Abstract
Description
本願は、2009年9月29日に、日本に出願された特願2009-224039号、2009年12月10日に、日本に出願された特願2009-280671号、及び2010年4月27日に、日本に出願された特願2010-102153号、に基づき優先権を主張し、その内容をここに援用する。
また携帯端末機器は例えば夏期の車中等の高温環境下に晒されることもある。
よって、これらの部材を積層するためには常温だけではなく、高温環境下においても高い粘着力を有する粘着剤が必要とされる場合がある。
また貼付対象がポリカーボネート樹脂やアクリル樹脂のような樹脂板の場合は、高温環境下において、樹脂板と粘着剤層との界面に発泡による欠陥が現れるという問題もあるため、発泡を抑制する粘着剤が必要とされる場合がある。
よって、携帯端末機器固定用の粘着剤には、被着体の極性の高低に関わらず、高粘着力を有する性能や、透明導電膜に直接接触する場合は、透明導電膜の電気抵抗値を変化させない性能が必要となる場合がある。
また、視認性を低下させないため、耐久試験後にヘイズ値や全光線透過率などの光学特性が変化しない性能が必要となる場合がある。
(A)少なくとも次の成分(a1)、(a2)および(a3)を共重合してなる質量平均分子量が100万~200万の範囲である高分子量ポリマー
(a1)(メタ)アクリル酸アルキルエステル 30~90質量%
(a2)脂環式モノマーまたは芳香環含有モノマー 9~50質量%
(a3)官能基含有モノマー 0.5~10質量%
(B)架橋剤
を含有する低極性フィルム用粘着剤が開示されている。
しかし、立体障害に起因するためか、アクリル共重合体の水酸基と、架橋剤との架橋反応速度が遅くなるという問題がある。
このような問題を解決するため、通常、アクリル共重合体の水酸基と架橋剤との架橋促進効果を目的に、アクリル酸やカルボキシル基含有アクリレートモノマー、第1級アミノ基含有モノマー(アクリルアミドなど)をアクリル共重合体に導入することがある。
しかし、アクリル酸及びカルボキシル基含有アクリレートモノマーを導入すると金属腐食及び透明導電膜の腐食の問題が生じるため、粘着剤の用途が限定される。また、第1級アミノ基含有アクリレートモノマー又はアクリルアミドを導入すると、低極性被着体に対する粘着力が低下することが、本発明者により確認されている。
また、アクリルアミドは劇物に指定されている。また、架橋反応を促進させる反応促進剤として、スズ系やコバルト系の金属塩が知られているが、重金属であるために環境への悪影響が懸念される。
さらに、特許文献1の粘着剤では、ガラス基板に貼付した場合は問題がないものの、樹脂板に貼り付けた場合は80℃の高温環境下において250時間程度で発泡が生じることがわかった。
しかし特許文献2の粘着剤では、極性の高いカルボキシル基を含有する樹脂組成物を必須成分としているため、低極性表面に対して十分な粘着力が得られない問題がある。また透明導電膜を腐食してしまう問題がある。
特許文献3には、アルキル(メタ)アクリレートを主モノマー成分とし、カルボキシル基含有モノマーが1質量%以上3質量%未満の量で共重合してなり、かつ実質的に水酸基含有モノマーが共重合されていないアクリル系共重合体(A)100質量部に対して、ベンゾトリアゾールおよび/またはその誘導体(B)が1~10質量部の量で含まれてなる粘着剤組成物と、前記アクリル系共重合体(A)中のカルボキシル基Xと反応し得る官能基Zを有するエポキシ架橋剤(C)とを、前記アクリル系共重合体(A)中のカルボキシル基Xに対する前記エポキシ架橋剤(C)中の官能基Zの当量比(X:Z)が1:0.01~1:0.4となるような量で用いて架橋して得られる粘着剤層が、支持体の少なくとも片面に形成されていることを特徴とする金属貼着用粘着シートが開示されている。
しかし、特許文献3に記載の粘着剤組成物は、金属腐食防止効果を目的としてベンゾトリアゾールやその誘導体を粘着剤組成物の必須成分として配合しているが、ベンゾトリアゾール及びその誘導体のブリードアウトによって粘着力が変動する問題や、前記成分の経時変化による変色が懸念される。
