Abstract
Изобретение относится к машиностроению, в частности к шестеренчатым коробкам передач. Коробка передач содержит по меньшей мере два вала (4,5), множество пар зубчатых колес, колеса-каретки (30-35) для жесткого соединения с первым валом посредством сцепления (40, 41, 50, 80), установленное со стороны входа включаемое пусковое сцепление (3). По меньшей мере одно из соединений (40, 41,50, 80) выполнено в виде переключаемого под нагрузкой сцепления (80). Пусковое сцепление (3) и переключаемое под нагрузкой сцепление (80) приводятся в действие по меньшей мере одним исполнительным блоком. При этом может быть целесообразным, если сцепление (80) включается тогда, когда пусковое сцепление (3), по меньшей мере, частично включено. Технический результат - создание коробки передач, переключаемой под нагрузкой и имеющей простую конструкцию. 28 з.п. ф-лы, 76 ил.

Claims (29)
1. Коробка передач, в частности шестеренчатая коробка передач, содержащая по меньшей мере один первый и один второй валы, в частности ведущий вал, и ведомый вал, и при необходимости промежуточный вал, зубчатые колеса, в частности колеса-каретки, жестко соединяемые посредством сцеплений с одним валом, и зубчатые колеса, в частности шестерни передач, жестко установленные на другом валу, причем одно из жестко соединяемых зубчатых колес находится в зацеплении с одним из жестко установленных зубчатых колес, а находящиеся в зацеплении зубчатые колеса образуют множество зубчатых пар, причем по меньшей мере одно из сцеплений выполнено в виде переключаемого под нагрузкой сцепления, которое выполнено с более высоким передаваемым крутящим моментом и с возможностью приведения в действие посредством исполнительного устройства, отличающаяся тем, что предусмотрено установленное со стороны входа пусковое сцепление, причем пусковое сцепление и по меньшей мере одно переключаемое под нагрузкой сцепление выполнены с возможностью приведения в действие автоматически посредством по меньшей мере одного исполнительного блока.
2. Коробка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что сцепление, переключаемое под нагрузкой, включается тогда, когда пусковое сцепление по меньшей мере частично включено.
3. Коробка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что сцепление, переключаемое под нагрузкой, включается тогда, когда пусковое сцепление уже включено.
4. Коробка по любому из пп.1-3, отличающаяся тем, что ведущий вал 4, с жестко связанной с ним шестерней 20 передач выполнен с возможностью связи с ведомым валом 5 с размещенным на нем колесом-кареткой 30 с образованием повышающей передачи, при этом колесо-каретка выполнено с возможностью соединения с ведомым валом посредством сцепления в виде скользящей муфты, а сцепление 80, переключаемое под нагрузкой, связано с колесом-кареткой и с ведомым валом.
5. Коробка по п.4, отличающаяся тем, что последующее колесо-каретка выполнено с возможностью связи с ведомым валом посредством сцепления в виде скользящей муфты.
6. Коробка по п.4, отличающаяся тем, что указанная шестерня передач и указанное колесо-каретка образуют высшую повышающую передачу.
7. Коробка по одному из пп.1-6, отличающаяся тем, что сцепление для соединения по меньшей мере одного колеса-каретки с валом представляет собой сцепление с геометрическим замыканием.
8. Коробка по одному из пп.1-7, отличающаяся тем, что сцепление для соединения по меньшей мере одного колеса-каретки с валом представляет собой сцепление с фрикционным замыканием.
9. Коробка по одному из пп.1-8, отличающаяся тем, что сцепление для соединения по меньшей мере одного колеса-каретки с валом содержит промежуточный синхронизатор.
10. Коробка по одному из пп.1, 4-6, отличающаяся тем, что переключаемое под нагрузкой сцепление представляет собой сцепление с фрикционным замыканием.
11. Коробка по одному из пп.1-3, отличающаяся тем, что пусковое сцепление представляет собой сцепление с фрикционным замыканием.
