Claims (19)

1. Способ хроматографического разделения для получения продукта полиненасыщенных жирных кислот (PUFA) из подаваемой смеси, который включает:
(a) очистку подаваемой смеси на первом этапе хроматографического разделения с использованием в качестве элюента смеси воды и первого органического растворителя с получением промежуточного продукта; и
(b) очистку промежуточного продукта на втором этапе хроматографического разделения с использованием в качестве элюента смеси воды и второго органического растворителя с получением PUFA-продукта,
где второй органический растворитель отличается от первого органического растворителя и,
где первый этап хроматографического разделения включает введение подаваемой смеси в аппарат для хроматографии с псевдодвижущимся или реально движущимся слоем, а второй этап хроматографического разделения включает введение промежуточного продукта в аппарат для хроматографии с неподвижным слоем.
2. Способ по п. 1, где первый и второй органические растворители выбраны среди спиртов, простых эфиров, сложных эфиров, кетонов и нитрилов
3. Способ по п. 2, где кетон представляет собой ацетон, метилэтилкетон и метилизобутилкетон (MIBK), предпочтительно ацетон.
4. Способ по п. 1, где один из первого и второго органических растворителей представляет собой метанол.
5. Способ по п. 1, где второй органический растворитель представляет собой метанол.
6. Способ по п. 1, где соотношение первого органического растворителя и воды составляет от 99,9:0,1 до 75:25 частей по объему, предпочтительно от 99,5:0,5 до 80:20 частей по объему.
7. Способ по п. 1, где соотношение второго органического растворителя и воды составляет от 99,9:0,1 до 75:25 частей по объему, предпочтительно от 90:10 до 85:15 частей по объему.
8. Способ по п. 1, где второй органический растворитель представляет собой метанол, и соотношение метанола и воды составляет от 95:5 до 85:15 частей по объему, предпочтительно от 93:7 до 90:10 частей по объему.
9. Способ по п. 1, где PUFA-продукт представляет собой по меньшей мере одну из 3-ω-PUFA или по меньшей мере одну из производных 3-ω-PUFA.
10. Способ по п. 1, где PUFA-продукт представляет собой эйкозапентаеновую кислоту (EPA), докозагексаеновую кислоту (DHA), триглицерид ЕРА, триглицерид DHA, этиловый эфир EPA или этиловый эфир DHA.
11. Способ по п. 1, где PUFA-продукт представляет собой EPA или этиловый эфир EPA.
12. Способ по п. 1, где PUFA-продукт получают на втором этапе разделения с чистотой более 95% по массе, предпочтительно более 97% по массе, более предпочтительно более 98% по массе, еще более предпочтительно более 98,4% по массе.
13. Способ по п. 1, где первый органический растворитель представляет собой ацетон, а второй органический растворитель представляет собой метанол.
14. PUFA-продукт, полученный способом по любому из пп. 1-13.
15. Композиция, содержащая PUFA-продукт, полученный способом по любому из пп. 1-13.