本発明の一つの目的は、表面極性の高低に関わらず被着体に対して十分な粘着力を有するとともに、架橋剤との架橋反応がスムーズに行われ、環境への悪影響が懸念される重金属を使用せずに粘着剤の安定化期間を短縮させることができる粘着剤を提供することである。
本発明の別の目的は、表面極性の高低にかかわらず被着体に対して十分な粘着力を有するとともに、高温環境下においても十分な粘着力を維持することができ、さらに樹脂板に貼付した場合に粘着剤との界面で生じる発泡を抑制することができる粘着剤を提供することである。
本発明のさらに別の目的は、表面極性の高低にかかわらず被着体に対して十分な粘着力を有するとともに、高温環境下においても十分な粘着力を維持することができ、さらに耐久試験後に光学特性の変化を抑制することができる粘着剤の提供することである。
(1)アルキル基の炭素数が5~20であるアルキルアクリレートモノマー由来の構成単位(a1)を30~77質量%、脂環式基含有(メタ)アクリレートモノマー由来の構成単位(a2)を20~60質量%、(メタ)アクリル酸から誘導される第3級アミノ基含有モノマー由来の構成単位(a3)を0.01~5質量%、官能基(第3級アミノ基を除く。)含有モノマー由来の構成単位(a4)を0.1~10質量%含むアクリル系共重合体(A)および架橋剤(B)を含むことを特徴とする、粘着剤。
(2)前記アルキルアクリレートモノマーが2-エチルヘキシルアクリレート、イソオクチルアクリレート、n-ヘキシルアクリレートから選ばれる少なくとも1種である、(1)に記載の粘着剤。
(3)前記脂環式基含有(メタ)アクリレートモノマーがシクロヘキシル(メタ)アクリレート、ジシクロペンタニル(メタ)アクリレート、イソボルニル(メタ)アクリレートから選ばれる少なくとも1種である、(1)または(2)に記載の粘着剤。
(4)前記(メタ)アクリル酸から誘導される第3級アミノ基含有モノマーがジメチルアミノエチル(メタ)アクリレート、ジメチルアミノプロピル(メタ)アクリルアミド、ジエチルアミノエチル(メタ)アクリレートから選ばれる少なくとも1種である、(1)~(3)のいずれか1項に記載の粘着剤。
(5)前記官能基(第3級アミノ基を除く。)含有モノマーが水酸基含有モノマーである、(1)~(4)のいずれか1項に記載の粘着剤。
(6)(1)~(5)のいずれか1項に記載の粘着剤からなる粘着剤層の両面に剥離シートが積層されている粘着シート。
(7)(1)~(5)のいずれか1項に記載の粘着剤からなる粘着剤層を基材の少なくとも一方の面に有している粘着シート。
(8)25℃における水に対する接触角が72°から120°であるハードコートフィルムの低極性表面及び極性を持つ材料の表面の両方に接着が可能である(6)または(7)に記載の粘着シート。
(9)前記極性を持つ材料が、ガラス、ポリカーボネート樹脂、又はアクリル樹脂である(8)に記載の粘着シート。
(10)携帯情報端末機器内部固定用に用いられる(6)または(9)に記載の粘着シート。
「(メタ)アクリレート」とは、α位に水素原子が結合したアクリレートと、α位にメチル基が結合したメタクリレートの一方あるいは両方を意味する。
「(メタ)アクリル酸」とは、α位に水素原子が結合したアクリル酸と、α位にメチル基が結合したメタクリル酸の一方あるいは両方を意味する。
本発明の粘着剤の態様によれば、(2)表面極性の高低にかかわらず被着体に対して十分な粘着力を有するとともに、高温環境下においても十分な粘着力を維持することができ、さらに樹脂板に貼付した場合に粘着剤との界面で生じる発泡を抑制することができる。
本発明の粘着剤の態様によれば、(3)表面極性の高低にかかわらず被着体に対して十分な粘着力を有するとともに、高温環境下においても十分な粘着力を維持することができ、さらに耐久試験後に光学特性の変化を抑制することができる。
本発明の粘着シートの態様によれば、前記粘着剤からなる粘着層を有するものなので、被着体の表面極性の高低にかかわらず十分な粘着力が得られることから、この粘着シートは種々の材質の被着体用粘着シートとして利用できる。
また、本発明の粘着シートの態様によれば、耐久試験後の光学特性の変化が少なくなり、過酷な環境下でも変色や曇りが生じ難く、携帯情報端末機器などに使用した際に、前記機器の品質を向上させることができる。
