Claims (13)

  1. 一種形成熱硬化膜用樹脂組成物,其特徵為含有下列(A)成分及(B)成分;(A)成分:具有由下列式(1)及式(2)所表示之構造單位之聚醯亞胺前驅物;(B)成分:雙馬來醯亞胺化合物; (式中,A1 為包含脂環構造之有機基,A2 為包含脂肪族環與苯環產生縮合後之構造之有機基,B1 及B2 當中至少一方為包含-SO2 -構造之有機基,R1 、R2 、R3 及R4 分別獨立,表示氫原子或碳原子數1至7之有機基)。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項之形成熱硬化膜用樹脂組成物,其中,(A)成分為以7:3至4:6的比例包含由式(1)所表示之構造單位與由式(2)所表示之構造單位之聚醯亞胺前驅物。
  3. 一種形成熱硬化膜用樹脂組成物,其特徵為: 係含有下列(A)成分及(B)成分;(A)成分:使包含由式(a1)及式(a2)所表示之四羧酸二酐之酸成分,與包含於分子中具有-SO2 -構造之二胺化合物之二胺成分進行反應而得之聚醯亞胺前驅物; (式中,A1 為包含脂環構造之有機基,A2 為包含脂肪族環與苯環產生縮合後之構造之有機基);(B)成分:雙馬來醯亞胺化合物。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項之形成熱硬化膜用樹脂組成物,其中,前述酸成分為以莫耳比7:3至4:6的比例包含由式(a1)所表示之四羧酸二酐與由式(a2)所表示之四羧酸二酐之酸成分。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1至4項中任一項之形成熱硬化膜用樹脂組成物,其中,(A)成分之聚醯亞胺前驅物的重量平均分子量為1,000至10,000。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項之形成熱硬化膜用樹脂組成物,其中,依據(A)成分的100質量份,係含有1至100質量份之(B)成分。
  7. 一種硬化膜,其特徵為:係從申請專利範圍第1至6項中任一項之形成熱硬化 膜用樹脂組成物所得。
  8. 一種平坦化膜,其特徵為:係從申請專利範圍第1至6項中任一項之形成熱硬化膜用樹脂組成物所得。
  9. 一種液晶配向膜,其特徵為:係從申請專利範圍第1至6項中任一項之形成熱硬化膜用樹脂組成物所得。
  10. 一種平坦化兼液晶配向膜,其特徵為:係從申請專利範圍第1至6項中任一項之形成熱硬化膜用樹脂組成物所得。
  11. 一種顯示元件,其特徵為:係具有申請專利範圍第7項之硬化膜。
  12. 一種液晶顯示元件,其特徵為:係具有申請專利範圍第7項之硬化膜。
  13. 一種光學薄膜,其特徵為:係具有申請專利範圍第7項之硬化膜。
