Abstract
Description
本願は、2009年10月30日に日本に出願された特願2009-251371号に基づき優先権を主張し、その内容をここに援用する。
グリセリンの脱水縮合反応は、逐次的な分子間脱水縮合反応であり、このような反応で得られるポリグリセリンは、反応条件によって様々な重合度及び異性体混合比を有する。したがって、ポリグリセリンの重合度は、一般的に、水酸基価の測定値から算出した平均重合度として表される。
実用的なポリグリセリンは、このように複雑な混合物として提供される。例えば、一般的にヘキサグリセリンと称されるポリグリセリンは、単量体のグリセリンから重合度9のノナグリセリンまでの単量体及び重合体を含み、その重合体においては、前記のような異性体を含む。
従来の化粧水と乳液は、製剤の安定性を図るために、それぞれ別途に用いられていた。しかしながら近年、使用の利便性等の観点から、1つの化粧料で化粧水及び乳液の使用感を得ることが可能な新しい化粧料が望まれている。これらの新しい化粧料には、水分含有量が比較的多く、低粘度でみずみずしい質感が求められる。しかしながら、上記のように、従来の技術では、乳化安定性の高い化粧料を得るために適度な粘度が必要とされており、低粘度且つ乳化安定性の高い化粧料が求められている(たとえば特許文献2~3参照)。
また、上記のように多種多様な化粧料において、共通して好適に用いることができる化粧料用組成物はなく、その開発が求められている。
すなわち、本発明は以下に関する。
(1)平均重合度4~100のポリグリセリンと、炭素数2~18の脂肪酸とのエステルで、かつ水酸基価が、15mgKOH/g以下であり、20℃における比重が0.96~1.15であるポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルを含有する化粧料用組成物。
(2)前記ポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルを構成するポリグリセリンの平均重合度が4~10であり、前記ポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルを構成する脂肪酸の炭素数が6~18である前記(1)の化粧料用組成物。
(3)前記ポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルを構成するポリグリセリンの平均重合度が6であり、前記ポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルを構成する脂肪酸の炭素数が6~10である前記(2)の化粧料用組成物。
(4)前記ポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルの水酸基価が、10mgKOH/g以下である前記(1)~(3)のいずれか1項に記載の化粧料用組成物。
(5)さらに、多価アルコール及び非イオン界面活性剤を含有する前記(1)~(4)のいずれか1項に記載の化粧料用組成物。
(6)前記多価アルコールが、ジプロピレングリコール、オクタンジオール、1,3-プロパンジオール、及びヘキサンジオールからなる群から選ばれる1種以上である前記(5)に記載の化粧料用組成物。
(7)前記非イオン界面活性剤が、ポリオキシエチレン硬化ヒマシ油である前記(5)又は(6)に記載の化粧料用組成物。
(8)さらに、水添レシチンを含有する前記(5)~(7)のいずれか1項に記載の化粧料用組成物。
(9)前記化粧料用組成物が、スキンケア化粧料用、浴用化粧料用、毛髪化粧料用、又はメイクアップ化粧料用である前記(1)~(8)のいずれか1項に記載の化粧料用組成物。
(10)前記(1)~(9)のいずれか1項に記載の化粧料用組成物を含む化粧料。
(11)前記(10)の化粧料が、二層分離型化粧料又は乳化化粧料である化粧料。
(12)前記(1)~(9)のいずれか1項に記載の化粧料用組成物を親水性溶液と混合して乳化処理することを含む水中油型乳化化粧料の製造方法。
(13)前記(1)~(9)のいずれか1項に記載の化粧料用組成物、及び水を含有する、透明又は半透明容器入り二層分離型化粧料。
本発明の化粧料用組成物は、平均重合度4~100のポリグリセリンと、炭素数2~18の脂肪酸とのエステルで、かつ水酸基価が、15mgKOH/g以下であり、20℃における比重が0.96~1.15であるポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルを含有する。
ポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルを構成するポリグリセリンの平均重合度が4~100の範囲を外れると、20℃における比重が低下する、他の油剤との溶解性が悪くなるという問題があり好ましくない。
ポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルを構成する脂肪酸の炭素数が2~18の範囲をはずれると、皮膚刺激など安全性の問題や低温での濁りの問題があり、好ましくない。
なかでも、本発明の多価アルコールとしては、ジプロピレングリコール、オクタンジオール、1,3-プロパンジオール又はヘキサンジオールであることが好ましく、ジプロピレングリコール又は1,3-プロパンジオールであることが特に好ましい。
上記多価アルコールは、1種を単独で用いてもよく、2種以上を組合せて用いてもよい。
上記非イオン界面活性剤は、1種を単独で用いてもよく、2種以上を組合せて用いてもよい。
本発明の化粧料用組成物を含有するクレンジング化粧料は、化粧汚れとなじみ易く、クレンジング力に優れる上、洗いあがりの感触が良好となる。また、前記クレンジング化粧料が後述する二層分離型化粧料である場合、水等の親水性溶液と混合した際の乳化状態の保持時間が長いため、使用性の面で有利となり、且つ、使用後は水相と油相がきれいに分離するため、非使用時の外観の美麗さに優れる。
本発明の化粧料用組成物を含有する保水及び保湿化粧料は、しっとりとした感触を有し、保水性が高いが、べたつき感がないため、使用感に優れる。
本発明の化粧料用組成物を含有するマッサージ用化粧料は、使用時の伸びが良く、しっとりとした感触を有し、べたつき感がないため、使用感に優れる。
本発明の化粧料用組成物を含有する乳化浴用剤は、水等の親水性溶液と混合した際の乳化安定性に優れ、使用性の面で有利となる。
本発明の化粧料用組成物を含有する毛髪化粧料によれば、毛髪の櫛通り性、及び毛髪のまとまりが向上する。また、前記毛髪化粧料が、後述する二層分離型化粧料である場合は、水等の親水性溶液と混合した際の乳化状態の保持時間が長いため、使用性の面で有利となり、且つ、使用後は水相と油相がきれいに分離するため、非使用時の外観の美麗さに優れる。
本発明の化粧料用組成物を含有する乳化型ファンデーション、乳化型アイシャドー、及び乳化型チークは、使用時の伸びが良く、べたつき感がないため、使用感に優れる。
本発明の化粧料用組成物を含有する口紅、及びリップグロスは、使用時の伸びが良く、べたつき感がないにも関わらず、唇の乾きを抑えるため、使用感に優れる。さらに、これら本発明の化粧料用組成物を含有する口紅及びリップグロスは、苦味が無いため、口唇に好適に使用できる。
本発明の化粧料は、上記化粧料用組成物を含む。
本発明の化粧料としては、上記のように、スキンケア化粧料、浴用化粧料、毛髪化粧料又はメイクアップ化粧料等が挙げられる。
本発明の化粧料は、二層分離型化粧料又は乳化化粧料であってもよい。二層分離型化粧料としては、二層分離型クレンジング化粧料、及び二層分離型ヘアトリートメント等が挙げられる。乳化化粧料としては、乳液、及び乳化浴用剤等が挙げられる。
上記アニオン界面活性剤としては、例えば、セッケン用素地、ラウリン酸ナトリウム、及びパルミチン酸ナトリウム等の脂肪酸セッケン;ラウリル硫酸ナトリウム、及びラウリル硫酸カリウム等の高級アルキル硫酸エステル塩;ポリオキシエチレン(POE)-ラウリル硫酸トリエタノールアミン、及びPOE-ラウリル硫酸ナトリウム等のアルキルエーテル硫酸エステル塩;ラウロイルサルコシンナトリウム等のN-アシルサルコシン酸;N-ミリストイル-N-メチルタウリンナトリウム、ヤシ油脂肪酸メチルタウリッドナトリウム、及びラウリルメチルタウリッドナトリウム等の高級脂肪酸アミドスルホン酸塩;POE-オレイルエーテルリン酸ナトリウム、及びPOE-ステアリルエーテルリン酸等のリン酸エステル塩;ジ-2-エチルヘキシルスルホコハク酸ナトリウム、モノラウロイルモノエタノールアミドポリオキシエチレンスルホコハク酸ナトリウム、及びラウリルポリプロピレングリコールスルホコハク酸ナトリウム等のスルホコハク酸塩;リニアドデシルベンゼンスルホン酸ナトリウム、リニアドデシルベンゼンスルホン酸トリエタノールアミン、及びリニアドデシルベンゼンスルホン酸等のアルキルベンゼンスルホン酸塩;N-ラウロイルグルタミン酸モノナトリウム、N-ステアロイルグルタミン酸ジナトリウム、及びN-ミリストイル-L-グルタミン酸モノナトリウム等のN-アシルグルタミン酸塩;硬化ヤシ油脂肪酸グリセリン硫酸ナトリウム等の高級脂肪酸エステル硫酸エステル塩;ロート油等の硫酸化油;POE-アルキルエーテルカルボン酸、POE-アルキルアリルエーテルカルボン酸塩;α-オレフィンスルホン酸塩;高級脂肪酸エステルスルホン酸塩;二級アルコール硫酸エステル塩;高級脂肪酸アルキロールアミド硫酸エステル塩;ラウロイルモノエタノールアミドコハク酸ナトリウム;N-パルミトイルアスパラギン酸ジトリエタノールアミン;及びカゼインナトリウム等が挙げられる。上記アニオン界面活性剤は、単独で用いてもよく、又は2種以上を組み合わせて用いてもよい。