アルキルアクリレートモノマーとしては、2-エチルヘキシルアクリレート、イソオクチルアクリレート、n-ヘキシルアクリレート、ラウリルアクリレート、ステアリルアクリレートなどが好ましく、2-エチルヘキシルアクリレート、イソオクチルアクリレート、n-ヘキシルアクリレートが低極性表面に対して十分な粘着力を示すのでより好ましい。なかでも、入手の容易さから2-エチルヘキシルアクリレートが特に好ましい。
構成単位(a1)の含有量は、アクリル系共重合体(A)を構成するモノマーの総質量に対し、30~77質量%であることが必須である。構成単位(a2)の含有量を維持しつつ、低極性表面への十分な粘着力を出す観点から35~75質量%であることが好ましく、35~70質量%がより好ましく、40~70質量%が特に好ましい。
脂環式基含有(メタ)アクリレートモノマーの「脂環式基」とは、環状の脂肪族基(シクロアルキル基)であって芳香族性を持たないことを意味する。脂環式基含有(メタ)アクリレートモノマーは単環状化合物であっても多環式状化合物であってもよい。脂環式基の炭素数は5~20が好ましく、より好ましくは6~10である。脂環式基含有(メタ)アクリレートモノマーとしては、シクロヘキシル(メタ)アクリレート、ジシクロペンタニル(メタ)アクリレート、イソボルニル(メタ)アクリレート、などが好ましく、シクロヘキシル(メタ)アクリレート、ジシクロペンタニル(メタ)アクリレート、イソボルニル(メタ)アクリレートがより好ましい。なかでも、低極性表面への十分な粘着力が得られること、及びプラスチックパネルとの界面に生じる発泡を抑制する観点からシクロヘキシル(メタ)アクリレートが特に好ましい。
構成単位(a2)の含有量は、アクリル系共重合体(A)を構成するモノマーの総質量に対し20~60質量%が好ましく、25~55質量%がより好ましく、30~50質量%が特に好ましい。脂環式基含有(メタ)アクリレートモノマーの含有量が20%以上の場合、低極性材料に対して十分な粘着力が得られる。
(メタ)アクリル酸から誘導される第3級アミノ基含有モノマーとしては、第3級アミノ基含有(メタ)アクリレートモノマー、および3級アミノ基含有N-置換(メタ)アクリルアミドモノマーが挙げられる。
第3級アミノ基含有(メタ)アクリレートモノマーとしては、他のモノマーとの共重合性が良好となるジアルキルアミノアルキル(メタ)アクリレートが好ましい。ここで、第3級アミノ基含有モノマーがアルキル基を有する場合、アルキル基は、それぞれ同一または異なっていてもよく、直鎖、分岐、又は環状のアルキル基であってもよい。また、前記アルキル基は、それぞれ独立に炭素数が1~10であり、炭素数1~5が好ましい。第3級アミノ基含有(メタ)アクリレートモノマーの具体例としては、ジメチルアミノエチル(メタ)アクリレート、ジメチルアミノプロピル(メタ)アクリレート、ジメチルアミノブチル(メタ)アクリレート、ジエチルアミノエチル(メタ)アクリレート、ジエチルアミノプロピル(メタ)アクリレート、ジエチルアミノブチル(メタ)アクリレート、ジブチルアミノエチル(メタ)アクリレート、(ピロリジン-1-イル)メチル(メタ)アクリレート、(ピロリジン-1-イル)エチル(メタ)アクリレート、(ピロリジン-1-イル)プロピル(メタ)アクリレート、(ピロリジン-1-イル)ブチル(メタ)アクリレート、などが挙げられる。
「3級アミノ基含有N-置換(メタ)アクリルアミドモノマー」とは、アミド基を形成する窒素原子上に、3級アミノ基を含有する置換基が結合したものをいう。3級アミノ基含有N-置換(メタ)アクリルアミドモノマーとしては、ジアルキルアミノアルキル(メタ)アクリルアミドが好ましい。ここで、3級アミノ基含有N-置換(メタ)アクリルアミドモノマーにおける窒素原子上の置換基としては、直鎖、分岐、又は環状のアルキル基が挙げられる。また、前記アルキル基は、それぞれ独立に炭素数が1~10であり、炭素数1~5が好ましい。ジアルキルアミノアルキル(メタ)アクリルアミドの具体例としては、ジメチルアミノエチル(メタ)アクリルアミド、ジメチルアミノプロピル(メタ)アクリルアミド、ジエチルアミノエチル(メタ)アクリルアミド、ジエチルアミノプロピル(メタ)アクリルアミド等が挙げられる。
