Abstract

【課題】酸性からアルカリ性の液性範囲において極めて少量でヒドロゲルを形成できる脂質ペプチド並びに高い環境・生体適合性及び生分解性を有するヒドロゲルの提供。 【解決手段】式(1): (式中、R1は炭素原子数9乃至23の脂肪族基を表し、R2、R3、R4及びR5は、それぞれ独立して、水素原子、炭素原子数1乃至3の分枝鎖を有し得る炭素原子数1乃至7のアルキル基、フェニルメチル基、フェニルエチル基、又は-(CH2)n-X基を表し、且つR2、R3、R4又はR5のうち少なくとも一つが-(CH2)n-X基を表し、nは1乃至4の数を表し、Xはアミノ基、グアニジノ基、-CONH2基、又は窒素原子を1乃至3個有し得る5員環若しくは6員環又は5員環と6員環から構成される縮合複素環を表し、mは1又は2を表す。)で表される脂質ペプチド及びそれからなるヒドロゲル。