上記塩類としては、塩化ナトリウム、塩化カリウム、硫酸ナトリウム、及び硫酸マグネシウム等が挙げられる。
植物抽出エキスとしては、アロエベラ、ウイッチヘーゼル、ハマメリス、キュウリ、レモン、ラベンダー、及びローズ等が挙げられる。
上記本発明の化粧料用組成物を、親水性溶液と混合して乳化処理することにより、本発明の、水中油型(O/W)乳化化粧料が製造される。
上記親水性溶液は、本発明の効果を損なわないものであれば特に限定されるものではないが、水が好適なものとして挙げられ、蒸留水、イオン交換水等の精製水、果実又は花から得られる水、及び海水を精製した水等を用いることができる。これらの水は1種又は2種以上を組み合わせて用いることができる。
また、親水性溶液には、必要に応じて、あらかじめ、公知の補助成分を溶解又は分散させることができる。この場合、前記補助成分があらかじめ溶解又は分散された親水性溶液に、本発明の化粧料用組成物を添加して、水中油型乳化化粧料を製造してもよく;本発明の化粧料用組成物に、前記補助成分があらかじめ溶解又は分散された親水性溶液を添加して、水中油型乳化化粧料を製造してもよい。
本発明において、補助成分としては、界面活性剤及び/又は水溶性増粘剤が好ましい。
上記水溶性増粘剤としては、上記増粘剤と同様のものが挙げられる。
このときの親水性溶液の配合量は、本発明の化粧料用組成物を含む親油性溶液1質量部に対して1~100質量部が望ましく、好ましくは1~20質量部である。
上記本発明の化粧料用組成物、及び水を含有する二層分離型化粧料を、透明又は半透明容器に収容することで、本発明の透明又は半透明容器入り二層分離型化粧料が得られる。
二層分離型化粧料は、上記水中油型乳化化粧料の製造方法と同様にして製造することができる。
透明又は半透明容器としては、その中に収容することで二層分離型化粧料が好適に保存されるものであれば特に限定されず、ガラス、ポリエチレン(PE)、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、及びポリプロピレン(PP)等の公知の材料によるものを用いることができる。
二層分離型化粧料を透明又は半透明容器に収容することで、分離、及び乳化状態を確認して使用することができ、又、その状態変化を見ることで、楽しみながら化粧品を使用することができる。
平均重合度6の市販ポリグリセリン(阪本薬品工業(株)製:ポリグリセリン#500)(含水率約10%)194.2g(0.35モル)、及びカプリル酸405.8g(2.81モル)を、四つ口フラスコ(容積:1L)に充填し、キシレン50mlを加えて、窒素気流下、230℃において加熱、及び撹拌し、Dean Stark水分離器を用いて、還流するキシレンと共に留出する水を分離しながら、18時間反応させた。
得られた反応混合物を冷却した後、減圧下(5mmHg)、130℃において、キシレンを完全に留去し、再び冷却した後、活性白土6g、活性炭6gを加え、減圧下(5mmHg)、105℃において1時間撹拌することによって脱色処理を行った。
脱色処理した反応混合物を冷却した後、濾過によって白土及び活性炭を除去して、脱色反応混合物を得た。得られた脱色反応混合物に水蒸気を吹き込みながら、減圧下(2mmHg)、220℃において1時間処理することによって未反応の脂肪酸を除去し、目的とするポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルA 450.2g(食品添加物公定書第8版 B-32 第4法により測定した20℃における比重 0.997、20℃における粘度 196mPa・s、水酸基価2.0)を得た。ポリグリセリンカプリル酸エステルの収率は約85%であった。
平均重合度10の市販ポリグリセリン(阪本薬品工業(株)製:ポリグリセリン#750)(含水率約10%)151.6g(0.20モル)、及びカプリル酸380.7g(2.64モル)を、四つ口フラスコ(容積:1L)に充填し、キシレン50mlを加えて、窒素気流下、230℃において加熱、及び撹拌し、Dean Stark水分離器を用いて、還流するキシレンと共に留出する水を分離しながら、18時間反応させた。