(メタ)アクリル酸から誘導される第3級アミノ基含有モノマーのなかでも、ジメチルアミノエチルアクリレート、ジメチルアミノプロピルアクリルアミド、ジエチルアミノエチルメタクリレートが好ましく、ジメチルアミノエチルアクリレートがより好ましい。
構成単位(a3)の含有量は、アクリル系共重合体(A)を構成するモノマーの総質量に対し0.01~5質量%が好ましく、0.05~1質量%がより好ましく、0.1~0.5質量%が特に好ましい。0.01質量%以上の場合、構成単位(a4)の官能基と架橋剤との架橋促進効果が十分得られ、有機スズなどの重金属系の架橋促進剤を使用することなく、粘着力を短い期間で安定領域に導くことができる。また5質量%以下の場合、粘着剤溶液状態での安定性が良い。
官能基(第3級アミノ基を除く。)含有モノマーの「官能基」とは、第3級アミノ基を除く、水酸基、カルボキシル基等の、架橋剤(B)と反応して結合可能な反応性官能基を意味する。官能基(第3級アミノ基を除く。)含有モノマーとしては、水酸基含有モノマー、及び、カルボキシル基含有モノマーが挙げられる。
水酸基含有モノマーとしては、2-ヒドロキシエチル(メタ)アクリレート、2-ヒドロキシプロピル(メタ)アクリレート、3-ヒドロキシプロピル(メタ)アクリレート、2-ヒドロキシブチル(メタ)アクリレート、3-ヒドロキシブチル(メタ)アクリレート、4-ヒドロキシブチル(メタ)アクリレート等のヒドロキシアルキル(メタ)アクリレート等が挙げられる。
カルボキシル基含有モノマーとしては、アクリル酸、メタクリル酸、クロトン酸、フマル酸、イタコン酸、マレイン酸、2-カルボキシエチルメタクリレート等が挙げられる。低極性表面に対して十分な粘着力を有し、かつ透明導電膜の電気抵抗値変化を抑制するためには、比較的極性の低い水酸基含有モノマーが好ましく、十分な粘着力を示す2-ヒドロキシエチルアクリレートが特に好ましい。
構成単位(a4)の含有量は、アクリル系共重合体(A)を構成するモノマーの総質量に対し0.1~10質量%が好ましく、0.15~7質量%がより好ましく、0.2~5質量%が特に好ましい。0.1質量%以上の場合、凝集力が低下せず、10質量%以下の場合、粘着剤の極性が大きくならず、低極性表面への十分な粘着力が得られる。また、高温高湿度下に保管するような場合は、構成単位(a4)の含有量は、ヘイズ値の抑制という観点から、1質量%よりも多く、10質量%以下であることが好ましく、2~8質量%がより好ましい。構成単位(a4)の含有量を1質量%よりも多く、10質量%以下の範囲内とすることで、得られる粘着剤は凝集力が低下せず、また、耐久試験後にヘイズの上昇を抑制できる。
アルキル基の炭素数が1~7であるアルキルアクリレートモノマーとしては、例えばメチルアクリレート、エチルアクリレート、プロピルアクリレート、イソプロピルアクリレート、イソブチルアクリレート、n-ヘキシルアクリレート等が挙げられる。またアルキル基の炭素数が1~18であるアルキルメタクリレートモノマーとしてはメチルメタクリレート、エチルメタクリレート、プロピルメタクリレート、n-ブチルメタクリレート、イソプロピルメタクリレート、ブチルメタクリレート、ヘキシルメタクリレート、2-エチルヘキシルメタクリレート、ラウリルメタクリレート等が挙げられる。さらにビニル系モノマーとしては、スチレン、α-メチルスチレン、ビニルトルエン、蟻酸ビニル、酢酸ビニル、アクリロニトリル、グリシジルアクリレート、グリシジルメタクリレート等が挙げられる。
架橋剤(B)の添加量が、アクリル系共重合体(A)固形分の100重量部に対して0.01質量部以上10質量部以下である場合、表面極性の高低に関わらず被着体に対して十分な粘着力を有するため好ましい。
架橋剤(B)の添加量が、アクリル系共重合体(A)固形分の100重量部に対して0.375質量部超10質量部以下である場合、表面極性の高低にかかわらず被着体に対して十分な粘着力を有するとともに、高温環境下においても十分な粘着力を維持することができ、さらに樹脂板に貼付した場合に粘着剤との界面で生じる発泡を抑制することができるため好ましい。
