Abstract
1. Способ осуществления автоматизированного тестирования на множестве проб, включающий:- обеспечение автоматизированного инструмента, содержащего первую рабочую станцию и вторую рабочую станцию,причем каждая из указанных первой и второй рабочих станций выполнена с возможностью приема и обработки множества проб в соответствии с множеством рабочих потоков различных автоматизированных тестирований,при этом каждый рабочий поток различных автоматизированных тестирований содержит присвоенный ему уникальный файл определения тестирования или заданный пользователем файл протокола;- определение взаимной совместимости или несовместимости рабочих потоков двух отдельных тестирований для одновременной обработки на автоматизированном инструменте и- одновременное выполнение указанных рабочих потоков отдельных тестирований на указанном инструменте в случае совместимости указанных тестирований.2. Способ по п. 1, в котором указанный файл определения тестирования или заданный пользователем файл протокола содержит значение показателя совместимости первого уровня, а этап определения включает:(a) выбор первого тестирования из первого списка доступных тестирований и(b) оценку того, какой из множества других доступных тестирований содержит файл определения тестирования, содержащий значение показателя совместимости первого уровня, идентичное значению указанного первого тестирования,причем идентичное значение показателя совместимости первого уровня указывает на совместимость первого уровня.3. Способ по п. 2, в котором этап оценки включает:(b1) идентификацию любых тестирований, значения показателя совместимости первог
Claims (33)
1. Способ осуществления автоматизированного тестирования на множестве проб, включающий:
- обеспечение автоматизированного инструмента, содержащего первую рабочую станцию и вторую рабочую станцию,
причем каждая из указанных первой и второй рабочих станций выполнена с возможностью приема и обработки множества проб в соответствии с множеством рабочих потоков различных автоматизированных тестирований,
при этом каждый рабочий поток различных автоматизированных тестирований содержит присвоенный ему уникальный файл определения тестирования или заданный пользователем файл протокола;
- определение взаимной совместимости или несовместимости рабочих потоков двух отдельных тестирований для одновременной обработки на автоматизированном инструменте и
- одновременное выполнение указанных рабочих потоков отдельных тестирований на указанном инструменте в случае совместимости указанных тестирований.
2. Способ по п. 1, в котором указанный файл определения тестирования или заданный пользователем файл протокола содержит значение показателя совместимости первого уровня, а этап определения включает:
(a) выбор первого тестирования из первого списка доступных тестирований и
(b) оценку того, какой из множества других доступных тестирований содержит файл определения тестирования, содержащий значение показателя совместимости первого уровня, идентичное значению указанного первого тестирования,
причем идентичное значение показателя совместимости первого уровня указывает на совместимость первого уровня.
3. Способ по п. 2, в котором этап оценки включает:
(b1) идентификацию любых тестирований, значения показателя совместимости первого уровня которых отличны от первого значения показателя совместимости указанного первого тестирования, и
(b2) обеспечение второго списка вторых тестирований,
причем из указанного второго списка исключен любое тестирование, для которого значение показателя совместимости первого уровня отлично от первого значения показателя совместимости указанного первого тестирования.
4. Способ по п. 2, в котором каждый файл определения тестирования содержит значение показателя совместимости второго уровня, а этап определения дополнительно включает:
(с) оценку того, какой из множества других доступных тестирований содержит файл определения тестирования, содержащий значение показателя совместимости второго уровня, идентичное значению первого тестирования,
причем идентичное значение показателя совместимости второго уровня указывает на совместимость второго уровня.
5. Способ по п. 4, в котором этап оценки включает:
(c1) идентификацию любых тестирований, для которых значения показателя совместимости второго уровня отличны от второго значения показателя совместимости указанного первого тестирования, и
(с2) обеспечение второго списка вторых тестирований,
причем из указанного второго списка исключен любое тестирование, для которого значение показателя совместимости второго уровня отлично от второго значения показателя совместимости указанного первого тестирования.
6. Способ по любому из пп. 2-5, в котором
совместимость первого уровня включает совместимость одновременного выполнения двух тестирований на одной рабочей станции,
причем параметры выбраны из группы, состоящей из: периода инкубации, периода лизиса, объема реагента, вида реагента, температуры инкубации, температуры лизиса, временных требований рабочей станции, нормативной классификации, коммерческих соображений и комбинации вышеприведенных параметров.
7. Способ по п.4, в котором
совместимость второго уровня включает совместимость одновременного выполнения двух тестирований на указанном автоматизированном инструменте,
причем параметры выбраны из группы, состоящей из: нормативной классификации, несовместимости рабочих потоков, коммерческих соображений и комбинации вышеприведенных параметров.