得られた反応混合物を冷却した後、減圧下(5mmHg)、130℃において、キシレンを完全に留去し、再び冷却した後、活性白土6g、活性炭6gを加え、減圧下(5mmHg)、105℃において1時間撹拌することによって脱色処理を行った。
脱色処理した反応混合物を冷却した後、濾過によって白土及び活性炭を除去して、脱色反応混合物を得た。得られた脱色反応混合物に水蒸気を吹き込みながら、減圧下(2mmHg)、220℃において1時間処理することによって未反応の脂肪酸を除去し、目的とするポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルB 400.0g(20℃における比重 1.000、20℃における粘度 284mPa・s、水酸基価2.1)を得た。ポリグリセリンカプリル酸エステルの収率は約88%であった。
実施例1において、合成例1で得たポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルAを本発明の化粧料用組成物として使用し、その摩擦係数を測定した。
比較例1~3として、比較例1:トリエチルヘキサノイン(日清オイリオグループ(株)製)、比較例2:スクワラン(和光純薬工業株式会社製)、及び比較例3:イソノナン酸イソノニル(日清オイリオグループ(株)製)、をそれぞれ使用した。
表2に示した成分Aを混合し80℃に加温して多価アルコール相とした。一方、ポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルAを本発明の化粧料用組成物として、成分Bを80℃で加熱し油相とした。80℃に加温した多価アルコール相にディスパーミキサーで撹拌しながら同じく80℃に加温した油相を加えた。投入後さらに80℃で加熱溶解した成分Cを加え、室温まで冷却して乳液を調製した。
得られた前記乳液を以下の評価方法及び評価基準に従って、評価した。
調製した乳液の平均粒径を粒度分布測定装置((株)堀場製作所製:LA-300)を用いて測定した。
上記のように調製した乳液を遠心分離機{型番:6800(久保田製作所製)}を用いて5000rpmで15分間遠心分離し、外観を観察した。乳化安定性は下記評価基準に従って評価し、C以上を合格とした。

上記のように調製した乳液を被験者10名に使用してもらい、しっとり感、及びべたつき感について3段階評価(良い:2点、普通:1点、悪い:0点)したものを官能評価とした。さらに、各被験者の官能評価を合計したものを総合評価とし、C以上を合格として以下の基準で評価した。

ポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルAを本発明の化粧料用組成物として、表3に示した成分Aと成分Bとを混合し80℃に加温して油相とした。一方、成分Cを80℃で加熱溶解し水相とした。80℃に加温した油相にディスパーミキサーで撹拌しながら同じく80℃に加温した水相を加え、投入後40℃まで冷却した。冷却後に成分D、及び成分Eを投入し撹拌後、室温まで冷却してO/W乳化型エモリエントクリームを調製した。
得られた前記O/W乳化型エモリエントクリームを以下の評価方法及び評価基準に従って、評価した。
上記のように調製したO/W乳化型エモリエントクリームを被験者10名に使用してもらい、しっとり感、及びべたつき感について3段階評価(良い:2点、普通:1点、悪い:0点)したものを官能評価とした。さらに、各被験者の官能評価を合計したものを総合評価とし、C以上を合格として以下の基準で評価した。

ポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルAを本発明の化粧料用組成物として、表4に示した成分Aと成分Bとを混合し80℃に加温して油相とした。一方、成分Cを80℃で加熱溶解し水相とした。80℃に加温した油相にディスパーミキサーで撹拌しながら同じく80℃に加温した水相を加え、室温まで冷却してW/O乳化型エモリエントクリームを調製した。
得られた前記W/O乳化型エモリエントクリームを以下の評価方法及び評価基準に従って、評価した。
上記のように調製したW/O乳化型エモリエントクリームを被験者10名に使用してもらい、しっとり感、及びべたつき感について3段階評価(良い:2点、普通:1点、悪い:0点)したものを官能評価とした。さらに、各被験者の官能評価を合計したものを総合評価とし、C以上を合格として以下の基準で評価した。

ポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルAを本発明の化粧料用組成物として、表5に示した成分Aと成分Bとを混合し80℃に加温して油相とした。一方、成分Cを80℃で加熱溶解し多価アルコール相とした。80℃に加温した多価アルコール相にディスパーミキサーで撹拌しながら同じく80℃に加温した油相を加え、室温まで冷却してマッサージジェルを調製した。