ゲル分率が50%未満であると、樹脂板に貼付した際に発泡が生じる場合がある。
このゲル分率はアクリル系共重合体(A)の構成単位の1つである官能基(第3級アミノ基を除く。)含有モノマー由来の構成単位(a4)の種類と含有量、アクリル系共重合体(A)の重量平均分子量、架橋剤(B)の種類と量によって調整することができる。
20000Pa以上の場合、より効果的に発泡を抑制でき、高温・高湿度等の厳しい環境下における耐久性が向上する。
また、本発明の粘着剤の80℃における貯蔵弾性率は50000Pa以下であることが好ましく、より好ましくは100000Pa以下である。
剥離シート用基材の厚さは、5~300μmが好ましく、10~200μmがより好ましい。剥離シート用基材としてポリエチレンテレフタレート系フィルムを用いる場合は、10~100μmが特に好ましい。
乾燥後の粘着剤層の厚みは、1~200μmの範囲が好ましく、5~100μmの範囲がより好ましく、10~60μmの範囲が特に好ましい。
1μm以上とすることにより十分な粘着性能が得られ、200μm以下とすることにより粘着剤層がはみ出すのを防止する。
もしくは、両面に剥離剤を塗布した剥離シートの一方の面に粘着剤層を塗工した後、それをロール状に巻いてもよい。
基材付き両面粘着シートとした場合、両面ともに本発明の粘着剤を使うことが好ましいが、材質の異なる2種類の粘着剤を基材に積層するものであってもよい。この場合は、一方の粘着剤に本発明の粘着剤を適用することができる。また両面粘着シートにある程度の厚みが必要な場合に、両面粘着シートの総厚みを基材の厚みで調節することができる。
基材付き片面粘着シートとした場合、被着体の材質に影響されずに適用可能となるラベルとして用いることができる。
基材の両面もしくは一方の面に粘着剤含有組成物を直接塗布する方法としては、粘着剤を剥離シートに塗工する方法と同様、従来公知の方法が挙げられる。
本発明の粘着剤または粘着シートは、また透明導電膜に直接接触する場合であっても、透明導電膜の電気抵抗値を変化させない性能を有する。

この紫外線ランプとしては、通常波長300~400nmの領域にスペクトル分布を有する紫外線を発光する、高圧水銀ランプ、ヒュージョンHランプ、キセノンランプ等の紫外線ランプが用いられ、照射量は通常50~3000mJ/cm2が好ましい。
ポリエステル(メタ)アクリレートは、例えば多価カルボン酸と多価アルコールの縮合によって得られる両末端に水酸基を有するポリエステルオリゴマーの水酸基を(メタ)アクリル酸でエステル化することにより、又は多価カルボン酸にアルキレンオキシドを付加して得られるオリゴマーの末端の水酸基を(メタ)アクリル酸でエステル化することにより得られる。
電離放射線硬化型化合物は、1種単独で使用してもよいし、2種以上を組み合わせて用いてもよい。
また、硬化性組成物には、光安定剤、紫外線吸収剤、触媒、着色剤、帯電防止剤、滑剤、レベリング剤、消泡剤、重合促進剤、酸化防止剤、難燃剤、赤外線吸収剤、界面活性剤、表面改質剤等の添加成分を含ませることは任意である。
本発明の粘着シートは、高温・高湿度環境下から取り出した直後から3時間経過するまでのヘイズ値が、高温・高湿度環境下に保管する前のヘイズ値(初期値)と0~1.5%の差の範囲にあることが好ましく、0~1.0%であることがさらに好ましく、0つまり初期値と同じ値であることが特に好ましい。
また、本発明の粘着シートは、ITO(Indium Tin Oxide)膜などの透明導電膜に貼付して使用した場合であっても、高温・高湿度の環境下においても貼付対象の透明導電膜の電気抵抗率を増加させないことから、タッチパネルの部材として好適に使用される。
本発明の粘着シートは、実施例に記載した高温・高湿度環境下の条件に保管した後の抵抗値変化率の測定結果が0~30%であることが好ましく、0~20%であることがさらに好ましく0~10%が特に好ましい。
タッチパネルには、抵抗膜方式、表面弾性波方式、赤外線方式、電磁誘導方式、静電容量方式等があるが、静電容量方式は画面などにタッチした際の電気容量の変化を検知することによってデバイスを作動させる方式であり、透明導電膜の四隅に流れる微弱な電流変化を表示装置が計算処理し、接触位置の検出を行う。
