Claims (1)
- 伝動軸(3)と、この伝動軸(3)に回転自在に支承される回転伝動部材(11b,12b)との間のトルク伝達経路に介装されるドグクラッチであって、
前記回転伝動部材(11b,12b)に相対回転可能に支持される円環状の第1ドグクラッチ部材(32)と、この第1ドグクラッチ部材(32)に係合、離脱し得るように前記伝動軸(3)に摺動可能に支承される円環状の第2ドグクラッチ部材(15b,16b)と、前記回転伝動部材(11b,12b)及び第1ドグクラッチ部材(32)間に介装されて、その間の発生トルクにより所定の相対回転遊び(θ)の範囲で弾性変形されるダンパばね(40)とからなるものにおいて、
前記回転伝動部材(11b,12b)と前記第1ドグクラッチ部材(32)との相互間を、その相互が前記所定の相対回転遊び(θ)の範囲でのみ相対回転し得るよう連結し、 その連結部とは独立して配置されて前記第1ドグクラッチ部材(32)及び前記第2ドグクラッチ部材(15b,16b)間を係合、離脱するための機構を備え、
前記機構は、前記第1ドグクラッチ部材(32)の周面にその全周に亘り同一ピッチで形成されたスプライン歯よりなる第1ドグ歯(41)と、前記第2ドグクラッチ部材(15b,16b)の、前記第1ドグクラッチ部材(32)との対向面に設けた筒状壁(44)にその全周に亘り前記第1ドグ歯(41)と同一ピッチで形成されて該第1ドグ歯(41)に対し軸方向摺動可能且つ相対回転不能に嵌合するスプライン歯よりなる第2ドグ歯(42)とを有していて、その両ドグ歯(41,42)が第2ドグクラッチ部材(15b,16b)の軸方向移動により互いに係合、離脱可能であり、
前記第1及び第2ドグ歯(41,42)の対向端には、前記第2ドグクラッチ部材(15b,16b)の第1ドグクラッチ部材(32)側への軸方向移動により互いに当接して第2ドグ歯(42)の第1ドグ歯(41)との係合位置への移動を誘導するチャンファ(41a,42a)をそれぞれ形成して、前記第2ドグクラッチ部材(15b,16b)の第1ドグクラッチ部材(32)側への軸方向移動過程では、前記両ドグ歯(41,42)のチャンファ(41a,42a)相互が当接して滑り合う時点から前記ダンパばね(40)の圧縮変形が進むようにしたことを特徴とするドグクラッチ。
