Abstract
1. Система (10), предназначенная для наблюдения и/или управления транспортным средством (12), содержащая:средства (22) передачи данных, предназначенные для приема сигналов данных, передаваемых на шину (24) данных транспортного средства и относящихся к состоянию и/или работе одной или нескольких систем или устройств транспортного средства, где средства передачи данных действуют для преобразования сигналов данных в информационные сообщения, соответствующие сигналам данных; исредства (30) связи, предусматриваемые на борту транспортного средства и предназначенные для беспроводной передачи информационных сообщений, относящейся к одному или нескольким указанным принятым сигналам данных, на устройство (18) мобильной связи с целью демонстрации пользователю, где средства (30) приспособлены для передачи информации, относящейся к одному или нескольким сигналам данных, из транспортного средства на устройство (18) мобильной связи через веб-сервер, веб-портал или другую подключенную к Интернету главную компьютерную систему (14),где веб-сервер, веб-портал или другая подключенная к Интернету главная компьютерная система (14) приспособлена для приема управляющих сообщений из устройства (18) мобильной связи и для передачи указанного управляющего сообщения к средствам (30) связи, и где средства (30) связи приспособлены для приема управляющих сообщений с веб-сервера, веб-портала или из другой подключенной к Интернету главной компьютерной системы (14), где средства (22) передачи данных приспособлены для преобразования принятых управляющих сообщений в сигналы данных и для их передачи на шину (24) данных с целью управления одной или несколькими
Claims (15)
1. Система (10), предназначенная для наблюдения и/или управления транспортным средством (12), содержащая:
средства (22) передачи данных, предназначенные для приема сигналов данных, передаваемых на шину (24) данных транспортного средства и относящихся к состоянию и/или работе одной или нескольких систем или устройств транспортного средства, где средства передачи данных действуют для преобразования сигналов данных в информационные сообщения, соответствующие сигналам данных; и
средства (30) связи, предусматриваемые на борту транспортного средства и предназначенные для беспроводной передачи информационных сообщений, относящейся к одному или нескольким указанным принятым сигналам данных, на устройство (18) мобильной связи с целью демонстрации пользователю, где средства (30) приспособлены для передачи информации, относящейся к одному или нескольким сигналам данных, из транспортного средства на устройство (18) мобильной связи через веб-сервер, веб-портал или другую подключенную к Интернету главную компьютерную систему (14),
где веб-сервер, веб-портал или другая подключенная к Интернету главная компьютерная система (14) приспособлена для приема управляющих сообщений из устройства (18) мобильной связи и для передачи указанного управляющего сообщения к средствам (30) связи, и где средства (30) связи приспособлены для приема управляющих сообщений с веб-сервера, веб-портала или из другой подключенной к Интернету главной компьютерной системы (14), где средства (22) передачи данных приспособлены для преобразования принятых управляющих сообщений в сигналы данных и для их передачи на шину (24) данных с целью управления одной или несколькими системами, функциями или устройствами транспортного средства.
2. Система (10) по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что средства связи приспособлены для связи с веб-сервером, веб-порталом или другой подключенной к Интернету главной компьютерной системой (14) через сеть GSM или другую сеть (13) сотовой связи, и где веб-сервер, веб-портал или другая подключенная к Интернету главная компьютерная система (14) приспособлена для связи с устройством мобильной связи через сеть GSM или другую сеть (13) сотовой связи.
3. Система (10) по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что шина (24) данных транспортного средства представляет собой шину CAN, и где средства (22) передачи данных приспособлены для приема сообщений CAN, передаваемых на шину CAN системами или подсистемами транспортного средства, и для сохранения указанных сообщений в памяти (34).

Система (10) по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что устройство (18) мобильной связи включает программу, реализованную программно, приложение или графический пользовательский интерфейс, предназначенный для демонстрации пользователю информации, относящейся к состоянию и/или работе транспортного средства, на основе принятой информации.
5. Система (10) по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что соответствующее информационное сообщение включает формат, который может реконфигурироваться пользователем.
6. Система (10) по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что средства (22) передачи данных и средства (30) связи приспособлены для передачи соответствующего информационного сообщения, включающего ряд параметров состояния транспортного средства, когда двигатель транспортного средства остановлен.
