更に、ケースに収納されるサブバッテリは、ケース内での移動を規制することも求められるが、ねじ等で固定すると、ねじを回す作業が必須となり、サブバッテリの交換作業が面倒になる。ねじに代わる固定部材を用いてサブバッテリを固定すると、固定部材を準備する必要があり、部品点数の増加及び車両盗難防止装置の大型化や重量増加につながってしまう。そこで、サブバッテリを内蔵する車両盗難防止装置において、ケース内を防水しながら部品点数を増加させないで、サブバッテリのケース内の固定を図り、交換も容易に行える車両盗難防止装置が求められる。
サブバッテリをケース体から脱着するときには、ケース体の開口からサブバッテリを抜き差しするだけで済む。また、基板をケース体から脱着するときには、ケース体の開口から基板を抜き差しするだけで済む。従って、ケース体からサブバッテリと基板とを容易に脱着することができ、サブバッテリの交換を容易に行うことができる。
基板押さえ部でケース体へ挿入した基板を押さえ、サブバッテリ押さえ部でケース体へ挿入したサブバッテリを押さえるようにしたので、部品点数の増加を伴うことなく、基板及びサブバッテリをケース体へ確実に固定することができる。
基板は、基板押さえ部で押さえられ、且つ、左右の押さえ凹部によって押さえられるので、ケース体へ基板を確実に固定することができる。
ケース体に基板を差し込んで収納する際、ケース体の左右の支持部に基板をスライドさせるに伴って、左右の基板支持部に基板の左右端面が近接し、基板の収納が完了した位置で、基板の幅広い側に位置する左右端面が各々左右の基板支持部に当たる。
重量の嵩むサブバッテリを下側に、サブバッテリに較べて軽量な基板をサブバッテリの上方に配置したので、盗難防止装置の重心が低く抑えられる。
車両のシートを外すだけで、盗難防止装置の動作表示部材を見ることができるため、盗難防止装置の動作状態を容易に確認することができる。
ケース体の底部についた水分は、ケース体の内側の圧力が大気圧よりも低くなったときに、この圧力差により水分が孔部に吸い寄せられ易くなる。

図2に示すように、シートレール33の上面に盗難防止装置60が配置され、この盗難防止装置60の上方にシート17が配置される。このシート17の底板61に、盗難防止装置60を避けるように上方に凹む凹部62が形成されている。
盗難防止装置60の車両前方位置にて底板61から下方へ、円柱状を呈する前のブッシュ63が延びている。盗難防止装置60の車両後方位置にて底板61から下方へ、円柱状を呈する後のブッシュ64が延びている。前後のブッシュ63、64と凹部62とによって、シートレール33にシート17を載置したときに底板61が盗難防止装置60に当接することを防止する。
盗難防止装置60の車両後方にてシートレール33に、乗員がつかむことができるグラブレール54が取付けられている。
盗難防止装置60は、略水平に配置され、盗難防止装置60の上方は、電波を通すことができるようにしたので、電波の送受信を良好に行うことができる。
図3に示すように、車幅方向略中央にてシートレールの上面33aに、盗難防止装置60が取付けられている。盗難防止装置60は、シートレールの上面33aに溶接した支持ステー65によって支持される。支持ステー65の詳細は後述する。

盗難防止装置60が動作状態にあるときは、発光ダイオード87が点灯する。この発光ダイオード87は図6に示すように、ケース体の上面132aに嵌っており、動作状態がケース外から確認できる。
盗難防止装置60の基板67に外部要素が接続されている。外部要素とは、たとえば、ウインカ50、51、ホーン52及びストップランプ53等の警報装置78である。
図5に示すように、基板67には、複数の端子100~110が設けられている。端子100に、メインフューズ111介してメインバッテリ89が接続される。端子100にメインバッテリ89の電力が供給される。端子101、102は、車両の主電源を断接するイグニッションスイッチ112及びストップランプ53を点灯させるストップスイッチ113F、113Rの操作状態の監視に使用される。

図6に示されているように、盗難防止装置60は、外側を覆う箱状のケース体132を有し、このケース体132の周囲が弾性部材131によって包まれるように縦横に囲われている。この弾性部材131は、シートレールの上面33aに溶接した支持ステー65に取付けられる。

