この点、ケース体の内側から動作表示部材をケース体へ嵌めると、接着剤等の余剰分がケース体の外面に出ることはなくクリーニング工程を省くことができる。
そこで、小型車両用盗難防止装置において、付加的な工程や煩雑な組付作業を省くことで、盗難防止装置の製造コストを低減することができる技術が求められる。
底部に空気を出し入れする孔部を有する箱状のケース体と、中心が孔部の中心から延びる垂線上に配置され孔部から挿入する治具によりケース体の天井部に固定され動作状態をケース体の外に伝える動作表示部材と、ケース体に内蔵され動作表示部材を作動させる電子部品が実装されている基板とから成る車両盗難防止装置が提供される。
ケース体の底に設けられる孔部から挿入する治具により、動作表示部材をケース体の天井部に固定する。治具を真っ直ぐに動作表示部材に当てることができる。結果、動作表示部材をケース体へ容易に組付けることができ、盗難防止装置の製造コストを低減することができる。
動作表示部材は、フィラメントをガラス球で囲って成る。バルブでも差し支えない。
しかし、ガラス球が大きいため、天井部に開けるセット穴は不可避的に大きくなる。
樹脂レンズ単体であれば、天井部に開けるセット穴は小径にすることができる。小径のセット穴であれば、このセット穴に防水対策が講じ易くなる。
ケース体の本体部から蓋体を外し、本体部から基板を少し引き出す。すると発光素子が本体部の外へ出る。基板を少し引き出すだけで発光素子を目で確認することができる。基板の全てを本体部から引き出す必要がないため、発光素子の点検作業を迅速に行うことができる。
シール部材のシール作用により、本体部と蓋部材との間を通って水が侵入することを防止できる。
図1に示すように、自動二輪車10は、車体フレーム11の前部にフロントフォーク12が設けられ、このフロントフォーク12の下端に前輪13が設けられ、車体フレーム11から車両後方へスイングアーム14が延びており、このスイングアーム14の車両後端に後輪15が設けられている。

図2に示すように、車幅方向略中央にてシートレールの上面33aに、盗難防止装置60が取付けられている。盗難防止装置60は、シートレールの上面33aに溶接した支持ステー65によって支持される。
盗難防止装置60の外側を覆う箱状のケース体132は、その周囲が弾性部材131によって包まれるように縦横に囲われている。弾性部材131は、シートレールの上面33aに溶接した支持ステー65に取付けられる。

盗難防止装置60が動作状態にあるときは、発光素子としての発光ダイオード87が点灯する。この発光ダイオード87は図5に示すように、基板67に実装されている。盗難防止装置60に所定の故障診断操作をしたときに、盗難防止装置60が、例えば、基板67上に実装した加速度センサ71の故障を検出すると、発光ダイオード87が点滅する。検出した故障部位によって、発光ダイオード87の点滅サイクルが変わるように制御部70を設定することで、故障部位を特定できるようにした。
盗難防止装置60の基板67に外部要素が接続されている。外部要素とは、たとえば、ウインカ50、51、ホーン52及びストップランプ53等の警報装置78である。
図4に示すように、基板67には、複数の端子100~110が設けられている。端子100に、メインフューズ111介してメインバッテリ89が接続される。端子100にメインバッテリ89の電力が供給される。端子101、102は、車両の主電源を断接するイグニッションスイッチ112及びストップランプ53を点灯させるストップスイッチ113F、113Rの操作状態の監視に使用される。
その他、端子105はアースであり、端子106~110は基板67の診断等に用いられる端子であり、説明を省略する。
図5に示すように、車両盗難防止装置60は、箱状のケース体132と、このケース体132に内蔵される基板67と、この基板67の下方位置にてケース体132に内蔵され基板67に給電するサブバッテリ88と、ケース体の開口167を塞ぐ蓋部材156と、この蓋部材156とケース体の開口167の間に設けられ蓋部材156とケース体の開口167の間をシールするシール部材157とから成る。ケース体132は、本体部155と、この本体部155に着脱可能に設けた蓋部材156とから成る。
車両盗難防止装置60は、車両(図1、符号10)に搭載され、盗難行為によって発生する車両10の異常を検出し、外部へ報知する装置である。
図6に示すように、車両盗難防止装置60は、箱状のケース体132と、このケース体132に内蔵される基板67と、ケース体132の底部161に固定され動作状態をケース体132の外に伝える動作表示部材170とを有する。
なお、発光素子は、発光ダイオード(LED)に限定されず、電球、有機EL、電極管その他、基板に実装可能な発光体であれば種類は問わない。
発光素子(発光ダイオード87)と樹脂レンズ171からなる動作表示部材170は、動作表示部材170の中心軸Zが孔部173の中心から延びる垂線上に配置されている。
図7(a)に示すように、ケース体132の天井部162に開けたセット穴174に、上から鍔部172を有し透光部材にて成形された樹脂レンズ171を嵌める。
すなわち、動作表示部材170の構成要素である樹脂レンズ171は、孔部173から挿入する治具176によりケース体の天井部162に固定される。
動作表示部材170の中心軸Zが孔部173の中心軸Zに一致しているため、治具・工具176の挿入、操作が容易になる。結果、基板67の動作状態をケース体132の外に伝える動作表示部材170を備えた車両用盗難防止装置60の製造コストを下げることができる。
動作表示部材170が、ガラス球とこのガラス球に収納される発光体とから成るランプである場合には、ガラス球に対応する径のセット穴を天井部に開け、このセット穴にガラス球を嵌めることになる。セット穴は必然的に大きくなる。
樹脂レンズ単体であれば、天井部162に開けるセット穴174は小径にすることができる。小径のセット穴174であれば、このセット穴174に防水対策が講じ易くなる。
ケース体132から蓋部材156を外し、基板67を少し引き出すと発光ダイオード87が本体部155の外へ出る。このため、基板67をケース体132から大幅に引き出すことなく、発光ダイオード87の状態を確認することができる。よって、発光ダイオード87のメンテナンス性が向上する。
本体部155と蓋部材156との間にシール部材157が介在されているので、本体部155と蓋部材156との間に良好なシール性を確保させることができる。
また、図3において、制御部からのエンジン制御信号に基づきエンジンの点火装置に点火停止信号を送って点火装置の作動を停止させる、すなわち、エンジンを停止させるエンジン制御部を設けることは差し支えない。
Claims (4)
- 車両に搭載されて前記車両の盗難を防止する車両盗難防止装置であって、
底部に空気を出し入れする孔部を有する箱状のケース体と、
中心が前記孔部の中心から延びる垂線上に配置され前記孔部から挿入する治具により前記ケース体の天井部に固定され動作状態を前記ケース体の外に伝える動作表示部材と、
前記ケース体に内蔵され前記動作表示部材を作動させる電子部品が実装されている基板とから成る車両盗難防止装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車両盗難防止装置であって、
前記動作表示部材は、前記基板に実装される発光素子と、前記天井部に溶着され前記発光素子の発光を通す樹脂レンズとから成る。 - 請求項2に記載の車両盗難防止装置であって、
前記ケース体に、前記基板に給電する専用のバッテリを更に収納し、
このバッテリ及び前記基板が出し入れできるように、前記ケース体は、本体部と、この本体部に着脱可能に設けた蓋部材とから成り、前記発光素子は、前記蓋部材に近い箇所にて前記基板に設けられている。 - 請求項3に記載の車両盗難防止装置であって、
前記本体部は、更に、前記蓋部材との間にシール部材を有する。
