参考图 1 、图 2 及图 13 ,所述方形台面板结构 1200 包括一方形台面板 1210 ,所述方形台面板 1210 的四边分别设有丝杆调节机构 1220 ,所述丝杆调节机构 1220 包括一固定板 1221 ,所述固定板 1221 的一侧设有第一皮带轮 1222 和第二皮带轮 1223 ,第一皮带轮 1222 和第二皮带轮 1223 通过皮带连接,所述第二皮带轮 1223 与第六伺服电机 1224 连接,所述固定板 1221 的两侧各设有线性滑轨 1225 ,所述线性滑轨 1225 上设有线性滑块 1226 ,所述凸轮箱机构的底座 1111 固接于对应的两线性滑块 1226 上。所述固定板 1221 中部设有丝杆 1227 ,所述丝杆 1227 穿设于所述第一皮带轮 1222 和所述固定板 1221 上,所述线性滑轨 1225 的一侧设有电眼 1228 ,所述电眼 28 固定在电眼支架 1229 上,所述电眼支架 1229 外设有电眼护罩 1230 。
其中,方形台面板 1210 的四角分别设有吊环 1231 。吊环 1231 的设计有利于本发明的移动和安装。
方形台面板 1210 对应丝杆 1227 的位置设有通孔 1232 。所述凸轮箱机构的伺服马达的下端可移动地插设于所述通孔 1232 中。通孔 1232 的位置对应丝杆 1227 位置,丝杆 1227 带动压边模具的移动,通孔 1232 的设计有利于压边模具的移动。
线性滑轨 1225 通过内六角螺钉 1233 固定在所述方形台面板 1210 上。如需要更换和维修线性滑轨 1225 时,直接拆卸内六角螺钉 1233 便可拆卸,安装时也相当容易。
方形台面板 1210 中部设有安装中心轴结构的安装通孔 1234 。
参考图 1 、图 2 及图 14 至图 17 ,中心轴结构 1300 包括支座部分 1310 、支架部分 1320 和芯轴部分 1330 。所述芯轴部分 1330 穿设于所述支座部分 1310 内,并固定在所述支架部分 1320 上。
所述支座部分 1310 包括一中心轴 1311 、一支座 1312 ,中心轴 1311 穿设于所述支座 1312 内,支座 1312 外侧设有两侧耳 1313 ,侧耳 1313 上设有穿设螺杆 1324 的通孔 1314 ,中心轴 1311 的一端设有一连接头 1315 ,所述连接头 1315 插设且向上伸出所述方形台面板 1200 的安装通孔 1234 ,所述连接头 1315 上连接一支撑平台(图未示)。连接头 1315 内穿设有锁紧块 1316 ,中心轴 1311 的另一端由上到下依次设有第一锁紧螺母 1317 和第二锁紧螺母 1318 ,第一锁紧螺母 1317 和第二锁紧螺母 1318 之间设有密封圈 1319 。
所述支架部分包括一底板 1321 ,底板 1321 的两侧分别设有连接板 1322 ,连接板 1322 上设有六角拉杆 1323 ,六角拉杆 1323 的两端分别设有一螺杆 1324 及与该螺杆 1324 旋接的六角螺母 1325 。
所述芯轴部分包括一筒体 1331 ,筒体 1331 内设有活塞杆 1332 ,筒体 1331 一端设有导向螺纹套 1333 ,筒体 1331 另一端设有与快插 1334 连接的筒体下盖 1335 ,活塞杆 1332 的一端穿设于筒体 1331 内,活塞杆 1332 的另一端裸露在筒体 1331 外,并在裸露的活塞杆 1332 端部设置一赛刚头 1336 。
其中,六角拉杆 1323 的其中一端螺杆 1324 通过六角螺栓 1326 与连接板 1322 连接,另一端穿设于所述通孔 1314 内,并通过六角螺母 1325 固定。
底板 1321 上设有用于安装快插 1334 的凹槽 1327 。
