Claims (5)
- 一種液晶配向劑,其特徵係含有使具有由羧基、羥基、-SH、-NCO、-NHR(惟R為氫原子或碳數1~6的烷基)、-CH=CH2 及-SO2 Cl所成的群所選出的至少1種的基之肉桂酸衍生物、與具有氧雜環丁烷環的聚有機矽氧烷反應而得到的敏輻射線性聚有機矽氧烷,其中,前述肉桂酸衍生物係下述式(A-1) (式(A-1)中,R1 為碳數1~40的烷基或含有脂環式基之碳數3~40的1價有機基,惟前述烷基的氫原子的一部分或全部可被氟原子取代;R2 為單鍵、氧原子、-COO-或-OCO-;R3 為2價的芳香族基、2價的脂環式基、2價的雜環式基或2價的縮合環式基,惟前述2價的芳香族基的氫原子的一部分或全部可被氟原子取代;R4 為單鍵、氧原子、-COO-或-OCO-;R5 為單鍵、伸甲基、碳數2~10的伸烷基或2價的芳香族基,R5 為單鍵時,R6 為氫原子,R5 為伸甲基、伸烷基或2價的芳香族基時,R6 為羧基、羥基、-SH、-NCO、-NHR、-CH=CH2 或-SO2 Cl,惟前述R為氫原子或碳數1~6的烷基;R7 為氟原子、甲基或氰基;a為0~3的整數;b為0~4的整數) 所表示的化合物或下述式(A-2) (式(A-2)中,R8 為碳數1~40的烷基或者含有脂環式基或芳香族基之碳數3~40的1價的有機基,惟前述烷基的氫原子的一部分或全部可被氟原子取代;R9 為單鍵、氧原子、-COO-或-OCO-;R10 為伸甲基、碳數2~10的伸烷基、2價的芳香族基、2價的脂環式基、2價的雜環式基或2價的縮合環式基,惟前述2價的芳香族基的氫原子的一部分或全部可被氟原子取代;R11 為單鍵、-OCO-(CH2 )e -、-COO-(CH2 )g -或-O-(CH2 )i -,惟e、g及i各自為1~10的整數;R12 為羧基、羥基、-SH、-NCO、-NHR、-CH=CH2 或-SO2 Cl,惟前述R為氫原子或碳數1~6的烷基;R13 為氟原子、甲基或氰基;c為0~3的整數;d為0~4的整數)所表示的化合物,前述聚有機矽氧烷係由具有下述式(S-1) (式(S-1)中,X具有下述式(X-1) (式(X-1)中,R14 為碳數1~6的烷基,「*」表示鍵結鍵)所表示的結構之1價的有機基;Y1 為羥基、碳數1~20的烷氧基或碳數1~6的烷基)所表示的重複單元之聚有機矽氧烷、其水解物及水解物的縮合物所成的群所選出的至少1種。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之液晶配向劑,其係再含有由聚醯胺酸及聚醯亞胺所成的群所選出的至少1種的聚合物。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之液晶配向劑,其係再含有由具有下述式(S-2) (式(S-2)中,R17 為羥基、鹵素原子、碳數1~20的烷基或碳數1~6的烷氧基;Y2 為羥基、鹵素原子、碳數1~20的烷氧基或碳數1~6的烷基)所表示的重複單元之聚有機矽氧烷、其水解物及水解物的縮合物所成的群所選出的至少1種。
- 一種液晶配向膜之形成方法,其特徵係於基板上塗 佈申請專利範圍第1項之液晶配向劑形成塗膜,對該塗膜照射放射線。
- 一種液晶顯示元件,其特徵係具備由申請專利範圍第1項之液晶配向劑所形成的液晶配向膜。