このような原理から、静電容量方式タッチパネルは、透明導電膜のわずかな電気抵抗率の変化が精度の低下につながり、結果として故障の原因となる。
本発明の粘着シートは、高温・高湿度の環境下においても貼付対象の透明導電膜の電気抵抗率を増加させないことから、特に静電容量方式のタッチパネルの部材として使用されることが好ましい。
静電容量式のタッチパネルは表面型と投影型があるが、本発明の粘着シートはどちらに用いられてもよい。
2-エチルヘキシルアクリレート(2EHA)、シクロヘキシルアクリレート(CHA)、2-ヒドロキシエチルアクリレート(HEA)、ジメチルアミノエチルアクリレート(DMAEA)からなるアクリル系共重合体(2EHA/CHA/HEA/DMAEA=59.5/40/0.3/0.2、重量平均分子量60万)100質量部に、架橋剤(日本ポリウレタン社製 トリレンジイソシアネート系架橋剤 製品名「コロネートL」固形分75%)を0.5質量部(アクリル系共重合体固形分100質量部に対して固形分0.375質量部)混合し、メチルエチルケトンで希釈して不揮発分濃度30%の粘着剤塗布液を作製した。
ナイフコーターにてこの粘着剤塗布液を重剥離フィルム(リンテック社製、製品名「SP-PET381031H」、膜厚38μm)の剥離処理面に、乾燥後の厚さが25μmとなるように塗布し、90℃で約1分間乾燥させて粘着剤層を形成した。
この粘着剤層に軽剥離シート(リンテック社製、商品名「SP-PET381031」、厚み38μm)の剥離処理面をラミネートし、粘着剤層が2枚の剥離フィルムに挟持された基材無し両面粘着シートを作製した。
さらに基材としてポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム(東洋紡績社製、製品名「コスモシャインA4100」、厚さ100μm)を基材無し両面粘着シートから軽剥離フィルムを剥離して露出させた粘着剤面に貼り合わせて、基材付き片面粘着シートとした。

2-エチルヘキシルアクリレート(2EHA)、シクロヘキシルアクリレート(CHA)、2-ヒドロキシエチルアクリレート(HEA)、ジメチルアミノエチルアクリレート(DMAEA)からなるアクリル系共重合体(2EHA/CHA/HEA/DMAEA=59.65/40/0.3/0.05、重量平均分子量80万のアクリル系共重合体)100質量部に、架橋剤(日本ポリウレタン社製 トリレンジイソシアネート系架橋剤 製品名「コロネートL」固形分75%)を0.5質量部(アクリル系共重合体固形分100質量部に対して固形分0.375質量部)混合しを使用したこと以外は実施例5と同様に基材無し両面粘着シートおよび基材付き片面粘着シートを作製した。
(1)ゲル分率
上記各実施例及び比較例で得られた基材無し両面粘着シートを23℃、相対湿度50%の条件下で塗工直後から1週間放置したもの、および40℃の条件下で塗工直後から1週間放置したものを、剥離シートから粘着剤層のみを剥ぎ取り、粘着剤の質量を測定し、続いてソックスレー抽出器を用いて、酢酸エチルにて約16時間還流させて抽出を行った。
未溶解成分を風乾した後、100℃で10時間乾燥させ、23℃、相対湿度50%の条件下で3時間放置して調湿を行った後、その質量を測定して、以下の式によりゲル分率を計算した。
ゲル分率(質量%)=(乾燥・調湿後の未溶解成分の質量/抽出前の粘着剤の質量)×100
上記各実施例及び比較例で得られた基材無し両面粘着シートの剥離シートを取り除いて複数枚重ね合わせ、厚さ3.0mmのシートサンプルを形成した。
形成したシートサンプルから直径8mm×厚さ3mmの円柱状の粘着剤層からなる試験片を作成し、粘弾性測定装置(レオメトリック・サイエンティフィック・エフ・イー社製、製品名「DYNAMIC ANALYZER RDAII」)を使用し、ねじり剪断法により、測定周波数1Hzにて、80℃における貯蔵弾性率を測定した。
HCフィルム(リンテック社製、製品名「CHC-PET188N1E1」、HC層を両面(E1面及びN1面と表示)に有するHCフィルム、E1面の水に対する接触角80°)、及びガラス板(エヌ・エス・ジー・プレシジョン社製、製品名「コーニングガラス イーグルXG」、水に対する接触角30°)を被着体として準備した。