本发明礼品盒彩纸包装设备工作时,该抱盒宽度调整机架驱动机构 300 驱动所述抱盒宽度调整机架 200 的左、右机架沿所述前、后横向滑轨相向移动从而调节两抱盒臂主体 430 之间的左右间距。该夹持组件前后驱动装置 440 调节前、后抱盒直角件之间的间距。当前、后抱盒直角件夹紧底部粘有彩纸的盒子后,在抱盒臂前后驱动机构 500 的带动下向前移动至支撑平台处,之后通过压盒滑轨机构 600 将上模组件 700 伸至盒子的内腔中并将盒子下压,支撑平台随着中心轴结构 1300 弹性下移,接着通过拉模机构 800 将上模组件 700 的上模折入板 730 与所述上模压盒板 710 分开,此时上模压盒板 710 留在盒子的内腔中,上模折入板 730 提出盒子的内腔,然后凸轮箱机构 1100 将彩纸折到盒子的内腔,之后拉模机构 800 将上模折入板 730 压到盒子的内腔中,使彩纸贴紧在盒子的内腔。彩纸折贴好后,压盒滑轨机构 600 带动上模组件 700 上移,支撑平台在中心轴结构的回复力作用下推动盒子跟着上模组件一起上移,支撑平台回到原先位置后,上模组件 700 继续跟着压盒滑轨机构 600 继续上移一小段距离,盒子粘着上模组件 700 一起上移,接着退盒机构 900 的顶针将盒子从上模组件 700 顶脱,盒子落到支撑平台上,最后两出盒抱盒板组件的出盒抱盒板 471 将包装好的盒子夹住并送到输送带 2000 上。
本发明礼品盒彩纸包装设备自动完成将礼品内盒夹持移动至下一工序进行彩纸包装,然后将包装好彩纸的礼品盒放到输送带输送到下一指定位置进行加工,大大提高了生产效率。
以上结合最佳实施例对本发明进行描述,但本发明并不局限于以上揭示的实施例,而应当涵盖各种根据本实施例的本质进行的修改、等效组合。

Claims (10)

1.一种礼品盒彩纸包装设备,其特征在于,包括:
总机架;
用于调整抱盒宽度的抱盒宽度调整机架;
用于驱动所述抱盒宽度调整机架的抱盒宽度调整机架驱动机构;
对称滑动连接于所述抱盒宽度调整机架上的两抱盒臂机构;
用于驱动所述抱盒臂机构同步前后移动的抱盒臂前后驱动机构;
固定于所述总机架上的压盒滑轨机构;
连接于所述压盒滑轨机构下端的上模组件,所述上模组件包括上模压盒板、上模固定杆、上模折入板以及上模连接块,所述上模固定杆包括杆座及滑杆,所述杆座的下端面与所述上模压盒板的上端面固接,所述滑杆的下端固接于所述杆座的上端面,所述上模折入板位于所述上模压盒板的上方,所述上模连接块固接于所述上模折入板的上端面,所述上模折入板及所述上模连接块上对应开有互相连通的第一滑孔及第二滑孔,所述上模折入板的下端面开有与所述杆座相配合的杆座容纳缺口,所述杆座容纳缺口与所述第一滑孔相通,所述滑杆的上端穿过所述杆座容纳缺口并滑动插接于所述第一滑孔及所述第二滑孔内;
用于自动拉开所述上模压盒板及所述上模折入板的拉模机构;、退盒机构、气动拉模机构、
方形台面板水平安装于所述总机架上对应所述压盒滑轨机构的下方;以及
四个凸轮箱机构,所述凸轮箱机构对称分别地滑动连接于所述方形台面板上。
2.如权利要求1所述的礼品盒彩纸包装设备,其特征在于:所述抱盒宽度调整机架包括左机架、右机架、前横向滑轨及后横向滑轨,所述前横向滑轨及所述后横向滑轨的上端均连接于所述左机架与所述右机架之间。
3.如权利要求2所述的礼品盒彩纸包装设备,其特征在于:所述抱盒宽度调整机架驱动机构包括电机组件、具有张紧轮的张紧轮组件、传动带及两结构相同的从动组件,所述传动带缠绕于所述电机组件、所述张紧轮组件及两所述从动组件上,所述电机组件带动所述从动组件。
4.如权利要求2所述的礼品盒彩纸包装设备,其特征在于:所述抱盒臂机构包括前后放置的主梁、连接部、抱盒臂主体、夹持组件前后驱动装置、两主体升降装置、吸纸机构以及出盒抱盒板组件,所述连接部固接于所述主梁的上端,所述连接部的外侧设有与横向驱动机构连接的连接滑块,所述连接滑块滑动卡接于所述左抱盒臂滑轨或者右抱盒臂滑轨上,所述连接部的上端设有用于与纵向驱动机构连接的皮带夹持组件,所述抱盒臂主体置于所述主梁下方,所述抱盒臂主体包括前后而置的滑轨及分别滑动连接于所述滑轨前后两端的两相向而置的前直角夹持组件及后直角夹持组件,所述夹持组件前后驱动装置与所述抱盒臂主体连接,用于调节前、后抱盒夹持组件之间的前后距离,所述主体升降装置设于所述主梁的上端对应所述连接部的两侧,所述主梁对应所述主体升降装置处开有垂直通孔,所述主体升降装置的升降头穿过所述垂直通孔与所述滑轨对应的一端固接,所述吸纸机构固接于所述前直角件驱动装置的驱动滑动端,所述吸纸机构位于所述前抱盒直角件的前方,所述出盒抱盒板组件包括前后走向的出盒抱盒板以及抱盒驱动装置,所述抱盒驱动装置的固定端固接于所述主梁的前端,所述抱盒驱动装置的驱动端与所述出盒抱盒板的内侧壁固接,所述出盒抱盒板的外侧壁呈垂直的平滑端面。