7. Система (10) по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что соответствующее информационное сообщение включает информацию, относящуюся к любому из климата транспортного средства, температуры в салоне транспортного средства, наружной температуры, состояния кондиционирования воздуха, состояния обогревателей сидений, состояния антизапотевателя ветрового стекла, состояния обогревателя рулевого колеса, состояния безопасности транспортного средства, местоположения транспортного средства, состояния дверей, состояния капота, состояния задней двери, состояния охранной сигнализации, состояния блокиратора системы зажигания, положения транспортного средства, количества топлива, использованного в ходе поездки, достигнутого расхода топлива, времени в холостом режиме, времени на оптимальной скорости, начальной и конечной точек маршрута, преодоленного расстояния, предпринятого маршрута, времени поездки, средней скорости, максимальной достигнутой скорости, показания счетчика пробега, состояния уровней жидкостей, таких как уровень масла, уровень топлива, уровень промывочной жидкости, уровень охладителя, напряжения аккумулятора транспортного средства, температуры охладителя, состояния замков транспортного средства, состояния дверей транспортного средства, состояния давления в шинах, состояния наружных ламп.
8. Система (10) по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что после того, как двигатель транспортного средства остановлен, передача информационных сообщений и прием управляющих сообщений средствами (30) связи приостанавливается, когда напряжение аккумулятора транспортного средства достигает предварительно определенного порогового значения.
9. Система (10) по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что передача информационных сообщений и прием управляющих сообщений средствами (30) связи приостанавливается после первого предварительно определенного промежутка времени после остановки двигателя транспортного средства.
10. Система (10) по п. 9, отличающаяся тем, что передача информационных сообщений и прием управляющих сообщений средствами (30) связи периодически продолжается в течение второго предварительно определенного промежутка времени после истечения первого предварительно определенного промежутка времени.
11. Система (10) по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что средства (30) связи реагируют на передачу информационных сообщений, имеющих высокий приоритет в любой момент времени после остановки двигателя транспортного средства.
12. Система (10) по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что средства (30) связи периодически действуют для передачи информационных сообщений и приема управляющих сообщений на основе истории их использования пользователем.
13. Способ удаленного взаимодействия с транспортным средством (12), который включает выполнение по меньшей мере одного из этапов, на которых:
a) удаленно отправляют управляющее сообщение из устройства (18) мобильной связи в трансивер (30), расположенный в транспортном средстве (12), транслируют управляющее сообщение в соответствующий сигнал управляющих данных, и передают указанный сигнал управляющих данных на шину (24) данных транспортного средства, расположенную внутри транспортного средства (12), и, таким образом, управляют по меньшей мере одной системой транспортного средства, функцией транспортного средства или устройством транспортного средства, и
b) принимают сигнал состояния, относящегося к состоянию или работе одной или нескольких систем или устройств транспортного средства, с шины (24) данных транспортного средства, расположенной внутри транспортного средства (12), преобразуют принятый сигнал данных в информационное сообщение и осуществляют беспроводную передачу сообщения о состоянии из трансивера (30), расположенного в транспортном средстве (12), удаленному пользователю,
в соответствии с чем трансивер (30) приспособлен для связи с устройством (18) мобильной связи через веб-сервер, веб-портал или другую подключенную главную компьютерную систему (14), необязательно, через сеть GSM или другую сеть (13) сотовой связи.
14. Способ по п. 13, отличающийся тем, что включает этапы, на которых измеряют уровень напряжения аккумулятора транспортного средства после остановки двигателя транспортного средства и приостанавливают передачу информационных сообщений и приема управляющих сообщений трансивером (30), если измеренное напряжение аккумулятора транспортного средства достигает предварительно определенного порогового значения.
15. Способ по п. 13 или 14, отличающийся тем, что включает этапы, на которых измеряют время после остановки двигателя транспортного средства и приостанавливают передачу информационных сообщений и прием управляющих сообщений трансивером (30) после истечения первого предварительно определенного промежутка времени, необязательно, измеряют время после окончания истечения первого предварительно определенного промежутка времени и периодически передают информационные сообщения или принимают управляющие сообщения трансивером (30) в течение второго предварительно определенного промежутка времени после истечения первого предварительно определенного промежутка времени, также необязательно, передают информационные сообщения, имеющие высокий приоритет, из трансивера в любой момент времени после остановки двигателя транспортного средства, и, также необязательно, периодически выполняют работу трансивера (30) с целью передачи информационных сообщений и приема управляющих сообщений на основе истории их использования пользователем.
