Description
Claims (10)
- 폴리카보네이트 수지 또는 폴리에스테르 수지의 어느 하나 또는 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 열가소성 수지;상기 열가소성 수지의 100 중량부를 기준으로,1~30 중량부의 스테인리스 금속 섬유; 및 0.01~10 중량부의 탄소 나노 튜브를 포함하는 전자파 차폐용 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리카보네이트 수지는 15,000~50,000g/mol의 중량 평균 분자량을 가진 폴리카보네이트 수지를 포함하는 전자파 차폐용 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 스테인리스 금속 섬유는 페라이트계 금속 섬유 또는 오스테나이트계 금속 섬유를 포함하는 전자파 차폐용 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 스테인리스 금속 섬유는 4~25㎛의 두께 및 3~15mm의 길이를 가지는 전자파 차폐용 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 탄소 나노 튜브는 단일벽 탄소 나노 튜브 또는 다중벽 탄소 나노 튜브를 포함하는 전자파 차폐용 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 탄소 나노 튜브는 1~50nm의 두께 및 1~25㎛의 길이를 가지는 전자파 차폐용 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 의한 전자파 차폐용 열가소성 수지 조성물로 제조되는 플라스틱 성형품.
- 폴리카보네이트 수지 또는 폴리에스테르 수지의 어느 하나 또는 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 열가소성 수지 100 중량부, 상기 열가소성 수지 기재 내에 분산되어 있는 1~30 중량부의 스테인리스 금속 섬유 및 0.01~10 중량부의 탄소 나노 튜브를 포함하는 플라스틱 성형품.
- 폴리카보네이트 수지 또는 폴리에스테르 수지의 어느 하나 또는 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 열가소성 수지 100 중량부, 상기 열가소성 수지 기재 내에 분산되어 있는 1~30 중량부의 스테인리스 금속 섬유 및 0.01~10 중량부의 탄소 나노 튜브를 포함하며,60~90 dB의 전자파 차폐 성능을 나타내고, ASTM D256에 따라 측정한 아이조드 충격강도(1/8")가 5~30 Kgfcm/cm의 범위에 있는 플라스틱 성형품.
