Abstract
1. Композиция герметика, содержащая:композицию основы, содержащую серосодержащий полимер;композицию отвердителя, содержащую отвердитель; иэлектропроводящий наполнитель в по меньшей мере одной из композиции основы или композиции отвердителя, причем электропроводящий наполнитель содержит углеродные нанотрубки и волокна из нержавеющей стали.2. Композиция герметика по п. 1, в которой электропроводящий наполнитель содержится в композиции основы.3. Композиция герметика по п. 1, в которой электропроводящий наполнитель содержится в композиции отвердителя.4. Композиция герметика по п. 1, в которой электропроводящий наполнитель содержится как в композиции отвердителя, так и в композиции основы.5. Композиция герметика по п. 1, практически не содержащая никеля.6. Композиция герметика по п. 1, в которой волокна из нержавеющей стали имеют средний размер частиц, больший, чем средний размер частиц углеродных нанотрубок.7. Композиция герметика по п. 1, в которой углеродные нанотрубки имеют средний размер частиц, больший, чем средний размер частиц волокон из нержавеющей стали.8. Композиция герметика по п. 1, в которой углеродные нанотрубки имеют среднюю длину от примерно 5 мкм до примерно 30 мкм, и средний диаметр от примерно 10 нм до примерно 30 нм.9. Композиция герметика по п. 1, в которой волокна из нержавеющей стали имеют средний первый размер от примерно 8 мкм до примерно 22 мкм и средний второй размер от примерно 330 мкм до примерно 1 мм.10. Claims (18)
1. Композиция герметика, содержащая:
композицию основы, содержащую серосодержащий полимер;
композицию отвердителя, содержащую отвердитель; и
электропроводящий наполнитель в по меньшей мере одной из композиции основы или композиции отвердителя, причем электропроводящий наполнитель содержит углеродные нанотрубки и волокна из нержавеющей стали.
2. Композиция герметика по п. 1, в которой электропроводящий наполнитель содержится в композиции основы.
3. Композиция герметика по п. 1, в которой электропроводящий наполнитель содержится в композиции отвердителя.
4. Композиция герметика по п. 1, в которой электропроводящий наполнитель содержится как в композиции отвердителя, так и в композиции основы.
5. Композиция герметика по п. 1, практически не содержащая никеля.
6. Композиция герметика по п. 1, в которой волокна из нержавеющей стали имеют средний размер частиц, больший, чем средний размер частиц углеродных нанотрубок.
7. Композиция герметика по п. 1, в которой углеродные нанотрубки имеют средний размер частиц, больший, чем средний размер частиц волокон из нержавеющей стали.
8. Композиция герметика по п. 1, в которой углеродные нанотрубки имеют среднюю длину от примерно 5 мкм до примерно 30 мкм, и средний диаметр от примерно 10 нм до примерно 30 нм.
9. Композиция герметика по п. 1, в которой волокна из нержавеющей стали имеют средний первый размер от примерно 8 мкм до примерно 22 мкм и средний второй размер от примерно 330 мкм до примерно 1 мм.
10. Композиция герметика по п. 1, в которой объемное отношение углеродных нанотрубок к волокнам из нержавеющей стали составляет примерно от 1:5 до 1:50.
11. Композиция герметика по п. 1, дополнительно содержащая по меньшей мере один компонент, выбранный из промотора адгезии, ингибитора коррозии или пластификатора, в по меньшей мере одной из композиции основы или композиции отвердителя.
12. Композиция герметика по п. 1, в которой серосодержащий полимер представляет собой полисульфид или простой политиоэфир.
13. Композиция герметика, содержащая:
практически свободную от никеля композицию основы, содержащую серосодержащий полимер;
практически свободную от никеля композицию отвердителя, содержащую отвердитель; и
практически свободный от никеля электропроводящий наполнитель в по меньшей мере одной из композиции основы или композиции отвердителя, причем этот электропроводящий наполнитель содержит углеродные нанотрубки и волокна из нержавеющей стали.
14. Композиция герметика по п. 13, в которой волокна из нержавеющей стали имеют средний размер частиц, больший, чем средний размер частиц углеродных нанотрубок.
15. Композиция герметика по п. 13, в которой углеродные нанотрубки имеют средний размер частиц, больший, чем средний размер частиц волокон из нержавеющей стали.
16. Композиция герметика по п. 13, в которой углеродные нанотрубки имеют среднюю длину от примерно 5 мкм до примерно 30 мкм и средний диаметр от примерно 10 нм до примерно 30 нм.
17. Композиция герметика по п. 13, в которой волокна из нержавеющей стали имеют средний первый размер от примерно 8 мкм до примерно 22 мкм и средний второй размер от примерно 330 мкм до примерно 1 мм.
18. Композиция герметика по п. 14, в которой объемное отношение углеродных нанотрубок к волокнам из нержавеющей стали составляет примерно от 1:5 до 1:50.