上記各実施例及び各比較例で得られた基材付き片面粘着シートを25mm×250mmに裁断し、23℃、相対湿度50%の環境下で剥離シートを剥離して表出した粘着剤層の面を、前記被着体にそれぞれ貼付(HCフィルムはE1面に貼付)した。
その後、HCフィルムに貼付した基材付き片面粘着シートを23℃、相対湿度50%の環境下で24時間放置した後、同環境下で、引張試験機(オリエンテック社製、製品名「テンシロン」)を用いてJIS Z 0237に準じて、剥離速度300mm/分、剥離角度180°の条件で測定した値(N/25mm)を23℃粘着力とした。
上記23℃粘着力測定で使用した25mm×250mmに裁断した基材付き片面粘着シートを、23℃、相対湿度50%の環境下で剥離シートを剥離して表出した粘着層の面を、前述と同様にHCフィルムのE1面に貼付した。
その後、HCフィルムに貼付した基材付き片面粘着シートを23℃、相対湿度50%の環境下で24時間放置した後、60℃の環境下で1時間放置し、同環境下で引張試験機(オリエンテック社製、製品名「テンシロン」)を用いてJIS Z 0237に準じて、剥離速度300mm/分、剥離角度180°の条件で測定した値(N/25mm)を60℃粘着力とした。
上記各実施例及び比較例で得られた基材無し両面粘着シートの軽剥離シートを剥離し、前記HCフィルムに貼付した。
次いで、重剥離シートを剥離して表出した粘着剤層の面を、ポリカーボネート樹脂板(三菱ガス化学社製、製品名「ユーピロンシートNF-2000」)に貼付して80℃の環境下で250時間保管した後、発泡の有無を確認して以下の基準で評価した。
○:発泡箇所を確認できない。
△:0.1以上1mm未満の発泡箇所が確認される。
×:1mm以上の発泡箇所が確認される。

以上の評価について各実施例および比較例における試験の結果をまとめて表1に示す。
図4を用いて、電気抵抗値測定試験に用いられる抵抗値測定サンプルを説明する。
スパッタによりITO膜12を表面上に設けたポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム13を用意し、ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム13のITO膜12が設けられていない側とガラス板15を接合テープ14(リンテック社製、商品名「タックライナーTL-70」)を介して接合した。次にITO膜12面上に銀を含有した導電性樹脂材料(藤倉化成社製、商品名「FA-301CA」ドータイトタッチパネル回路タイプ)を塗布し、80℃で20分間加熱乾燥させて、抵抗値の測定点となる電極11を2点作製した。その際2点間の距離は2cmとなるようにその位置を調整した。そこで実施例および比較例で得られた基材無し両面粘着シートの軽剥離シートを剥離し、基材10としてポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム(東洋紡績社製、「コスモシャインA4100」、厚み50μm)を貼付し、本発明における基材フィルム付き片面粘着シートを作製した。
得られた基材フィルム付き片面粘着シートを20mm×250mmの大きさに裁断し、基材フィルム付き片面粘着シートの重剥離シートを剥離し、粘着剤層7が電極11の2点の際に沿うように(ギリギリ接しないように)ITO膜12スパッタ面に貼付し、図4の抵抗値測定用サンプルを作製した。
次に、図5に示されるように、デジタルハイテスタ(日置電機社製、「3802-50」)を用いて、電極11間の初期抵抗値R0を測定した。
抵抗値測定サンプルを温度80℃、湿度90%の環境下にそれぞれ240時間放置した後、湿熱促進後抵抗値Rを測定した。
抵抗値変化率は次式により算出した。

実施例および比較例で得られた基材無し両面粘着シートの軽剥離シートを剥離し、HCフィルム(リンテック社製、商品名「CHC-PET188N1E1」、E1面の水に対する接触角80°)を貼付した。
次いで、重剥離シートを剥離して表出した粘着剤層の面をガラス板(ユーコウ商会社製、商品名「フロート板ガラス」)に貼付して初期のヘイズ値をJIS K7136に準じて、ヘイズメーター(日本電色工業社製、商品名「NDH-2000」)を用いて測定した。