8. Способ по п. 6, в котором
инструмент предотвращает одновременное выполнение несовместимых тестирований в одной рабочей станции при наличии различных первых показателей совместимости.
9. Способ по п. 8, в котором указанные рабочие потоки двух отдельных тестирований выполняют в одной рабочей станции.
10. Способ по п. 7, в котором
инструменту не позволено одновременно проводить тестирования с различными вторыми значениями показателя совместимости.
11. Способ по п. 4, в котором
два тестирования имеют одинаковое значение показателя совместимости первого уровня, но имеют различные значения показателя совместимости второго уровня.
12. Способ по п. 11, в котором
различие между значениями показателя совместимости второго уровня представляет собой коммерческое соображение.
13. Способ по п. 11, в котором
различие между значениями показателя совместимости второго уровня представляет собой нормативную классификацию.
14. Способ по п. 1, в котором, при условии совместимости указанных тестирований, указанный способ дополнительно включает один или более следующих этапов:
(d) запуск тест-специфического сценария подготовки пробы на инструменте;
(e) сравнение идентификационных знаков на упаковке расходного материала с набором тест-специфических идентификационных данных, хранимых на инструменте;
(f) запуск тест-специфического сценария загрузки кассеты на инструменте;
(g) сравнение коэффициентов флуоресценции в загруженной кассете с набором тест-специфических данных коэффициента флуоресценции, хранимых на инструменте, с целью определения успешной загрузки кассеты;
(h) запуск тест-специфического сценария реакции на инструменте;
(i) запуск тест-специфического алгоритма анализа данных на инструменте;
(j) выведение окончательного решения касательно тестирования на основе одного или более тест-специфических конечных алгоритмов или сценариев.
15. Способ по п. 14, в котором
протокол тестирования включает реакцию, выбранную из группы, состоящей из: полимеразной цепной реакции (PCR), транскрипционно-опосредованной амплификации (ТМА), лигирования олигонуклеотидных зондов (OLA), лигазной цепной реакции (LCR), амплификации по типу катящегося кольца (RCA), амплификации с замещением цепей (SDA) и реакции гибридизации.
16. Система для выполнения автоматизированного тестирования, содержащая:
автоматизированный инструмент, содержащий первую рабочую станцию и вторую рабочую станцию,
причем каждая из указанных первой и второй рабочих станций выполнена с возможностью приема и обработки множества проб в соответствии с множеством рабочих потоков различных автоматизированных тестирований,
при этом каждый рабочий поток различных автоматизированных тестирований содержит присвоенный ему уникальный файл определения тестирования или заданный пользователем файл протокола;
обрабатывающее устройство;
запоминающее устройство для хранения и
программу для выполнения автоматизированного тестирования, содержащую указания по:
определению взаимной совместимости или несовместимости рабочих потоков двух отдельных тестирований для одновременной обработки на автоматизированном инструменте и
одновременному выполнению указанных рабочих потоков отдельных тестирований на указанном инструменте в случае совместимости указанных тестирований.
17. Система по п. 16, в которой указанный файл определения тестирования или заданный пользователем файл протокола содержит значение показателя совместимости первого уровня, причем указанный этап определения включает:
(a) выбор первого тестирования из первого списка доступных тестирований и
(b) оценку того, какой из множества других доступных тестирований содержит файл определения тестирования, содержащий значение показателя совместимости первого уровня, идентичное значению указанного первого тестирования,
причем идентичное значение показателя совместимости первого уровня указывает на совместимость первого уровня.
18. Система по п. 17, в которой этап оценки включает:
(b1) идентификацию любых тестирований, значения показателя совместимости первого уровня которых отличны от первого значения показателя совместимости указанного первого тестирования, и
(b2) обеспечение второго списка вторых тестирований,
причем из указанного второго списка исключен любое тестирование, для которого значение показателя совместимости первого уровня отлично от первого значения показателя совместимости указанного первого тестирования.
19. Система по п. 17, в которой каждый файл определения тестирования содержит значение показателя совместимости второго уровня, а этап определения дополнительно включает:
(с) оценку того, какой из множества других доступных тестирований содержит файл определения тестирования, содержащий значение показателя совместимости второго уровня, идентичное значению первого тестирования,
причем идентичное значение показателя совместимости второго уровня указывает на совместимость второго уровня.
20. Система по п. 19, в которой указанный этап оценки включает:
(c1) идентификацию любых тестирований, для которых значения показателя совместимости второго уровня отличны от второго значения показателя совместимости указанного первого тестирования, и
(с2) обеспечение второго списка вторых тестирований,
причем из указанного второго списка исключен любой тест, для которого значение показателя совместимости второго уровня отлично от второго значения показателя совместимости указанного первого тестирования.
