段112和连接轴段113转动,从而实现传动带13两侧扫尘、两侧吸尘的工作模式,与相关技术中的通过两个电机22分别控制风扇和滚刷11转动的吸尘器相比,该立式吸尘器1的结构简单,部件数量少,占用空间小,装拆方便,安装效率高,可以实现扫尘与吸尘的同步控制。
进一步地,立式吸尘器1还包括罩设在滚刷11外的滚刷壳12,滚刷壳12内具有用于容纳连接轴段113和传动带13的传动带安装腔123、以及位于安装腔两侧且与安装腔隔离开设置的第一吸气流道1221和第二吸气流道1222。参照图7至图9,滚刷壳12形成为T字形,其中,滚刷壳12内限定有沿左右方向间隔开布置的第一吸气流道1221、第二吸气流道1222和传动带安装腔123,第一滚刷段111可转动地设在第一吸气流道1221内,第二滚刷段112可转动地设在第二吸气流道1222内,传动带13可活动地设在传动带安装腔123内。
可选地,第一吸气流道1221和第二吸气流道1222分别间隔开设在传动带13的左右两侧,使得从滚刷壳12的吸尘口吸入的脏空气、灰尘等分别进入第一吸气流道1221和第二吸气流道1222内,然后一起汇合、流入尘杯37内,具体地,第一吸气流道1221和第二吸气流道1222可以由设在滚刷壳12内的部件限定,也可以由滚刷壳12的内壁面限定;当然,本发明并不限于此,第一吸气流道1221和第二吸气流道1222也可以为相互连通的,即滚刷壳12内除了传动带安装腔123的占用空间均为第一吸气流道1221和第二吸气流道1222,从滚刷壳12的吸尘口吸入的脏空气、灰尘等通过传动带安装腔123输送到尘杯37内。
其中,如图11所示,第一吸气流道1221和第二吸气流道1222均包括横向吸气流道段和纵向吸气流道段,横向吸气流道段沿滚刷11的轴向延伸,纵向吸气流道段沿与滚刷11的轴向垂直的方向延伸且与对应的横向吸气流道段连通。
具体地,第一吸气流道1221主要由位于连接轴段113左侧的横向吸气流道和位于传动带13左侧的纵向吸气流道组成,第二吸气流道1222主要由位于连接轴段113右侧的横向 吸气流道和位于传动带13右侧的纵向吸气流道组成,并且每个横向吸气流道的中心线和对应位置的纵向吸气流道的中心线相互垂直。
可选地,第一吸气流道1221和第二吸气流道1222分别形成相背设置的L形,传动带安装腔123位于第一吸气流道1221和第二吸气流道1222之间,当滚刷11安装在滚刷壳12内时,第一滚刷段111可转动地设在第一吸气流道1221内,第二滚刷段112可转动地设在第二吸气流道1222内,电机22通过传动带13驱动第一滚刷段111和第二滚刷段112同步转动。
进一步地,电机外罩21内具有与第一吸气流道1221连通的第一分支流道2161和与第二吸气流道1222连通的第二分支流道2162。具体地,电机外罩21形成中空的柱状,电机外罩21内限定有间隔开布置的第一分支流道2161和第二分支流道2162,电机22位于第一分支流道2161和第二分支流道2162之间,其中,第一分支流道2161的第一端与第一吸气流道1221连通,第二分支流道2162的第一端与第二吸气流道1222连通,而第一分支流道2161的第二端和第二分支流道2162的第二端分别与尘杯37连通。
而根据本发明的一个实施例,滚刷壳12包括下壳125和连接在下壳125的顶部的上壳124,第一吸气流道1221和第二吸气流道1222由上壳124和/或下壳125限定出。参照图2,滚刷壳12主要由上壳124和下壳125组成,其中,上壳124的下端敞开,下壳125与上壳124可拆卸地相连以封闭上壳124的开口的至少一部分,并且在上壳124与下壳125之间限定出吸尘口,进一步地,上壳124与下壳125之间限定出沿左右方向间隔开布置的滚刷吸气流道122和用于安装传动带13的传动带安装腔123,其中,滚刷吸气流道122包括第一吸气流道1221和第二吸气流道1222,第一吸气流道1221和第二吸气流道1222均与传动带安装腔123不导通,由此,可以避免灰尘等杂物卷入传动带13,保证了系统运行的可靠性,该滚刷壳12的结构简单、紧凑,通过上壳124和下壳125的结构限定出间隔开布置的第一吸气流道1221、第二吸气流道1222和传动带安装腔123,省去了多余的管路,制造简单,成本低。