その後、これを80℃相対湿度90%の環境下で240時間保管し、続いて23℃相対湿度50%の環境下に取り出し、取り出し直後から経時的にヘイズ値を測定した。
抵抗値変化率およびヘイズ値の結果をまとめて表2に示す。
さらに、実施例10~12の粘着シートは、高温・高湿度環境下での耐久試験後、取り出し直後、1時間後、および3時間後のヘイズ値が、それぞれ初期値との差が1.5未満であり、ヘイズ値の増加が小さく、耐久試験後の光学特性の劣化が少ない。
一方、比較例8の粘着シートは高温・高湿度環境下における耐久試験後のヘイズ値の増加が大きく、高温・高湿度環境下から取り出した後にヘイズ値が初期値と同等に戻るまで3時間以上も要した。
また比較例8と10はHCフィルムに対して十分な粘着力を得られず、比較例9と10は、ITO膜に貼付した場合にITO膜の抵抗値変化が20%以上となり、ITO膜の劣化が確認された。
また、比較例11は粘着剤塗布液を作製した際、ゲル化してしまい塗工ができなかった。
また、(2)表面極性の高低にかかわらず被着体に対して十分な粘着力を有するとともに、高温環境下においても十分な粘着力を維持することができ、さらに樹脂板に貼付した場合に粘着剤との界面で生じる発泡を抑制した粘着剤および粘着シートを提供できる。
また、(3)表面極性の高低にかかわらず被着体に対して十分な粘着力を
有するとともに、高温環境下においても十分な粘着力を維持することができ、さらに耐久試験後に光学特性の変化を抑制した粘着剤および粘着シートを提供できる。
本発明の粘着剤及び粘着シートは、携帯情報端末機器内部固定用の粘着シートなどの用途に好適である。

Claims (10)
- アルキル基の炭素数が5~20であるアルキルアクリレートモノマー由来の構成単位(a1)を30~77質量%、
脂環式基含有(メタ)アクリレートモノマー由来の構成単位(a2)を20~60質量%、
(メタ)アクリル酸から誘導される第3級アミノ基含有モノマー由来の構成単位(a3)を0.01~5質量%、
官能基(第3級アミノ基を除く。)含有モノマー由来の構成単位(a4)を0.1~10質量%含むアクリル系共重合体(A)および架橋剤(B)を含む粘着剤。 - 前記アルキルアクリレートモノマーが2-エチルヘキシルアクリレート、イソオクチルアクリレート、n-ヘキシルアクリレートから選ばれる少なくとも1種である請求項1に記載の粘着剤。
- 前記脂環式基含有(メタ)アクリレートモノマーがシクロヘキシル(メタ)アクリレート、ジシクロペンタニル(メタ)アクリレート、イソボルニル(メタ)アクリレートから選ばれる少なくとも1種である請求項1または2に記載の粘着剤。
- 前記(メタ)アクリル酸から誘導される第3級アミノ基含有モノマーがジメチルアミノエチル(メタ)アクリレート、ジメチルアミノプロピル(メタ)アクリルアミド、ジエチルアミノエチル(メタ)アクリレートから選ばれる少なくとも1種である請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の粘着剤。
- 前記官能基(第3級アミノ基を除く。)含有モノマーが水酸基含有(メタ)アクリレートモノマーである請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の粘着剤。
- 請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の粘着剤からなる粘着剤層の両面に剥離シートが積層された粘着シート。
- 請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の粘着剤からなる粘着剤層を基材の少なくとも一方の面に有する粘着シート。
- 25℃における水に対する接触角が72°から120°であるハードコートフィルムの低極性表面及び極性を持つ材料の表面の両方に接着が可能とする請求項6または7に記載の粘着シート。
- 前記極性を持つ材料が、ガラス、ポリカーボネート樹脂、又はアクリル樹脂である請求項8に記載の粘着シート。
- 携帯情報端末機器内部固定用に用いられる請求項6~9のいずれかに記載の粘着シート。