21. Система по любому из п.п. 17-20, в которой
совместимость первого уровня включает совместимость одновременного выполнения двух тестирований на одной рабочей станции,
причем параметры выбраны из группы, состоящей из: периода инкубации, периода лизиса, объема реагента, вида реагента, температуры инкубации, температуры лизиса, временных требований рабочей станции, нормативной классификации, коммерческих соображений, и комбинации вышеприведенных параметров.
22. Система по п. 19, в которой
совместимость второго уровня включает совместимость одновременного выполнения двух тестирований на указанном автоматизированном инструменте,
причем параметры выбраны из группы, состоящей из: нормативной классификации, несовместимости рабочих потоков, коммерческих соображений, и комбинации вышеприведенных параметров.
23. Система по п. 21, в которой
инструмент предотвращает одновременное выполнение несовместимых тестирований в одной рабочей станции при наличии различных первых показателей совместимости.
24. Система по п. 23, в которой указанные рабочие потоки двух отдельных тестирований реализованы в одной рабочей станции.
25. Система по п. 22, в которой
инструменту не позволено одновременно проводить тестирования с различными вторыми значениями показателя совместимости.
26. Система по п. 19, в которой
два тестирования имеют одинаковое значение показателя совместимости первого уровня, но имеют различные значения показателя совместимости второго уровня.
27. Система по п. 26, в которой
различие между значениями показателя совместимости второго уровня представляет собой коммерческое соображение.
28. Система по п. 26, в которой
различие между значениями показателя совместимости второго уровня представляет собой нормативную классификацию.
29. Система по п. 16, в которой, при условии совместимости указанных тестирований, способ дополнительно включает один или более следующих этапов:
(d) запуск тест-специфического сценария подготовки пробы на инструменте;
(e) сравнение идентификационных знаков на упаковке расходного материала с набором тест-специфических идентификационных данных, хранимых на инструменте;
(f) запуск тест-специфического сценария загрузки кассеты на инструменте;
(g) сравнение коэффициентов флуоресценции в загруженной кассете с набором тест-специфических данных коэффициента флуоресценции, хранимых на инструменте, с целью определения успешной загрузки кассеты;
(h) запуск тест-специфического сценария реакции на инструменте;
(i) запуск тест-специфического алгоритма анализа данных на инструменте;
(j) выведение окончательного решения касательно тестирования на основе одного или более тест-специфических конечных алгоритмов или сценариев.
30. Система по п. 29, в которой
протокол тестирования включает реакцию, выбранную из группы, состоящей из: полимеразной цепной реакции (PCR), транскрипционно-опосредованной амплификации (ТМА), лигирования олигонуклеотидных зондов (OLA), лигазной цепной реакции (LCR), амплификации по типу катящегося кольца (RCA), амплификации с замещением цепей (SDA) и реакции гибридизации.

32. Система по п. 29, в которой указанные идентификационные знаки содержат штрих-код.
33. Способ одновременного осуществления множества отдельных совместимых тестирований на одном автоматизированном инструменте, включающий (для каждого отдельного тестирования):
обеспечение автоматизированного инструмента, содержащего первую рабочую станцию и вторую рабочую станцию, причем каждая из указанных первой и второй рабочих станций выполнена с возможностью приема и обработки множества проб в соответствии с множеством рабочих потоков различных автоматизированных тестирований, а каждый рабочий поток различных автоматизированных тестирований содержит присвоенный ему уникальный файл определения тестирования или заданный пользователем файл протокола, содержащий значение показателя совместимости первого уровня и значение показателя совместимости второго уровня;
выбор первого тестирования из первого списка доступных тестирований;
оценку того, какой из множества других доступных тестирований содержит файл определения тестирования или заданный пользователем файл протокола, содержащий значение показателя совместимости первого уровня, идентичное значению указанного первого тестирования, причем идентичное значение показателя совместимости первого уровня указывает на совместимость для одновременной обработки на той же рабочей станции указанного автоматизированного инструмента;
оценку того, какой из множества других доступных тестирований содержит файл определения тестирования или заданный пользователем файл протокола, содержащий значение показателя совместимости второго уровня, идентичное значению указанного первого тестирования, причем идентичное значение показателя совместимости второго уровня указывает на совместимость для одновременной обработки на автоматизированном инструменте; и
одновременное выполнение указанных рабочих потоков отдельных тестирований на указанном инструменте в случае совместимости указанных тестирований.