立式吸尘器1进一步包括进风管组件,其中,进风管组件主要由进风管51和软管52组成,进风管51固设在电机外罩21上且进风管51的第一端与电机外罩21上的脏空气出口211连通,软管52的一端与进风管51的第二端连通,软管52的另一端与尘杯37的分离腔371连通。有利地,软管52的长度可以大于机体31的长度以延长灰尘、脏空气的分离时间和过滤时间,增加吸尘容量,从而提高该立式吸尘器1的工作效率。进一步地,软管52的中部可以挂设在机体31上,使得结构紧凑。可选地,软管52可以为塑料软管52,也可以为橡胶软管52,从而方便软管52的盘放,节省空间,提高空间利用率。
下面结合附图具体描述根据本发明实施例的立式吸尘器1的结构和工作过程。
如图1至图23所示,该立式吸尘器1主要由滚刷组件100、电机组件200、机体组件300、离合装置400和滚轮38组成。
其中,滚刷组件100主要由滚刷11和滚刷壳12组成,滚刷壳12主要由上壳124和下壳125组成,滚刷壳12内限定有传动带安装腔123和位于传动带安装腔123的左右两侧的第一吸气流道1221和第二吸气流道1222,滚刷11可转动地设在滚刷壳12内,传动带13可活动地设在传动带安装腔123内且传动带13的一端缠绕在滚刷11的中央部分。
参照图22,滚刷11主要由同轴设置的第一滚刷段111、第二滚刷段112和连接轴段113 组成,其中,第一滚刷段111和第二滚刷段112分别与连接轴段113的两端相连,第一滚刷段111主要由第一本体1111和设在第一本体1111上的第一刷毛1112组成,第二滚刷段112主要由第二本体1121和设在第二本体1121上的第二刷毛1122组成,传动带13的一端缠绕在滚刷11的连接轴段113上,进一步地,滚刷壳12上还设有张紧轮14以对传动带13进行张紧。
电机组件200主要由电机外罩21、电机22和风机(未示出)组成,其中,电机外罩21内限定有间隔开布置的电机吸气流道216和电机排气流道,电机外罩21具有与电机吸气流道216导通的脏空气出口211和与电机排气流道导通的净空气入口212。电机22直立在电机外罩21内且相对于电机外罩21可转动,即该立式吸尘器1的电机轴221沿竖直方向布置,电机22设在滚刷11的后侧且电机22的电机轴221与滚刷11通过传动带13相连。
具体地,传动带13的一端外套在电机22的电机轴221上,传动带13的另一端外套在滚刷11上,当电机22的电机轴221转动时,电机轴221带动传动带13转动,传动带13带动滚刷11绕其自身旋转轴线转动,由此,实现电机22驱动滚刷11转动。参照图10,由于电机22的电机轴221的轴向与滚刷11的轴向非平行设置,因此,滚刷11与电机轴221之间的传动带13发生一次扭转,扭转角度为30°-90°。进一步地,电机22可以驱动风扇转动以产生吸尘气流,从而为立式吸尘器1提供吸尘动力,电机22还可以驱动滚刷11绕其自身轴线转动,从而实现清洁地面的目的。
机体组件300主要由机体31、桥接件32和尘杯37组成,其中,尘杯37和桥接件32分别设在机体31上,并且桥接件32与机体31的下端相连。参照图23,桥接件32主要由两个侧板322和设在两个侧板322之间的顶板321组成,桥接件32的两个侧板322分别设在电机外罩21的侧壁的外侧且与电机外罩21可转动地相连,而桥接件32的两个侧板322的外侧设有可转动的滚轮38,方便用户推动该立式吸尘器1工作。尘杯37内限定有分离腔371,尘杯37具有与分离腔371连通的进气口372和出气口373,机体31内限定有机体排气流道311,机体31与电机外罩21之间设有出风管39,出风管39的两端分别与机体31的机体排气流道311和电机外罩21的净空气入口212连通,从滚刷壳12的吸尘口吸入的灰尘和杂物分别通过第一吸气流道1221和第二吸气流道1222进入电机外罩21内的电机吸气流道216,然后进入尘杯37的分离腔371内进行过滤处理,得到的干净空气从尘杯37的出气口373排到电机外罩21内的电机排气流道,最后从电机外罩21的排风孔213排到外界环境。
离合装置400的杠杆件43d可转动地设在电机外罩21上且分别与桥接件32和电机22的电机壳222配合,从而实现桥接件32驱动离合装置400的杠杆件43d转动、离合装置400的杠杆件43d驱动电机22转动的目的。
