Abstract
【解決手段】構造体を製造する方法は、複合材からなる基材10の表面に少なくとも1の導電性部材3を取り付け、導電性部材3の一部又は全部に通電して発熱させることによって、成形及び/又は組立を行う工程(P2、P3)を行い、それらの工程によって形作られた構造体に含まれる導電性部材3の一部又は全部を、航空機において耐雷、防除氷及び電磁干渉シールドの少なくとも一の機能を得るための部材とする。

Description
図1は、本発明の実施形態1に係る航空機の構造体Aを示している。この構造体Aは、この実施形態では翼の前縁部分を構成する構造体Aとされている。但し、本発明に係る構造体Aは、これに限るものではない。尚、図1においては、理解容易のために、前記構造体Aの断面における各層の厚みを、実際とは異ならせて描いている。
図3は、本発明の実施形態2に係る航空機の構造体B(翼の前縁部分)を示している。この構造体Bにおいて、図1に示す構造体Aと異なる点は、リブ2のフランジ22と、外板1の内面との間に、金属メッシュ4が介設されている点である。この金属メッシュ4は、航空機における防除氷用の熱源として機能する。
尚、前記実施形態においては、製造時における熱源として用いる導電性部材を金属メッシュとしているが、これは導電性部材であればよく、例えば金属箔としてもよい。

Claims (8)
- 航空機の一部を構成する複合材製構造体を製造する方法であって、
前記複合材からなる基材の表面に少なくとも1の導電性部材を取り付け、
前記導電性部材の一部又は全部に通電して発熱させることによって成形を行う工程と、前記導電性部材の一部又は全部に通電して発熱させることによって組立を行う工程と、の少なくとも一方を行うと共に、
前記の工程によって形作られた構造体に含まれる導電性部材の一部又は全部を、前記航空機において耐雷、防除氷及び電磁干渉シールドの少なくとも一の機能を得るための部材とする製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載の製造方法において、
前記複合材は熱可塑性複合材であり、
前記導電性部材の発熱によって熱可塑性樹脂を溶融させることで、前記基材と、前記導電性部材とを互いに接合する製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載の製造方法において、
前記複合材は熱可塑性複合材であり、
前記導電性部材の発熱によって前記基材を軟化させて変形させる製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載の製造方法において、
前記複合材は熱硬化性複合材であり、
前記導電性部材の発熱によって接着フィルムを硬化させることで、前記基材と、前記導電性部材とを互いに接着する製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載の製造方法において、
前記複合材は熱硬化性複合材であり、
前記導電性部材の発熱によって前記基材を硬化させる製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載の製造方法において、
前記複合材は熱硬化性複合材であり、
前記導電性部材の発熱によって熱硬化性樹脂を硬化させることで、前記基材同士又は基材と前記導電性部材とを互いに接着する製造方法。 - 航空機の一部を構成する複合材製構造体であって、
前記複合材からなる複合材部と、導電体からなる導電体部と、を備え、
前記導電体部は、前記航空機における耐雷、防除氷及び電磁干渉シールドの少なくとも一の機能を得るための部分であると共に、その製造時には、成形及び組立の少なくとも一方のために発熱体として機能する航空機の複合材製構造体。 - 航空機の一部を構成する複合材製構造体であって、
前記複合材からなる複合材部と、導電体からなる導電体部と、を備え、
前記導電体部は、前記航空機における耐雷の機能、防除氷の機能、電磁干渉シールドの機能、製造時における成形のための発熱体としての機能、及び組立のための発熱体としての機能、の内の少なくとも2の機能を得るための部分である航空機の複合材製構造体。