図8に示すように、車両盗難防止装置60は、ケース体132と、このケース体132に内蔵される基板67と、この基板67の下方位置にてケース体132に内蔵されるサブバッテリ88と、ケース体の開口167を塞ぐ蓋部材156と、この蓋部材156とケース体の開口167の間に設けられ蓋部材156とケース体の開口167の間をシールするシール部材157とから成る。
車両盗難防止装置60は、車両(図1、符号10)に搭載され、盗難行為によって発生する車両10の異常を検出し、外部へ報知する。
先ず、サブバッテリの構造について説明する。

左支持部178は、底部171から上へ延びた後車幅方向左側へ水平に延び車両前面視で略L字状を呈し、サブバッテリ88の左端部88bに係合する部位である。右支持部179は、左壁の内面173bから水平に突設されサブバッテリの右上面(図8、符号88c)に係合する部位である。

図15に示すように、ケース体132の左右壁外面173a、174aに蓋爪191、191(図手前側の符号191のみ示す。)が突設される。蓋部材156は、ケース体の開口167を閉じる部材である。蓋部材156は、本体211と、この本体211の車幅方向左右端部からケース体側へ延び蓋爪191、191に掛けられる留め部212、212と、本体211の内面211bからケース体内へ延びる周壁214とからなる。蓋部材156は、留め部212、212を蓋爪191、191に掛けることでケース体132に着脱可能に取付けられる。
図16に示すように、シール部材157は、開口部205を有する矩形状の枠部材であり、ケース体の開口167に嵌合してケース体132へ侵入する異物を阻止する外周シール面206と、この外周シール面206のケース体外方側に設けられ蓋部材156によって押圧される外面207と、この外面207に沿って開口部側へ突設され基板67を押さえる基板押さえ部203と、外面207の裏側に設けられる内面208と、この内面208に沿って開口部側へ突設されサブバッテリ88を押さえるサブバッテリ押さえ部204とから成る。
外周シール面206に、この外周シール面206に沿って外方へ凸設されシール効果を高める凸ビード221が筋状に2本形成されている。
図17に示すように、シール部材157は、周壁214が差し込まれる溝222を有しケース体の開口167に嵌められ基板67の抜け出しを防止する基板押さえ部203及びサブバッテリ88の抜け出しを防止するサブバッテリ押さえ部204を有している。
ケース体内へ延びる周壁214は、シール部材157の外面207に設けた溝222へ差し込まれる。
図8に戻って、電子部品が実装されている基板67は、ケース体の開口167からケース体132へ抜き差し可能に挿入されている。同様に、サブバッテリ88は、ケース体の開口167からケース体132へ抜き差し可能に挿入されている。
本発明によれば、サブバッテリ88の交換を容易にすると共に良好なシール性を確保することができる盗難防止装置60が提供される。
ケース体132へ挿入した基板67を基板押さえ部203で押さえ、ケース体132へ挿入したサブバッテリ88をサブバッテリ押さえ部204で押さえるようにしたので、基板67及びサブバッテリ88をケース体132へ確実に固定することができる。
基板67は、基板押さえ部(図17、符号203)に加えて、左右の押さえ凹部202L、202Rによって押さえられるので、ケース体132へ基板67を確実に固定することができる。
合わせ凸部217と合わせ凹部218とをケース体132と蓋部材156と各々に設けたので、蓋部材156をケース体132に取付ける際に、組付方向を誤る心配はなく、ケース体132へ蓋部材156を所定の向きで組付けることが可能になる。
結果、サブバッテリ88の抜き差しに係る作業性をより一層高めることができる。
ケース体132の内側は、遮水通気性膜194を通じて外と連通しているので、ケース体132の内側に残留した湿気を外へ抜け易くすることができる。
ケース体132に基板67を差し込んで収納する際、左右の支持部178、179に基板67をスライドさせるに伴って、左右の基板支持部178、179に基板の左右端面が近接し、基板67の収納が完了した位置で、基板67の幅広い側に位置する左右端面が各々左右の基板支持部178、179に当たる。