参照图1,该立式吸尘器1在非工作状态下,可以立放于地面上,即立式吸尘器1的机体31位于第二直立位置,占用空间小。当用户需要使用该立式吸尘器1时,人手可以手握机体31的手柄以推动该立式吸尘器1工作。首先,人手可以将立式吸尘器1的开关启动,此时,传动带13处于放松状态,电机22无法驱动滚刷11转动,即该立式吸尘器1处于待机状态,滚刷11不扫尘;然后人手将机体31从第二直立位置向第二倾斜位置转动,在此过程中,电机外罩21上的桥接件32随着机体31相对于电机外罩21顺时针旋转,然后,桥接件32通过驱动电机外罩21上的离合装置400,实现驱动电机外罩21内的电机22转动,即电机22由第一倾斜位置向第一直立位置转动,在此过程中,电机轴221的下端逐渐 向后移动,从而使电机轴221的下端与滚刷11之间的距离增大,进而实现传动带13的张紧,电机22可以通过传动带13驱动滚刷11转动,达到启动扫尘、吸尘动作的目的。当然,本发明并不限于此,用户也可以直接将机体31从第二直立位置向第二倾斜位置转动,在此过程中,传动带13逐渐被张紧,然后再启动该立式吸尘器1的开关,达到扫尘、吸尘动作同时驱动目的。
也就是说,用户只需一键启动,然后通过操作机体31的手柄的方向,实现扫尘的启停,无需操作控制键面,操作简单。可选地,开关可以设在机体31的手柄上,方便人手操作,也可以设在位于机体31下方的滚刷壳12或电机外罩21上,方便用户用脚启动开关;电机22可以邻近地面设置,即电机22的重心相对于相关技术中的吸尘器的电机22的重心偏下,这样对于具有相同长度的机体31的吸尘器,用户在操作本发明的立式吸尘器1时,更加省力,操作方便。
立式吸尘器1在工作状态下,脏空气、灰尘等从滚刷壳12的吸尘口进入滚刷吸气流道122,然后进入电机外罩21内的电机吸气流道216内,并通过电机外罩21上的脏空气输出管214排到机体组件300内,经过机体组件300过滤得到的干净空气通过电机外罩21的净空气输入管215进入电机外罩21内的电机排气流道,机体31与电机外罩21之间设有出风管39,出风管39的两端分别与机体31的机体排气流道311和电机外罩21的净空气入口212连通,经过尘杯37过滤得到的干净空气依次通过机体排气流道311、出风管39、净空气入口212进入到电机外罩21内的电机排气流道,最后通过电机外罩21的排风孔213排到外界环境。
这里需要说明的是,机体31从第二直立位置向预定角度的第二倾斜位置操作时,电机22可以与机体31同步转动,当电机22转至预定角度时,人手可以自由操作机体31而不影响传动带13的张紧状态,即当电机22从第一倾斜位置转至第一直立位置时,人手可以自由操作机体31而不影响立式吸尘器1的扫尘和吸尘。当然,本发明并不限于此,机体31的转动角度也可以与电机22的转动角度直接关联,即人手可以通过调整机体31的倾斜角度,实现调整电机22的位置状态,从而实现调整传动带13的张紧程度的目的。
根据本发明实施例的立式吸尘器1的其他构成以及操作对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是已知的,这里不再详细描述。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种立式吸尘器的离合装置,其特征在于,所述离合装置设在所述立式吸尘器的电机组件和机体组件之间,所述电机组件包括电机外罩和设在所述电机外罩内的电机,所述离合装置包括:
    滑轨,所述滑轨由机体组件带动移动;
    拨舌,所述拨舌固定在所述电机上且相对于所述电机外罩可旋转;
    杠杆件,所述杠杆件的一端可滑动地配合至所述滑轨且另一端与所述拨舌的一端配合,
    其中,所述机体组件带动所述滑轨移动时所述滑轨驱动所述杠杆件转动,所述杠杆件转动时拨动所述拨舌以使所述电机相对于所述电机外罩旋转。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的立式吸尘器的离合装置,其特征在于,所述滑轨的下端设有挡位块以防止所述杠杆件的所述一端从所述滑轨的所述下端滑脱。