上記のように調製したマッサージジェルを被験者10名に使用してもらい、伸び、しっとり感、及びべたつき感について3段階評価(良い:2点、普通:1点、悪い:0点)したものを官能評価とした。さらに、各被験者の官能評価を合計したものを総合評価とし、C以上を合格として以下の基準で評価した。

ポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルAを本発明の化粧料用組成物として、表6に示した成分Aと成分Bとを混合し80℃に加温して油相とした。一方、成分Cを80℃で加熱溶解し多価アルコール相とした。80℃に加温した多価アルコール相にディスパーミキサーで撹拌しながら同じく80℃に加温した油相を加え、室温まで冷却してクレンジングペーストを調製した。
口紅を2cm×2cmの面積で前腕に塗付し30分間放置した後、前記クレンジングペースト0.5gで30秒間汚れを落とすようにマッサージし、水で洗い流した。汚れの落ち具合を目視により以下の基準で評価し、C以上を合格とした。

上記のように調製したクレンジングペーストを被験者10名に使用してもらい、化粧汚れとのなじみ易さ、及び水で洗い流した後の感触を3段階評価(良い:2点、普通:1点、悪い:0点)したものを官能評価とした。さらに、各被験者の官能評価を合計したものを総合評価とし、C以上を合格として以下の基準で評価した。
洗いあがりの感触の評価基準
A:合計点数が18点以上
B:合計点数が15点以上、18点未満
C:合計点数が12点以上、15点未満
D:合計点数が10点以上、12点未満
E:合計点数が10点未満
ポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルAを本発明の化粧料用組成物として、表7に示した成分Aと成分Bとを混合し、あらかじめ70℃で加熱溶解した成分Cを加えて、二層分離型メイクアップリムーバーを調製した。
得られた前記二層分離型メイクアップリムーバーを以下の評価方法及び評価基準に従って、評価した。
二層分離型メイクアップリムーバーの乳化状態の保持時間を評価するために、二層分離型メイクアップリムーバーをガラス容器中で30回強く振とうして均一に混合した後、室温で静置して、乳化状態の保持時間を測定した。乳化状態の保持時間は以下の基準で評価し、C以上を合格とした。
二層分離型メイクアップリムーバーは、軽く振とうさせることにより、油相と水相を一時的に乳化させて使用するものである。元の二層に分離した状態に戻るまでの時間が早すぎると、使用性の面で問題となる。従って、二層分離型メイクアップリムーバーの乳化状態の保持時間が長いほど、使用性の面で有利であるといえる。
乳化状態の保持時間の評価基準
A:保持時間が10分間以上
B:保持時間が5分間以上10分間未満
C:保持時間が3分間以上5分間未満
D:保持時間が3分間未満
被験者10名に二層分離型メイクアップリムーバーを使用してもらい、二層分離型メイクアップリムーバーを水で洗い流した後の感触を被験者が3段階評価(良い:2点、普通:1点、悪い:0点)したものを官能評価とした。さらに、各被験者の官能評価を合計したものを総合評価とし、C以上を合格として以下の基準で評価した。
洗いあがりの感触の総合評価の評価基準
A:合計点数が18点以上
B:合計点数が15点以上、18点未満
C:合計点数が12点以上、15点未満
D:合計点数が10点以上、12点未満
E:合計点数が10点未満
二層分離型メイクアップリムーバーの乳化状態の保持時間を評価するために、二層分離型メイクアップリムーバーをガラス容器中で30回強く振とうして均一に混合した後、室温で24時間静置して、外観を観察した。外観は以下の基準で評価し、C以上を合格とした。
外観の評価基準
A:上層、下層ともに無色透明に分離
B:上層、下層いずれかにわずかに濁りが見られる
C:上層、下層いずれかにやや濁りが見られる
D:乳化物の層が見られる。
E:分離せず、乳化状態を保っている。
ポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルAを本発明の化粧料用組成物として、表8に示した成分Aと成分Bとを混合し、70℃に加熱した後に、あらかじめ70℃に加熱した成分Cを加えて、ヘアコンディショナーを調製した。
得られた前記ヘアコンディショナーを以下の評価方法及び評価基準に従って、評価した。
毛髪を10%ラウリル硫酸ナトリウム水溶液中に浸漬し、超音波照射することで、ダメージ処理を行った。その毛髪をヘアコンディショナーの10%水溶液中に1時間浸漬した後、レオメーター((株)レオテック製:RT-2002D・D)を用いて、毛髪に櫛を通したときの抵抗値を測定し、以下の基準で評価した。C以上を合格とした。
