Description
本発明の目的は、より向上した電磁波遮蔽性能を表す電磁波遮蔽性熱可塑性樹脂組成物及びこれを用いて製造されるプラスチック成形品を提供することにある。
で表わされるジフェノール化合物と反応させて製造される芳香族ポリカーボネート樹脂を含むことができる。
以下、本発明を当業者が容易に実施できるように、下記実施例を参照しながらより詳細に説明する。これらの実施例は、本発明を詳細に説明するために提示されるものであり、本発明の範囲および概念を制限するものと解されるべきではない。
本発明を、以下の実施例を通してより理解するであろう。ただし、これらの実施例は、本発明の範囲を制限するものと解されるべきではない。
ポリカーボネート樹脂として、重量平均分子量(Mw)が25,000g/molであるビスフェノール−A型ポリカーボネートを使用した。
ステンレス製繊維として、GR−75/C20(登録商標)(ベルギーのBekaert Fiber Technologies.製、厚さ:11μm、長さ:6mm)を使用した。
カーボンナノチューブとして、多重壁カーボンナノチューブ(C−tube 100(登録商標)、CNT Co.,LTD.製、厚さ:10〜50nm、長さ:1〜25μm)を使用した。
下記実施例及び比較例で使用された各成分の組成を、下記の表1に示す。表1の組成によって、各成分を混合して、各電磁波遮蔽性熱可塑性樹脂組成物を製造する。この組成物を、二軸押出機(L/D=35、Φ=45mm)で押出した後、得られた押出物をペレットに製造した。そして、このペレットを、射出機(10oz)で300℃の射出し、物性及び電磁波遮蔽性能を測定するための試片を製造した。
Claims (8)
- 100重量部のポリカーボネート樹脂;
1〜30重量部のステンレス製繊維;ならびに
0.01〜10重量部のカーボンナノチューブ、
を含む電磁波遮蔽性熱可塑性樹脂組成物であって、
前記ポリカーボネート樹脂は、ホスゲン、ハロゲンホルメートまたは炭酸ジエステルを、下記の式1:
で表わされるジフェノール化合物と反応させることによって製造され、
前記ステンレス製繊維は、フェライト系またはオーステナイト系ステンレス製繊維である、電磁波遮蔽性熱可塑性樹脂組成物。 - 前記ポリカーボネート樹脂は、15,000〜50,000g/molの重量平均分子量を有する、請求項1に記載の電磁波遮蔽性熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記ステンレス製繊維は、4〜25μmの厚さ及び3〜15mmの長さを有する、請求項1または2に記載の電磁波遮蔽性熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記カーボンナノチューブは、単一壁カーボンナノチューブまたは多重壁カーボンナノチューブである、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の電磁波遮蔽性熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記カーボンナノチューブは、1〜50nmの厚さ及び1〜25μmの長さを有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の電磁波遮蔽性熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1乃至請求項5のうち何れか1項に記載の電磁波遮蔽性熱可塑性樹脂組成物から製造されるプラスチック成形品。
- ポリカーボネート樹脂から作製される熱可塑性樹脂基材;および
前記熱可塑性樹脂基材内に分散されるステンレス製繊維及びカーボンナノチューブ、
を含む、請求項6に記載のプラスチック成形品。 - ポリカーボネート樹脂から作製される熱可塑性樹脂基材;および
前記熱可塑性樹脂基材内に分散されるステンレス製繊維及びカーボンナノチューブ、
を含み、
60〜90dBの電磁波遮蔽性能を有し、およびASTM D256に従って測定されたノッチアイゾット衝撃強度(1/8”)が5〜30Kgf・cm/cmである、請求項6または7に記載のプラスチック成形品。