  3. 根据权利要求1-2中任一项所述的立式吸尘器的离合装置,其特征在于,所述滑轨沿曲线延伸。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的立式吸尘器的离合装置,其特征在于,所述滑轨沿以所述机体组件的旋转轴线为中心轴的弧线延伸。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的立式吸尘器的离合装置,其特征在于,所述杠杆件的所述另一端形成为挂钩,所述拨舌的所述一端卡合在所述挂钩内。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的立式吸尘器的离合装置,其特征在于,所述拨舌包括:
    转部,所述转部和所述电机外罩中的其中一个上设有转动轴,所述转部和所述电机外罩中的另一个上设有与所述转动轴旋转配合的转动轴孔;和
    舌部,所述舌部的一端与所述转部相连且另一端朝向远离所述转部的方向沿曲线延伸,所述舌部的所述另一端与所述杠杆件的所述另一端配合。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的立式吸尘器的离合装置,其特征在于,所述拨舌与所述电机的电机壳一体成型。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的立式吸尘器的离合装置,其特征在于,所述杠杆件可旋转地连接在所述电机外罩的侧壁上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的立式吸尘器的离合装置,其特征在于,所述杠杆件为两个且对称地设在所述电机外罩的两侧。
  10. 一种立式吸尘器,其特征在于,包括:
    滚刷和电机组件,所述电机组件包括电机外罩和设在所述电机外罩内的电机,所述电机通过传动带驱动所述滚刷滚动且在张紧所述传动带的第一直立位置和放松所述传动带的第一倾斜位置之间可转动;
    机体组件,所述机体组件包括机体和安装在所述机体上桥接件,所述桥接件与所述电机外罩可旋转地相连以使所述机体在第二直立位置和第二倾斜位置之间可转动;
    根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的立式吸尘器的离合装置,所述离合装置设在所述桥接件和所述电机之间,当所述机体从所述第二直立位置运动至所述第二倾斜位置时,所述桥接件通过所述离合装置驱动所述电机从所述第一倾斜位置运动至所述第一直立位置。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的立式吸尘器,其特征在于,所述电机从所述第一倾斜位置 运动至所述第一直立位置转过的角度范围为1°-10°。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的立式吸尘器,其特征在于,所述电机从所述第一倾斜位置运动至所述第一直立位置转过的角度范围为3°-8°。
  13. 根据权利要求10-12中任一项所述的立式吸尘器,其特征在于,进一步包括:用于调节所述传动带张紧程度的张紧轮或弹性件。
  14. 根据权利要求10-13中任一项所述的立式吸尘器,其特征在于,所述桥接件与所述机体为分别单独加工成型件且装配相连,或者,所述桥接件与所述机体为一体加工成型件。
  15. 根据权利要求10-14中任一项所述的立式吸尘器,其特征在于,所述电机的电机轴竖直设置,所述滚刷的旋转轴线垂直于所述电机轴设置,所述传动带扭转90°设置且缠绕在所述电机轴和所述滚刷上以使所述电机驱动所述滚刷滚动。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的立式吸尘器,其特征在于,所述滚刷包括设有刷毛的第一滚刷段和第二滚刷段,以及连接在所述第一滚刷段和第二滚刷段之间的连接轴段,所述传动带缠绕在所述电机轴和所述连接轴段上以使所述电机驱动所述滚刷滚动。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的立式吸尘器,其特征在于,所述第一滚刷段、所述第二滚刷段和所述连接轴段的中心轴线位于同一直线上,所述第一滚刷段和第二滚刷段关于所述传动带对称设置。
  18. 根据权利要求16-17中任一项所述的立式吸尘器,其特征在于,进一步包括:
    罩设在所述滚刷外的滚刷壳,所述滚刷壳内具有用于容纳所述连接轴段和所述传动带的安装腔、以及位于所述安装腔两侧且与所述安装腔隔离开设置的第一吸气流道和第二吸气流道。