櫛通り性の評価基準
A:抵抗の最大値が0.3kg未満
B:抵抗の最大値が0.3kg以上、0.5kg未満
C:抵抗の最大値が0.5kg以上、1.0kg未満
D:抵抗の最大値が1.0kg以上
毛髪を10%ラウリル硫酸ナトリウム水溶液中に浸漬し、超音波照射することで、ダメージ処理を行った。その毛髪をヘアコンディショナーの10%水溶液中に1時間浸漬した。その後毛髪を水洗、乾燥し、10名のパネラーが目視で毛髪のまとまりを評価した。評価は3段階評価(良い:2点、普通:1点、悪い:0点)で行い、各パネラーの評価を合計したものを総合評価とし、C以上を合格として以下の基準で評価した。
まとまりの評価基準
A:合計点数が18点以上
B:合計点数が15点以上、18点未満
C:合計点数が12点以上、15点未満
D:合計点数が10点以上、12点未満
E:合計点数が10点未満
ポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルAを本発明の化粧料用組成物として、表9に示した成分Aと成分Bとを混合し、80℃で加熱溶解したものを、金型に流し込み冷却して口紅を調製した。
得られた前記口紅を以下の評価方法及び評価基準に従って、評価した。
口紅を口に入れたときの苦味を以下の基準で評価し、C以上を合格とした。
苦味の評価基準
A:まったく苦味が感じられない
B:ほとんど苦味が感じられない
C:わずかに苦味を感じる
D:苦味を感じる
被験者10名に口紅を使用してもらい、使用した時の伸び、べたつき、及び唇の乾きを被験者が3段階評価(良い:2点、普通:1点、悪い:0点)したものを官能評価とした。さらに、各被験者の官能評価を合計したものを総合評価とし、C以上を合格として以下の基準で評価した。
伸び、べたつき及び唇の乾きの総合評価の評価基準
A:合計点数が18点以上
B:合計点数が15点以上、18点未満
C:合計点数が12点以上、15点未満
D:合計点数が10点以上、12点未満
E:合計点数が10点未満
ポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルAを本発明の化粧料用組成物として、表10に示した成分Aと成分Bとを80℃で加熱溶解して、リップグロスを調製した。
得られた前記リップグロスを以下の評価方法及び評価基準に従って、評価した。
リップグロスを口に入れたときの苦味を以下の基準で評価し、C以上を合格とした。
苦味の評価基準
A:まったく苦味が感じられない
B:ほとんど苦味が感じられない。
C:わずかに苦味を感じる
D:苦味を感じる
被験者10名にリップグロスを使用してもらい、使用した時の伸び、べたつき、及び唇の乾きを被験者が3段階評価(良い:2点、普通:1点、悪い:0点)したものを官能評価とした。さらに、各被験者の官能評価を合計したものを総合評価とし、C以上を合格として以下の基準で評価した。
伸び、べたつき及び唇の乾きの総合評価の評価基準
A:合計点数が18点以上
B:合計点数が15点以上、18点未満
C:合計点数が12点以上、15点未満
D:合計点数が10点以上、12点未満
E:合計点数が10点未満
ポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルAを本発明の化粧料用組成物として、表11に示した成分A、成分B及び成分Cを混合し80℃に加温して油相とした。一方、成分Dを80℃で加熱溶解し水相とした。80℃に加温した油相にディスパーミキサーで撹拌しながら同じく80℃に加温した水相を加え、室温まで冷却してW/O乳化型ファンデーションを調製した。
被験者10名にW/O乳化型ファンデーションを使用してもらい、使用した時の伸びとべたつきを被験者が3段階評価(良い:2点、普通:1点、悪い:0点)したものを官能評価とした。さらに、各被験者の官能評価を合計したものを総合評価とし、C以上を合格として以下の基準で評価した。
伸び及びべたつきの総合評価の評価基準
A:合計点数が18点以上
B:合計点数が15点以上、18点未満
C:合計点数が12点以上、15点未満
D:合計点数が10点以上、12点未満
E:合計点数が10点未満
表12に示した各成分を混合し、80℃に加温して溶解後、室温に冷却して本発明の化粧料用組成物からなる保湿剤を調製した。
得られた保湿剤を以下の評価方法及び評価基準に従って評価した。
保湿剤各20gを80℃に加温し、同温度の精製水10gを混合して十分に攪拌し、室温に冷却後、シャーレに入れた。シャーレを温度25℃、相対湿度10%の恒温恒湿槽に18時間放置し、その水分の減少量を測定し、以下の基準で評価した。C以上を合格とした。