重量の嵩むサブバッテリ88を下側に、サブバッテリ88に較べて軽量な基板67をサブバッテリ88の上方に配置したので、盗難防止装置60の重心が低く抑えられる。従って、サブバッテリ88を基板67の上方に配置する場合に較べて盗難防止装置60を動き難くでき安定して配置させることができる。
シート(図1、符号17)を外すだけで、盗難防止装置60の動作状態を確認することができる。
この点、本発明では、孔部193の周囲に区画壁195を設けたので、ケース体132の底部に付いた水分は、区画壁195により下方にガイドされ、この水分が孔部193から侵入する心配はない。
また、図4において、制御部からのエンジン制御信号に基づきエンジンの点火装置に点火停止信号を送って点火装置の作動を停止させる、すなわち、エンジンを停止させるエンジン制御部を設けることは差し支えない。
Claims (12)
- 車両に搭載されて前記車両の盗難を防止する車両盗難防止装置であって、
一面が開放された箱状のケース体と、
前記ケース体内へ延びる周壁を有するとともに、前記ケース体に着脱自在に取付けられて前記ケース体の開口を閉じる蓋部材と、
前記ケース体の開口から前記ケース体へ抜き差し可能に挿入され電子部品が実装されている基板と、
前記ケース体の開口から前記ケース体へ抜き差し可能に挿入され、前記車両に搭載されるメインバッテリから前記基板への給電が無くなったときに前記基板へ給電するサブバッテリと、
前記蓋部材の前記周壁が差し込まれる溝を有し前記ケース体の開口に嵌められ前記基板の抜け出しを防止する基板押さえ部及び前記サブバッテリの抜け出しを防止するサブバッテリ押さえ部を有しているシール部材と、
から成る車両盗難防止装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車両盗難防止装置であって、
前記基板は、左右の端部に左右の切欠部を有しており、前記シール部材は、前記基板の前記左右切欠部を押さえる左右の押さえ凹部を有している。 - 請求項2に記載の車両盗難防止装置であって、
前記ケース体と前記蓋部材のうちのいずれか一方は、合わせ凸部を有しており、前記ケース体と前記蓋部材のうちの他方は、前記合わせ凸部と嵌合する合わせ凹部を有している。 - 請求項3に記載の車両盗難防止装置であって、
前記サブバッテリは弾性カバーを有するとともに、この弾性カバーで包まれており、前記弾性カバーは、前記サブバッテリが前記ケース体へ収納されたときに、前記サブバッテリが抜き差しされる側に、前記サブバッテリの前記弾性カバーからの出し入れを許容する開放部と、前記サブバッテリを前記弾性カバーから引き出すときの指掛けを許容する指掛部とを備える。 - 請求項4に記載の車両盗難防止装置であって、
前記ケース体は、弾性部材を介して前記車両に支持され、前記ケース体は、前記車両盗難防止装置の認識番号が表示される上面を有しており、前記弾性部材は、前記ケース体が前記弾性部材で包まれているときに前記認識番号の視認を許容する切抜部を有する。 - 請求項1に記載の車両盗難防止装置であって、
前記ケース体は、遮水通気性膜で塞がれた孔部を有している。 - 請求項2に記載の車両盗難防止装置であって、
前記基板は、前記ケース体に対して抜き差しされる方向に直行する方向の幅を有し、この幅は、前記基板の前記左右切欠部に向かって徐々に広くなっている。 - 請求項1に記載の車両盗難防止装置であって、
前記基板は、前記サブバッテリの上方に配置されている。 - 請求項1に記載の車両盗難防止装置であって、
前記基板上に、前記基板から前記サブバッテリを分離させるためのカプラーが設けられている。 - 請求項1に記載の車両盗難防止装置であって、
前記ケース体の上面に、前記基板の動作状態をケース体の外に伝える動作表示部材と認識番号が表示される表示部位とが設けられている。 - 請求項6に記載の車両盗難防止装置であって、
前記孔部の周囲にて前記ケース体の底部に、前記遮水通気性膜の周囲を囲う区画壁が設けられている。 - 請求項1に記載の車両盗難防止装置であって、
この車両盗難防止装置は、乗員が座るシートから車幅方向左右に延出され乗員が握るグラブレールの外幅よりも車幅方向内側に設けられている。