5.如权利要求2所述的礼品盒彩纸包装设备,其特征在于:所述抱盒臂前后驱动机构包括第二伺服电机、转轴、初级主动轮、初级从动轮、初级皮带、两规格相同的次级主动轮、两次级皮带及两转轴固定件,所述初级主动轮与所述第二伺服电机的输出端相接,所述初级从动轮固套于所述转轴的中部,所述转轴固定件包括轴承座及第一轴承,所述轴承座固定于所述抱盒宽度调整机架对应的左机架或者右机架上,所述轴承座内开有第一轴承孔,所述第一轴承安装于所述轴承孔内,所述第一轴承的内圈固套于所述转轴对应的一端,所述次级主动轮分别固套于所述转轴的两端对应所述轴承座的内侧,所述初级皮带缠绕于所述初级主动轮及所述初级从动轮上,所述次级皮带的一端缠绕于对应的次级主动轮上,另一端缠绕于抱盒宽度调整机架上。
6.如权利要求1所述的礼品盒彩纸包装设备,其特征在于:所述压盒滑轨机构包括滑轨安装箱、滑轨、第三伺服电机、减速机、主动斜齿轮、从动斜齿条、拉模顶板、模具座连接块以及两长导杆,所述滑轨安装箱的后壁固接于所述总机架的上端的前侧,所述滑轨安装箱的一侧壁开有电机安装孔,所述减速机安装于所述电机安装孔内,所述减速机的输入端与所述第三伺服电机的输出端相接,所述减速机的输出端伸进所述滑轨安装箱内与所述主动斜齿轮相接,所述滑轨安装箱的前壁开有上下走向的滑轨滑槽,所述滑轨安装箱对应所述滑轨滑槽的两侧均依次开有上下走向且贯穿自身的内导杆孔及外导杆孔,所述滑轨滑动容置于所述滑轨滑槽内,所述从动斜齿条固接于所述滑轨的后壁并与所述主动斜齿轮啮合,所述滑轨的侧壁的上端及下端分别开有上导杆通孔及下导杆通孔,所述滑轨的侧壁对应所述上导杆通孔及所述下导杆通孔之间开有导杆滑槽,所述长导杆分别滑动容置于对应的所述导杆滑槽内,所述长导杆的下端伸出对应的所述下导杆通孔与所述模具座连接块固接,所述拉模顶板的前壁凸伸有卡销,所述长导杆的上端伸出对应的所述上导杆通孔与所述拉模顶板固接。
7.如权利要求6所述的礼品盒彩纸包装设备,其特征在于:所述拉模机构包括第四伺服电机、减速机、拉模摆臂、拉模连杆组件、拉模导杆锁块以及两拉模导杆,所述第四伺服电机的输出端与所述减速机的输入端相接,所述减速机的输出端与所述拉模摆臂的一端相接,所述拉模摆臂的另一端与所述拉模连杆组件的一端相接,所述拉模连杆组件的另一端与所述拉模导杆锁块相接,所述拉模导杆锁块滑动插接于所述拉模导杆上。
8.如权利要求6所述的礼品盒彩纸包装设备,其特征在于:所述退盒机构包括升降组件及滑块顶针组件,所述升降组件的下端与所述滑块顶针组件的上端可拆卸相接。
9.如权利要求1所述的礼品盒彩纸包装设备,其特征在于:所述方形台面板结构包括一方形台面板,所述方形台面板的中部设有安装中心轴结构的安装通孔,所述方形台面板的四边分别设有丝杆调节机构,所述丝杆调节机构包括一固定板,所述固定板的一侧设有第一皮带轮和第二皮带轮,所述第一皮带轮和所述第二皮带轮通过皮带连接,所述第二皮带轮与第六伺服电机连接,所述固定板的两侧各设有线性滑轨,所述线性滑轨上设有线性滑块,所述固定板中部设有丝杆,所述丝杆穿设于所述第一皮带轮和所述固定板上,所述线性滑轨的一侧设有电眼,所述电眼固定在电眼支架上,所述电眼支架外设有电眼护罩。
10.如权利要求9所述的礼品盒彩纸包装设备,其特征在于:所述凸轮箱机构包括凸轮箱支座部件、压盒部件、折边部件、毛刷辊部件、折耳部件和凸轮传动部件,所述凸轮传动部件固定在所述凸轮箱支座部件上,所述压盒部件、折边部件固定在所述凸轮传动部件上,所述毛刷辊部件通过一支架与凸轮传动部件连接,所述折耳部件固定在所述支架上。