保水性の評価基準
A:保存後の重量が保存前の重量の90%以上
B:保存後の重量が保存前の重量の80%以上、90%未満
C:保存後の重量が保存前の重量の70%以上、80%未満
D:保存後の重量が保存前の重量の70%未満
表13に示した成分A、B、及びCを80℃に加温して溶解後、室温に冷却して本発明の化粧料用組成物を調製した。一方、成分Dを80℃で加熱溶解し水相とした。60℃に加温した化粧料用組成物に同じく60℃に加温した水相を加えて、乳液を調製した。
得られた前記乳液を以下の評価方法及び評価基準に従って、評価した。
調製した乳液の平均粒径を粒度分布測定装置((株)堀場製作所製:LA-300)を用いて測定した。
調製した乳液を40℃の恒温槽中に1ヶ月保存し、外観の変化を観察した。乳化安定性は以下の基準で評価し、C以上を合格とした。
乳化安定性の評価基準
A:全く分離が見られない
B:わずかに分離が見られる
C:やや分離が見られる
D:分離が見られる
E:完全に分離している
表14に示した成分A、B、及びCを混合し、80℃に加温して溶解後、室温に冷却して化粧料用組成物を調製した。一方、成分Dを80℃で加熱溶解し水相とした。60℃に加温した化粧料用組成物に同じく60℃に加温した水相を加えて、乳液を調製した。
得られた前記乳液を以下の評価方法及び評価基準に従って、評価した。

表16に示した成分Aを80℃に加温して溶解後、室温に冷却して化粧料用組成物を調製した。一方、成分Bを80℃で加熱溶解し水相とした。60℃に加温した化粧料用組成物に同じく60℃に加温した水相を加え、水相投入後40℃まで冷却した。冷却後に成分C、成分Dを投入し撹拌後、室温まで冷却して乳液を調製した。
得られた前記乳液を以下の評価方法及び評価基準に従って、評価した。
調製した乳液の粘度はBL型粘度計を用いて25℃で測定した。
調製した乳液を40℃の恒温槽中に1ヶ月保存し、外観の変化を観察した。乳化安定性は以下の基準で評価し、C以上を合格とした。
乳化安定性の評価基準
A:全く分離が見られない
B:わずかに分離が見られる
C:やや分離が見られる
D:分離が見られる
E:完全に分離している
被験者10名に乳液を使用してもらい、感触を被験者が3段階評価(良い:2点、普通:1点、悪い:0点)したものを官能評価とした。さらに、各被験者の官能評価を合計したものを総合評価とし、C以上を合格として以下の基準で評価した。
保湿感、及びみずみずしさの総合評価の評価基準
A:合計点数が18点以上
B:合計点数が15点以上、18点未満
C:合計点数が12点以上、15点未満
D:合計点数が10点以上、12点未満
E:合計点数が10点未満
表17に示した成分A、B、C、D、及びEを混合し、80℃に加温して溶解後、室温に冷却して化粧料用組成物を調製した。一方、成分Fを80℃で加熱溶解し水相とした。60℃に加温した化粧料用組成物に同じく60℃に加温した水相を加え、室温まで冷却して浴用化粧料(乳化タイプ)を調製した。
得られた前記浴用化粧料を以下の評価方法及び評価基準に従って、評価した。
調製した浴用化粧料(乳化タイプ)を40℃の恒温槽中に1ヶ月保存し、外観の変化を観察した。乳化安定性は以下の基準で評価し、C以上を合格とした。
乳化安定性の評価基準
A:全く分離が見られない
B:わずかに分離が見られる
C:やや分離が見られる
D:分離が見られる
E:完全に分離している
上記のように調製した浴用化粧料(乳化タイプ)(20ml)を40℃の浴湯(200L)に投入し、3秒間素手で攪拌して、その状態を観察し、下記評価基準に従って評価を行った。C以上を合格とした。
浴湯への分散性の評価基準
A:速やかに均一分散する
B:撹拌後10秒以内で均一に分散する
C:撹拌後30秒以内で均一に分散する
D:油状物質が浮遊している
上記のように調製した浴用化粧料(乳化タイプ)(20ml)を40℃の浴湯(200L)に分散させ、被験者10名に10分間入浴してもらい、入浴後のしっとり感、及びべたつき感について3段階評価(良い:2点、普通:1点、悪い:0点)したものを官能評価とした。さらに、各被験者の官能評価を合計したものを総合評価とし、C以上を合格として以下の基準で評価した。
しっとり感、べたつき感の評価基準
A:合計点数が18点以上
B:合計点数が15点以上、18点未満
C:合計点数が12点以上、15点未満
D:合計点数が10点以上、12点未満
E:合計点数が10点未満