12. Коробка по одному из пп.1-3 или 11, отличающаяся тем, что пусковое сцепление установлено в пространстве картера сцепления.
13. Коробка по одному из пп.1-6 или 10, отличающаяся тем, что по меньшей мере одно переключаемое под нагрузкой сцепление установлено в пространстве картера сцепления.
14. Коробка по одному из пп.1-13, отличающаяся тем, что пусковое сцепление и по меньшей мере одно переключаемое под нагрузкой сцепление представляет собой сухое фрикционное сцепление.
15. Коробка по одному из пп.1-14, отличающаяся тем, что пусковое сцепление установлено внутри картера коробки передач.
16. Коробка по одному из пп.1-15, отличающаяся тем, что по меньшей мере одно переключаемое под нагрузкой сцепление установлено внутри картера коробки передач.
17. Коробка по одному из пп.1-16, отличающаяся тем, что пусковое сцепление и/или по меньшей мере одно сцепление, переключаемое под нагрузкой, представляют собой фрикционное сцепление.
18. Коробка по одному из пп.1-17, отличающаяся тем, что пусковое сцепление представляет собой гидротрансформатор с фрикционом для блокировки гидротрансформатора или без него.
19. Коробка по одному из пп.1-18, отличающаяся тем, что исполнительное устройство для приведения в действие пускового сцепления и по меньшей мере одного сцепления, переключаемого под нагрузкой, представляет собой гидравлическое исполнительное устройство с резервуаром для гидравлической жидкости и по меньшей мере одним клапаном, который управляет подачей гидравлической жидкости к соответствующему цилиндру-приемнику обоих сцеплений.
20. Коробка по одному из пп.1-19, отличающаяся тем, что исполнительное устройство для приведения в действие пускового сцепления и по меньшей мере одного сцепления, переключаемого под нагрузкой, представляет собой приводимое от электродвигателя исполнительное устройство с установленным за электродвигателем или электромагнитом повышающим или понижающим редуктором.

Коробка по одному из пп.1-20, отличающаяся тем, что исполнительное устройство для приведения в действие сцеплений для переключения передач представляет собой гидравлическое исполнительное устройство с резервуаром для гидравлической жидкости и по меньшей мере одним клапаном, который управляет подачей гидравлической жидкости к соответствующему цилиндру-приемнику сцеплений.
22. Коробка по одному из пп.1-21, отличающаяся тем, что исполнительное устройство для приведения в действие сцеплений представляет собой приводимое от электродвигателя исполнительное устройство с установленным за электродвигателем или электромагнитом повышающим или понижающим редуктором.
23. Коробка по одному из пп.1-22, отличающаяся тем, что коробка передач содержит электромашину, которая служит стартером приводного двигателя автомобиля и/или генератором для вырабатывания электрической энергии из кинетической энергии.
24. Коробка по одному из пп.1-23, отличающаяся тем, что электромашина приводится через шестерню передачи коробки передач или приводит ее.
25. Коробка по одному из пп.1-24, отличающаяся тем, что электромашина приводится через маховик приводного двигателя автомобиля или приводит его.
26. Коробка по одному из пп.1-25, отличающаяся тем, что электромашина приводится через ведущий вал коробки передач или приводит его.
27. Коробка по одному из пп.1-26, отличающаяся тем, что электромашина содержит статор и ротор, причем статор и ротор установлены коаксиально ведущему валу коробки передач.
28. Коробка по одному из пп.1-27, отличающаяся тем, что электромашина содержит статор и ротор, причем статор и ротор установлены на оси, которая расположена и ориентирована в основном параллельно ведущему валу коробки передач.
29. Коробка по одному из пп.1-28, отличающаяся тем, что электромашина содержит статор и ротор, причем статор и ротор установлены коаксиально ведущему валу коробки передач, а ротор жестко соединен с маховиком или элементом, жестко соединенным с ведущим валом коробки передач.