表18に示した成分Aを混合し70℃に加温して多価アルコール相とした。一方、ポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルAを本発明の化粧料用組成物として、成分Bを70℃で加熱し油相とした。70℃に加温した多価アルコール相にディスパーミキサーで撹拌しながら同じく70℃に加温した油相を加えた。投入後40℃まで冷却し、さらに成分Cを加え、室温まで冷却して乳液を調製した。
得られた前記乳液を以下の評価方法及び評価基準に従って、評価した。
調製した乳液の平均粒径を粒度分布測定装置((株)堀場製作所製:LA-300)を用いて測定した。
上記のように調製した乳液を遠心分離機{型番:6800(久保田製作所製)}を用いて5000rpmで15分間遠心分離し、外観を観察した。乳化安定性は下記評価基準に従って評価し、C以上を合格とした。
乳化安定性の評価基準
A:全く分離が見られない
B:わずかに分離が見られる
C:やや分離が見られる
D:分離が見られる
E:完全に分離している
上記のように調製した乳液を被験者10名に使用してもらい、しっとり感、及びべたつき感について3段階評価(良い:2点、普通:1点、悪い:0点)したものを官能評価とした。さらに、各被験者の官能評価を合計したものを総合評価とし、C以上を合格として以下の基準で評価した。
しっとり感、及びべたつき感の評価基準
A:合計点数が18点以上
B:合計点数が15点以上、18点未満
C:合計点数が12点以上、15点未満
D:合計点数が10点以上、12点未満
E:合計点数が10点未満
調製した乳液の粘度はBL型粘度計を用いて25℃で測定した。
Claims (13)
- 平均重合度4~100のポリグリセリンと、炭素数2~18の脂肪酸とのエステルで、かつ水酸基価が、15mgKOH/g以下であり、20℃における比重が0.96~1.15であるポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルを含有する化粧料用組成物。
- 前記ポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルを構成するポリグリセリンの平均重合度が4~10であり、前記ポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルを構成する脂肪酸の炭素数が6~18である請求項1に記載の化粧料用組成物。
- 前記ポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルを構成するポリグリセリンの平均重合度が6であり、前記ポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルを構成する脂肪酸の炭素数が6~10である請求項2に記載の化粧料用組成物。
- 前記ポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルの水酸基価が、10mgKOH/g以下である請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の化粧料用組成物。
- さらに、多価アルコール及び非イオン界面活性剤を含有する請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の化粧料用組成物。
- 前記多価アルコールが、ジプロピレングリコール、オクタンジオール、1,3-プロパンジオール、及びヘキサンジオールからなる群から選ばれる1種以上である請求項5に記載の化粧料用組成物。
- 前記非イオン界面活性剤が、ポリオキシエチレン硬化ヒマシ油である、請求項5又は6に記載の化粧料用組成物。
- さらに、水添レシチンを含有する請求項5~7のいずれか1項に記載の化粧料用組成物。
- 前記化粧料用組成物が、スキンケア化粧料用、浴用化粧料用、毛髪化粧料用、又はメイクアップ化粧料用である請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の化粧料用組成物。
- 請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の化粧料用組成物を含む化粧料。
- 請求項10に記載の化粧料が、二層分離型化粧料又は乳化化粧料であることを特徴とする化粧料。
- 請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の化粧料用組成物を親水性溶液と混合して乳化処理することを含む水中油型乳化化粧料の製造方法。
- 請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の化粧料用組成物、及び水を含有する、透明又は半透明容器入り二層分離型化粧料。
